Caring, detailed woman ready to fill in while you are away.
Rose is dependable, reliable, self sufficient and tidy. My dog Cadey takes several medications and I had no worries that she was getting them. She sent photos every couple of days which is reassuring. I had total confidence that my cat and dog were being loved and tended to. Coming home was a breeze as I was wiped out and the bedding and towels were freshly washed. I can highly recommend Rose. You won’t be disappointed. Ps Rose had left a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a card to thank me for my hospitality.

Sharon and John were amazing!! They took wonderful care of Marco and Cleo. After their sit, Marco kept looking around for them; I’m sure to get an extra snuggle. Cleo usually spends our time away hiding under our bed, but they were able to coax her out, which is a major accomplishment. I enjoyed having some time to sit and visit listening to all the places they had traveled. If you had six stars for a rating, they would get every one of them!

Christopher quickly endeared himself to our kitties, and was an extremely professional housesitter. If you’re looking for someone who will do what he says he will, invite Chris over! He was also flexible and understanding when our plans to depart were delayed last minute due to inclement weather.

Carmen and Brett-Animal lovers, traveling the world one continent at a time.
What wonderful pet and house sitters Carmen and Brett were! We highly recommend them. Communication was first rate from the time we agreed the sit. They were great on Whatsapp, sharing about their prior sit and the lovely pets they were caring for and kept us updated on their arrival flight. We met them at the airport and had a fun handover night / welcome BBQ in our home before we departed next day. They were a delightful couple with really interesting stories of their travels and sits. This couple could manage any emergency in any country and not be phased by it. They "get shit done" (as we say in Australia) without fuss. They checked in on how often we wanted updates and shared plenty of pics of Bella and Kenji on their usual walks and meeting up with other dogs. They were great with our 2 dogs. They were patient with Bella's slow warming to strangers after mums departed (she's a rescue dog who doesn't give her heart easily) and worked brilliantly with our exuberant 10 month old pup as he barked at animals on the TV during their first Netflix night. They checked in for how we manage him and became pros by the 2nd night. Our pups were happy on our return and had been much loved, walked and cuddled plenty and kept to their usual familiar routine. This was the very best care you can get with a pet sitter.

It was a joy to meet Kelley and share our home with her! We are appreciative of the pictures and message she shared with us while we were away from home. She left the house tidy and the dogs well cared for! Especially appreciate the care for our puppy that can certainly be a lot more work than older dogs.

Life is Better with Pets!
Barbara and Gary were great host. They left our home cleaner then we arrived and had to deal with an escaped chicken and a sick chicken the night before we returned. They gave us updates on the cats and chickens with photos when we asked and we would welcome them back.
Michele is a great pet sitter for my dog Charley! She keeps me informed and sends pictures. I came home to an immaculate home! I hope she will come back again.
Once again Dede was the most perfect pup and house sitter you could ever hope to have the pleasure of using. She leaves our home cleaner than we left it and our pups so happy that they continue to search for her after she leaves. Dede handled an emergency situation with a false CO2 alarm which resulted in a visit from the fire department perfectly and we were so grateful! I feel completely comfortable with her in our home and know she is giving our 2 dogs the very best care. Thank you Dede - you truly are the best!
Janet and Bob were great to our pups and our home! They were our first sitters so we weren’t really sure what we were getting into, but they made it an awesome experience! They are coming back to stay with our dogs again in August. Definitely trust them with your fur babies!! 🐾🐶
This is our second time welcoming Michele and we were so happy to have her back! Our dogs Pedro and Samantha love her and it is clear she loves them! Our house was immaculate upon our return and Michele made her famous lemon chicken recipe which we gobbled up and then we asked for the recipe. We can't say enough great things about her and hope you are lucky enough to get her as a sitter for your pets.
Our dog loved Angela, as did we! She was friendly, efficient, handled our large, happy bernadoodle effectively and with love...we could not have asked for a better dog sitter and would be happy to have her back.
Cindy was great, couldn’t have asked for a better sitter experience! Communication was great both before and during the sit. Cindy was really helpful and flexible with arrival and departure arrangements. I came back to a happy dog and a well cared for house, can thoroughly recommend 🙂
Emily and Chris were absolutely incredible house and pet sitters. They took care of our dog and two cats for 10 days and were some of the best sitters we've ever had. They took amazing care of all three animals -- giving medicine to our aging dog and managing to befriend our very shy cats on day one. We received adorable picture and video updates each day and it was clear that the pets loved spending time with them. Additionally they left the house in pristine shape and were incredibly diligent in all aspects -- bringing in packages, taking out the trash and recycling, etc. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Lynn and Ray were fabulous sitters, going above and beyond to take care of our home, yard, and rambunctious pup. Leaving him for three weeks was very difficult but we felt confident once we met them. They are great communicators, very professional, capable of handling any situation, and personable. Since they are fully self-contained in their van, they arrived a day early so we could show them the place, have our dog Bailey get comfortable with them (that was immediate ☺), and get to know them over dinner together. While on our trip, they sent us daily photos of Bailey, which we really appreciated, and updates on their activities. They took him hiking almost every day and kept him well exercised. Any issues that came up (e.g., our irrigation water ran dry a couple weeks in) they communicated to us and we were able to resolve them quickly. They also harvested ripe berries and squash for us and even harvested and dried tomatoes in our dryer. We spent our entire trip feeling assured that all things were being taken care of and feel ever so grateful that we found Lynn and Ray through TH. We returned from our trip to a house that was thoroughly cleaned (better than we left it ☺), with fresh sheets on the bed, and a happy dog. Five-star sitters for sure!
The two-leggeds and four-legged members of this household give Tess a 5-star rating! We think she's one of the best sitters you will find - highly communicative, friendly, competent, reliable, and great with pets. Tess was also flexible about start and end dates to accomodate possible winter weather complications. For this sit, Tess was able to bring along her mom, Cathy. Tess introduced me to Cathy during one of our Skype conversations prior to the sit. It was a bonus to have her here with Tess. Their travel to Marquette was complicated by weather. A fierce winter storm swept across Michigan just before the sit. It took Tess and Cathy two days to drive here but they arrived, as promised, in time for us to fly out early the next morning. We even had time for a lovely dinner together and to introduce them to the dogs and house. We left the next day and never had a moment's worry while Tess and Cathy were caring for our pets and home. Tess sent us regular updates and photos. The dogs immediately accepted them as great new additions to their pack of friends - even our cranky, old chihuahua, Nike! We returned to happy pets and a spotlessly clean home. We plan to invite Tess (and Cathy if available) to return for future sits. Thank you, Tess and Cathy!
Ranji was a wonderful pet sitter for my dog Zoe and was very easy to communicate with and kept me informed. She took wonderful care of our condo and wouldn’t hesitate to have her in my new home in NJ if she wants to check out a new area.
