All of their sitters are caring and loving.They send you detailed messages and great pictures of their time with them. Amber is accommodating , kind and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about her service. She was referred to me by another friend and I have never regretted it. I highly recommend them!

Such a great owner and sitter for my first time experience with Ambers Pampered Pets! Jennifer did an amazing job caring for my two senior pups while i was gone for a week. I felt like my pups were safe and sound with Jennifer and loved getting a visit report and pictures! All the things you want, to know your pups are safe at home. What a wonderful surprise to find Amber's Pampered Pets. I have a shy cat who loves lots of play time and snuggles from ONLY me. Even my grandkids send him to the closet to hide. APP's Jennifer came for the meet and greet and I was worried he wouldn't even show. But her quiet presence had him curious, and within minutes he was right there to meet her and sit on her lap. I loved the daily reports, including all the details of his care, which included medicinal attention and the wonderful pictures she sent. She even offered to take in our mail (which I had forgotten to stop) and our trash bin! The biggest surprise of the meet and greet was that our equally shy standard poodle came out of hiding to meet her. We will be calling on her to care for our babies any time we have occasion to get away. In fact, knowing we have this available will encourage us to do it more often! I also love the perfectly well thought out business plan of Amber's Pampered Pets company. Including the clock in and clock out feature on the app making it clear we were getting what we paid for. Natosha did a GREAT job for me. I have 4 dogs, one that is reactive. She handle them with care, and professionism. After every visit, I received an update along with pictures. I couldn't have asked for someone better to take care of my pack . I now feel like I can leave home for vacation or a long weekend, and they will be in good hands. I love Amber's Pampered Pets and the many wonderful people who work on the team. My two girls were very well cared for by this team. I always felt good that they were taking care of my dogs as well as picking up the mail and checking the house when I was away. They are great!

Amber’s Pampered Pets did a great job taking care of our two cats. Sitter Gabs kept us informed the whole time we were away and sent lots of pictures. The app makes everything very easy. We will definitely be using their services again!

Amber's Pampered Pets service was amazing! My wife and I went on a week long vacation and instead of trying to board 8 cats, we opted to use Amber's service. We found them on a basic web search. From the first contact email everyone was very professional, courteous and friendly. Natosha and Chris came to our house before our vacation so they could meet the fur family and get to know us and them and our routine. They were very attentive and took notes and pictures. Once we left, we had them come twice a day. During each visit Chris or Natosha would send us updates. We knew what was happening and they took lots of pictures to let us know our pets were being cared for with much love. We would highly recommend this service if you have to travel. In home pet care is way less stressful on your animals. We will be using this service again! They are excellent!

Amber’s Pampered Pets is absolutely wonderful! I take great comfort knowing my pets are safe and happy while I’m away from home. I have two very shy dogs that take time to warm up to new people. Hailey and Gabby are truly incredible souls that understand their needs and haven’t pushed. Over time, my shy pups have started to warm up to them. Very nervous about having someone in our home to take our dog out for walks etc Got a referral from our veterinarian never met anyone at this company. Turns out this was the BEST decision ever! Amber came in and was so sweet to our boy sent pictures & fed him. Came in twice. Our boy loved every minute of it actually booking now for more days. They are kind, trustworthy, fair, priced, and great with the dogs!! Sent about 15 pictures! Our dog was so happy!! If you’re thinking about using them, I would go ahead and book them!

I can’t say enough good things about Angel and the sincere care she showed for our puppy. Her thoughtfulness, making sure we were at ease while away was made evident as she sent videos and pictures several times throughout each day reassuring us that not only was he having a great time, he was healthy and in great spirits. Our 10mo old Axe loved every minute and came home very, very tired from all his activities she had for him! He will definitely be going back when we are back in the area, what a great find Angel was.

Angel went above and beyond watching our nervous rescue dog overnight. It was our first time boarding her, and Angel sent us tons of pictures and updates to set us at ease. We dropped off an anxious pup and picked up a happy, tired dog with lots of new friends. I couldn’t recommend Angel enough!

We had the best experience with Angel. We were visiting from out of state and needed to board our dog , Charlie, very last minute for a few hours. Angel was so kind and easy to work with. She was more than accommodating, so wonderful and patient with Charlie, who is very shy and timid with other dogs. She sent many pictures and updates. He did so well with her. A very thoughtful and trustworthy dog boarder, we feel very lucky to have found her!

We love taking our beagle to Angels. We are confident that she is safe and well taken care of. The dogs get lots of love and fresh air. She has a large, secured outside area for the dogs. I would recommend Angel to any pet parent if they’re looking for day care or boarding for their beloved pet.

Angel is amazing!! She watched our two dogs over a long weekend, and they absolutely loved her. She played with them the entire time, so we never had to worry about them being stuck in a cage like they would have been at a kennel. She also sent us updates and pictures daily, which we loved. We 10/10 recommend her to anyone.

Angel is such a patient person with both dogs and cats. She takes the time to get to know each personality of the animals she cares for. That is how she meets each of their needs so well. Her home is a safe environment and is comforting to a dog who is away from their secure, familiar living space. I would easily recommend her as an excellent pet sitter.

Being a new grandmother, I skeptically needed to find the best dog care for my Anderson, (came from South Bend Care & Control in 2008). Angie was a big part of Anderson’s last year of life. He adored her, her family, (people and pets), and made many friends during his stays. She supported my efforts to make his senior doggy life as quality as possible with special food, good exercise, and comfortable spaces to nap and sleep. Angie sent photos that were re-assuring, and made me smile. My boy was in good care having a great time. Angie and her husband watched Anderson face his last night of life with tender, loving care. I have known Carrie literally all of my life. I have boarded my Eskimo at other places over the years and have always felt guilty because he spent all his time in the kennel. I've taken him to her twice now and won't take him anywhere else. Her love for animals and the environment she's created there is unmatched. He comes home happy and exhausted, which is a very pleasant change from other places he's been.

Used Free Spirit for the first time and will most definitely be using it again. We have 2 dogs, one a Beagle recently rescued and was worried on how she would be. We worried for nothing. From the minute we left the dogs until we picked them up they were treated with such care and love. Carrie even sent videos and pictures of them outside playing just to ease our minds. When we picked them up they and the beds were dirty, a farm in winter you can't expect different. Carrie kept apologizing for it but I told my husband I would rather they come home dirty and happy rather than cleaning depressed. As far as we are concerned, there is no other place we would leave our fur babies.

Simply the best around! Very fixable with my schedule and accommodating! Carrie’s love for animals is very apparent and my dogs love to go see her! Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Whispering Pines enough. It is evident that they care about the animals they are watching. My rottie loves Emerson to bits and it shows every day when I bring her. I know she is well looked after and they take seriously any and all concerns I have raised for my pooch. Even when we had issues with my dog eating fluffy toys while at day care I knew that they really did start keeping a closer eye on her and the toys she had to play with, unlike other day cares I have tried in the area. Competitive prices, and the best care.

Left our 2 babies for 3 days. Staff was amazing, kennel was clean and dogs seemed well cared for. They post pictures on there fb page daily, which is nice. I would highly recommend. We will be using Whispering Pines in the future.

Have boarded my dog here a few times and daycare several times. Highly recommend. One of the only places with in/out kennels and plenty of room in their own kennel in addition to the big yard. The people are friendly and my dog loves it here!

I boarded my dog at Whispering Pines for 2 nights. It was a last minute arrangement and I was so happy to be able to get her a spot. She is very skittish but seemed to do well there, and she got to be outside to interact with other dogs, which she loves. I will be using them from now on, hopefully.

I have been taking my two large dogs here for about a year. I leave for work from 2-4 weeks at a time every couple months. My dogs are always happy and ready to go as soon as we pull into the drive. Friendly staff and I couldn’t be happier.

They always take great care of our dog, Lily. She is very shy and anxious but she quickly learned to love whispering pines as her “hotel” for when we are out of town.

We have placed our pets here whenever we need to travel and they never let us down. My dog Tyson has had some issues at other kennels. He needs lots of love and attention and he gets all of that at Whispering Pines. I will never take him anywhere else. You guys are awesome. Thanks for taking such great care of my puppy.

We have been boarding our two dogs At Whispering Pines for more than 10 years. Every time we drive down the road to the kennel, my dogs are enthusiastically waging their tails and whimpering in excitement. They are so happy to see their second family! I cannot say enough about how well cared for my dogs are while boarding here.

I cannot say enough good things about Camp K9 and the counselors there! I love that they post pictures on their Facebook page so I can see how my pup is doing and who some of his friends are! Dagger LOVES going to daycare, and it makes me feel so much better that he's able to play and burn off energy while I'm at work, as opposed to being home alone. Right now he goes there 3 days a week (he comes to work with me the other 2 days), and it's the perfect amount for him and my budget. It is well worth purchasing a package if you plan on your dog attending for longer than a week or two! Dagger is always exhausted when I pick him up, which is great for a not quite 5 month old german shepherd puppy! Plus, they offer boarding! They saved the day with a last second reservation for me recently, and I'm forever grateful that they love my dog as much as I do!

Earl loves daycare so much. Every time he comes home from camp, he literally crashes for about 8 hours. Plus I get to see pictures from his day. Would definitely recommend for socialization and exercise. Your dog will love it!

Late review since we just learned they changed management a while back. We thought this was a good daycare for our dog after a few trial days so we bought a package, but upon first day of the package they said our dog wasn't getting along with another dog (so what happened the first 2 days?) --so we took her out. I guess they let all 30 dogs go out to play at the same time with no separation of bigger /smaller dogs. I asked to transfer the package to my 2nd dog who was a puppy and not neutered yet and was waiting until they were 2 years as recommended, - they said it's fine and I can use it whenever...but when new management took over they didn't notify us through email or anything that packages expire. So now we just wasted a few hundred for nothing because they won't honor it. Crappy new management who won't work with their customer- you could have earned more money in the future if you actually tried to meet in the middle with a solution. They wanted me to buy more services- NO THANKS.

My fur baby Tank loves it here!! He can’t wait to leave the house on the mornings that he goes. He is always taken care of well during daycare and boarding. The staff is great and really cares about the pups! Highly recommend!!

Friendly staff and they take very good care of my puppy he can’t wait when we get to camp to get inside and go back and play and always looks happy and tired when I pick him up. I would recommend this to any dog parent.

Updating after 5 months of continual visits. Brought in three dogs... one happy, one calm and one terrified. Came in for Toenail Thursday, they were quick and the dogs all did well. Their nails come out great. We try to come every two weeks for nail dremeling, they do a wonderful job, no accidents or damaged nails. Our terrified puppy walks in on her own now, doesn't tremble and shake. She lets the employees pet her now. The staff are always friendly! They are very patient too! The facility is clean and well stocked with dog treat. The dog treats seem to be well loved, they have not had one they dislike yet. Easy to find and convenient location just off Capital.

My wife and I love this place, and more importantly our French Bulldog does too. We take her there anytime we are going to be gone in the evenings to make sure she can get out and play during the day. When we get there she is so excited because she knows she is about to have a fun day at camp. By the time we get her home in the evening she is passed out from playing so much. She will basically sleep all evening and into the morning (She would sleep longer if we let her). The staff there is great, and we feel more than comfortable leaving our family member there for the day. We have been coming there for about 6 months now. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a doggy daycare.

We have been taking our doodle to Pet Palace for over a year, and they never disappoint! Piper loves going to daycare and spending time with her friends, and now that they have been grooming her, she is always willing and eager to be brushed by us. She always looks adorable after a day at the spa! The Owners and staff are always warm, welcoming, and professional! They make Drop-off and pick-up quick and easy!

I highly recommend Pet Palace. The owner, Christina, her daughters and staff are second to none in providing the best loving care to our dog Macy. We have boarded our beloved girl many times over the last several years during our 7 day vacations and we always know she is in such great care while we are gone. My father had an emergency hospitalization and I came into town from out of state. I couldn’t find a single other establishment willing to help me out in boarding his dog. When I called Pet Palace they were so kind and the process to get the paperwork completed is so easy with it right on their website. I wasn’t able to get him there the first night as things were slow going at the hospital to start so when I called back ready to continue the process, she remembered me and asked after my dad. The customer service is phenomenal!! The building is clean and welcoming. The dog who is incredibly anxious is enjoying his stay which I think speaks volumes to their business practices. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been taking my dog, Oliver, here for over 3 years and I mean it when I say it’s the ONLY place I trust to take care of my dog. He’s older and pretty anxious, especially when I’m not around, but he absolutely loves it here. They use his special slow feeding bowl and give him his medicine. I also love that they let you bring your dog’s bed in because he loves his bed. The owner and employees are always so friendly every time I bring Oliver in. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I have been taking my dogs to Pet Palace for 14 years, and in all that time, it has always been a wonderful experience and stay for our furbabies. As with anything, change such as Bryon and Helen retiring and selling the business can bring apprehension for anyone, it did for me, but they certainly have left Pet Palace in good hands. Christina, Asia, and India, as well as the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond with caring for my sweet Shadow both with boarding and daycare. Shadow is always happy to go, and that says it all!

Since they've become under new ownership they are very rude and unprofessional. I've been taking my dog there for years and now I called the other day to make sure to see how much it would be to get him trimmed down she told me that it would be $85 because the price went up.Then when he is about done with groomed she lets me know that it is $120. She said that she gave me was a quote and the quote is a price of what a grooming should be and she's trying to say no that that is not the price. Then told me if I do not like it I can take my dog elsewhere. I was not even given a courtesy call to let me know before they started that it will be more.

I've been using Pet Palace since they opened. Byron and all the Pet Palace staff are so kind and sweet to my 18 year old Yorkie. I had her groomed yesterday and she's adorable!

I have loved Per Palace for years. We took our first rescue dog there for a bath years ago. She was very timid and hated men. I told them if she had any issues, to just call me to pick her up so she didn't have any additional trauma. When I finally got the call to pick her up she was not only clean, but had her nails done. We have loved them ever since. Each employee truly loves animals and Byron is a doggie whisperer.

I have been taking my dog since he is a puppy and the only thing that he gets from here it’s love. They helped me a lot and my dog. Hands down they are the best. Bruno’s dad!

5 STARS!! I am new to the area and found 'Always Waggin' Boarding kennel. Andrew has been very professional and responsive to my questions and all my boarding needs. My elderly (15+ yr old) dog has been well cared for during all her stays. I highly recommend Always Waggin and will continue to use it for all my kennel and grooming needs. 5 STARS!!

Highly recommend Always Waggin! We've boarded our dog twice and have had a positive experience both times. When our travel plans changed and we had to delay coming home an extra four days right before Christmas, Andrew was very kind and accommodating.

We have two pups that were recent residents of Always Waggin for a full week. This was their first time ever staying outside their home so we took extra time to find the perfect spot for them. Always Waggin was it. Andrew took the time to show me the ins and outs of his kennel prior to my dogs' stay. We love that Always Waggin is a small family owned business and his love for the animals was evident in my brief stroll around the kennel. At the end of their stay at Always Waggin, I witnessed first hand the love and attention Andrew gave my pups. They were very excited to see me, but also did not leave without receiving one last belly rub and hug from Andrew. We are happy to have found this little gem of a place close to our southside home.

Our dogs are always happy to stay at this doggie hotel. We are able to be away from home in peace knowing that we don't have to worry because we know they are well taken care of. Nobody else I'd trust more.

The only family and place we would trust our beloved big Saint Bernard with! They are the best, kindest, most amazing family who treat your pets like their own. We drive 2 hours one way to drop off, because this place is so special and it is absolutely worth the ride. We’ve tried multiple kennels over the last 9yrs & no other kennel comes close to this place! Andrew is the most sincere kennel owner I’ve ever met and you can tell how much he loves his job by the way he greets your dog(s). I love that he posts stuff on Facebook about his “guests” and he is always responsive when it comes to any questions I have. My dogs are an extension of my family and there’s no one else I would trust to take care of them in my absence.

We took our dog, Ivy, to Always Waggin' for the first time. They were recommended by our vet after our vet was no longer able to offer boarding services due to staff shortages. She was with them for 1 week. She is such a home body and boarding is always a very stressful time for her. Andrew and his family were AMAZING. So sweet and attentive. Andrew even messaged me during the week to let me know she was doing fine and getting lots of petting to help calm her. It is obvious they care about the animals in their charge. We will definitely be using Always Waggin' as our future boarder.

We have boarded our dog with Andy and his family a half a dozen times now. Every time they always take great care of him! He always is happy to see us, but you can tell he is well loved while he is there. There have been a few times that we have needed to change things last minute, and they have always been accommodating.

Andrew went above and beyond for us and our dogs. We had our dogs stay on our wedding weekend. We really wanted our dogs as our ring bearers and Andrew helped us make it happen! Not only was he thrilled to help make it happen but helped ease our mind about “kenneling” them for the weekend. Andrew let us tour the facility before hand and it really gave us piece of mind. Our dogs had a great time and will definitely be using Andrew in the future. 6/5 stars if I could!

I absolutely love boarding here! All 3 of my dogs love it too. All I have to say is are you guys ready to go stay at the boarders and they load themselves! I highly recommend bringing your dogs to Always Waggin whether it is for a day or for a week!

I've been taking my 3 pups to Serenity Pet Spaw for a couple of years now. I was new to the area and was looking for a place that I felt comfortable with. They love the animals that come in and it shows. They remember my pups and they say they look forward to seeing them and I truly believe that. I'm always impressed with how they treat us and the work they do. They're so kind and patient with my pups and they always do a fantastic job with their grooming. They are the only place I will take my pups because I feel comfortable and confident and they are so nice to my pups. Everyone at Serenity is phenomenal. The best grooming experience I've ever had in over 15 years of taking various pups to various groomers! I can't say enough positive things about Serenity Pet Spaw.

I am updating my review because places change and different events happen. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I spent months when my pup was just a wee thing looking at all local daycares. He's attended three and toured five - none to this day have compared. I feel like my pup is enjoyed here and wanted. He continues to happily go to daycare and the staff are extra kind to me and my crazy schedule. It means a lot. I have a high energy dog that wants to run, jump, and play non-stop. We tried several daycares in the area and this is hands down the best place. My dog loves coming here and leaves happy (and tired!) I feel like staff truly care about him and enjoy what they do. We also use their grooming services. He has returned smelling nice (for a very short time - his fault not theirs!) and looking great.

Our family Can't say thank you enough for finally finding a place . That you can know they are safe to be groomed. Our fur babies are a big part of our family. So when they are in Miss Grace and the teams grooming we know they will be safe and when we pick them up they will be as my son says ( cute and cuddly). A Huge 5 Paws. This is by far the best groomer I’ve interacted with. They treat my dog so amazingly. The groom is always perfect and they offer cute little add ons! We got gems on my dogs ears and her toes painted today. I’ll never take my pups anywhere else

I have 2 dogs. One is highly anxious when it comes to grooming and the other has only been groomed by one person his whole life. When we arrived, we came in my little one was shaking. We had to wait for a little while and I was just about to leave because I had not seen the little one anxious about grooming before. However, the moment Michelle came out and started talking to the dogs and petting them, they fell in love with her. She is amazing at calming dogs (and owners). And they both looked so handsome afterwards. It is rare to find a groomer who loves what they do and has such a gentle, loving way with pups. Michelle is both of those things. My anxious dig wasn't groomed by Monica but when she walked past my anxious pup, he instantly took a liking to her as well. It was a great sign to me that my dog liked two different people there. I will definitely be back. They deserve all the stars and recognition. I also love that they were at a community event supporting animal rescues. Great haircuts from a talented groomer who supports animal rescue. I am a fan!

They always take care of my boy! Prices vary with size of the dog. I have a bernedoodle, he is around 70lbs and for a full bath, ear trim/cleaning, cut, and nails cost me $120 and then some with tip. It’s pricey, but my pup loves seeing them.

We are so lucky that our neighbor recommended Serenity to us for Heidi. She's been going to Serenity for the past year, and we really feel the difference from our previous experiences at the "big box" store groomers. Mike is always thrilled to see Heidi (and vice versa!) and the fact that he not only remembers us, but also can reflect on her progress from last year is huge (she wasn't so keen on her nails being done at first, and now, she'll only let Mike and Michelle touch them (and even paint them!)... Mom and Dad are still a no go, ha!). At Serenity, you and your pet are more than just a number - you're truly part of their pack! Plus, they take a post these lovely pics of our babies to Facebook (with permission, of course) and we're always so excited to see how she did after we take her in!

We have a very shy Great Dane/Mastiff mix and Mike is always so patient with her and makes her feel comfortable, they do such a great job with her I wouldn't go anywhere else. Such a great group of people.

Found the right place for our high energy dog! Just couldn't put our dog in a small space for an extended period of time so The Paw Pad really fit the bill for us with a "free range" facility! Personalized and knowledgeable service is what we got here! Instant updates when we asked how things were going. These were 2 photos that were sent while he was there. He's lucky to even get a star from me... place is nasty, the guy that helps outis ok, but he can answer a single question without calling his trusty boss... and the owner was rude off the back... I hate to use it but felt a LOT of racist vibes.. I been black for 45 years and been around it a lot, so I know a racist when I see one... denied my dogs service, even if my dog is obedient and non aggressive.. He wanted to do some crap with his dog, if his dog liked mine then it was ok.. his dog was aggressive with mine.. tried to listen to a few people and bring him some business, but others had already told me it's a bit racist.. I should've listened...

It took me a while to even write about this, because it broke my heart. I had a great Dane that I loved dearly. Her name was River. I was moving and my parents were watching her for me while I was trying to find a place to live that I could have her. They went on vacation and boarded her here without telling me and then I got a call that my dog died. She was only 6 and claustrophobic and he had her in a wood crate that was way too small for her huge Great Dane self when she passed. Not to mention you couldn’t really see in or out of it. I can’t imagine how he got her in there, because she would never have gotten in that box willingly. I’m assuming she died of stress or hyperventilation. When I came to collect my dogs body to bury her. He was not very apologetic and even had nerve to crack jokes to a buddy while I was trying to keep my eyes dry from crying. I wish I had done an autopsy at the time because I would’ve sued him for it. Never ever leave your dog here.

My pup loves to stay overnight there. He gets so excited when we pull in the driveway.

Our dog Maddie loves Nick and playing here at Paw Pad. When she greets Nick she is super excited to see him. She loves running in wide open spaces, so Paw Pad is perfect for her. It's like going to camp if we leave her for a mini vacation. She has a great time.

My dog goes to daycare almost everyday! He is loved & cared for like he is their own. The rates are great and always give me updates when boarding! Nick is so knowledgeable and personable as well. Highly recommend!!

The Paw Pad is a wonderful home away from home for your dog. I have known the owner over 15 years and he is a great guy. The dogs are very happy and are shown a lot of love. I have been there several times and Nick interacts with each dog like it is his own. There is plenty of room for the dogs to play and they have such nice accommodations that will make them feel at home. I highly recommend this place!

We left our 5 monrh pld puppy while we on vacation for over a week. She had such a good time. It was like a vacation for her! I received updates and pictures. I could not be more pleased with her care.

Our young, intelligent, German shepherd rescue goes here often. She loves Nick and his family. Highly recommend.

This place was terrible, they lost my dog and the guy was overreacting about 1 bite. I recommend you to not come here because theyou have lost 3 dogs now including mine. 😢😢😢 I'll miss her. …

Took my old, tiny, angry dog in for day care before we board him for a trip. Because he is aggressive, they were able to set him up in his own room and take him out separately from the other pups so everyone stays safe. Soo grateful to find an amazing group of people to understand our little guy & his history. Cant wait to book his grooming and see how handsome he looks with a fresh cut!!

It's a nice, clean, professional facility. Just kinda creepy to have the kritter hotel sharing space with a crematorium. You stand in a line to pick up your very happy pup from a weekend vacation there as the other client in line carries in a body bag with grief all over there face and is struggling not to cry. So many feels in that small lobby.

They take great care of our needy, angry little muffin of a cat. We've used several places in the area, but we trust kryder's team the most. Staff is friendly, and they seem to accommodate the dietary needs (raw food) well.

I actually like this place and use them often for boarding my two dogs. The star rating is for ridiculous billing practices. So daycare (basically drop off in am and pick up before 7 pm) is 25 dollars. Boarding overnight for my two dogs is 59. If I can’t pick up before 12 they add a FULL boarding charge of 59 dollars?? Why and how does this make any sense. It’s the same dogs, in the same kennel. Why is is 59 for a few hours in the day if they were boarding and only 25 for the same daycare ??? So essentially if I was boarding overnight and came in before noon and check them out and then check them back in it would be $25 instead of 59??? . How does this make any sense?

my dogs looked very happy when we picked them up. however when we got their blankets and their bed, there was almost a moldy smell. we called and asked why and apparently they clean the cages in the morning but i guess they don’t dry the cages either which definitely needs to change my dogs also smelled horrible when they got home.

I've boarded my dogs I don't know how many times with them now. Staff are always friendly and facilities are super clean.

The staff are really sweet and I have no issues with them at all. However, the owners decided to get rid of all the old cat condos and replace them with new ones with no consideration for elderly or disabled cats. They used to have units that were all one level (2x6) which was great for my old cat, but now they're all multi-level and I need to figure out my options.

We've been using Kryder for a few years now, and we'll continue to do so for as long as we have pets needing care while we're away. The staff all seem to very much enjoy their jobs, the animals seem to very much enjoy the attention, and it's really not terribly priced. If you're looking to board your pets, Kryder is a great place to check out.

I cannot express enough how wonderful Kryder Kritter hotel is. The owner and staff have always been accommodating, professional, extremely friendly. I wouldn’t trust any other boarding facility with my fur babies. I have been taking my pups to Kryder since 2017, whether it be boarding or daycare. My pups get excited just pulling into the driveway, that in itself tells me that they can hardly wait to get out to see their fur friends! I would and do recommend Kryder Kritter hotel. Thank you for all you do for me and my fur babies!🐶😁

The best place i never knew existed! They are great with all types of animals. My new boarding go to for everything besides my dogs. Cat loved her stay!

Makenzie was awesome. She did a great job talking care of my senior kitty who needs a daily inhaler. And she was beyond awesome at providing detailed updates and pictures. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my fur baby was in good hands.

Wonderful grooming experience for my senior cat with her multiple deep fur mats. They are so kind and patient here, and did a nice job. Very clean, cheerful facility.

The Cat’s Meow is the cutest! They took such good care of my Ragdoll, and the interior decorating makes it look like the cats are staying in little houses! They also kept me updated with pictures!

I boarded my two cats here when we were gone for a week. They were safe in their own room, which had cat sized beds, toys, litter box and food. They even sent me pictures of my boys. I highly recommend this boarding facility.

It was my first time leaving my cat here for boarding. I am happy I did! It’s a nice resort for cats with birds and fishes to watch. They even have a playroom for the cats. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place for a cat while out on vacation! They even send you cat pics with updates.

This place will make you wish you were a cat! Creative and cozy private spaces for cats. They have an actual bed, discrete litter boxes, plenty of toys, treats and attention from the staff. Finally, I cannot say enough about their cat grooming! I wish there was an option for more stars.
