Daniel is simply THE BEST SITTER. We were extremely pleased to have him over for the 2nd time and we actually invited him a 3rd time to come and stay because he is simply amazing. -Daniel is extremely organised and reliable : during the sitting he would constantly update us. -he is super clean and tidy: we consider ourselves very clean but we swear that when we came back home the flat was even cleaner that when we left it! -he is loving with our cat: our cat was so comfortable and happy with Daniel that she constantly slept right next to him for a cuddle. What to say? We felt so relaxed at the idea of having him at home and we would have him back in an heartbeat!! Super recommended! Thank you Daniel ❤️

Carla was very self-sufficient and took good care of the house while we were away. Sadly for me and luckily for Carla, she wasn't required to do all that was required for a sick cat as Cassius had passed away just before her stay. My sourdough starter is still alive and the garden is in decent shape -- I know it is hard to eat/pick that many raspberries and beans! I'm pleased the chalet was in good hands while we were away. Looking for pet sits close to home or at least in Europe in 2024
Ines came to look after Theo for a couple of days and all was great. Communication super easy, got updates, pics or little videos every day and Theo seemed happy to have her around. She also had lots of patience waiting for him in the Evening while he was out and about. The house was super clean and I received a sweet card when we got back from our holidays. I would ask her again to stay and I would highly recommend her. Thx so much.

Yvonne & Simon were both amazing and did a great job taking care of my apartment & two cats. They were very communicative leading up to the visit and kept in touch while they were here as well, sending regular updates and making sure the kitties had everything they needed. It was clear both Chester and Oreo really loved having them around from how quickly they got comfortable. I returned to a clean apartment and two very happy kitties!

Peter & Trudy are absolute God sent angels! Our place has NEVER looked this clean and organized and our dogs were very well taken cared off. We came home to a full fridge, homemade pumpkin soup, all our laundry was clean and ironed, windows were done, cabinets were organized, grass was seeded, weeds removed and and and… Our two dogs were also in great hands, they looked great, were tired from all the nice walks and got plenty of cuddles. I honestly don’t know how we deserved such wonderful house sitters. ❤️ Would highly highly recommend!!!

Anika did a good job with the dogs and overall kept the flat nice and clean - however we noticed post visit that one of our collection wine bottles had been opened and the remainder placed back in the wine cooler. Given it’s a bottle me and my partner had stored for years it’s a shame to see that the sitter took advantage of this without asking for permission - there were plenty of other bottles we would have happily allowed to open had she asked.

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
