Jon and Freda are the most kind and caring people we have ever met. Our dogs Sandi and Lucy were treated more special than anyone could imagine. They became a part of their family with lots of attention and tender loving care. Both dogs were spoiled and enjoyed ventures to Tractor Supply, Petsmart and Home Depot and even rides around the local lakes. Lucy received a special new cuddly bed on one trip. Our pups were more than well cared for as was obvious by Jon and Freda’s attention to detail making them feel well loved. They very quickly learned their personalities and were great about communicating with questions or concerns to ensure that the best possible care was given. We received pictures, special moments and regular updates on our fur kids. We came home to a well-maintained house inside and out. We were and are so appreciative to have such a great couple (Jon and Freda) to stay in our house and to take care of our dogs, Sandi and Lucy. We came back to two very calm, relaxed and happy dogs. I know that they missed them when they left since they looked around to find them after they had left. There were also some beautiful flowers left for us when we returned home; so very thoughtful! It is very comforting to know that when you go away that you have such fantastic people watching your house and dogs. We would love to have them come sit at our house sometime in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a perfect house/dog sitter……on a scale of 1 to 10….10 is not a high enough rating. A great big thanks to Jon and Freda for helping us with some flexibility as we were able to be there for our son's college graduation and do all of the necessary things to move him out of his apartment as well as visit some family and friends. Andrea and I started out with a great video conversation and I knew she would be a solid housesitter and give Osity cat lots of attention. I was certainly not let down! Andrea showed up on time, was attentive to the details of my house and pet needs and my cat took to her arrival and touch quickly. Andrea was in touch daily with some sweet updates and photos and also water some garden area for me where I had recently planted. The house was clean and sheets washed. No issues whatsoever and Ostiy cat and I would def welcome Andrea back another time!

I am lucky to report that I have had another excellent experience with zeewoi. Lisa cared for Olive for 8 nights, and all went well. She was great at communicating, from the initial FaceTime meeting, to questions ahead of time to giving me updates on Olive during the sit. She was helpful and did a few easy errands for me and the house looked great when we got home. Olive was happy and relaxed when we returned, which is the most important thing. Plus she said she enjoyed Olive's company which always makes me happy to hear. You'll be in good hands with Lisa for a sit!

Keeping pets and their owners stress free!
Brandi took great care of our house, 3 cats, and garden during the latter part of a week long sit. Despite not being able to greet her in person (since we split the sit into two segments), Brandi handled things like a pro. She FaceTimed us upon arrival to go over details, and found one of our cats, Lil, who was hiding after being spooked since the previous sitter left that morning. Brandi coaxed Lil out from under the bed and gave her a late breakfast, which made us feel at ease. She also sent a video of our elder cat Neil coughing, just to make sure it was normal, which we really appreciated. Brandi sent us regular photos and updates, and as she got more comfortable, let two of the cats outside to have some supervised play time in the nice weather. She was attentive, self-sufficient, asked great questions, and made sure the cats didn't eat each others' food! She seemed to grow more comfortable daily, even saying she loves our little prancess, Lil, who can be tricky sometimes! Additionally, she watered our young trees and some new transplants when requested, as we were concerned about the lack of rain during the week. We also appreciated Brandi's open communication, particularly when a concern came up for us, and we were able to work together to resolve it quickly. We came home to a clean and tidy house, happy cats, and a little homemade treat she left for us. We'd be happy to have her sit for us again. Thanks, Brandi!

Robert and Danna are absolutely the best house sitters you could ask for! They sat for us before and were so wonderful with our pets and home, and we were thrilled they returned for another house sit. They are so organized, thoughtful and considerate of our home and our pets routines. Our neighbors all thought they were amazing and kind, too. They shared photos and updates throughout their stay. They also contacted us when there was a potential issue with our dryer. How amazing is it that they took the time to troubleshoot a potential issue? Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). My experience having my dog boarded with Rising Moon Kennels was amazing. I boarded my 11 month old dog with them for 17 days and the care and attention given was superb. Every day I received pictures and videos of my dog showing how she was doing and she was doing marvelously. It was obvious that she was getting the time and attention needed to keep her happy and content. I cannot recommend Rising Moon Kennels enough. This is the best place to board your dog or dogs. Your dog will thank you for it.

This was our first time boarding our 2.5 year old, Nala. Rising Moon Kennels answered all our questions, and was extremely patient with us as we navigated boarding for the first time. The care and attention given was beyond our expectations. We received videos and photos daily showing how she was doing, and she was doing fantastic. Nala got the time and one on one attention she needed. And we cannot recommend Rising Moon Kennels enough, and will definitely be using in the future.

Last week was the first time boarding our dogs and we were so very pleased with the care they received at RMK ! Jay is awesome and really loves and cares about the dogs. She sent photos, updates and videos daily which allowed me to relax and not worry about my babies. I will definitely go to RMK for future boarding.
My girl J was amazing with my baby Ace. Upon first talking with her you would've thought we had known eachother for years. She was very professional, loving, caring, and flexible. After finishing the training, he's improved in all areas of concern for me, which were heeling, recall, and not jumping when meeting new people. We loved that dogs were able to do a meet and greet before boarding. When the time came to drop them off, they immediately recognized the driveway and were excited to be there. Krystyna runs a great team; the most impressive part is the reliability – in the course of our time with them, there has never been a late or missed appointment. In addition, they send pictures and a status update upon each visit! The status update includes pictures of my dogs and what was done during the visit (bathroom, play, love, feeding, etc). Seeing these updates, truly sets us at ease during the day knowing that our dogs are getting love and attention! Would recommend A Barking Good Time for anyone needing the services they provide.

We absolutely love Krystyna at A Barking Good Time. We get daily walks for our three dogs, and her service is absolutely amazing. In addition to being friendly and reliable, she has an awesome app that let's her send daily pictures, walking routes, and puppy report cards directly to our phones. We boarded our female Hound/Lab mix for a week with them, and she loved it! I loved the updates with pictures and videos too! They were great with her and really know what they’re doing when it comes to taking care of dogs. I wanted my dog to be in a loving home with a yard to play in while we were on vacation instead of in a boarding facility locked up in a crate. We love this service! Krystyna cares for our dogs as if they were her own! While in her care they become part of her family and enjoy lots of love, playtime and runs in the yard! Our Mookie loves Karla and Krystina and A Barking Good Time!!! These ladies are fantastic and love our Mookie. Pictures, playing, feeding, loving and just being her friend twice a day helped us ease into me going back to work full time without feeling too guilty about leaving her at home. They are the best and I’d leave Mookie or any pet with them any time!!!

I'm so happy I found Whiskers & Tails. In the past 2 months, I've used both in-home pet sitting and boarding in a Whiskers & Tails home. The employees took time to get to know my dog and put me at ease, prior to using the services. They always greet my dog first, before greeting me. That's how you know this is more than just a business. They really care for my pets. When I return, my dog, she is happy. She is not ticked that I left her for so long! When I picked my dog up from boarding, she acted like she didn't want to leave. That's how I know my dog was in good hands. It's rare to find a business to which, I’d give 5 stars. I'm truly happy with the service I've received and I intend to continue using this service.

Yvonne does a great job with all of our pets. We have a literal zoo at our house and she tends to them all with the care and attention she would give her own pets. Yvonne and her company are absolutely amazing! The experience has been nothing but spectacular. We have been so impressed with Yvonne and Brooke. We have a German Shepherd Dog puppy who needs a lot of walking and they always work with us to give him the best/longest walk they can within our budget. When he was sick, they even heated up his lunchtime meal for us - how awesome is that? I cannot recommend them enough, and if anyone is unsure whether they can afford it, let me tell you: It's one of the single best things we've done for our puppy and we will go without cable before we cancel Yvonne!
My kitties and I are new to the Smithfield area and when we had to leave our beloved pet sitter on the Peninsula, we were super bummed! I met Yvonne at a BNI group meeting and was excited to find a new pet sitter that we could rely on while on travel! We've worked with Yvonne twice now and have been so pleased! She includes lots of photos (make sure you check for them online on the doTimely app/website-I didn't realize for the longest time that there were photos being sent until after the fact b/c they weren't coming thru my phone!) and my three kitties are very comfortable with her. Going away from the kitty babies has always been hard, but having Yvonne and her team taking care of them has given us great piece of mind. Not only does she care for them but also considers things like switching different lights so ppl will think your home, grabbing your mail.....and our heat went out she grabbed a couple of safe heaters and made sure that the kitties and house would be warm. You couldn't find this in regular pet care, she goes over and above, and as a person whom strives to do the same, I will tell you it's rare these days! Highly recommended!!!!!
These pix are from May of 2018. Our sweet Obie needed special care while we were away for a few days. I cannot say enough about Yvonne, her professionalism and the wonderful care she gave our elderly dog. He left us in June of 2018, so it meant alot to us to give him a great life with dignity during his waning days. We Love You, Yvonne and Whiskers and Tails!
