We were so happy to find Mike's kennel for our two dogs for vacation. We left the country so having our sweet puppies in a good place was very important to us! Mike was very friendly and the kennel set up was wonderful. I love that they don't let dogs run together because it gives me better peace of mind knowing my dogs aren't in any situations with other dogs. My dogs got to sleep and play together however, and the staff made sure to feed them separately still since my 6 month old Bluetick likes to sneak my GSD's food. I will absolutely be back the next time we are out of town and can't take our pups. Thank you Yarwood Kennels for taking care of our dogs so well!

The dogs love going here. Yarwood has a great set up and they clearly care about the dogs and making sure they're comfortable. It's our go-to boarder.

I've been using Yarwood since 2009 and I had used his service about 8-10 times. His business has grown so much I can see why. The price is great and the kennels have lots of room when my dog stayed each time he was always happy there. Mike is also good in communication when I arrived home earlier I just texted him and he will arrange time for me to pick up with no issue. Great person too.

The high rating is because of the quality of care provided. The owner was upset because the billing policy was questioned and canceled a boarding reservation 2 days before we were leaving town. Unprofessional to say the least. Pay the bill, don't ask questions and things will be fine.

Love this place! So happy I found them and they can accommodate my Dane. She absolutely loves them and can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive. Have used them for years and will continue!

Yarwood takes good care of people's dogs, lets them run every 2 hours, and is secured so they can't get loose, and is very clean. Mike is ok, too.

My dear Whoodle Moxie is a frequent visitor to Lucky Mutz, both in Daycare and in their fabulous boarding suites. I cannot say enough about the facilities and staff at Lucky Mutz. Moxie gets excited even when we pull into the driveway! We lost our beloved Chocolate Lab 'Reese' several years ago and she stayed here many times, so I knew this was the place for Moxie. They have suites where you can actually see your pup while they are there, and the staff posts pics of them on PawPartners EVERY DAY! They get frequent breaks, treats, and attention. Everything is spotless and comfortable for the pups. Making reservations online is easy, and all the prices, fees and rules are on theur website. Payment is convenient and easy. If you need a place to board your pup for a few days, a week, or just fit the day while you're at work, this is the place. Look no further. Get on over to Lucky Mutz! Megan did a great job grooming our 7 mo old Micro Bernedoodle, Bailey. He looked so cute when we went to pick him up. Highly recommend taking your pets to Lucky Mutz for their grooming.

Lucky Mutz has been great from the start. Sergeant was due to spend a week with them in October but due to a very last minute emergency with him we had to cancel his stay and move it to December with no issues. He was boarded for 9 days while my husband and I went on vacation. Each day we received updates and photos and it really helped my anxiety since he had never been to a boarding facility before . He finally warmed up and loved Miss Jenna! We have booked another trip after seeing how well he did! We will definitely be back for them to care for our fur baby! Thank you Susan for the reassurance when we dropped him off and you have an amazing team who truly cares about our pets!

Madison always does a great job with Shiloh, our little Cocker Spaniel mix. Today, she did an excellent job with our newest addition - Yogi, a 3yo Cocker Spaniel rescue! He’s a bit nervous and gets overwhelmed easily, but she always takes her time to get to know the dogs and earn their trust. She’s gentle and caring.

Lucky Mutz is a fantastic facility for overnight boarding, and I will not hesitate to utilize their services again. We have never boarded our dogs before, and I had a lot of anxiety about leaving them overnight in an unfamiliar place. The staff at Lucky Mutz were wonderful - they took excellent care of our girls, took pictures of them daily so we had updates on how they were doing while we were traveling, etc. This is an excellent business with very caring owners, and I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I recently got married and went on our honeymoon, so we had to find a place for our fur babies that would feel like a home away from home for 9 days. Lucky Mutz sent us photo updates multiple times each and every day, made sure they exercised and had enrichment time, as well as having absolutely immaculate facilities. The employees were so joyful and sweet to our pups, and the best part is they offer exit baths for the pups too. Worth every single penny, and we wouldn’t want our pups to go anywhere else if we ever have to travel without them. We will be back!

I absolutely love taking my dog here when I go out of town! They are so amazing at caring for my little Archie and also provide daily updates with pictures so you're always in the loop. I trust the staff so much and wouldn't feel comfortable sending Archie anywhere else! Thank you Lucky Mutz for being so amazing and trustworthy!!

My dog enjoyed it but I feel totally ripped off. I made his reservation on the app. It led me to believe a bath was free which is the only reason I booked it. It wasn’t. I found out at pickup it was $65. I was also charged for 2 days when my dog only stayed 1 night. This is because they charge another day if you pick up in the evening. That’s fine except they only allow pickup between 4 and 6 on Sundays. How can you charge me when I can’t pick up in the morning? I would have preferred morning. I thought we had found the perfect place to board but now I’m still looking.

Alpha & Omega is the best! Our two dogs go here for daycare and boarding. Having used a few different commercial facilities in the past, I can confidently say that what you get here goes way beyond what you’ll be able to find anywhere else! Julie is very experienced and knowledgeable in understanding and managing dog behavior. I feel comfortable knowing that the dogs will be safe and have fun here! You can tell Julie truly cares about all of the dogs and we feel so lucky to have found her and Alpha & Omega!

The staff is so attentive and fully engaged with the dogs. The last place we went to, the kids working there spent more time on their phones than actually watching the dogs. Alpha and Omega has given our dog so much positive socialization. They have chickens next to the dog yard. Our dog loves visiting through the fence. I cannot say enough good things about this daycare.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!!! Heard that a dog was recently violently attacked and killed around thanksgiving. The way the owner handled the situation was also incredibly insensitive and unprofessional, probably because her own dogs (German Shepherd’s) were the culprits who attacked her. Edit: So what are the facts then?

We love this place for our fur baby! He gets to socialize, be free and not be pinned up the entire time we are away. It’s like a sleep away camp for dogs. Our big pup comes home happy, social and tired. Also we adore the owner, she has worked with us if issues have arisen. She loves her doggy guests and you can see her passion for making sure your fur baby has a wonderful experience while staying happy and healthy.

I have to give a one star rating because I have called and called and called to talk to somebody. I received no phone call no answer and the total for My dog to stay for the week was $320. We went to pick him up they wanted more money from us after we paid the balance, and my dog was picked up Sunday and today is now Tuesday and my dog has been Not well every since and he’s had the runs and the bag of dog food that I took with him there was hardly nothing taken out and he’s been pooping corn runny corn And now he’s not wanting to get up off of the bed

My husband and I LOVE A&O. We take both of our doodles here for boarding. Julie and her staff are amazing. They answer any questions you may have & are easily reachable via text. Photos are always provided. Extra thankful for Julie as I went into labor and was able to bring our dogs there late at night without a reservation. She made sure they were taken care of in such short notice! Thank you!

Our dogs have been boarded here on more than one occasion and they were so well taken care of. They will love your dogs like their own. I just wish we lived closer for doggie daycare! These ladies know their stuff!

My dogs have been boarded here several times. I absolutely adore Julie, she is amazing and treats my dogs like her own! They get so much time and room to run around and play, it literally is the best vacation for them too! I will always bring my dogs here when I travel.

Unfortunately I have to give this business 1 star. We placed a 50% deposit in late July of 2023 and never heard back for days. No email confirmations, no return phone calls, no nothing. I called several times and my husband and I left voicemails. No one responded for days/no "spam" email confirmations either!! It wasn't until I made a comment on Alpha and Omega's Facebook page asking for someone to please return my calls and online inquiries...that the owner finally responded to me. I woke up the next morning..from leaving the online comment the night before..to a lengthy text message from "Julie" who is the owner of Alpha and Omega. She explained that she was out of town due to her Father's failing health. She came at me like I was the bad guy in this situation? I tried to let her know why I was so concerned and she didn't want to hear it. She just kept telling me how she is so engaged with all of her current dogs and current families that she "prays" we find anyone better to board our dog with?! I tried to let her know that I'm a nurse and I'm a very understanding person but she didn't want to hear that!! For us It was weird!!! Unprofessional!! Unusual!!! I'm my own personal opinion...the owner of the business may be stressed, short staffed, spending time with her family for personal reasons, etc...and I/we as a family 100% support family and personal time!! It's so very common for businesses to be short staffed post COVID. I did try to communicate my understanding for her personal circumstances but she just kept replying to me in a very rude, condescending and off putting way. She DID refund our deposit finally. She also removed my comment from her Facebook page as well. She was NOT apologetic by any means...just kept telling me she hopes I never have to experience what she has had to go through. AND THAT JUST SUCKS TO HEAR AS A CONSUMER!!! NO ONE REALLY EVER KNOWS WHAT OTHERS HAVE BEEN THROUGH😊. ALL I wanted to do was have our 6 month old Golden Retriever boarded and "THAT'S A BIG DEAL!!" So at this point..I'm very confused why anyone would recommend this business!? Just my point of view😊. I'm trying to be fair and honest here. This was a time consuming process for us as a family.

I was blown away by Julie and her staff! They have an amazing set up for boarding! My dog has to take medications and is dog aggressive and they had everything set up right when we got there so I didn’t have to worry that we would run into another dog when coming in and her meds were right on her board with the caution of her dog aggression, so that she and other boarding dogs were safe, they went over it all to make sure it was correct! I couldn’t be happier with her stay, I would highly recommend anyone needing to board their dog to bring them here!

Jeanette watched my 17 year old cat for 5 days recently. 2x a day w/ medicine in a pill pocket. I am so pleased with the care and love given to my old girl during my absence. I received thorough descriptions, pictures and videos during each of these visits. Jeanette even brought wet cat food treats for her to try when I mentioned she wasn’t enjoying her current wet food, which she loved. The entire experience was so easy and comforting while I was away and would recommend Jeanette and her team to ANYONE looking for any care for their furry companions. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful and I would utilize her services again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for everything Jeanette!

Jeanette did a wonderful job the few times I had her care for my cat. Within only two visits she was able to coax my stranger-wary cat out from under the bed for pets and playtime. Communication was frequent and I received several cute pictures each day I was gone. If I ever move back to the Columbus area, I would book through Fur Star again in an instant!

I used Fur Star Pet Care for the first time last week when I went on vacation. I was nervous because my cat had never been left alone for an extended amount of time - I was gone almost 9 days. Jeanette provided excellent care for my cat, who tends to be particular about what kind of food she eats. Jeanette was patient and even experimented with combining two flavors of food together. Every day I got a detailed message about how she was doing, including multiple photos (I don't know how she takes such great photos, but what a talent!), how the "bathroom" was going (absolutely no issues there), and what progress had been made with my cat's level of comfort with her. By the end of the week, my cat was purring, playing a little, and eating fine, both regular food and treats. Jeanette also brought in my mail for me which I really appreciated and turned my living room lights on and off since I had lost my light timer. Also, the rates are very reasonable for the service provided. I can't say enough good things about Jeanette and Fur Star. What great service and I will most certainly use them again!

Fur Star Pet Care is a fantastic pet sitting service that I’ve been using for a few years for my cats. Jeanette is a wonderful sitter who genuinely cares about the cats. She sends several pictures every day she visits and provides very thorough updates. She has gone above and beyond for me many times when problems come up. For example, she has helped the cats stay warm when my heat went out and attempted to fix my sink when she noticed it was clogged. I can’t say enough great things about Jeanette and her business. I highly recommend her service if you are looking for a pet sitter

Jeanette has been taking care of our two cats whenever we go away since we moved to Columbus a year and a half ago. She has come to feed and play with them many times (including during one long research trip), and they absolutely love her. We have used lots of pet sitters in the past, and Jeanette is by far the best person we’ve worked with. We always come home to a clean apartment, watered plants, collected mail and packages, and, most importantly, happy cats. 100% recommend.

Absolutely the BEST in-home pet care you can get! I've had them come in to take care of my cat a few times while I've been traveling, and they do an amazing job of making sure my little girl has everything she needs, and then some! Daily updates, pictures of playtime and snugs, even an extra treat or two! I cannot give enough praise to Fur Star!

Jeanette has taken care of our two cats for three years. They have truly developed a special relationship, and I always feel confident that they will be well taken care of when we leave town for a couple of days or even weeks. Jeanette knows their personalities and treats them with great kindness. Recently when my wife and I had our first baby, Jeanette made sure to be available around the unpredictability of the event, and we knew we would find two happy cats to greet our new baby. And, we love getting the updates and pictures twice a day!

I love Fur Star! I have 2 cats (1 with diabetes who requires insulin injections) and they take great care of them when I’m away. Each visit is documented (including with pictures) and they update you on everything they do during the visit. The website is really easy to use to book appointments and to communicate with the owner, Jeanette (who is awesome!), if any questions come up. If you are looking for a pet sitter, Fur Star is wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Finding Fur Star to care for our cats has changed our lives - I know that sounds hyperbolic but it's true. The values that these ladies have when it comes to pet care is remarkable. They truly treat our animals as if they were their own! Directions are followed without fail and they always find ways to go over and above. I never would have thought I'd find peace leaving my animals to anyone outside of family but I have! Their sense of humor in the photo updates they give is such a fun sprinkle on top of already amazing pet care. Love them to pieces!

Jeanette at Fur Star truly loves my pet. I feel completely at ease leaving him in her care. She follows the schedule exactly the way I had written out. She sent me lots of photos and the GPS map of the walks. Great experience using their services and I highly recommend.

My gosh, I am so lucky I stumbled across this business! When we first got our cat, we asked for many recommendations on places to go and many people had just done things like Rover and such, but we were not comfortable with that. We wanted face to face interaction for our little baby, and boy does she get that here! She always comes back happy, healthy, and very well taken care of. Their prices are extremely reasonable, especially speaking that my boyfriend and I are broke college students right now :) we absolutely love Hayden Run Animal Lodge and will use and recommend them for as long as we’re in Central Ohio! We love that it’s run out of the kindness of someone’s heart, it makes it all the more special for us to drop our kitty off there while we go out of town. We always feel so comfortable and safe doing so thanks to the amazing owners and staff. Thank you guys for everything you do for us and all the other families and pets you so graciously take care of! ❤️

I would give Hayden Run Animal Lodge a 10 star review! Oven five years this has been my boarding facility for my lab and he loves it there, always wagging his tail when we arrive. Janice, Bill and the entire staff are warm, caring, and loving individuals devoted to our pets. I highly recommend this facility with no hesitation.

We've used Hayden Run for years and can't express how happy we've been over the years. Our most recent experience (2 weeks ago) one of our dogs had to be taken to the vet while under their care (for UTI). They alerted me, took her to OUR vet, got all her meds and even gave our other dog a quick ride upon return as he missed her greatly. I can't ask for better service. ALL of the folks at Hayden, including the people you don't see at drop off and pick up, help monitor, feed, exercise and care for the pets during boarding. I REALLY can't express my gratitude enough for Hayden Run and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking boarding.

Janice, Bill and the rest of the staff are the absolute best! We have had seven dogs (Clancy, Maggie, Meadow, Monahan, Taggert, Malley, Tressel) over the past thirty years. If you are looking for a kennel to board your dogs, this is the one to choose. We will truly miss them as we have moved from Central Ohio.

Above all, Hayden Run really cares for my dog. Their web interface is a breeze. Their facility is extremely clean and orderly with multiple levels of security so you know your dog is safe. They have never overlooked the details on my dog's care, nor made a mistake in his accomodations. They maintain a small, consistent staff, which tells you their employees are happy. After boarding my Petey countless times in the past two years, they are the only place I use. My only "wishes" are that they had greater capacity, sometimes, they've had to turn me awaya few times on high-volume holidays where I came to them too late with my boarding request. That's my fault, not theirs. It would also be cool to watch my dog on camera, but they don't offer that service. They do however, have camera monitoring for their staff in addition to all the in-person rounds they frequently make. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and pups love this place. We are currently boarding our Great Dane and Saint Bernard here and, as much as we loved Hayden Run before this trip, we love them even more now. Our Great Dane was acting different and the staff noticed and took immediate action. They contacted me the very next morning and told me what was happening, then took him to the vet after I gave them authorization. They were in touch with me all day and contacted me as soon as they had my pup back in their custody. I was comfortable with them before this trip, but we’re even more comfortable now. I love this place and will always recommend them!

Really feel comfortable boarding our Golden Retriever, Chief, at Pinnacle Pets. We get a detailed daily report card with pictures and comments on how he is doing, and the staff pay attention to what makes him happy (like tennis balls and water play). Our cats love their stays too. We highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Pinnacle Pets enough. From overnight boarding or daycare we won't take our dogs anywhere else. Our dogs start going crazy when we pull in the parking lot they can't wait to play. The daily report cards and pictures are so cute and make us feel so much better about leaving our dogs in there care. My whole family watches the daycare cameras as our entertainment at work!!

They took such great care of our previous dog when we went on vacation, and now with our new pup, the experience has been just as exceptional. We have used the boarding services at Pinnacle for years. Our two goldendoodles LOVE going there! They offer so many comforts of home for them. They really went above and beyond this last stay for one of our girls who was having a difficult time containing her excitement. They stay in communication which I really appreciate! Thank you so much for taking care of our cat Finn while we were on vacation-- the daily reports were very sweet and we looked forward to seeing them every night to see how he was doing. We know Finn is extremely attached to us but the level of care and kindness by the staff helped ease that anxiety and we can tell he was very well taken care of during his nine day stay.

Hawk loves this place. Lots of personal attention and the girls like to wear him out. Hawk tells me he has been two timing us and has at least 3 girlfriends at Pinnacle. Bri, Chole and Kelsie just to mention a few. Hawk is loving this place more and more. Can't say enough about the staff. One of the many things that stand out is the daily report cards and pics. If there is a concern about your pet as a strange stool or issue, they are sure to notify and monitor your dog. Had Hawk try out the splash pad. No way does he like it, but hey not all dogs do. 7--10-24 Looks like Hawk is hitting on a new girl. What a player. Hawk working on number four. Hawk just added a new one to his harem. 9-13--24 Just picked Hawk up from an extended 3 night lodging. Wife and I worried how he would do. I don't think he missed us at all. Staff took care of him and kept him busy and tired. Added some new girlfriends to his harem. All is good and no worries. More overnights in October and December. Hawk says he is looking forward to them. 9-30-24 Hawk says he is loving all the attention from the staff as they wear him out and give him treats. 10-18-24 Hawk told me he loved staying over for the weekend and that the girls now have a challenger in someone being his best human friend, His name is Zach. 11-16-24 A couple of more victims fall to Hawk's charms, 12-4-24 Hawk had a 4 night stay with a spa day. He said he loved it and did not want to come home. Another victim added to his stable of ladies.

We are so glad we discovered Pinnacle Pets Play & Stay for our aging dog. She just stayed 2 weeks while we were on vacation and it was very reassuring for us to get a daily report & photos. She had recently developed a digestive system issue and seeing the report that she was eating and getting her medication was a huge relief for us. Due to spinal arthritis we decided not to have her join group play and instead ordered one-on-one enrichment sessions which we could tell she enjoyed in the photos. This was the second time she had stayed there and she will be staying for 2 weeks again later this year. Having a staff person there 24/7 is a great comfort. Any staff we have interacted with has been very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Pinnacle Pets for your furry friend.

I boarded my little guy here for a week and I couldn't be happier with how well they took care of him. They took tons of pictures so I could see what he got into each day, and the daily report cards were so sweet and detailed. There was also a day they let me know they pulled him out of daycare a little early, and I'm grateful they were closely watching for any signs of discomfort / overstimulation and did what was best for him. I also paid extra for enrichment sessions - these were well worth the cost and I could tell from the pictures they were easily his favorite part of the day. Can't say enough how much I appreciate the peace of mind I got knowing he was in great hands. He'll definitely be back.

Sophie absolutely loves coming to Pinnacle Pets, and I’m so glad I have a place that takes such good care of her. They truly love my girl like she is their own. I have no worries when traveling and leaving my baby with Pinnacle Pets. I know she is great hands.

This place is THE BEST! Our dog, Pete, has become so social due to this place and he originally came to us a bit timid. The staff here are all extremely friendly and sincerely care about the animals. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I cant praise this facility, owner and staff enough!! Every time we take our dog here she gets so excited! They treat your dog like its part of their family, and take exceptional care of them. She comes home happy and tired like she has played her heart out each visit. We lovingly refer to the kennel as "party town" because she loves it so much. I will never take her to another facility to be locked up and forgotten for hours on end. Here she can run and play and be loved on! I can't recommend this facility enough!!

The owner is so polite. She was great with my dog. She showed us around the facility and it was great, it doesn’t smell like poop, pee, or dog at all. There are a lot of play areas for the dogs and their crates are large. They returned my call and email really quickly and I had no problems setting up a date for my dog. Great service.

The pup always seems happy when I pick her up. Staff is friendly and quick. The other dogs seem to be having a good time as well

I've been boarding my dogs at Paradise for the last ten years and highly recommend it. My basset hounds, and now my young Saint Bernard, also attend doggie daycare at least once per week year-round. I often feel like my dog doesn't want to come home when I pick him up. Who wants to hang out at home with Mom when you could be frolicking in the dog parks with lot of friends?! I highly recommend Paradise!

This kennel was ok. I boarded my fur babies here because they advised the ability to view your dogs on their cameras, however I was not due to the cameras bring down for the last week. Also I think it was a bit warm on the inside for the dogs. The staff was nice though

Kind of bummed out just called to see about getting a reservation for my old boy to stay there for a few days while the wife and I went on a cruise answering machine answered and says they're not accepting new calls just bums me out because most of the reviews speak very highly

I messed up the drop off times. They allowed us to drop off our dogs so we didn't miss our flight. Took good care of our pups. Very satisfied.

My dogs wait by my garage door hopefully they have daycare today. I think they actually get depressed when they don't get to go due to weather. Kelli is the best and really cares about the dogs and cats that stay there.

Rob is wonderful! He befriended our super timid cat by his second visit, and he provided us with frequent photos, updates, and details on how his visits were going. We were away for 2 weeks, and Rob made sure Earl was well looked after the entire time. I would highly recommend Capital City Pet Sitters!

We were out of town for 9 days and do not like using a kennel. We hired Rob to take care of our 2 poodle mixes. He did a great job! Kept us up to date via text. Will definitely use Rob again and highly recommend.

Rob will take wonderful care of your furry family! He looked after our 3 cats for a week and charmed our scared girl out from under the bed within a few days. Prompt and clear communication (daily pix and text updates) and going the extra mile (cleaning up hairballs, bringing empty trash bins back from the curb) really set him apart from the pack. We will definitely reach out to him for our next trip!
