We were so fortunate that Melanie was available to stay with our 15-year-old cat, Little Bits for 12 days. Our sweet female calico has gotten older and a little more frail dealing with hyperthyroidism. My husband and I were concerned yet hopeful that we’d find the right person to look after her needs. Well, Melanie was a gem; we didn't have a single worry the entire time we were away. We were also very grateful that she was able to arrive the evening before we left so we could go over things in the house and get acquainted. We knew instantly Bits would be in excellent hands. Melanie was watchful and very attentive. Her communication was beyond exceptional and we loved getting updates with photos of our girl. It was obvious that Little Bits was very happy with her new friend. When we returned we found our home clean and in perfect order. Melanie did an amazing job!

Carlinda and Kent were the absolute best sitters for our three dogs. We are rarely able to get away for an extended period of time. Carlinda and Kent provided the best care we could have asked for. While we were away, one of our pups needed some medical attention....we simply lucked out by having such amazing caregivers...from vet appointments to constant updates, we knew that we had nothing to worry about. We would HIGHLY recommend Carlinda and Kent and truly hope that we can have them back.....our boys miss them ;-)

We are so thankful to have met Kathy and Mike! They were amazing from start to finish. They had excellent communication throughout the whole process. The dogs loved them immediately. Kathy frequently sent pictures of the dogs. We are thankful our dogs got to share some love and joy. I have never come home to such happy, calm animals. We suspect Mike spent more time on the floor than in a chair. Kathy and Mike made me feel secure for this first sit with Zeewoi. We talked, texted and got pictures. They gladly came the night before so we could get an early start. They were easy to talk to, and genuinely kind. I wish we lived closer to these new friends. BONUS: We came home to a perfectly clean house!

We are so pleased to have had Jason and Bethany in our home. They are truly animal lovers -- it showed in every communication we had with them. We think Paige and Loki were actually disappointed when we arrived home instead of them. LOL! They also took extra time to carefully manage Paige's food intake. We feed her carefully measured amounts (to maintain her weight) and schedule when she eats so she doesn't throw it all up. Jason and Bethany followed these requests and Paige was happy and healthy because of it. They have been homeowners themselves for years and kept an experienced eye on our home. They even spotted a minor leak from our dishwasher and we appreciate that level of care. We'd give them 6 stars if we could. We hope that Jason and Bethany return to sit for our kitties Paige and Loki. They are welcome anytime.

Susan and Peter were wonderful house and pet sitters! They walked our 3 dogs and played with them in our fenced yard. They kept my garden and house plants watered and they left the house spotless. We were in communication the whole week and they sent pictures of our dogs daily. We couldn’t be happier with the care they gave our dogs! Susan even bathed all 3 the day we were returning! We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. Again we feel lucky to have found her, and feel she would be a great sitter for any pets!

I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.

Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.

We loved Kiki watching our dogs. Our dogs are older so need some extra loving and cleaning up after. Kiki was so kind and loving to them. I think they were sad we came home she spoiled them so much. Kiki is wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about Kiki. She is so kind and passionate about caring for your pets. She is truly a blessing! I have always been very nervous about leaving my dogs, but Kiki made me feel comfortable while I was away visiting family. I had Kiki do overnights and home visits during the day. I have two dogs with very different personalities and she was great with both of them. I loved that she sent me frequent updates with pictures to let me know how they were doing. She brought some different toys and treats to help keep them entertained on the days it rained while I was gone. One of my dogs is on the more timid side and by the second day she was out with Kiki instead of hiding in the bedroom (which she normally does she when I leave town). Kiki also made sure my dog’s medication was given and any and all training rituals were followed while I was gone. Additionally, I had my flight canceled and Kiki was flexible and was able to care for my dogs two extra days at the last minute. I had no concerns about my dogs being with Kiki while I was gone and I will definitely be using her next time I go out of town!

If you need a professional pet sitter you must choose Kiki’s Pet Care. We recently had Kiki care for our cat Jasper while we were away on vacation. This was our first time using a service and we were a bit nervous. She came in advance of our trip to meet Jasper and we were so impressed with her questions and the detailed notes she recorded to make sure Jasper would receive the proper care. We left for our trip knowing that he would be in great hands in our absence. Kiki sent daily video and pictures showing the excellent care he was receiving and how comfortable he was in her presence (he can be disagreeable at times). We were 100% pleased with his care and Kiki’s Pet Care is who we will always call in the future.
We hired Kiki to stay overnight at our house and visit several times during the day to feed, walk and play with our 2 dogs while we were out of the country. She also dropped them off and picked them up from daycare. I am usually a nervous wreck thinking about leaving my dogs if I go out of town, but I was completely at ease with Kiki and Amber taking care of them. They even downloaded WhatsApp on their phones so they could send us updates and photos while we were gone. What an amazing find! I've already recommended Kiki's services to a co-worker. Will definitely use her again!
Kiki was a lifesaver for our two dogs! My wife and I were nervous about dropping our dogs off at a local boarding facility due to their anxiety and not being familiar with the environment, so we were looking up different options and came across Kiki's site. Her response times were very quick and her prices are extremely reasonable. We ended up paying less for our two dogs to stay home in an environment that they were comfortable in rather than having them being anxious and nervous in a brand new environment. You can also tell Kiki loves and cares for the pets she looks after. We received pictures and updates after each visit and saw our nervous and shy dog warm up to Kiki in no time and even give her some kisses! We will definitely be doing business with Kiki in the future!
Kiki took excellent care of my pets while I was away on vacation. She was very thorough in taking notes during the initial meeting and sent photos and/or video updates every day that she cared for them. Kiki's service has been amazing for our cat. Our cat is a bit shy towards the skittish side but she was perfectly comfortable in Kiki's care. She played with our cat and also put radio for her so that our cat wouldn’t feel lonely. Kiki is very personable and treats your fur baby as her own. She sends texts with pictures after every visit.
