Joker has the best time at Paw Patrol daycare he comes home ready to sleep. The staff are absolutely fantastic always so easy to talk to and give great feedback about about Jokers day. I always feel that joker is well looked after and most importantly safe.

Our Kelpy George loves going to Paw Patrol Day Care.He starts barking blocks away as he is so excited. The staff are lovely and tell us about George’s day on pickup. George is worn out when he gets home and sleeps most of the next day. Highly recommend Paw Patrol.

My little girl Aspen always seems to love her time at daycare. She comes home tired from a big day at care. There are many things to love about Paw Patrol, there is the friendly staff who take an interest in the life of your pup, the daily instagram stories showing what the dogs get up to. The monthly newsletter. The birthday photos and presents. For me the highlight is knowing I have a very friendly and extremely well socialised dog. If you want your dog to have a positive and rewarding experiance while you’re at work, THIS is the place to send them. I can’t speak highly enough about doggy daycare at Paw Patrol!

Paw Patrol is our Doberman Hansel’s favourite place to be. Jesse and the team take such good care of our pup including celebrating birthdays, sharing regular updates via instagram and making sure he has a great time with his buddies. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thanks guys x

We’ve had our dog at Paw Patrol for around 3 months now after recommendation from a friend. Our dog absolutely loooooves it ! The staff are so great, always ready to love on them and play with them. Our family love the regular photos and videos that are posted of him and the other dogs playing and having fun. There’s been so many that have made us laugh! He comes home tired and is so well behaved the next day too. It’s been such a help for us and our boy and we can’t say a bad word about Paw Patrol- thank you all, you’re amazing!!!! 🐾

Paw patrol are amazing! Our dogs Ace and Lola look forward to daycare each week. We love the photos posted to social media and the update about the day when we pick them up. Our dogs have grown with social confidence and love to say hi and play with other dogs. The team go above and beyond and love all the dogs like their own. We highly recommend paw patrol daycare!

This review is long overdue … I had heard only great things about Urban Paws Doggy Daycare Geelong and felt I needed to seek help and guidance for my pug puppy Billie, she was lacking in confidence and missing companionship from other people and dogs when I was at work. After a temperament test was done, I was invested and knew these girls at Urban Paws could help mould this little pug into what I had hoped she would be when I wasn’t around. The girls at Urban Paws have only been caring for Billie for over a year, but the changes I have witnessed in her are dramatic and inspiring. She absolutely loves going to Doggy Daycare seeing her furry dog friends and hanging out with the wonderful staff. We recently got Billie a brother named Eddie and he also now attends Urban Paws, he has been attending for the last 4 months. We are starting to notice similar traits of confidence developing within him too! I couldn’t recommend Urban Paws Geelong more highly to anyone seeking company and fun times for their pooch! My dogs have responded so well to the staff’s gentle nature, calming demeanors and super fun personalities! All the staff’s personalities are well suited for her chosen profession. The pugs get very excited to see the girls when we turn up and they always look like they’ve had the best time afterwards. I love that the pugs both have their own dog besties at daycare. We are so happy we choose Urban Paws Geelong. Thanks for taking such good care of Billie & Eddie 🧡

Highly recommend Urban Paws as a doggy daycare. My girl Zoe leaps out of the car as soon as we arrive. She loves the indoor / outdoor playtime and the companionship of other dogs...and she LOVES Roger and Melinda (the owners) and the other staff. Integration/introduction process is just brilliant and allows the owner to have complete faith that all the dogs wellbeing there is the priority. I know when I drop my Zoe off she is in a very safe environment and is keep happy both indoors and outdoors. I love the photos I am sent throughout some of the play sessions and Roger and Melinda are just wonderful to deal with 😊

We couldn't recommend Urban Paws more! Not only for doggie day care but also grooming! It's our dogs absolute favourite place, they can't wait to go spend the day and you can really tell how much they enjoy it. The staff are also amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and take such good care of our dogs. I always trust they will be safe but that they're having the best time while learning to socialise. Plus you get the cutest photos at the end of the day <3

My dog Louie and I both love Urban Paws. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Louie is a very energetic, big boy and can be a bit of a handful so I worry, but the staff communicate how he's going and never express any concerns dealing with him which fills me with confidence and eases my nerves. They are also good with last minute requests and are easy to schedule. Louie has an absolute ball everytime he goes, I just wish I could send him more!

My dog is obsessed with going here. She gets so excited on the drive in. I love having a tired puppy after daycare too 😂 The girls that work there are all wonderful and spoil her so much!

Urban Paws in South Geelong have provided consistent, professional care to our beloved pooch for 2.5 years. We appreciate that their staff have expectations of good (safe) dog behaviour during handovers when dogs in other centres tend to be over-excitable. And, yes, our pooch is always happy to attend. This place is amazing! Our border collie puppy had an absolute ball today on her first day. Urban paws was recommended to us by a friend who's dog is a regular and she absolutely raves about them, and they still managed to exceed our expectations. The staff are really professional, friendly and trustworthy. The enrolment process was thorough to make sure she was up to date with her vaccinations etc, and they started off with a temperament test for her first day, and slowly introduced her to different dogs etc. It was so nice receiving an update of how she went mid morning, as well as a video of her day! She clearly had the best day, and has slept soundly this afternoon! We will definitely be regulars, we can see how beneficial it will be for her long term!

Urban Paws in Yarraville has been loving and caring and I cannot imagine a better place where I would leave my nervous Golden Retriever Girl for daycare. Mila has been welcomed with open arms and hearts from the day we moved to Melbourne and she loves going there. The lovely girls there even tackle the tricky parts such as cutting nails. The picture upload each day is one of my highlights and it eases my heart to see how much fun Mila has at daycare while mummy is at work. Well done girls, keep it up. Couldn’t recommend Blue Moon MORE even if I tried! All of the staff have the highest care, love and care for both you and your pup, you’ll feel so great knowing your doggie is in great hands for the day! Another highlight is that post over a hundred photos at the end of each day, showcasing all the doggies having an absolute blast through the day. Not only does Blue Moon provide a valuable & positive daycare experience for us, it also helps with our pups socialisation, additional training, any grooming, and the best part, mental and physical stimulation! We love Blue Moon!!! ❤️❤️

Such a great service and reasonably priced for dog parents in need! Staff are so welcoming and genuinely care for the animals, I am always greeted and told about my pup's day with in-depth information. They are very knowledgable and always giving tips for raising my kelpie pup. Definitely recommend!

I started bringing my pup here after her older sister died suddenly. It has been amazing for her. She absolutely loves it and the staff are amazing.

Pepper loves it. The staff at Blue Moon really know what they are doing and I feel 100% comfortable leaving my dog there. I know Pepper is going to come home socialised and socialised WELL! The dogs have rules and the staff are all so friendly. Blue Moon is by far the cleanest, best set up daycare I've seen! I also love the photos they do everyday, you're always left with a gorgeous shot! Definitely recommend!

I've been sending Billie for about 1 1/2 years now and I couldn't be happier with the service provided and level of care from the staff. They're also great at tending to individual dogs needs and communicate well at drop-off and pickup. I can go to work and trust she's in good hands which is all you want from a doggie daycare provider. I couldn't recommend it enough and the photos posted of each day are the highlight of it all!

Our two dogs love Blue Moon, can’t wait to get in and tired and happy when they leave!! Staff are very caring and interested in our dogs and the online posts at the end of each day show many happy dogs interacting. Highly recommended.

Treat your dog to 30 other dogs to play with. My pup Chicken-Hawk burns out all her energy here. She that tired when she gets home after dinner she fights to stay awake.

We were very comfortable leaving our two cats there because their staff were excellent and the place was very clean.

Baxter was well taken care of by the team at the cat cave, and will definitely use them again when I head away. The only thing that would make it perfect would be to get an update or two on how he’s doing while staying there.

The facilities and staff at The Cat Cave are always well organised and kept in an immaculate state. They care for my girls play areas and offer plenty of TLC at all times. I have no doubt in praising them every time I use the facility!

We simply cannot thank Sue and the staff of The Cat Cave enough for taking care of our beloved cats Sidney and Oakley. During their near month long stay, the love and caring attention they provided was second to none. Our little ones were quite stressed from the journey there and Sue and team did everything they could to settle them in and make them comfortable. First time putting my kitty in boarding and The Cat Cave were fantastic. Easy to book in, lovely clean facility and the staff are super friendly. My cat has been super friendly/happy since returning home which is great. Will definitely use their services again.

If you are away or unable to care for your cat, there is no better place for your precious cat then The Cat Cave. We wouldn't put our cat anywhere else. Generous cages, a play area and enclosed outdoor space available, and the staff are the best. They also post photos on Facebook so that you can see your cat while you're away. ❤️

Great place to house you cat for short or long term stays. Sue and her team are friendly, helpful and dedicated to your cat. My cats have loved their stays and are better socialised with this environment. They live the play/ recreational areas.

The Cat Cave is by far the best cattery I have ever used - I simply can’t rate Belinda, Sue and Taylor highly enough. The facility is spotless and the staff obviously adore cats and spend much of their time showering them with love. My two boys stayed at the Cat Cave for 5 weeks. They were rescue cats and very shy and nervous when they first boarded. I was worried that being away from us would put back the progress they were making but to the contrary! I collected them Friday and they have progressed leaps and bounds since I dropped them off. This is all thanks to the love and patience the staff have showed my boys. Thank you so, so much - I am so grateful for all you’ve done😌

Fantastic experience, Mary was absolutely fabulous and a real dog lover, so caring for my nervous Miniture Bull Terrier. It was clear that everyone that works there are all great with dogs. Myself and Archie would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this service

Called to enquire about leaving my dog there for a day and was told because my dog is a German Shepard mix and a big dog she would not be allowed to mix/play with other dogs and would be kept separate in her own pen. Apparently ‘only small and friendly dogs, like labradors’ are allowed to play together. I told the lady on the phone how kind and friendly my dog is (super well behaved, friendly and respectful, the size of a Labrador). But this didn’t make a difference and the lady wasn’t willing to even do a trial. I think it’s completely unfair and wrong that dogs are being discriminated in this way based on their size or breed.

We were thrilled by how happy and healthy our dog was when we collected her after her 6 week stay at Top Dog Pet Resort. She can be quite anxious, so we were unsure of how she would cope being there for so long. The team took such good care of her that she didn't just give her family attention at pick up, she also went and gave the workers a lick before we left. We will definitely use their service again.

Our beagle stays here several times a year, from one night here and there to a couple of weeks at a time. The owners are lovely people who really care about the dogs. They have volunteers to walk the dogs as well. Highly recommend

Have been taking my dog to stay with Dave and Mary for at least nine years and all I can say is that it the best place on the Bellarine. Belle is happy to stay and comes home happy. Dave and Mary are fabulous. I’m happy to leave my dog knowing that she will be extremely well cared for. I only wish I had found this review site earlier because I can only sing their praises. Thank you both for the wonderful care you have provided for Belle over the years.

We placed our Jack Russell, Coco here for 10 days while we went away in October 2019. She's a bit of a nervous dog, doesn't like being separated from us and definitely does not like any other dogs so she can be a bit of a challenge when near other dogs. Consequently, we were a bit nervous because last year we boarded her at a different establishment in the Geelong region and she came home quite traumatized and unwell. Dave and Mary were super-obliging and made sure Coco's needs were well looked after. When we arrived, the first impression is that the place is spotlessly clean and very professionally operated. It was essential that she be kept in her own space away from other dogs which was available and for which we were happy to pay extra. She was returned to us happy, well-cared-for and healthy and settled straight back in at home. We know now we can leave "Coke" at Top Dog in the future and be happy in the knowledge that she will be well cared for. Very happy clients. Thankyou.

We recently left our much loved dog at Top Dog for just on a month as we were travelling overseas. As there were some pre existing health issues with our dog we were quite anxious and dependent on the staff at Top Dog in the proper care for him. We returned to a very happy and content dog who clearly enjoyed his stay there and the staff were fantastic in the care they provided. Couldn't recommend the staff and facilities at Top Dog highly enough. Wayne and Sue.

My cat Bella has been here twice now and I can thoroughly recommend top cat cattery. The cattery is so clean and well set out for each cat. They have their own little outdoor garden which my cat loves. They are so good to the cats and Bella enjoys her stay there. I love the fact that it is heated and has air conditioning. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

We have used Top Dog for a few years now and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great friendly place to leave their pets while they are on holidays. Our dogs always come back looking well rested, clean, happy and like they had a good break too. Will use Top Dog for many years to come!
