Dolores was a fantastic house sitter while we were out of town. We got the opportunity to meet her in advance to show her the house & supplies. Her experience with and love for animals let me know I was leaving my cat in good hands. She sent photos and updates daily, left the house just as tidy as she found it, and kept an eye out for my lost cat while she was at it.

From her promptness to schedule a pre-sit call to her truly thorough tidying of our house, Stella was an amazing housesitter from start to finish!! She read all the info we put together ahead of time, and asked for clarification on just a few things which made us confident that the pup and the house were in good shape :) Stella was really gracious when we admitted to not having a coffee pot, and handling things calmly when there was an incident with street parking. Maybe most importantly though our dog Luke was calm when we came home. I think if future sitters are clear in their expectations around frequency of communication/photos and the dogs needs then Stella is the perfect person to exceed your expectations!

We could not have asked for a better house sitter than Myria! She is kind, personable, organized, responsible communicative and more...She read all of our instructions before arriving and asked lots of questions about our pups to make sure she understood their personalities and schedules. You can tell she truly is a dog lover. Myria provided regular updates and we felt 100% confident leaving our dogs in her care. We came back to a home that was spotless - you could hardly tell she had been here. I'd highly recommend Myria as your next zeewoi!

Brian is awesome - he is simply the best pet sitter and house sitter that we have EVER had and we've had a bunch. He is experienced, thoughtful, respectful, loving, appreciative, helpful, enthusiastic...the list just goes on. Started with our initial call - it was our first sit with zeewoi and he immediately instilled confidence in us in how he talked about his experience and how he saw his role. In the pre-planning, he had great questions for us and helped us to get organized. He was thorough through the instructions, came in a day early to make sure he understood everything about our house and our dog and then followed through on everything. He even drove us to the airport and picked us up on the return. Along the way we were gone, he sent us pictures and kept us updated - always making us feel good about being away and knowing Jorge and the house were in great hands. We had workers coming to fix a fence while gone and some other activity at the house - he was helpful, available, and willing to do whatever was needed to be done. He was self-sufficient and when it came time to leave, he had everything organized and cleaned at the house - he left it in better condition than he received it. We would love to have Brian sit whenever we are away (and in fact will invite him and hope he says yes!) - any one would be lucky to have Brian as their house and pet sitter.

Mikayla was a superb house/dog sitter for us for one full week. She was an excellent communicator, very quiet and tidy (respectful of the space) and best of all she quickly bonded with our big dog Mouse. She cheerfully took her for long walks and shared photo updates regularly. I highly recommend Mikayla.

They took very good care of my pets which involved feeding cats twice daily, fish once or twice a day and filling up fountain for birds. Animals were healthy and happy when I returned. Nothing was lost or broken, and Diane even found a lost grinder part that had fallen into the cats food while I was using it. They are a pleasant couple. They were invited from Wednesday to Sunday. They arrived on Monday so had 3 days instead of one to learn the pets routine. They also informed me that they wouldn't be leaving until Monday morning, but that worked out well since I was mistaken about the end date of my cruise and couldn't get home until Monday. Everything was left neat, but I had minor housekeeping to do (clean sink, fingerprints off glass table, sweep floor). They are older than stated on the profile, which they said only allows 65 as a top age. 68 and 73. Bruce has health problems that requires he sleeps sitting up in a chair that has a leg lift, which luckily I had, so he slept in my living room. They are fine caring for cats, but my friend with a dog decided to find another sitter rather than leave him with them (she was going to pay) because they seem somewhat frail.

Stephanie, Brian and baby Martin took fabulous care of our home and pets for two weeks. From the outset, communication was quick, smooth and friendly and it was clear that both Stephanie and Brian are reliable, professional and warm sitters who take all the various elements of a sit seriously. They kept us up to date with photos and messages, dealt proactively and competently with any unexpected issues that popped up, and most importantly showered our dogs and gerbils with attention and care throughout the time we were away. We returned to a spotlessly clean home (with thoughtful touches of fresh milk, bacon and bread waiting for us) and happy, settled pets. In short, we would recommend Stephanie and Brian to anyone looking for reliable, attentive and proactive sitters for their pets and home. We would be delighted to welcome them back for another sit, should they ever find themselves in the area again.

Charlie was again an outstanding sitter for us whilst we were away at a wedding. This is the second time having Charlie and although we have not met face to face we completely trust her with our home and of course our cat, Nala. Charlie left the house spotless which is amazing to come home to after a long day of travelling. She is reliable, good at communicating and trustworthy and we would not hesitate to recommend her enough. Thanks again Charlie, we hope you come back again and there might even be a dog next time😁

Oh my Goodness! Where to begin. Linda was the perfect house sitter for us and the perfect pet sitter for Olivia! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When we returned from out two week vacation all our plants were alive, the garden was alive, the birds and fish had been fed regularly, and the dog was alive and happy! What more can you ask for, right? Well with Linda you get all that and more. Updates as you request - even videos of her morning walks with Olivia. The house as spotless as we left it, maybe even better! Even the porches were clean! Linda is a genuine treasure and our recommendation would be 10 stars if there were that many!!

Melissa and Chris are amazing. We are very picky about our dog sitters, and we chose them because they have been doing this for a long time and track your wants and needs carefully and follow through with utmost care and integrity. They offered to come the day before we left to meet Winnie so that we could rest in that she would trust them and connect to them. Honestly, we would hire them as our only dog sitter all of the time if we could. I cannot thank them enough and say enough good things about them. They also took very good care of our house and plants.

I don't leave reviews often but Courtney has definitely earned one! She has been absolutely amazing to work with and knowing my pups are well taken care of is something I don’t have to worry about when I’m out on fire assignments. I know they’re getting the best care possible when I’m away and they’re always excited to get dropped off and happy when I pick them up. I couldn’t ask for someone better to take care of the babies when I’m gone. I absolutely recommend her to everyone who asks!
WM K9 is a wonderful place for you four legged friends. The small scale allows for each pet to receive quality care. My dog is always happy to see Courtney. I have been entrusting him to Courtney for years and highly recommended WM K9. She just needs to charge more:)
Courtney was AMAZING! We left her with a very challenging mix - a grumpy 10 year old arthritic pitbull and a 4 month old rescue puppy who had near been boarded before. I was super anxious and called a ton! She was very patient with both dog mom and dogs :) They came home happy even though we were away for family stuff for 10 days. I could not be more grateful!!! Ps also got a good facility tour - nice indoor/outdoor kennels with lots of natural light.
Our family pup, Mercedes, was here with Courtney for almost 2 weeks. She was so happy and well taken care of. The facilities are great and VERY clean, and they get plenty of outdoor time. She seemed to really bond with the pups and Mercedes wasn't wanting to leave. Will definitely be dropping Mercedes off here again!! Thank you!!
To say Courtney is excellent at what she does is an understatement. Her love and compassion for what she does is evident. I will gladly drive the extra distance knowing my beloved dog is being well taken care of when I'm traveling. This place is awesome!
Awesome! Left my one year old aussie here 2 weeks ago and was worried sick because he's never stayed at a kennel before. Picked him up today and he was doing well! These ladies know how to love your dogs while you are away. Will bring both my Aussies back next year.

We have boarded our 2 German Shepards here Max and Roxy several times throughout the last 2 years, Steve is a fantastic customer service guy. It is clear he is passionate about animals. The facility has cameras which my wife found very comforting on vacation, this was the first place we ever boarded and it was seamless and straightforward, Steve fed and administered meds properly for our aging dogs, I highly recommended this kennel and for the cost with a discount for multiple dogs in one kennel it’s a great value !
The ONLY reason I am giving this place a one star is because there is not a place for a MINUS - star. I have two beautiful Australian Shepherd dogs I brought them to this so called heart of the mountain pet resort and to say I am disgusted would be an understatement. Last night and through the early morning I noticed one of my dogs was not in the kennel as you are able to watch a live video stream of your pet at any given time. I noticed that the one I could see kept scratching at the back pet door to go out as her sister was clearly on the other side in the very frigid below freezing weather 23 degrees to be exact. I decided to record from my phone for proof that one of my dogs was intentionally left outside in the below freezing temperatures. I do have video proof of what I am saying and I have recorded proof that one of my dogs was not where she was supposed to be over the span throughout the night and early morning. I went early to confront Steve ( manager of this place ) I came right out and asked him where my dog was last night as I did not see her on camera and he boldly lied straight to my face and said I must have missed her and she was laying down behind the door or something. Then Steve said nervously “ I tell you what though that dog is a barking son of a gun” I already knew he had lied to me and after he made that comment it solidified that he indeed had locked her out in the freezing cold and for that reason. Heart of the mountain is definitely a great place to board your dog! Steve is very passionate about the care he provides a person's pet! A person can utilize the camera app to view your pet anytime. Steve also provides the multiple injection shot for a person's dog who needs it. Great boarding place and centralized near the show low area!
My best friend of over 16 years passed & Steve was comforting. They picked him up & placed him in a nicely made box. Very professional & under the circumstances I'm very happy with them. Hope i won't have to use them again any time soon. Thank you for everything...
So happy we found this place. Went to show low to stay in a cabin for a couple of days and we were not allowed to bring pets. I have this one dog that always causes trouble when we are gone because he has separation anxiety. My wife found this place and we were skeptical at first but when we got there renew it was a good fit because they truly care about your pets here. Steve was there and handled us from start to finish and he truly loved our dog. He even let me come and visit him one of the days so I can take him out for a walk and show him some love. Pricing is reasonable, and the dogs kennel and dog run is fairly large. He makes sure to keep it closed when it's cold outside so the pets remain warm. When we got there Teddy literally ran up to Steve before we left to show him some love so I know he was taking care of him good.
Many years ago I got one of my dogs from her that owned it. Laurie was her name.. when I stop by talked to some guy that was there and told him my story and he's quite nice. I hope they do well. My friend used to have like miniature horses and little Billy goats along with standard poodles and mini Austrian shepherds. That's where I got my Aussie from
We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the kennels and the runs. Our huskies seemed to be very comfortable while there and the fact that we could watch them at all times was really cool, seemed they were having a sing along with Steve at one point. You can tell how much he loves dogs. The prices are very reasonable and yes you need to pay in cash. I highly Recommend it.
Steve was great! Clean facilities, loved that our two dogs had access to their runs whenever they wanted and we were allowed to bring in toys for them. I especially loved the 24 hour web cams so that we could keep an eye on our pups whenever we wanted. Would happily use them again next time we're in the area.
Never judge a book by its cover, this pet resort is sensational. My dog was there for 3 days and there was no problem, he had a kennel in excellent condition, a great comfortable bed but above all Steve was very attentive to all of Austin's needs, he is a very shy dog and even so Steve had the necessary patience so that he felt very good, he is also an excellent person. The next time I have to leave my dog, I will leave him here again because I can be sure that he will be in very good hands. Thank you Steve !!!! Recommended 100%
I love this place, my Yorkie really loved this place. I could see her anytime day or night with their video camera set up. Steve really cares about the animals and knows them all by name. First time I didn't worry about my fur baby while I was out of town. I knew she was well taken care of!

We had a problem with our 2 female great danes, which had started fighting. Everyone we spoke to said we had to rehome one of our girls. Mica give us some sound advice and training ideas and within two months are girls are back to running the yard and house together. So thank you Mica, the prospect of rehoming one of our girls was really breaking our hearts, being able to keep them both what's the best Christmas present.
Mika was outstanding with our 5month old German Sheppard. She went out of her way to make sure that Dakota was comfortable due to it being her first time being away from us..
Just a little ranch is an amazing place to board.. The new owners are making great progress with the remodel and they take exceptional care of your animals. They also have a variety of livestock for sale to the public. The staff are very knowledgeable and really take pride in what they do!
Knowledgeable owners & TERRIFIC animals\products! Mica has educational classes worth the time & efforts.
