Kiera & Ayden are absolutely brilliant! They looked after my 2 pet Degus while I was away for a week and I couldn’t have been happier. They are lovely people, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The love and care they show for animals is amazing. I couldn’t recommend them enough and I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

The most genuine, caring, animal-mad people you could ever wish to meet. We instantly knew we could trust Kiera & Ayden, and they made us feel like they adored our elderly cat as much as we do. Kiera and Ayden have just checked in on our rescue cat Alfie whilst we got away for a long weekend. They did an excellent job, are such lovely people, real animal lovers and very professional. I can’t recommend them enough

Kiera and Ayden took in our Bearded Dragon at short notice and we would highly recommend them. The care, knowledge and their love for animal's is outstanding. We felt bad taking our lizard home as I'm sure he had a much better time here. We have already booked him in for our next holiday. Marley also had his nails trimmed and we was kept updated as regularly as we had asked for. Thank you so much Kiera and Ayden, Marley is looking forward to his next holiday.

We have been using Pets For Life for a while now they are absolutely fantastic! Ali and Tine are very knowledgeable and have given us great service even at late notice. Our dog spends all of his holidays at Pets For Life as well as daycare and we trust them implicitly, he has come on leaps and bounds since going there. Our dog loves Ali and can’t wait for the door to open when she comes to collect him. They are a very hardworking team and it’s abundantly obvious how much they care. We highly recommend them if we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Absolutely fantastic. I have total trust in Tine and Ali. Barley loves it. When he comes home he literally goes straight to sleep. It's been so good for him to socialise and learn how to behave with other dogs in a safe environment.

We've had two of our dogs with Tine and Ali over the years, right from when they were puppies, and I can't recommend them enough. They are so caring and helpful, love dogs, and have so much knowledge - I don't know what we would have done without them!

We're recently discovered Happy Labs Kennels in Tonbridge. Our young Labrador loves his holidays with Colin and Alison. He gets plenty of walks in beautiful countryside and enjoys being around the other dogs. The kennels are lovely and clean with plenty of space. It's great peace of mind to know we have found somewhere we trust and can rely on when we need. We even got some fantastic update videos!

Poppy stayed at Happy Labs at the end of September for a fortnight. We received plenty of pictures & videos, along with a few updates. Poppy definitely seemed to enjoy herself, especially with Colin & Allison’s own dogs. Walked 3-times a day. Would definitely recommend…

Me and my partner recently had our dog stay at happy Labs kennels. When we arrived we didn’t know where to park so we just stopped and had to phone to say that we had arrived as we didn’t know where we were going. Collin then told us he would come out and meet us. We saw him and said “hello” he said “you’re in the wrong drive but whatever”. We didn’t realise and thought that was rude but brushed it off. He then lead us to the kennels which did not look welcoming at all. We walked through this gate and saw the kennels. Our dog started freaking out and tried to run away. He never does this. Anytime Collin tried to say hello to him he didn’t want anything to do with him. Which is very weird as our dogs wants to say hello to everyone and everything. Immediately there was a white dog that we noticed that looked like a wolf in the kennel next to our dogs and kept barking. He threw a bowl of water over it and shouted at it. We then proceeded to talk to him about when to feed our dog and how much. And mentioned about the dentist sticks we had given them to give him once a night before bed. We then put our dog into the kennel which we were unsure to do because of what we had already saw. (At this time we felt like we had no choice as we had plans to go out the whole day the next day and we had no one else to look after him) He was not happy at all in there and I felt so bad for him and I gave him his toys and left the kennel. We then watched Collin throw another bowl of water over this white dog and shouted at it again and then talked badly about the dog to us. He then proceeded to pull out a water gun that was quite powerful and said to the other dogs that were barking “and you all remember this don’t you”. I don’t know if people allow this in their house but we definitely do not we would think of that to be abuse! Who knows what happens behind closed doors. When we were there another dog had arrived with its owner and they were also trying to run away and was not happy about coming, we were told that that told had also been there before. We then left and I was in tears because I didn’t want to leave him there but it wasn’t fair for him to be alone all day so we thought it was the best option. We had no updates from them for a while so I messaged asking how he was. A little while later I got a reply of “he’s fine 👍” and that’s it. No picture, no yes he’s very good he’s had food etc…. Nothing of the sort. They then repeatedly kept reading our messages and ignoring us. We did some research of the people who run it and was worrying even more. We realised there was nothing we could do over night so we had to force ourselves to sleep. We woke up at went to go get him about 8am the next morning. When we got there he was in a cage in the back of one of their cars with his stuff next to him. We got out and went over and got him. He stuff was covered in mud and so was he ( it was a very messy journey on the way back). We had then been told by I think it was Alison that was had already been fed! So who’s knows what time that was as we had asked for him to be fed at 9am which obviously wasn’t listened too! When we got home and looked through his stuff the dentist sticks hadn’t even been touched so they obviously hadn’t given him one. I have just send now that they have done a Facebook post about me and my partner trying to say that I’m lying and the dog was fine and happy. But it was the complete opposite. I’m not writing this is try and hurt these people I am writing this so other dog owners are aware of what goes on there! If it was my dog I would want to know.

I could not recommend Karen at the Gate House Guinea Pig Hotel and Grooming enough. Karen looked after our tortoise for a few days whilst we went away and our tortoise had a lovely holiday. Karen is very knowledgeable, caring and has great communication - I felt comfortable in the knowledge that our pet was in very safe hands, especially if they became unwell etc. Karen was very helpful with our tortoises needs and was very accommodating. The price for the service is also very reasonable considering all the work Karen does. I would 100% recommend this service and would use again in the future.

I can highly recommend Karen who has recently looked after my 3 rabbits. karen has so much experience with small furries and takes so much care to ensure all the animals are happy and comfortable. I went away knowing that if one of my rabbits became unwell she would do what is needed and I trust her judgment completely. Will definitely use Karen again as I could really relax and enjoy my holiday knowing my rabbits were safe and happy.

Fabulous. Karen is knowledgeable and caring. She has a lovely set up and really took care of my guinea pigs as if they were her own. It's brilliant knowing you can trust the person you are leaving your little furries with and I will definitely be using her again. Can't thank her enough.

My rabbit stayed here last summer for a week whilst we were on holiday. From start to finish the service was incredible, we had photos and daily updates so we could see how he settled and how much fun he was having and he didn't even seem to happy to be home! Karen clearly loves all the animals as her own and a brilliant price too! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for small animal boarding!

Karen is so flexible, helpful and efficient. She takes amazing care of our guinea pig, and she’s also been great when he’s had medicine, or has been under the weather. Would highly recommend!

Karen is amazing! She always treats our piggies like superstars and gives them the most wonderful treatment during their grooming sessions with her. We are looking forward to being able to board our pets with her during the upcoming holidays too. She is very trustworthy and we highly recommend her.

Karen is lovely and I would highly recommend the Guinea pig hotel. She treats our Piggy like her own and it is truly like our Piggy is having a lovely holiday too when we go away.

This place is amazing! We used them for our beloved tortoise, Sheldon. I felt completely comfortable leaving him with them. They even gave him a gift when I went to pick him up. 100% recommended.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Karen is amazing with all animals and cannot do enough for them. She is communicative and helpful, and super friendly. The service is excellent value too.

Aardvarks to Zebras were fantastic when we went away and need someone to love and care for our indoor cat. Our cat has quite complex medical needs, although this didn't phase them at all who took it in their stride. We received the odd photo update while we were away too which was lovely! We would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

It is not often in one’s life that one comes across someone who cares so much for animals. I feel so lucky to have ‘Aardvarks to Zebras’ walk my dog four times a week; Jo is impeccably professional & patently loves & cares deeply about the happiness & welfare of the animals in her care, including my precious and much-loved canine family member. I have utter trust in her and my pet’s happiness & safety when he’s with her. Thank you, Jo; every penny spent on dog walks with you are the best money ever spent!

My boy absolutely loves his time at MONKI! Whenever it’s nearly time for pick up, he waits at the window, looking out longingly for his MONKI transport! He’s made some great friends at daycare, the update pictures you get throughout the day clearly prove he’s having the best time! They put on some brilliant activities for everyone, giving the dogs both mental and physical stimulation! I put my trust in another local day-care provider, but the team at MONKI out-strip them by miles! Look no further, these guys are the ones to trust with you fury one!

They have a great structure and are amazing with our dog-girl Sookie. They take really good care of all doggies there and keep sending us pictures through the day so we can follow Sookie's adventures. Always on time, the whole team is excellent in communication and are genuinely dog lovers. Thanks for taking such good care and guaranteeing a great time for Sookie :)

I couldn’t recommend MONKI enough! Our doggo has the best time. She comes home absolutely exhausted haha They send photo updates throughout the day and let you know how they’re getting on. Our dog have become extremely well behaved after having just a few sessions with MONK, and she has picked up some good new habits too. The best thing is that they deal with pick up and drop off so you literally have nothing to worry about. The team are absolutely amazing at MONKI, and I highly recommend them to everyone!!

I cannot recommend MONKI enough. From the first meeting with Linda and Mike, our pup was besotted with them (and not just because of the treats Linda gave him). They took time to get to know and understand little Freddie, and we were so confident they would take amazing care of him. He's been three times so far and is loving it! THE PRACTICAL STUFF 1. My partner and I don't drive, so the fact that Freddie is collected and dropped off (exhausted) is such a plus for us. 2. Mike and Linda have great procedures in place to protect all of the dogs, including asking for proof of vaccinations. This was massively reassuring. 3. It's stressful sending your pup off with strangers, so the photo and video updates throughout the day are incredibly welcome. He always looks so happy (as you can see)! 4. They adapt activities for age and size, meaning the dogs are safe and engaged. We're so happy we found MONKI Dog Care. Worth every single penny!

I highly recommend Monki Dog Care. The team are fantastic; they are super friendly and show a lot of love for our dog Daphne. When she attends I know she is well cared for and having the best day, as evidenced by the wonderful photos we get sent. Can't thank them enough.

We love Monki! Our dog Patrick has been going to Monki day care for about 6 months now and he absolutely LOVES it. The best part is that unlike a lot of others, the girls at Monki really look after the dogs with activites (and down time) rather than just leaving them to run around in a field. They have helped hugely with Patricks recall and with his overstimulation. He really is a happier and better behaved dog since joining!

Monki Day Care are amazing!! They have looked after my dog so fantastically! They send picture updates everyday that your dog is there and let you know what there up to and how they are getting on!! My dog has become much better behaved since attending and the staff are all super friendly! You don’t need to worry about being at home for pick up or drop off as they will do all that for you aswell!!

I couldn't recommend Monki Dog Care highly enough, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Our doggo has the best time, and comes home exhausted and happy - we couldn't ask for more. The whole team are so helpful and friendly (shout out to Brooke in particular!) and they are always happy to answer questions whenever we have them. The photo updates are brilliant, we love receiving them and seeing all the fun. Thank you Monki!

My puppy absolutely loves her days at Monki and I can’t recommend it highly enough! She is always very excited and happy when she sees them come to pick her up and comes back tired and happy. Linda and Mike are friendly, professional and very supportive.

My dog absolutely loves going to Monki day care. She runs out of the house to jump onto the doggy bus (once on a lead of course!). The whole team are super professional, kind and seem to love being with the dogs. I love receiving regular photo updates throughout the day to see Maggie enjoying herself! This is a great additional service that seems to be quite unique. I highly recommend Monki!

Mazzie has been fantastic with our dogs and always responds quickly to enquiries for scheduling walks. We have no concerns that our girls are happy to see her and it is great to know they are getting walkies when we are not around. Mazzie also is always happy to sort out feeding if needed and anything else we might ask. Great service and so pleased we found Poppy and Pals. Thoroughly recommended.

Mazzie was a fabulous lady to look after my timid and shy Beaker. She really got to know her and her growl really well and definitely understood Beaker and her weird ways. Poppy and pals is a fantastic pet care service and I will highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Poppy and Pals are amazing. They looked after Hamish while we were away and he has been thoroughly spoiled. Mazzie spent time getting to know him and kept us up-to-date with photos - some really great ones! so we had complete peace of mind while we were away. We are very grateful for the care given to him (all 3 of us!) and will definitely use them again :)

I have had our labs walked by this company for years. They are brilliant trust worthy and love the dogs in thier care as they were Thier own. I would not hesitate to recommend. All our hairy guys have loved them and so look forward to going out with them.

Where do I even start! The Poppy and Pals team are wonderful, very reliable, kind and caring. They have walked our super crazy dog Odie since he was a puppy and that is no easy task. The team have also recently welcomed our latest addition to the family Molly for walks whilst we are at work. Mazzie is really great and I really can’t recommend the team enough.

We have used Poppy and Pals for the last 18 months have found them to be brilliant. They have treated our dog Babs with so much love and care, it’s been reassuring to know she was so well looked after on her walks while we were working. Overall an excellent and reliable service, we highly recommend Poppy and Pals.

Highly recommended, Mazzie is a lovely lady who look after for our 3 cats. She kept us up to date with photos and even video how our lovely boy Titu is playing with her whilst we were away. We will definitely ask her again when we are going away. Thank you Mazzie 😘

Pups n walks are a fantastic, professional dog service and I would highly recommend them. Liz looked after our 3 animals for two weeks in our home whilst we were away on holiday. She took the dogs to the beach and treated them like her own! The animals were all happy and healthy upon our return, and she kept the house neat and tidy which is always appreciated. Will certainly use again

Liz and Lewis are brilliant with our puppy Rusty! He is slightly nervous with new people but loves his walks with them! They are both brilliant with him, and his pulling and recall has improved! I can’t recommend them enough!

Our rescue dog, who is excitable and mental as much as he is loveable & cuddly, loves going to Showpaws dog day care. He usually is crashed out as soon as he gets home, from a full day or walks & play time with his friends, it helps us feel completely at ease knowing he is really well looked after. Highly recommend Showpaws. Tish has a super knowledge of dogs and has often given us some useful insight into canine behaviour, which has help us as owners/dog parents get a better understanding of our fur baby.

We have been taking Rhubarb to Showpaws for the past 8 months, twice a week, and she absolutely loves spending the day there. Tish or Riaan pick her up on the days she's with them and is always excited to see them. When we pick her up at the end of the day you know she's going to sleep well that night after plenty of exercise and play with the other dogs. Highly recommend Showpaws as it puts our minds at rest that she is in safe hands and having fun.

Our dog started going to Showpaws when he was 13 weeks old. He will turn 7 next year! He loves his walks and goes bounding up to the door each morning (3-4 days) to see his ‘pack’ with a waggy tail 🙂 The love and care for dogs from Tish and Riaan is so clear to see and after a lovely woodland walk with all his friends he gets to hang out in their home and garden with the rest. I wouldn’t consider him going anywhere else and really appreciate their flexibility when our work schedule changes. Everyone always comments on how grounded and sociable our dog is; we’ve put a lot of hard work in, but Showpaws has had a huge part to play in this. Thank you Tish and Riaan, us and Mr D Love you!

Tish and Riaan are great. Our Labrador Xena loves them to bits and always has fun every time they come and taker her for her walks. I highly recommend Showpaws to all dog owners.

Frank has been going to Tish and Riaan for a number of years and he absolutely loves it. He jumps out of the car and sits at the front door every time. They really treat all the dogs like their own and I regularly pick Frank up and he’s sat on the sofa watching telly with Riaan. Thanks Tish and Riaan

We recently boarded our two guinea pigs with Pet Fayre and found the whole experience to be 5 star. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the animals she looks after so we knew our girls were in safe hands. Reasonably priced. Stress free. Our girls came home happy and healthy and had even had their nails trimmed while they were there. Highly recommend

Our bunny loves his stays at Pets Fayre. The cages are large and very clean. Rachel and the team take amazing care of their small guests. They will even send you photos of them whilst you're away. Recommend highly.

We take our bunnies in regularly and the price is great. They are super friendly in the store and really helpful. They have the option to put the buns indoors or outside depending on where your buns usually live. Absolutely would recommend for your pet needs.

We are so happy that a few years ago, we had no one we could leave our rabbit with, when we were going away for 2 weeks...Being forced to find a place, we have find the Pets Fayre and since then we are going away with nothing else but a peace of mind. They are absolutely amazing, you can tell that they know what they are doing and how they love all kinds of animals. As for our rabbit he cannot wait for us to leave him there, his suitcase is packed before ours... 😀

We have used Pets Fayre twice now for pet boarding for our hamster and we always feel reassured when leaving him. Rachel is very caring and so knowledgeable. Our hamster always has a lovely time and comes back happy & healthy! We will be using Pets Fayre again.

Rachel and the team at Pets Fayre are the only people/place that I would leave my guinea-pigs with while I'm away. They are looked after and taken care of so well that I'm pretty sure my piggies prefer staying with Rachel than with me. Couldn't recommend more!
