Stephanie & David were the perfect house sitters. Our little dog Ocean was extremely well looked after and from all the lovely photos and videos we were sent during the sit, we can see he got to go on lots of lovely walks and adventures. Stephanie & David were also very accommodating in that they agreed to add an extra day onto their sit so that we could attend a family party back in Scotland which was greatly appreciated. They also went above and beyond by cooking us a lovely dinner for our return after our very long drive back from Scotland! The house was also left immaculate (floors mopped, towels etc were all washed for us coming home). I wouldn't hesitate to have Stephanie & David back to sit with us again and would recommend as outstanding housesitters to anyone lucky enough to have them in their home.

Bridget (Bee) sat for us for three weeks this summer. This was the second time she had looked after Maggie and our house, and we have asked her back again this Christmas, which I think says it all! Bee is warm, friendly, kind and considerate. Her first priority is always to make Maggie happy and feel loved, and we have come home to a very content dog, who I think is missing Bee a lot! Bee sent us photos or videos on a daily basis while we were away, telling us what she'd been up to with Maggie. She looked after our garden beautifully - we came back to a perfect lawn and a well-watered, happy garden. It was wonderful to know that she was enjoying the house and garden while we were away, and she left everything spotless. We couldn't recommend Bee enough and fingers crossed she can sit for us again! x

Loni and Will were amazing! We have a rescue who is nervous of visitors in our home so they came twice to take her for a walk with us to help her feel more at ease with them before the house sit. They just seem to understand dogs and my two seemed to settle with them very quickly. They sent lots of videos and updates which was very reassuring and also dealt with a couple of unexpected housing problems without a fuss or any issues. Stef and Alex were my first Zeewois and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to start. They took such great care of Chilli and Rocket, sending regular updates with photos of them out and about having a wonderful time on their walks or at home enjoying lots of cuddles. They both clearly really care about the dogs and quickly made me feel very confident that the dogs and the house were in safe hands. This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. Was really nervous about putting my two dogs into the kennels but we got reassured that our babies will be just fine.. when we picked them up they were so bouncy and happy! We've been boarding our dogs here for over 9 years. Amazing staff and the dogs love their time there
Have always sent our cats to this Boarding Kennel since 2000 .When they were brought back home the two of them would run to greet us & then run back to the van & get back on ,waiting for Tina .Both our cats passed away a few years ago & we had a kitten 2 yrs ago .He goes there regularly when we go away & I wouldn’t send him anywhere else .They are very family orientated ,caring & loving towards the animals .I have been there unexpectedly & it’s always the same,gentle & caring towards all of the animals . They will for a small payment collect & return your pet & if you want your dog shampooed they’ll also do that for you .Its clean ,friendly & noisy ,just like it should be & extra care is given to pets with medical needs & those who are nervous .Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff there . Rhiannon the owner is very helpful as is Tina ( who we’ve known from our pets going there over the years). I’ve never bothered to look elsewhere as I know my pets will be well looked after here . I have recommended this kennel/ cattery many times over the years & will continue to do so .
We contacted this business (through the messaging service suggested by Google) to request pricing and availability for boarding two dogs and two cats (all rescues) in January. After we answered some initial automated questions, someone from the business asked the breeds of our dogs. I responded to say that they are mix breeds (terrier and saluki), and received no reply whatsoever thereafter. I followed up with another message to ask for a quote for boarding, and they ignored me again. I can’t understand this and am not sure whether to infer that they do not want to board mix breed dogs? Extremely disappointed and would give zero stars if I could.
Was a bit worried about leaving our pup as it was his first time in kennels , owner and staff reassured us that he would be fine and he was , in fact he didn't want to leave . He will be going back for his holidays !!!! . Thankyou to you all for looking after him so well .
These people cost me over £600 ,I had a holiday booked and on the day of my dogs first injections was told not to worry about booking at that stage and get in touch 3 weeks hence when her booster was due.When I fang again they told me they were fully booked,it was too late to book elsewhere.!

Our dog Otis has been going to Springfields since he was a puppy for both day care and kennels. He loves his visits to Springfields and can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive. He adores the staff and they always take great care of him. Highly recommended!

My English bull terrier stayed here from 13/5/24 for 8 nights This is the second time he has gone here When we arrived & all paperwork was was completed there was no welcome shown for my dog He’s very timid after being attacked by another dog when he was young therefore he’s scared of other dogs In our return to collect him the person who runs it seen us waiting & completely blanked us When our dog was eventually brought to us we were then informed that because of his social issues with other dogs he could not go back there unless we socialise him We have tried dog classes & it made no difference to him I would suggest they DO NOT take in timid dogs I had already decided when leaving him there this time would be the last They are not dog lovers & it’s all about the money I have since spoken to various kennels & my dog doesn’t seem to be a problem he doesn’t growl bark he’s never shown any aggression he’s just a soft laid back English bull terrier…. I have since kennelled him at panty milar kennels & from the start he was made a fuss of & spoken to as you would expect from dog lovers on our return to collect him we were told that he’s such a good sweet gentle dog & he was happier coming from there than he was from Springfields it’s also a bit cheaper although money was never the issue with us but it’s all about the money at Springfields
Our dog Peggy has stayed here a few times now and she absolutely loves it. We were extremely nervous about leaving her for the first time initially but they did such a great job of looking after her. Also really appreciated them administering her regular medication and sending us photo and video updates. She's booked in again soon and I'm sure she'll also love her own mini holiday!

Fantastic kennels that our dog has stayed at for day care and overnights when we are on holidays. We viewed seven other kennels and Springfield was by far the best. The kennels are well presented, offer privacy for the dogs, well kept exercise areas and a massive bonus is that it doesn’t represent a prison like most others! The staff are fantastic and my dog is never in a rush to get home which says it all about how good they get treated there 😂
My Mylo goes here every week and he absolutely loves it! He always gets so excited when he knows we’re close and I can never get him in the car to come home, the staff here are so lovely and you can tell they are real animal lovers. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my baby!

Our cat stayed with Cilfynydd Cattery & Kennels for a week at the end of January 2024. He seems to have really enjoyed his stay and we will be happy to leave him in their care again in the future. The 'chalets' look spacious and comfortable with plenty of toys for the cats to play with. The staff were friendly and happy to show us around before we commited to leaving our boy there. We would wholeheartedly recommend.

The little touches also add up, Ben will open and close the blinds, collect mail, water plants, put the bins out, to name a few. These small touches really made us feel comfortable while away. We would 100% recommend this service, so much so we have more bookings with Ben for layer in the year :)
having used pawsitive pet sitting for the first time for our annual holiday, we were absolutley satisfied with their service. we were updated on a regular basis, with text messages and images to reassure us our furrrrbabies were in good hands :-). we will certainly use them again when needed.

Brilliant service, very friendly & caring. PAWSitive cat sit for me when I go away, everyday twice a day morning & night he feeds & gives my cat attention for half an hour before leaving. My cat is very relaxed with the sitter. Yes I would definitely recommend.
Ben came and pet sat my dogs and did a marvelous job! Would highly recommend and I'm sure the dogs would too 😊 he spent lots of time fussing and giving them lots of attention. Giving my older dog her medication and multivitamin daily! Thanks Ben 🙂

We have a very nervous dog as well as 2 cats. We were bit worried about going on holiday for first time but GnB were fantastic....always on the end of the phone, lots of updates. Took dog on long walks which were trackable. House was left clean and tidy. So relieved when we came home as pets were well looked after....thanks Babs and Gareth can't recommend you enough...great job

Alex has helped us since we first had our puppy Oscar. We used the drop in service at first, Alex would come in and feed Oscar and give him a little play and then after vaccinations we used the dog walking service. Oscar absolutely loves going on his dog walks with Alex and the other dogs, Alex has helped Oscar socialise with other dogs safely and he has learnt so much. We love seeing the great pictures of Oscar that Alex manages to capture on the walks. Alex has helped give us complete peace of mind when we are in work. Alex is 100% reliable and very accommodating! Alex regularly walks our King Charles spaniel who adores him, he’s always so happy to see him which is heart warming…. Alex is a very caring young man who has a great knowledge of dogs & is extremely helpful with changing days or times if we need to change. Arnie always comes home clean & warn out after a good walk…. Only dog walker in the area answering the phone! Alex is reliable, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job. His services are exceptional and is the cheapest in the area. His natural affinity with dogs is undeniable. My dog Elsa absolutely adores him, and gets incredibly excited every time she sees him. I was also extremely impressed with the level of knowledge that Alex possesses. He took the time to come over and assess Elsa before building a bespoke walking plan. He clearly takes his job seriously, and nothing is too much trouble for him. Overall, I can't recommend Alex highly enough. If you're in need of a dog walker, then look no further!
Alex looked after our Staffy while we were on holiday and he's been absolutely amazing with her, our Staff has loved her time with him and she's been on lovely walks with him he's been brilliant with updates and we will definitely be using him again and I'd highly recommend Alex if you need someone to look after your fur baby.
'Uncle Alex' is one of the few people I would trust to look after my dogs as an overprotective 'mum' of 6 furbabies. Having worked with him professionally through my own dog business, I can recommend him as knowledgeable and experienced with a range of different breeds and need level. He is able to handle dogs with more challenging behaviour than most walkers I know and is very safety conscious and versed in body language and dog etiquette. He is able to match up dogs so they have new friends to enjoy their outings with and provides a genuinally caring service for dog owners 😀
Pippa, my canine companion, tends to be anxious around unfamiliar people, but she quickly warmed up to Alex after a proper introduction. He demonstrated a deep understanding of her behaviour patterns and offered invaluable advice on how to address her excessive barking at the window. Alex is a dependable and reasonably priced dog walker who possesses a wealth of expertise and an unbridled enthusiasm for his work. Would highly recommend.
Archie is always a very happy doggo going out for his walks with Alexander, i’ve had no issues with Alexander and he’s always been flexible with Archie’s walks and helps where needed. Couldn’t recommend enough
