Our boys love going to Barry’s for sleepovers. Barry is wonderful and incredibly patient, we are very grateful for him looking after our dogs when we are going away.

Absolutely amazing service! Barry is incredibly experienced with dogs of all shapes and sizes. My two pups cannot wait for their doggy Daycare days. I get updates of all the fun they have and they come back tired and content. Highly recommend for all your fur baby needs. They wait at my door every Wednesday!

I had my dog booked here and unfortunately he passed away before his stay. The team were very understanding and refunded the whole amount without question. It made a difficult situation that bit easier and was much appreciated.

I’ve just picked up my dog after a 2 week stay. This is his third visit. As with the previous visits, he was healthy and untraumatized (he is very attached and terrified of storms, of which there were many during his stay). The staff are friendly and helpful and the same young woman has taken him and delivered him back to me every time. He has some “quirks” which I advised them of in advance and they seem to have accommodated them. Any kennel stay has its risks, with so many dogs together, but I am very happy with their management of these. In addition to his vaccinations, my vet gave him some medication to protect him against kennel cough, which is a risk in any setting housing a number of dogs. I will continue to entrust him to them, when I am unable to take him with me.

Our two fur girls recently stayed at Acacia Ridge pet resort. They were absolutely amazing. The team there are so caring and wonderful with our girls. They have stayed there in the past and the team remembered our girls like they were their own dogs. Our dogs had the best time and they came home having had a bath and smelt amazing. It was such peace of mind knowing our dogs were loved while we were away and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Despite all the good reviews for this location we unfortunately won't be returning. Firstly the unprofessional way that payments "bounce back sometimes" as stated by staff leading to me searching through months of bank statements to confirm if the amount had been deducted from my account or not, was not a good way to start off the experience. Secondly and most importantly the health of my dog when collected was appalling. He went into the "resort" at 5.6kg and after being weighed at the VET he was 4.8kg which is a 14% reduction in overall weight purely based on his stay. On top of that we had to pick up our dog early as he was having terrible diarrhea due to the diet change. After being picked up by our emergency contact as we were away on our honeymoon he was then taken to the the VET ($600 between fees, tests and Medication) where we were informed he has a viral infection from the "resort". The next day our emergency contact's dog started Vomiting blood and had to be taken to emergency after hours care ($2000 and climbing) where she remains at the time of writing this review. Her illness is directly linked to being associated to our dog who picked up this sickness from the "resort". My family also put their bulldog into this resort whilst they were here for my wedding and have also complained that he had come back with severe diarrhea. Overall if you want confidence on your dog coming back happy and healthy from boarding options I would suggest you look elsewhere. I also completely understand the risks associated when placing a dog in boarding however I just wanted to share my experience so people can make an informed decision based on the facts of what happened to me.

I left my dog and my cat here for four weeks and extremely happy with the service. Lovely and caring staff who answered my emails quickly and even sent me some photos of my sweeties. My dog didn’t even lose weight and my can even gained weight. Both looked healthy when I picked them up however my dog seemed sad at the first sight that could be because of leaving her alone for a long time.

My Dad had his puppy (she's 2) in for the first time for 8 days. She came back happy and healthy and bathed. Only down side is, I think they could send a quick message or email half way through the stay, literally saying that your pet is doing well, just for peace of mind for yourself

I’m sorry but i don’t think i could give this place more than a star. I had my cat stay with them over the weekends. As i checked my cat in, i kindly asked if its possible for me to see the condo he’s gonna be staying at for 3 days just so I have an idea if it’s safe for him but apparently you have to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT JUST TO GET IN which is really inconvenient. Then I kept emailing them if they could send me at least a photo of my cat just so i can have a peace of mind that he’s okay. They told me that they were “busy” taking care of other animals. I understand that it was peak hours but a photo’s not gonna hurt. I wanna know if he was doing alright!! When i got my cat back, he looked very tired. And it seemed like he hasn’t eaten or drank anything. He kinda lost weight aswell. I am quite disappointed cause I was expecting my cat to be looked after very well but it kinda went the other way around. Im def not going back to this place :(

Horrible experience We dropped our two dachshunds here and on the drive out we saw a red belly black snake near where I assume the dogs are kept. We left them there for a week and when we picked them up we found that they had contracted kennel cough. We later had to put down one of our dogs because she never recovered. Would not recommend if you want to keep ur dogs healthy

I came across this service while looking for local kennels on the Gold Coast, and i am so glad that i did. Pawshake is a brilliant alternative to putting your loved fur family member into kennels often with dire results. Not because they are awful but because they just dont give them the attention that they are used to, and they become distressed. I found Amelia through Pawshake and having Jack home stay with her was such a wonderful experience. She looked after Jack so well, sent photos of him in the home environment and on his walks and kept us informed of how he was doing. Jack will never be going back into kennels again. Thank you Pawshake for creating such a wonderful app.

Great App, and so far the best. Quick reply within 2 hours, really friendly people around you to take care of your Fur family, and you can only know via this App. Found a sitter located 8 min from my house, and what a great finding, Lisa is so nice and flexible with arrangements, and my little sweet Cally was so comfortable, found her laying with Lisa on her sofa, so relax and happy. I cant said enough what great experience both of us had - it was wonderful. Thank you for building up this app, and selecting great sitters like Lisa. THANK YOU Lisa, see you next time.

Pawshake is a great service . We found Di and her wonderful family to have our very spoilt and loved sausage dog Frankie. As it was the first time leaving him I was very nervous. But di and her family treated him so well and I loved getting all the photos and updates of him . Frankie had the best time with them all and I now have no worries about ever leaving him with them again.

This is such a great app and service; can't recommend it enough. I've used it twice and the sitter I got is fantastic! I've had too many things go wrong in the past when having to take my pets to boarding accommodation. But after using this service, my pets are happier staying in their own environment and eating their own normal food and not breaking that routine. One of my pets is 17 and really cannot break that routine or switch of food because it will make him sick. The care and communication with the sitter was fabulous. The report cards are so good too. I'll be using Pawshake from now on.

Overall, we were a little hesitant to allow someone into our home to look after our Cavoodle while we were traveling. Pleasingly we found the website and overall set up quite good and though we had a few people cancel on us we did meet a lady who was lovely and did an amazing job looking after our dog. We'll be using this service again when required and that's probably the best compliment we can make for the service. It would be good if they could make a police clearance mandatory to be a sitter.

Holy Smokes Our sitter was amazing with the amount of care and effort afford to our little FurBabies, she ensured we'd recieve daily updates via text and even sent through photos of them. We will definitely be utilising these services again as the previous mob we went through completed the bare minimum as well as informing us that we would get daily updates to which none were afford and we even returned how to atleast a weeks worth of dirt litter trays. Our sitter was absolutely outstanding from PawShake, they were a local to so it made the whole ordeal so much easier on all parties, they ensured out babies were happy, well fed, entertained, and ensured they were not plotting any mischievous schemes during our departure from them. Great Commpany, Would %1000 recommend PawShake to anyone looking for pet sitters.

Yes, without a doubt highly recommend Isabelle’s services 👍 Based on Isabelle’s recent care for my dog Dahli (a Kangal Shepherd), I can tell you that Dahli adored her twice daily visits and cuddling, as evidenced by Isabelle's daily photos, which clearly show our dog was in fantastic hands. I will definitely use Isabelle's skills throughout any upcoming vacations. PS Dahli also loved her car ride to and from the groomers that Isabelle arranged prior to my return home 👍🙏

Isabelle is a wonderful person who goes over and above her job of dog walking. She fills water bowls and picks up poop in the yard. She is not a trainer but tries really hard to teach my girls to loose lead walk. I definitely recommend her for dog walking and will ask her to do other doggy tasks when the need arises.

I highly recommend Isabelle at Precious Paws. She took excellent care of my mini poodle, Ella, house sitting at my home while I had to travel at short notice for 4 days. Isabelle made the whole pet sitting experience, which can be a bit stressful, very easy and had obviously had a lot of experience dealing with animals. Isabelle was professional, reliable and extremely good with Ella, sent me regular updates and photos and left the house immaculate. Ella was relaxed and happy when I got home. I will definitely be using Isabelle again and rate the pet sitting experience 10+/10!

Top level, professional care for our boys (2 cats, 1 dog) while we were away & was very accommodating for our last minute booking. Isabelle of Precious Paws has recently been walking our dogs 3 times a week whilst we were overseas, ensuring that they were exercised regularly, helping them to keep fit and healthy during our absence. Isabelle is very well organised, and absolutely reliable, and our dogs learned to look forward to her visits each week. She kept us informed regarding their progress by sending regular updates, including photos of them showing that they were obviously very happy in her company. I cannot recommend her sufficiently highly. Many thanks, Isabelle, for putting our minds at rest and for keeping our dogs safe and well while we were away. We will definitely call on your services when we next go away.

I found Precious Paws on our local community Facebook group and was understandably quite nervous to trust someone I hadn’t met before but as soon as I met Isabelle I felt very comfortable with her as she’s super friendly and professional. My very timid cat actually let her pat him on their first meeting! She looked after my two cats very well and even sent pics of them every day while we were away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Isabelle and we will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Thanks again!

Donna was an amazing & experienced dog sitter. She was very calm & attentive to my puppy. She included fun, good care, compassion & toilet training into my puppy’s stay & followed up communications with me on a daily basis which was very reassuring to know my puppy was in good hands. Donna is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a genuine & committed person whom thoroughly enjoys taking care of your pet. Donna took caring for my puppy named Billy in her stride. I would recommend Donna due to her excellence & professionalism at all times. Thank you for ensuring my puppy was very well cared for…you certainly put us at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Donna again in the future.

Absolutely useless customer service. Was charged twice for a week of house visits because their terrible app doesn't work. After trying every way under the sun (ringing, emailing, using the website, screaming into the void) to contact them about it, still nothing. You can book a call back, but they just ignore it. They need to be reported for shady business tactics because I can see I'm not the only one who has lost money with no clear recourse to get it back. No shade to the pet sitter though, she's amazing. All shade to the shitty app with shitty customer service. Edit: Thank you for the concern about my eyesight, but I'd rather you put your concerns towards being helpful to my situation. No, I have not received any emails about this issue from your accounts team. I have checked all folders, and I still receive emails about my payments for the service, so my email is definitely in your system. Secondly, I booked 2 callbacks for specific times because I am usually unable to answer my phone at work. I was not called on either occasion. If you are very busy right now, I suggest making sure that the callback booking system does not allow people to book in, if you don't have staff to fulfil these bookings. Finally, I looked through the knowledge base for answers and could not find anything for my situation, nor is the escalations email on your contact us page. In any case, after trying several methods of communication and receiving nothing back, I would likely not have tried another email anyway. Please genuinely let me know if any of these criticisms are not valid, as I am happy to admit when I'm wrong. I appreciate any actions you can take to help resolve this issue.

Booked 2 months in advance , the sitter cancelled 2 weeks before the due date. PetCloud kept $150 of the $530 booking for a service that we didn’t receive. So not only did we have to find a new sitter that we felt comfortable with at short notice we are $150 out of pocket for a service that we didn’t receive and they had our $530 for months. Expensive lesson learnt. Within 24 hours of posting a one star review our disputed $150 has now been refunded and Petcloud has asked that I take down this review.

I couldn't be happier to have found PetCloud! The whole experience of using PetCloud has been amazing. They really put me at ease knowing that my dog is in safe and loving hands. I was able to find a reputable sitter during the holidays when every pet resort / kennel were fully booked out. It also makes me happy to know that I'm supporting individuals who love what they do as pet sitters. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family. OMG Kristy is just fabulous! You can tell from the first time you meet her that dogs are her world. I felt so comfortable leaving our Scruffy with her for 12 nights. Kristy provided lots of pictures of Scruffy enjoying his time with the other dogs as well as with Kristy. Kristy provided everything that Scruffy would have had had he been home with us. Will definetly be using Kristy again.

Have used Pet Cloud on a number of occasions and have always found trustworthy sitters for our dogs and house.. To compare, I had to use another service once before because there were no sitters available at time. Pet Clouds streamline system of sending out jobs to available sitters is so easy to get responses. As the other service, I had to go through each sitter and find one, which was the worst and antagonising experience. Pet Cloud wins hands down. I can contact pet cloud and get a response, as other service it was only through delayed emailing. Thanks Pet Cloud.

Simone was a fantastic pet sitter. From the time of the booking she was very easy to deal with, super accommodating with any requests and made the effort to come out and visit prior to commencing the booking. She was a great communicator, very friendly and most importantly fantastic with our dog, even taking the time to lay with her and pat her through a late night storm (very anxious during storms). I couldn't recommend Simon more highly.

Jo-Anne M (Adelaide) was fantastic! Her love of animals, knowledge and experience stood out above other pet sitters we’d met, and we felt comfortable and confident right from the start. She treated our pets and our house as her own, and we got daily updates and photos to keep us up-to-date with how they were. They were getting their own holiday at home and were well cared for with lots of love. Our house was immaculate when we came home, and our pets relaxed. Tracey, Paul & the team are amazing- our fur kids Beau & Lexi absolutely love going to stay. Tracey & Paul greet them like they are their own & the interaction is so reassuring (for us!!) My parents and us have been fortunate to have had Tracey and Paul look after 3 of our dogs over different times while on holidays. All three fur babies stayed with Tracey and Paul in their home and they were as much on holidays as we were. Tracey sent pics while we were away, including the one attached, which was so heartwarming and welcomed. Their home is set in an ideally location and we could tell how happy the other dogs were when we arrived. Tracey and Paul are warm and professional and their decades of experience and genuine love of dogs shine through. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. Our pup had never been in a kennel before so we were a bit anxious, but as soon as I meet Tracey and Paul we felt more at ease. He stayed in their home stay area and we received pictures of him and updates throughout the week which was great. They were accommodating to his dietary requirements and matched him up with a companion while he was there for company. We could not have asked for a better place to take care of our dog while we went on a short holiday. Tracey and Paul were exceptional with their care of our little girl. We had regular updates on how she was doing and the friends she was making. They fed her excellent quality food and the accomodation was very comfy and safe. She was returned to us clean and happy. Just picked up our two Weimaraners from Tracey & Paul after spending 6 nights there. This was the first time that we have left them in a kennel so we were very nervous, especially since they are a very particular breed. We did a lot of research and right up until making the booking, Tracey was super helpful and knowledgeable which put our minds at ease. We booked our girls into the homestay option as they are normally inside dogs who get a lot of attention. The price was reasonable and we were able to relax on our holiday knowing they were in good hands. Tracey also communicated with us while we were away to ensure that they were doing well. The facilities were clean and suitable and our girls came home happy and bathed. We will without a doubt be using Five Star Kennels next time we go away. Thanks so much!!

The absolute best boarding kennels we have ever found! Tilly was so relaxed when we went to pick her up, a great sign that she really enjoyed her stay with Paul & Tracy. We already have her booked in for our next trip away, and highly recommend Five Stay Kennels to all dog lovers!

Kyle and Daniel have both been amazing with teaching us behavioral lessons for our four dogs. The company we have used for dog walking, dog sitting, and dog training. All three experiences were 10 out of 10!! We would happily recommend Mad Dogs for anyone who is considering these services. You will be in safe hands!

Our young whippet is having the time of her life , socializing with other dogs and expending her puppy energy each day with Mad Dogs. Kyle and his team are incredibly professional, communicative and friendly. My dog Timmy is very friendly and social but after a few concerning run ins at local dog parks, I began to feel anxiety with socialising him but didn't want to isolate him either. MDAE really took the time to learn about Timmy and offers the opportunity for him to play in with a small group of other like minded dogs under a professionals supervision. He absolutely adores his regular walker and always comes back happy and tired. They post adorable pictures of the outing on their Instagram and it's honestly a highlight of my day to see Timmy having a fantastic time! (See below) Highly recommend!

I would be surprised if I ever saw anything less than 5 STARS for these amazing people. Kyle and Leticia have been walking Our dog every weekday for the past 4 months and we have felt very happy and comfortable with the service we receive. Often times they will go above and beyond for us providing each dog with their own individual treatment. They have even worked with us to have our pup develop better habits and also come to help us out on what I consider short notice. I really feel like I can truly rely on them and trust them immensely. Here are a few examples of the amazing pictures we receive from them on a daily basis. If you are looking for an amazing, top quality service, then look no further...you have found it.

MDAE were exceptional with me and my dog Yalla. From the first contact with Kyle they were super fast in getting back to me. Daniel was the trainer and I was impressed with the care and attention he had on explaining to us the methods and the reasons to use them. I only wished I had contacted them sooner!!! Yalla’s behaviour has improved a lot on our walks since then. Awesome work they do and I can definitely recommend!

Kyle has been fantastic to deal with from the very first phone call. Daniel’s training has made such a difference to being able to walk our Border Collie without the pulling and stress. The communication the whole way along has been excellent with regular updates and we are so glad we decided to get some help with training Marmalade. She has made so much progress already. Big thanks to Mad Dogs & Englishman!

MadDogs Brisbane (Kyle and Daniel) are GREAT! They really helped us with our doggie. He stopped pulling during walks and I can see he is excited and happy about being trained! (Ps: and you can get nice pics as bonus ☺️)

Highly recommend! We have been really happy with how our dog has progressed with Mad Dogs and Englishman, and Daniel has been an excellent trainer. We have had some pretty average experiences with a variety of other companies and strongly advise you give these guys a go!

OMG Kyle is Ahhhhmazing <3 He is so incredibly patient, knowledgable & clearly has a deep love of doggos. I have been to other trainers & felt that I was being reprimanded for my lack of knowledge, but Kyle was supportive, kind & very positive. There was flooding in Brisbane around Australia Day 2012 & they managed without fault to empty our pool numerous times and keep everything in order. The dogs actually looked so fit & healthy when we got back, it really is a personalised service. I love logging into the blog and seeing the daily photo updates of the dogs too! Im not sure what I would do without APS now, thank you so much!

It has taken me nearly two days to fix my computer to be able to write this, but I was determined to let everyone know how fantastic this company is!!!! A pet is a massive part of any family and its worrying when you have to trust someone else you don't know to look after them. The pet sitters in this company KNOW and LOVE animals and really do CARE. I called Advanced Pet Sitting when I desperately needed to transport my dog and they were there to help me straight away. They were so reliable and so caring to me and my dog. I would have seriously been lost without them. And I was so impressed at how knowledgeable they were about dogs. I will use this company whenever I go away, as I know they will treat my dog as part of their family while I am gone and that is what you want. Seriously, I don't write reviews often but had to spread the word to other pet lovers. GIVE THEM A CALL!!!!

I am very happy with the service they provided. Monika was looking after our cat while we were away on holidays. She did great! I especially liked the daily updates with pictures.

We had a wonderful experience with Don't Fret Pet! Our dog has separation anxiety, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving him at a kennel while we went away. Don't Fret Pet asked us detailed questions in order to find the ideal home for our dog. Pam did a perfect job looking after our dog - she took him out on walks, played with him, and sent us photos and updates each day.

Lee cared for our Elly May so well. It's a pleasure to find your pupper has had a happy experience. After a shy start day 1 with the other dogs on the afternoon walk I believe she was the life of the party after that.

Don't Fret Pets were an excellent service. They got back to me straight away after I put in my website request. Dianne kept me informed every step of the way when finding a minder for my pup. Setting up a meet and greet with Terry was smooth and Terry was a lovely man who took excellent care of my dog while I was away. I am very happy with the service I received from Don't Fret Pets and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I am a first time user of the service. Managed to get a wonderful carer to look after my 3 month old puppy. The carer was kind and I couldn’t have asked far anyone better to care for my puppy. Will definitely be using again

This was the first time that our 11 year old Beagle Florence was left with carers. I was recommended by a friend that also have a senior dog to No Fret Pets. There service was professional and caring. The booking process is easy and straightforward online. It was wonderful to meet Angie and David with Florence. Used Don't Fred Pet's service for our recent holiday. Initial registration was easy and was contacted promptly to pair us up with a minder. Location of minder was close and she was experienced, friendly and couldn't fault her. Very professional and truely committed to giving the best for your furbaby.

This was our first time leaving Salty with a petsitter. I felt reassured by the thorough vetting process Don't Fret Pet uses to select their petsitters. They called me to talk through the process, and having a meet and greet with the petsitter in advance was great. Knowing that there was a team of people behind the scenes who could assist if there was a problem was also very reassuring. Salty had an excellent time with Pam, and came home relaxed and happy. I would have no hesitation using Don't Fret Pet again, and have already pre-booked for another two upcoming holidays. I know Salty is in the best hands, with carers who love what they do.

I was very stressed about leaving my boys, let alone with a stranger, but Carol was just wonderful and spoilt them totally. Such a caring lovely lady.

Don't Fret Pet were efficient and thorough. A pet sitter was found quickly and our sitter, Marissa and her family were wonderful. They looked after our dog so well, kept us up to date with photos and messages. I would highly recommend this service.

Sharon did an exceptional job of looking after four dogs from our family while we celebrated my wedding. We were immensely grateful that Sharon was able to bring our pup along to the wedding ceremony and handle him there too. We had a great peace of mind knowing that the dogs were being looked after by a professional with plenty of experience with animals! I imagine our pups will stay with her again in the future!

I would highly recommend Sharon for looking after your pets/furry babies. Sharon understood our dog's needs and kept our pooch safe, pampered and exercised. I'll definitely use Sharon again and will be recommending her to family and friends. Five stars for Sharon!

I cant recommend Sharon highly enough! On top of being a friendly, caring, trustworthy and intuitive person, she is also a former vet nurse, so she knows all about animals. Sharon is our go-to when we need a sitter for our babies. She takes amazingly great care of them and we always return to happy and healthy pets after being able to enjoy a worry-free holiday. Dont even think twice about giving Sharon a call when you're looking for a pet sitter - you absolutely wont regret it!

Sharon is fantastic with my fur baby. I would suggest anyone use her services. She is understanding to our needs, and is willing to pick-up/drop-off my doggo from home because I am unable to. A+

We had our son’s wedding September 2020 and needed somebody to have our daxie, our daughter’s two daxies and our son’s daxie for two nights. To complicate things, our son’s pup was included in the ceremony. Sharon took our four daxies in for two nights and did a great job. She brought our son’s dog to the ceremony and looked after him afterwards. Nothing was too much for her having our 4 dogs. We recommend her for anyone needing their dog looked after.

A+++. I couldn't recommend this service or this person (Sharon) more highly. Almost a year ago now, I had to go through the trauma of one of beloved puppies being bitten by a snake. After rushing him to hospital and over a week on a ventilator machine - he pulled through. Upon release he was still so sick and I was told he needed 24 hour care and supervision. I searched and searched before finding this add. The service of looking after him all day while I was at work, giving him all the pills, and the piece of mind of Sharon being a retired vet nurse - saved me! I didn't have much money after all the vet bills and thankfully I didn't have to choose between my job or my pets well being. Since then, she has stayed an integral part of my puppies care (and they absolutely adore her). She baths them once a fort night and walks them twice a week while maintaining their health, whether it be monthly pills, trips to vet or just advice. Thank you so much! I don't know where I would be with out you. I highly recommend you call for chat and put your trust in her, as I did.

You can tell Sharon loves animals and they love her. Her vet nurse background further give you peace of mind when leaving your furry family member in her care. Highly recommended.
