We recently used Tiny Paws BnB for our dog Rupert, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Initially, we booked for one week, but our trip ended up being extended by another week. Despite the unexpected change, Aaron and Cindy continued to provide excellent care for Rupert. We were nervous as Rupert isn't used to being around many other dogs. However, Aaron and Cindy were incredibly patient and introduced him slowly to the group. His confidence grew over time, and you could see this through the daily photo and video updates they provided. Seeing him happy and relaxed made us feel so relieved. When Rupert's dog food ran out due to our extended stay, Cindy promptly picked up more for him. This level of care and attention to detail really stood out to us. Overall, we felt so happy knowing Rupert had somewhere fun and safe to be. We highly recommend Tiny Paws BnB for their exceptional service and dedication. Thank you Aaron and Cindy for taking such great care of our boy! :)

Cindy, Aaron and Milo took the bestest care of Boomer when we left him at Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB for 3 weeks! They provided daily updates with SO many photos and it was so clear that Boomer was having such a blast - so much so that we were afraid he wouldn’t want to come home with us! Boomer had the bestest time there - with doggie friends, lots of human pats, lots of doggie enrichment activities and even walkies! We would most definitely choose Cindy, Aaron and Milo again when we need to leave Boomer - all the times we have left Boomer, it was with zero worries and lots and lots of fun for Boomer ❤️

I highly recommend Melbourne tiny paws Bnb. I found this page on facebook group, where someone mentioned how pleased they were with the level of care and great communication Cindy was. They were not wrong!! I sent my puppy “Cookie” a few times for day care before boarding. I was really happy with the daily updates. It gives me more confidence and peace of mind leaving my puppy for 11 days with Cindy. I am pleased to say that Cookie was well taken care of. I got so many photos and videos of my fur baby everyday. Cookie seems very happy, active and made lots of friends. I am actually kind of worried that he prefers to stay at cindy’s than home :) You will not regret leaving your furbaby with Melbourne Tiny Paws Bnb. Thanks Cindy for making cookie’s first time away from Mommy a great experience. We will be back soon :)

As a first time pawrent, I was a little apprehensive leaving my pup for an impromptu overseas visit. My apprehension quickly faded after my pup’s half-day trial. Whilst away, Cindy ensured I received daily updates; the care and attention was second to none - It really is like a home away from home! Pretty sure the accommodation and experience had by our pups at Tiny Paws BnB was almost better than our own when we went on holiday! This was the first time leaving our boys alone for more than a day and the Tiny Paws team made the experience a positive one. From the initial application and fact-finding, through to the daily (and twice daily) photo check-ins and message updates, we were comfortable that the boys were safe and happy. Tiny Paws provides 24-hour care, including playtime, naps, activities, walking, and even some training. With regular daycare patrons, the boys also had a heap of new friends to play with each day. The boys were also well supported with their diet, any medical needs, and any other routines that they had. If you're nervous about leaving your dogs and want to ensure they're well looked after—physically and emotionally—then I highly recommend Cindy, Aaron, and Milo at Melbourne Tiny Paws. The biggest problem will be getting your pups to want to come home again. With their top-rate service, communication, professionalism, and genuine caring, Tiny Paws is a service I can't recommend enough. I'll definitely be using them again, and I encourage you to do the same.

Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB is essentially a fabulous holiday retreat for tiny doggos. We have used Cindy's services three times now and we will certainly continue to take our toy poodle Millie to stay at Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB whenever we take a pet free holiday. Cindy goes above and beyond to look after her furry guests and cares for them like they are her own. We are provided with daily photo updates where we can see photos of the dogs playing, walking, getting cuddles and treats - it's lovely to see and puts me at ease when I'm away from my pooch and missing her. Cindy's property is secure and she even has the most gorgeous sun room that the dogs love to chill out in. I would recommend Cindy/Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB to anyone with a small dog but especially those who may be a bit nervous about leaving them with just anyone. Your dog is in safe hands with Cindy!

I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! Two weeks there and I think Alfie prefers Tiny Paws BnB over to his actual home. Thank you Cindy for such an amazing experience - the communication and the daily photos and clips of him living his best life has made our time away from him so reassuring. And the check in with us a day after he was collected shows how much Cindy cares for all dogs she looks after. Alfie has found his second home everytime we are away and require professional pet sitting, even if the drive is an hour away! We cannot thank you enough Cindy!

We can not thank Cindy (Melbourne Tiny Paws Bnb) enough for all of her help looking after our 2 toy cavoodles(our newest addition Blossom and our little boy Hiro). Earlier this year Cindy looked after Hiro on the night of our wedding. Even brushing him before he arrived for photos. Cindy lets your dog sleep inside with her and takes such great care. She also sends photos through out the day of activities they get up to. We have been so impressed with her services, her care and attention to detail. We don’t have family in Melbourne so Cindy has been amazing, looking after our dogs the same way we would normally at home ❤️ We can not recommend Cindy enough ❤️ Hiro and Blossom can’t wait to visit Cindy and Milo (her dog) again soon !!

My dog Esco absolutely loved staying at Tiny Paws BnB for daycare while we were on holidays in Melbourne. He had so much fun and was very well looked after. Our three cats boarded here. They came home in fantastic condition, with beautiful coats, very healthy, calm and happy. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again.

we've had our Aussie bulldog board with Spparow in the treetop few times. The longest being over one (1) month - we can't fault them. The staff is amazing. They offer a pick up and drop off service and our dog gets looked after very very well. Highly recommend.

We’ve been to Sparrows a number of times for our Curly Coated Retriever. Every time our dog comes back happy and well fed. Importantly the staff are really engaged and fantastic deal with - I could not recommend more.

Staff were very friendly & caring. Dogs normally are quiet on car rides but they were so chatty on the way home.. as if they had to tell me all what they did in the first 5 minutes.. Both were so excited..they settled back to home so quickly..

15 year old Rusty spent 12 days at Sparrows only his second time away from home. Rusty is my first pet Dog and I was very worried at leaving him. Well all that worry was unnecessary as Rusty has had the Best care and was happy to see me and was in good shape when I collected him. Thank you to the wonderful staff for looking after my Rusty so well it is much appreciated. I would highly recommend this kennel and will definitely be requiring their services in the future. Our 4 year old Jack Russell, Buddy, has stayed at Sparrows many times - sometimes for a week and a few times for a month or more. He is always happy to see Gary & Leticia when they collect him and comes home every time fit, clean and so happy. I truly believe that when Buddy goes to Sparrows he believes that he is the one going on holiday! Thanks to the team for always looking after him so well. Highly recommend.

We took our schnoodle, Reggie, on 16 April and had him delivered back to us on 6 May. We were delayed on our return flight home, but the delivery driver Cate kindly delayed her arrival to allow us to make alternative plans and have someone else collect Reggie. He was in happy spirits and looked really well when we got to him - clearly he'd been well looked after at Sparrows. We totally recommend them!

Our dog had his second stay at Sparrows over the new year break. When Letitia arrived to collect him, he greeted her with excitement and didn’t look back. He needed special attention during this stay, which the team were most happy to accommodate. I’d recommend Sparrows to anyone looking for dog boarding near Melbourne. Mav our German Shepherd has had multiple stays with Sparrows in the Treetop. Friendly staff who all go out of their way to make sure all families and animals are cared for. Mav is always so excited for his special holidays there and always returns smelling amazing!!

terrible. didnt give the medicine we gave them to give our pup, didnt allow us to see where the animals were staying (you could tell they were bad), and the pup was distant and sad after coming back

Staff were lovely and it seemed like our lab had a good play while we were gone. However, we were disappointed by the lack of flexibility in picking up our dog with limited opening/closing times. We had an unavoidable emergency and, when we asked if they could stay open just 5minutes longer, they were very strict about closing exactly at 3. Also disappointed with the additional paid options like photo updates and pool time on hot days.

First stay for my rescue cat so was a bit worried. No need. They were awesome and the cat returned healthy and happy. Very impressed with the guy who looked after my cat and the details he gave me. He is a committed animal lover who fosters kittens. If you are looking for a Cattery make sure you check them out. Facilities are excellent. 12/10 would recommend.

Having somewhere you trust leaving your children makes travelling so much less stressful - our girls are always excited when we enter the carpark and come home exhausted (and more importantly healthy). Only have good things to say about Cottage Kennels and Cattery! ❤️

Darling Maxie our tiny black Toy Poodle stayed for 6 long weeks earlier this year - he loved it - lots of little doggie playmates - very well fed & cared for & some "happy snaps" of Maxie playing. Will book again for 2025 holiday. Jenny

My Westie, Bruce, has stayed at Cottage multiple times over the past couple of years (including for a 4 week period) and I don’t think I could trust anywhere else with him when I go away. He always comes back happy, healthy and clearly very well loved. The team are so friendly and helpful - they are always happy to give me updates via email, which is really reassuring. I've been taking my pup to Cottage Kennels for years now and it's always been such a great experience. My pup basically arrives with an essay of instructions which is never a problem for the staff (yes I’m one of those dog Mums!) The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, they truly care about the wellbeing of all the animals in their care. From the moment we enter the facility, we can tell that all needs are met with ease and efficiency - no question is too small or too silly! Cottage Kennels is definitely go-to place for doggy daycare or boarding - don't look anywhere else!

We had our 7 month old cavoodle stay at Cottage Kennels for 3 nights. We were initially nervous, as we hadn't taken Louie to a kennel before. Upon arriving, the staff were all so welcoming and accommodating. The next day I sent an email to reception asking for an update as to how Louie was settling in and received a quick and detailed response. When we picked Louie up, we spoke with his carer who said Louie had had a great time, had spent time with another cavoodle and that he behaved very well. Louie was very calm and content when we got home. Highly recommend Cottage Kennels.

Our dog had a great time during a three week stay. Returned a very healthy happy boy. Would use Cottage Kennels again.

Our Benji boy was taken care of by Cottage and we could not be happier. Easy process on arrival and departure, no fuss except for the staff fussing over Benji. We picked him up this morning and were saddened by his greeting for us, as it seemed he almost had no interest in coming home 😂 he found a new friend in a border collie also named Benji. He has spent most of the morning at home sleeping, as you would after a lot of play time and attention. Thank you Cottage for taking such good care of our boy! Highly recommended and we will certainly be back again 😊

I had a mad paws sitter that cancelled on me 48 hours before an interstate trip and luckily Cottage Kennels and Cattery were able to help me out and take care of my four year old Border Terrier Archie. I booked him into a single room accommodation in the pavilion with daily activity time and a photo shoot. I was sent photos of him and given an update on how he was settling in. He came home a very tired but happy boy. Would highly recommend and will be using these services again.

First time taking our dogs to a kennel and so happy we chose Welcome Boarding Kennels! The whole team were absolutely wonderful and so nice! 💖😊 We really appreciated the update on how our dogs were going when we were away and felt so comfortable they were being well looked after. Our baby boy stayed for a few days and he looks like he had a great time. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they gave us information about his interactions, how he ate and who he was placed with. We will definitely use Welcome kennels again. Thank you for looking after him so well.

My dogs have had a happy holiday at Welcome Kennels. I appreciated their concern when my 15 year old Westie displayed signs of an upset stomach at the beginning of her stay. I was informed of her condition and they were all placed on a chicken and rice diet which fixed the problem. There were no signs of anxiety when I came to collect them. I was a little anxious as I came directly from the airport with no leads. A friendly staff member handed me Welcome Kennels leads which were complementary. They settled back into their home routine as normal. Very comforting to know they were genuinely well cared for. Thank you to all the staff at Welcome Kennels.

Both of our dogs came home happy, relaxed & freshly washed! The staff are very friendly, warm & welcoming. We will continue to use this great place in the future!

This was Monty's 2nd time at Welcome Kennels. It was also a much longer stay than the first time. The communication updates on his stay, via email, were greatly appreciated and reassured us that he was well. Upon returning home, he immediately settled in back home with absolutely no ill effects, happy , well and gained confidence ( have noticed his interaction with other dogs and people has improved) as he was slightly timid with new people. This has reassured us his stay has been great. The only thing we would love in the future is if the Kennels could send a picture with the update, as we missed him so much. Thank you.

We have used Welcome Boarding Kennels for our senior cat and our dog for many years. The care and attention that is given to our animals is second to none. Welcome Kennels staff are amazing and always provide us with updates on our pets when asked. I cannot recommended them highly enough!

I can't thank the team at Welcome Kennels enough! They looked after my two cats for six months while we were in France. I was impressed with Welcome Kennels right from the start, they were so friendly and kind to both me and the cats. I was worried about leaving them for such a long time, but they both thrived. My timid cat even gained in confidence - she was so well looked after and loved. Highly, highly recommend the team here - they're absolutely wonderful.

Not having to worry about my girl while I went away on holiday was something that made my holiday far more enjoyable. Coco was cared for by Micki who made us both feel welcome and took great care of Coco whilst I was away . The whole process of using Don't Fret Pet was great with friendly staff who were more than happy to answer any questions and to match a carer to your pet . I would definitely use them again if I plan any future trips away.

5* service from Don't Fret Pet. I met two sets of carers and both inpressed me immediately with their air of competency and experience with dogs. The company matches you up with someone who will meet your needs, so in my case my dog got to sleep on their bed with them at night and the carers would be home for the majority of the time my dog was with them.

Thank you Don’t Fret Pets! I had to make an urgent overseas trip during the Christmas/New Year period and couldn’t find anywhere to leave my JRT, until I found Carole at DFP! Despite the short notice and peak period Carole found me several wonderful options, and she also organised an extension when I was delayed in returning home. My JRT was very happy and his carer was very patient and understanding! I would definitely use Don’t Fret Pets again.

Our greyhound, Bob, was cared for and loved by Jenny for the 6 weeks we were overseas. Staying with Jenny gave Bob a second family and home. Jenny constantly kept updated with photos and news of Bob. It was an amazing and positive experience for us all.
