This was our first time using a Trusted Sitter, and I'm so grateful Elena chose to stay with our precious pup. He's a senior dog that requires a little extra attention, and Elena was so kind and caring with him. From our very first zoom call to get to know one another, I knew Elena would be a great fit. She was very organized, told us what she needed to know, and was very flexible when our dates changed a bit. Elena sent several pictures of Beamer every day. My kids eagerly awaited to see what their brother was up to while we were away. He looked so happy in all of his pictures. She took him for walks and gave him plenty of cuddle time. Elena also took such great care of our home. We arrived back to a spotless house! Our experience with Elena was more than I could have hoped for using Trusted Sitter. It was like having an old friend stay over. I highly recommend Elena, and hope she will be available to stay the next time we go on vacation!

We loved having Duha sit for us. Communication was excellent and she needed little guidance after the initial walk-through. Both cats took to her immediately and really missed her when we returned. Duha even navigated some contract work outside the house when workers that we had been waiting on showed up unexpectedly. All in all, we had a great experience and would love to have Duha back any time.

What a great experience we had with Lisa. She was so good with Cella. She was very tolerant of Cella's early rising. She's a tiny little thing, but has a big personality and knows what she wants. Lisa was so good at reading her needs. We were able to have a zoom interview with Lisa before we confirmed the sit. She stayed in touch with us daily and kept us updated on how things were going. When we arrived home, Lisa had washed all of the bedding and towels. She vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased with Lisa as our sitter for Cella. We hope we'll be able to have her again. She was awesome.

Abby and Matt were so easy to work with and we immediately felt comfortable with them in our home and with our beloved fur babies. They were communicative and clear leading up to the visit. They stopped by our place the evening before the sit started to meet our pets and get the lay of the land. During the visit, they sent just the right amount of updates and photos to give us peace of mind. We returned to a clean home and happy pets and plants. Abby even agreed to change my hummingbird food a couple of times to keep our feathered friends happy and safe. I’d recommend them for anyone looking for friendly, responsible pet sitters.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. I was skeptical because we had a bad experience over the summer with a dog boarding company in Gainesville. They came for a meet and greet and were detailed with questions I didn’t think of and pictures of where things are. I was really impressed. The dog walkers are amazingly thorough with detailed accounts of visits with numerous photos. After the first visit report and pictures, I can honestly say my anxiety level dropped dramatically and I felt like we made a great choice. We had an emergency at our house while we were out of state and they took care of our house and pets. I felt like they were family caring for them and we never used them before! The previous owner of Happy Paws was our neighbor and we loved her but this was so above and beyond not only expectations but what they were hired for. I’m no longer worried about going out of town and finding someone to watch my animals. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the people working here are and how grateful I am for them.
If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! This was our first time using a Pet Sitting company, and Happy Paws didn’t disappoint one single bit. We have 5 sweet fur babies and they are a lot of work and care. We were gone for 8 days across the U.S, and these girlies did an amazing job with our crew! Excellent online interface for requesting service. Wonderful pet care givers! Our labs love getting their mid-day play time and walks with the Happy Paws staff. And we love getting the emails after each walk providing puppy status and pix.
We've used Happy Paws for multiple vacations, and we have friends that have as well. I know our dogs benefit from staying at home instead of boarding, and I'm always happy with the service. They communicate very well, they're flexible, and most important of all, they care. It's not much more in cost than regular boarding for this area, and in addition to taking care of your fury friends, you have folks monitoring your home, bringing in mail and packages, taking out trash, watering plants etc... It's worth it for you and your pets!

Absolutely perfect service! We are brand new to this area and we’re stressed about a trip we had to take. We found happy paws online and from the first intro visit, we were thrilled with what they had to under. All the Nannie’s were very timely and spent lots of time loving on our pups. They updated with pictures on every visit and made us feel so comfortable. They brought in our mail, wheeled down (and back up) the garbage cans, tidied up the dog’s dishes…anything we needed, they were willing to help with in addition to the multiple visit each day. We will absolutely use Happy Paws again and very highly recommend them to anyone!

5 Stars across the board! Clean, friendly, priced fairly and flexible hours. Rich, their dog trainer was amazing! We brought our 10-month-old lab who had more energy than you would believe! She is a sweet girl and very smart but needed structure and obedience training badly. In 15 days, Rich turned her into the dog we only could have dreamed of. He took time to train her, train us and answered every question we had. I would recommend Alpha Pet Resort to anyone and if you’re looking for a trainer, don’t waste your time looking any further than Rich! Down to earth great people who love animals and only want the best for them and their owners. Thank you Alphas and a special thank you to Rich!

I have a extra large dog that has been to alpha several times for grooming. I always tip very well when I checked out an paid the bill. All summer I tried to get a grooming appointment and was told the owner hurt his arm and he wants to be there because of my dogs size and cutting the nails is a challenge. So today Dec 9th I sent a email asking if Jason was back working so I can set a appointment for grooming. I was told during his recovery he was working off site and again he would have to be there for a grooming appointment. Kinda confused on that answer I got the feeling we were not welcome back for a unknown reason to me. I asked again and was told my dog was now a bite risk !!! Harvey who I assumed was office manager always spoke at drop off and pick up I was never told this. All the ladies who bring the dogs to the back an front never said this to me. Now out of nowhere I'm told he's a bite risk!!! So I was told a lie all summer when I was calling? Owner an any managers were not professional enough to say something? Instead I was calling over an over and they were not going to make a grooming appointment either way. What a complete joke how unprofessional of a place to operate. Word of is the best advertising thanks for wasting my time alpha
This was our first time in boarding our two little kittens (14 months ) old. They have always been with us since abandoned on our property. They did really great at Alpha Pet Resort. The owner , Mickey and staff were WONDERFUL, HELPFUL, AND CARING PEOPLE. They couldn't have treated our fur babies or us any better. I called once to see how they were doing and they were very gracious taking the time to talk to us and assure us they were fine. The facility is extremely clean and the cattery well organized. I sincerely rate the Alpha Pet Resort to be a true friend of animals and will Board there anytime my little buddies need care in my absence. Thank you for your great service!
Huck’s first day at Alpha must have gone perfectly. He was tired but energetic and happy when he got home. His next visit is today and he started to get excited when we turned down Brandy Road about a mile from the Resort. He thinks this is the best place in the world and for an active English Setter puppy we think it must be. Alpha is providing all the experiences and socialization that a puppy needs.We love it.
I highly recommend Alpha pet resort. My dog, Sheena, recently enjoyed a day of doggy daycare where she got to play with other dogs. The facility is clean and the grounds are well-maintained. The staff loves dogs! Sheena was matched with dogs of similar size and temperament for her playtime. I have boarded my dogs with other kennels and found them less than satisfactory. But I would have no qualms about boarding Sheena at the Alpha pet resort because I could see the Care Understanding and compassion Provided by their staff.

Alisha has never stopped loving and caring for animals since we were both young. From a sick fawn in the woods, to a turtle she found in the middle of the road, to flying squirrels in her backyard... she is the most nurturing pet sitter I have ever experienced. Especially when the animals are not her own! Not only have I have trusted her to take care of my sweet kitty a few times, I have recommended her to watch my family’s two dogs and we come back from a trip with the dogs wanting her to stay and continue giving them all the walks and head scratches!
