Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. They definitely bonded. :) I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. They sent pics of how our fur babies were doing and truly seemed to enjoy their time with them. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

My dog needed some socialization and I was very pleased with this whole process! Initially used their website to inquire about the temperament test and had quick responses. While my dog was there, I was able to text them to see how she was doing and they responded back quickly giving me detailed info to ease my mind. At pickup, was able to hear how she did and ask questions. Very good experience overall and bringing her back for further daycare fun!
We were very nervous about boarding our recent rescue for 3 nights. We had never used a boarding facility before. Our nerves were calmed when we received photos of him and seen how happy he looked playing with all his new friends at the daycare! First, we would like to share a huge thank you to the Blue Water Pet Care Inc! Our experience was wonderful and flawless! From the drop off to the pick up process all went very nice! Our dog “Beans” was boarded for 9 days and left very happy. Everyone was so helpful and friendly too and that meant a lot to my wife and I! The daily texts they sent to update our pet was a great feeling especially when your so far away! We would like to extend a big thank you to all the team members for taking care of our dog and we look forward to another great experience next time too!
My sweet girl Hazel loved her first day of daycare at Blue Water Pet Care. The staff are so welcoming and caring. Hazel can't wait to attend daycare on a regular weekly basis to play and socialize with the other dogs.
Our German Shepherd is a bit, well, like a German Shepherd. He’s a good boy, but a bit intense. The staff took great care of him. They worked around his quirks and formed a nice bond with him. Daily updates and photos are great for peace of mind. Highly recommended
What a great place. They take great care of my dog. Everyone is very friendly. And, although I dont use it often, i really like that you can have them send pictures and what they call a report card of your pets activity for the day. And I use them for daycare, boarding, and grooming. Would recommend to anyone.
I was nervous about bringing my dog to a kennel for boarding for the first time, and the staff was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. my dog attended daycare prior to being boarding to ensure she was comfortable before her stay. they say she walks in like an old pro now! so thankful i found this place!
The staff is wonderful and very friendly. My dogs are always happy to arrive and happy to leave. They love playing with their friends! The staff respond quickly via phone or text. When my dogs stay here, I never worry about them and that speaks volumes.

Springfield has been great for my dogs! From hunting my Brittany in the field to showing him in the ring they have the expertise to handle it all! They go above and beyond truly caring about the dog’s health and safety! They also offer grooming services and my nervous Aussie does so well there! I highly recommend you send your pets here, you will not find a better place around.
My husband and I travel to the area every summer and stumbled on this lovely pet oasis this year. We've taken our dog Parker to many doggie day cares and this one has made us rethink all other facilities we will take him in the future. Every single time we dropped him off for the day or to board him, he was super excited. But when we picked him up, there's a different demeanor to him that we haven't seen when picking him up from any other day care. Of course, he's excited to see us, but he has this calm presence that we haven't seen before when we picked him up. This speaks volume to Springfield's pet "oasis!" Not only that Parker enjoyed his time when we took him there for day care and boarding; but we also, enrolled him in their training program. Parker is generally a good dog, but we knew he needed some structure so he could be the best dog. Today, we just picked him up from the 4 week training course and he is lightyears more obedient than we've seen him since we've had him for four years ago. We've have hired a trainer before, but their methodology definitely wasn't our style or Parker's for that matter. He heels, sits, and stays way better than we have every seen him before. We were shocked it was the same dog! Anyways, we are so happy how Art and his team set Parker up for success and we can't wait to continue doing our training exercises with him! We will definitely be back next year!
This was Karly’s first time being boarded and they took good care of my little bichon. She came home happy and tired (needed a nap) and I would use them again without hesitation. They were also kind when I called to check on her. ❤️
This is a top shelf facility. I've boarded my 10 year old and 6 year old dogs for weeks at a time and they are always very well cared for and love staying there It's clean and professionally operated with caring, capable staff. I highly recommend Springfield Pet Resort!
I am parked at a Holiday express in Ohio and the Springfield van pulled in next to me!! I never thought there would be a dog inside! It is 92 degrees here as I write this! I contacted the owners wife and she said he would go down and check the dog! I spoke with the man and he said it's 80 degrees in the van! I told him that's too hot! I called the wife again and insisted they are fine, they are working dogs! Thats fine if they are working outside and can get air and or shade but inside a van it's a HOT BOX and this is unsafe! I don't care how cute the pics are they posted on the website, this is not what I would expect from a dog training and resort facility!! WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! SHAME ON YOU GUYS 😠 I WOULDN'T TRUST MY DOG AT THAT PLACE☹️
My dog's go to Springfield pet resort for daycare and also for long stays we love this place the office people are always so friendly and helpful and all of the kennel staff are nice and very caring for are dogs sometimes we see pictures of them on their country walks our girls love to stay at Springfield the owners at Springfield are great as well taking the extra time to let us know the girl's are all okay when they're crazy mom is worried about them Springfield is the best kennel I have ever been able to trust with are four legged fur babies
Not words to describe how much I appreciate the way my dog Mikey has been treated any time I fly overseas. It was hard to leave my dog for more then two months. Cool Spring Farm Kennel is an excellent facility. I have been using the doggie daycare regularly and we have had training sessions with the owner Jeremy with our dog. Which has been very helpful. I love that everything is handled very professionally. And my dog is having a great time too.
