Amazing boarding. Our 3 dogs go here including our super anxious, nervous JRT. They have worked wonders with him and he loves this place! All our dogs are so well taken care of, clean and happy there, highly recommend. Thanks Kartina, Belinda and all the other wonderful staff who make it happen.

Lovely place for my dog. Have left my dog with them a few times for a long holiday and he's very happy and well cared for. Only issue is that, they are really hard get in contact with. I have to ring and text them multiple times for them to respond and this is during their business hours. Apart from that, quite happy with their service.

Boarded our 2 large dogs for 4 nights. Katrina was very welcoming to us and our dogs (one is shy/timid of strangers and a bit nervous but warmed to them). Very knowledgeable, friendly and gave a great handover when we picked them up. Fantastic place and service. Added bonus was Katrina put us onto a larger biscuit that is similar to one our dogs loved while living overseas and fed them these while they stayed.... We stopped at the pet supplies shop Down the road from there and got a large box On the way home! Both dogs enjoyed their stay at the kennels and are stuffed! We will definitely board them with her again and highly recommend Clematis boarding kennels! All the 5 star reviews are evident of the fantastic service and care she provides for our fur babies.

Our two fur babies stayed at Clematis Boarding kennels for 16 nights. We picked them up this morning and we could see they have been taken well care of. They looked healthy and happy and although delighted to see us were also happy where they had been. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone who loves their dogs as much as we do! I left my dog at Clemantis and my experience was amazing. When I picked my dog she was looking very happy and healthy. I forgot my dogs medicine when I dropped her but Katrin ordered those tablets for me and feed medicine to my dog everyday. Thanks Katrina for looking after our dog and for your help. I will definitely recommend and use this kennel in future to family and friends.

They take wonderful care of my highly anxious Minature Pinscher. She goes there for both day care and overnight stays. She went from extreme fear to running in with her tail wagging. No one can hug this dog except me - and the wonderful Katrina and Belinda at Clematis Boarding. They are very flexible, and it's easy to book. Highly recommend

Our three fur kids spent a week with Katrina and co at Clematis Boarding Kennels and we could not have been more pleased with the care and service we received. Our pooches arrived to their new home smelling and looking fresh, and all three were their usual cheery selves. Highly recommend!

Great boarding kennel with quality care. We are always happy to leave our cat and dog there. This last time was 9 days and they both came home healthy and happy.

Recently boarded our rabbit at Lou Lou's, and we brought home a very happy rabbit. The rabbit facilities are excellent, and the hay was great! They know rabbits, so I would highly recommend.

We had our cat here twice now, he is happy to come here. Not that is better than his permanent accommodation, but he is happy here, more than any other places he is been at.

We used Lou Lou’s for the first time over the Christmas break 2023. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The place was very clean and it didn’t smell. Our two cats stayed together and were very well cared for, so much so that they didn’t give us any kitty revenge payback!

Our rabbit stayed recently at Lou Lou’s and was well looked after from the moment he was checked in! We have no doubt that he was happy during his stay. The cages are clean, hay always available and play time scheduled! This is also the 1st cattery I’ve been to that does NOT smell (even in the slightest). The team is wonderful and genuinely cares about all the pets in their care. We will definitely use Lou Lou’s again. Highly recommend!

I called another local cattery after yours and the staff member there was INCREDIBLY polite and understanding. Although the answer to my question was the same, she was lovely and so helpful as to what my other options could be. My cat will be brought up to date with his vaccinations very shortly (he strictly an indoor cat and is only slightly behind) and I will be 100% using the other cattery when needed. Nobody needs to deal with rude staff like yours. Wow, the way I was just cut off and snapped at on the phone just for asking a question. So rude. Won’t be using or recommending this business!!

Very happy that we chose LouLous to take care of our little bunny Nola for 3 days. Booking with them was easy and straightforward, and I appreciated the email reminders about the booking on the lead up to the dropping off date. They were flexible with drop off and pick up times which was amazing! The cost was worth it, knowing that our rabbit will be getting quality hay, oxbow pellets and a clean and safe space to stay in! When we picked her up the staff were very friendly and professional— they took the time to discuss how Nola was whilst staying with them. They also had a very clean space (almost sterile but not hospital-sterile smell), had hand sanis and disinfectant sprays, which we were most happy about! Will recommend Loulous to all our bun/parent friend, and will definitely be our go-to boarding for our little bun.

We head off on holiday knowing that our rabbits are being well cared for in our absence. Makes our holiday worry free. Thank you Jess and staff!

Absolutely fantastic service! Our bunny was well looked after, and came home very happy and healthy. The prices are incredibly competitive compared to other animal boarding places, as well. Would highly recommend for anyone with small animals.

The Pet Nanny has been walking Hank since he was a puppy and he's always loved the long walks he's had with Adam & co. The Pet Nanny has always been wonderfully reliable and happy to jump in to last minute requests as things shift in our days. Highly recommend them for your furry friends.

My dog Toby cavoodle is loving Adam the Pet Nanny! He is so excited to see him they have a really good connection. Adam relates wonderfully with my dog, calms him when anxious, and Toby can’t get enough of Adams cuddles. Adam is a genuine, responsible dog walker who relates well with animals. I highly recommend Adam. My two dogs love him! I work full time and Adam comes and walks them twice a week. It is a great comfort to me that they have him to break up their day. He is very trustworthy and is just smart with dogs. He understands them and their needs, and my needs as their mum.

Adam and the rest of the Pet Nanny team are fantastic with our Border Collie Ivy. They are professional, friendly and we feel very comfortable leaving her with them when we are not at home. They take her for walks, plays with her and keep her company - needless to say she’s a big fan too and we would absolutely recommend 😊

We have had Adam walk our dog Nick for nearly seven years. He has always been reliable, Nick looks forward to his walks with Adam and Adam shows genuine affection towards Nick. We love his work and would always recommend him.

We have been issuing the Pet nanny’s services mostly daily 1 hour morning dog walks. Adam is the best dog walker/ sitter we have ever had. He is so knowledgeable, punctual and has the best rapport with our Kelpie Jett. Jett is so excited when he sees Adam at the door. Highly recommend The Pet nanny’s services.

I signed Bob up for Kip's "Board & Train" program as I was going away, and wanted Bob to learn basic dog manners (not pulling towards other dogs/not pulling on the leash during walks). The staff at Kip are respectable, patient, and truly give all the love and attention your pooch deserves. Kip Homestead is located on a massive space, so there are plenty opportunities for your dog to learn new tricks and run around with some new friends (dogs are protected from each other by a fence). Olivia was assigned as Bob's trainer; she is incredible and our dog Bob absolutely loves her. I've seen her with other dogs too from the other videos on Kip, and it's the same with them. She's knowledgeable, confident, and just knows how to work with dogs (and people). I appreciated all the regular updates about Bob and his progress! And I also want to thank Olivia for the thorough handover at the end of the program to ensure that I'm able to continue the same level of training at home. Highly recommend the Board & Train program to anyone who wants help to improve their dog's overall behaviour/want somewhere safe to board their dog while going away. I've already recommended this place to all of my friends with dogs and I'm excited to see their pooch's progress. I'll be sending Bob here next time I go away (and I'm sure he'll be excited to be back at Kip Homestead)!

We’ve seen huge improvements in Dirks reactivity and general manners since we picked him up from his board and train program. His trainer Catherine provided lots of updates over the three weeks to keep us at ease and provided comprehensive guidance at the handover session so that we can continue his training at home. We will definitely bring Dirk back in for more top up sessions in future.

Our black lab, Charlie, recently completed their 21-day training program, and the results are beyond amazing. Olivia worked wonders with him—Charlie is now so much calmer and significantly less reactive to his environment. One of the most noticeable improvements is his loose leash walking—it’s like night and day. Seeing this new version of Charlie has made every penny spent on the program absolutely worth it. We know the work doesn’t stop here, but Olivia gave us an extensive and thorough handover, ensuring both my boyfriend and I feel confident in maintaining Charlie’s progress at home. Our handsome Smooth Collie, Hugo, spent 3 weeks with David, the master of working dogs. From the moment we met David, he was confident and straightforward about what might be going on in our pup’s tiny head, based on his working breed heritage. We were immediately relieved, knowing that Hugo would be in good hands during our trip. While Hugo already has good manners and a gentle soul, he had been showing some unwanted reactivity towards strange/unfamiliar things/people. David and the team at Kip listened to our concerns, worked with Hugo, and cleared up some misunderstandings we had about his alert barking. Hugo is now handling new situations much better, because we, as owners, understand what he needs in order to manage his vigilant nature. The handover 1:1 session was very helpful, as was the online course, which I can revisit at any time. David also sent some additional information afterward, which showed the care and attention Hugo received during his stay. While the training wasn’t 100% force-free so that I can’t say it’s concurrent as in trend, we genuinely appreciated the efforts and care Hugo received during his time there. From the pupdates we received irregularly, we could tell Hugo was comfortable, with his tail wagging happily to the right. Overall Hugo will be going back to Kip Homestead whenever we can't take him with us.

We left our 2yo dog reactive Goldie with Cathrine for 3 weeks in the board and train program. We went in not expecting miracles, but to help move along in handling our girl day to day, understanding how to approach situations out of our control and getting her better on leash. It’s honestly night and day to when we dropped her off. Cathrine was very real with us, which we appreciated, that our girl just isn’t a dog’s dog. And likely never will be, but that’s ok. She has helped her walk on leash so much better to the point where, now a few weeks after picking her up, we can now go for 20 - 30 minute street walks without anxiety of what to do if another dog passes by. She even has got to the point of sniffing another dog for a few seconds and not showing aggression / fear. We know that she won’t ever be a dog who can be off leash and play with other dogs, but we have been blown away by the progress she made and tips in our toolkit to continue these good behaviours. Our regret is not finding Kip earlier in her life and leaving her with you guys. We loved the update videos and they provided us lots of laughs and happiness while away from her for a few weeks. We will definitely bring her for another stay at board and train when we are away next!!

My 6 year old GSD had her first stay over the weekend, and we couldn't be happier! She has had a few issues in the past with fear aggression and they addressed her care very diligently, the updates we received daily were very reassuring and when we picked her up today she was so happy and looked beautiful! She had no issues, and we are so impressed with Kip and can't wait for our puppy to have her next stay 😊 it's a bit on the pricier side, but well worth it!

Our dog Coco recently stayed here for 3 weeks while we were away and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From the very first moment, it’s obvious how much the team at Kip genuinely love and care about the dogs. We looked forward to the daily updates and photos to let us know how she was going which made it so much easier to be away (especially for our kids!). We booked daily bushwalks and a couple of training sessions for her stay and she was freshly bathed when we picked her up. Our only concern was that she wouldn’t want to come home ☺️ thank you so much to the team for taking such good care of our girl.

I recently enrolled my Pomeranian puppy, Little Foot, in the board and train program at Kip, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. David, our trainer, was absolutely incredible. His expertise, patience, and genuine love for animals were evident from the start. He took the time to understand Little Foot's unique personality and tailored the training to suit his needs. Throughout the program, David provided regular updates and insights, ensuring I felt confident and informed about Little Foot's progress. Little Foot has returned full of joy and is now more obedient, calm, and confident. The techniques David used were not only effective but also gentle and compassionate, which was very important to us. He taught Little Foot essential commands and addressed specific behavioral issues, making our day to day life much smoother and more enjoyable in the long run. I am beyond grateful for David's dedication and the comprehensive care Little Foot received at Kip.I wholeheartedly recommend the board and train program to anyone looking to improve their pet's behaviour and to overall give their furry babies a good little holiday. Our Violet spent 3 weeks at Kip with Olivia and we were absolutely blown away with how far she came in 3 weeks. The regular updates of Vi became a bit of a weekly highlight for us to see her smiling and clearly having a great time. Olivia was honestly brilliant, we couldn't have asked for anything more, our pup has come back far less anxious, far more engaged and the handover session has made us feel like we can continue on the great work that Olivia started. We could not recommend both Kip and Olivia any higher!!

Cannot thank David and the team at Kip enough. Eldin recently came in for the Board and train program as he was reactive with other dogs and became hard for me to control when his emotional state was so high. The difference from drop off to pick up was absolutely amazing. I also now have the confidence to continue the training with the abundance of information I have to refer to. The staff are all lovely and the grounds are spectacular. Highly recommended. And as you can see, the smile on Eldins face says it all.

We were worried about Prince doing daycare, as the last time he did at another place, he got super stressed and had to be picked up early. This place was incredible! We did the daycare/training. They said Prince did great and they used treats to reward him being calm. We'll be coming here for every boarding. We got a video and report card for Prince as well!

We booked our 3 year old Mini Dachshund in for a 3 week train and stay experience and I couldn’t recommend KIP more. He has some complex issues and behaviours but nothing felt like too much for any of the team to handle. We were assigned Megan as our trainer and she is greatly educated in how she trains both the dogs and us as the owners. We could really see she has a passion for her work and an immense care for our boys needs. He came home with more confidence and a much more relaxed demeanour and we now have the skills shown by Megan to carry on his training at home.

Our dogs, Leni and Bobbi, absolutely love their time at Kip! It gives us peace of mind knowing that while we're on holiday, our fur babies are not only safe and well cared for, but they’re also enjoying a little getaway of their own.

Recently had our senior 9 year old Samoyed Meeko at Kips for 2 and a half weeks with trainer Megan. We were provided almost daily updates of her progress as well as a comprehensive handover after picking her up. Her behaviour has improved dramatically and Megan has steered us in the right direction. The training is worth every penny and I highly encourage anyone give it a go if your furry one isn’t the most obedient.

I sent my seventeen month Golden Retriever to Kip as he was reacting to other dogs and pulling on leash. I have noticed a big change when i picked him up. The trainers are fantastic, they send videos and photos every day, and give a lesson when you pick them up. I highly recommend Kip. Special thanks to Alex.

I can not fault Kip south east from the enquiry process to the handover. I was skeptical to put my 14 month old German Shepherd in for a long stay. After the inquiry process, the head trainer contacted me for a lengthy conversation to suggest the best program based around my needs and expectations. We committed to the three weeks Board and train and The process has exceeded my expectations. As a first time puppy owner of a large breeder, especially, I probably needed more training than my dog. Through this service kip covers all bases to ensure success. Shout out to all the team working so hard. Thank you.

Our 11 month old German Shepherd absolutely loves attending the Daycare & Train. The staff are all wonderful and welcoming . He has thrived on the training, as he is very energetic it's been a godsend to discover this place. Highly recommend!

I have had my boys stay in Kip Melbourne South East a couple of time in the last 4 months and cannot fault their service. I receive daily updates with photos and videos of them playing with the carers and other dogs and they always look like they are having a blast. They are always so happy to go back again that they pull me through the door. It’s very reassuring to know that they are being well taken care of when I am away.

We had both our dogs stay here whilst we were on holidays for three weeks and they both had a great time. One dog was in for boarding, and our energetic Border Collie for board and train. Megan was AMAZING with her and they formed such an amazing bond. The daily updates were so great and made us feel comfortable they were happy and not missing us too much. And their follow up with the training has been so helpful and appreciated. Both came home happy, healthy and well cared for. Thank you team!

This was our first time using Kip Kennels, and wow, what an amazing experience! Our dogs usually experience kennel stress for at least three days after returning from other kennels, but not this time. Kip Kennels provided daily photos and playtime, which were absolute winners. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our dogs received. Highly recommend!

Arche stayed at Wellington Park for over month, and after all this time he was in perfect condition and very happy. Staff at Wellington Park is very friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend Wellington Park to anyone for short or long stay.

Charlie, our rescue dog, has been with us for just over 2 years. He is a very anxious and impulsive dog and needs to be on daily medication so he can be his real happy self. We were very concerned about leaving him at a kennels and Wellington Park Kennels have shown great care and sensitivity with him. They suggested that we leave him for a few single nights at first, which worked well. He has since stayed with them a few more times for longer periods. He is always very happy to go with the staff and well and happy to see us at the other end. They have been very caring.

Dreadful customer service and poor people skills. Demand respect and offer none and as soon as you start asking questions they blow a fuse. Stay away from these guys....that's free advice

Our dog Shadow loves staying at Wellington Park. He walks away from us without looking back and is always clean and happy when we return. The staff are so caring and can never do enough for us. During his last stay he required daily medicine and the staff took this on without any concerns. We drive over half an hour to come to Wellington Park, but it’s certainly worth it!

I've been using Wellington Park's services for many years. My first dog went there all his life, and now my current dog is a frequent visitor. He's always so excited to see the lovely staff and literally bounds out of the car when we arrive! It's such a comfort for me to know that he's being well cared for, and I think it's like a holiday for him! I happily recommend Wellington Park to other dog owners I meet. Our active Aussie Shepherd loves her time at Wellington Park! The staff are very nice and caring. (Only took one star off, as we’ve never been invited to see where the actual kennels! Assuming it is ok!)

Whenever we have gone on holidays over the past 7 years, Wellington Park have cared for my dog. The staff genuinely care for and show love to my dog. My dog is always happy to go into their care, tail always wagging and when we pick her up she is always happy and in the best of health. My dog is a very much loved family member and Wellington Park have my utmost trust in looking after her.

I just picked Evie up yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the transformation! It was clear that both girls were treated with love and attention, and the skills they gained are priceless. Honestly, every penny spent was worth it. The support from the Alpha team has been incredible. They are always available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. It’s such a relief to know that I can reach out to them anytime for help or advice. Disgusted at this place. My dog was here for approximately 10 weeks and upon our return was a completely different dog. I cannot believe how bad my dog was made to be. Basically, he didn’t agree with their “training”, and I use the term extremely loosely, methods. So, instead of him improving, he got 10 times worse and now listens to nothing. Honestly this place made me actually dislike my dog, and I feel sick for even thinking it, let alone writing it on a public forum. You can read the other reviews to see exactly what this place does. Under fed, dirty and very unhappy. Showing us how to continue their training, and choking our dog to the point of vomiting, we knew something was wrong. 12 months later and our dog is so out of control I regret spending one cent at this place, let alone the 1000s we paid for the best training Victoria has to offer. This place genuinely should be shut down. AVOID AT ABSOLUTELY ALL COSTS. Better alternatives: TRAINING = get a homeless guy with a tennis ball, more competent BOARDING = Tie your dog to a tree and hope for the best. Likely a better outcome than leaving your best friend here. Disgusting place.

I brought my 1.5-year-old friendly pup for a few nights, and when I came to pick her up, she was shivering and covered in her piss in a filthy kennel. The staff told me she had been aggressive (which she had never been before), and they couldn't approach her. I feel terrible about the experience she had there. As a person who worked with many dogs in the past, it is more likely that the staff has been aggressive with her. If you love your dog, stay away from this place.

We couldn't rate them higher. Our rescue dog was problematic, displaying many non desirable behaviours. He just completed the 20 day boarding camp and whilst it was an investment, it was money well spent. Amy completed the most thorough handover. Patch has only been home a day and already is behaving significantly better and you can tell that so much work has been done. We couldn't be more grateful.

We have had the greatest experience with alpha and cannot recommend them highly enough for training and boarding. Our dogs have been completely different dogs in the best way since the training program and now we can communicate with them effectively and our relationship is so much stronger. The boarding has been the best experience as well and we frequently leave our dogs with them for 2 weeks to a month at a time. The people who work there are always lovely and caring towards the dogs and very friendly customer service. The team really understand dog behaviour and how to manage it. I have felt uneasy leaving my dogs at every other boarding kennel and have had bad experiences in the past - never with alpha. My mind is always at ease and I know that the dogs are being taken care of. Max and Koda (our dogs) are always so excited to turn up at alpha and always leave happy and healthy. Thank you alpha team for everything you do!

If you have any issues with behaviour of your dog, or you just want some guidance as to how to train your dog - bring them here. This company is incredibly professional, easy to deal with and looked after our dog amazingly - can't recommend their 21 day bootcamp program enough. We now have the tools we need to keep progressing with our beautiful dog. She was happy to see us, bathed and ready to go. The handover was incredibly thorough and easy to understand. The establishment itself was clean and well organised.

Highly recommended Alpha for both boarding and obedience training. Staff are very knowledgeable and caring about our dogs :)

They do not tell you in advance that they will put on a choke chain for their time in the facility. Seeing how they treated our puppy it was abuse. They will not show you the training methods before you drop them off and it’s different to the training Alpha do at the Knox site. When we picked up our dog and went through the training it was brutal. They put a plate of dog treats under his face, naturally he sniffed and wanted to eat them. He was picked up by the choker chain and bounced around in a circle. Also hitting a coke bottle full of rocks beside his head. We left them 14kg’s of meat to feed the dog over 21 days. They gave back 10 kgs. He was returned severely underweight, dirty (although we paid for a wash) and traumatised. We were told that they did not let him out of his pen to run around for the 21 days as when they were choking him he would try to protect himself and fight back. They repeatedly said that you have to break a dogs Will to make sure it will not attack a child?? What about friendly puppy’s?

We left our dogs here for 6 days. They both came back with skin infections and really anxious. Our dogs couldn't wait to get out of there and the lady said our boy was growling at the trainer which he's never done before which makes me think they weren't treated well. I'm pretty sure they weren't walked the whole time because their nails looked like they'd both been scratching them on the walls to get out. They were worn down to the quick and split. Our boy had a big circle rash on his back and hair missing. They also said our boy needed more training before he could come back even though they were the ones who initially trained him, if you can't handle a dog that is mostly good but sometimes stubborn then you aren't very good trainers. I would never leave my dogs here again.

Had our dog in for boarding school. Picked up and he has been trained well, great handover to train us, and a clean and orderly kennel. No loud barking when walking around, and clearly a group that care about dogs.
