Amy is amazing with dogs! She is very thorough with the whole pet sitting process and because of that I felt very comfortable leaving my dog, Sophia, with her. She sent photos and updates multiple times throughout the time she had Sophia. She treats your pets like they are her own! We have already scheduled our next pet sitting with her. 10/10 recommend!!!

I was very reluctant to leave my senior (12 1/2 year old) Golden due to her health issues but when I met Amy at Hank’s Pet Sitting Services my decision was made! It is extremely obvious Amy is a dog lover and caretaker! But also her professionalism with paperwork assured me if anything did come up with our girl she could handle the situation. Her communication relaying when she would be at the house as well as pictures and videos from each visit were so assuring. I HIGHLY recommend Amy for the care of your beloved four legged family members!! We are lucky to have her as a pet sitting resource in our community!

We used Hank's Pet Sitting Service for our two Labrador retrievers while we were out of town for a week. Amy sent us daily photos of our dogs playing ball or hanging out with her on the couch, and they loved spending time with her. I highly recommend her business to anyone who like myself, doesn't enjoy the idea of your pet spending 16+ hours a day alone in a kennel at the vet or a large boarding facility.

Amy was updating me throughout the 2 weeks I was on vacation, and had given my kitty all the attention he needed! Will use her again and again for any future vacations :) Highly recommend, especially in the Lancaster OH area.

Amy really cares for all of the pets she sits for. They are family to her. She is very knowledgeable and good with them. Very professional!! Love her!!

Amy was wonderful to have watching over our cats while we were away. The extra level of detail was great. Weather it be sending photos of our cats and or text messages before and after checking on them. Made me feel more at ease leaving them home alone. She even made friends with our senior cat who can be quite a handful! I would highly recommend her to all my friends. We plan on using Amy again in the near future.

Amy does a fantastic job taking care of your pets! She goes above and beyond when watching our animals!! She is kind, attentive and her communication is top notch! I loved having Hank's Pet Sitting Service take care of our animals. Amy is so caring and courteous. It was also obvious that my animals adored her. We had her come to our house over a period of five days to feed, clean up after, and medicate are cats. She was even willing to do some side tasks for us if need be like collect mail and take out our trash. Meeting with Amy was simple. She was easy to communicate with via text. Having Amy come to her house was much easier than our normal boarding procedures . It also saved our two girls a lot of stress! We will definitely be using her services again.

Luna went to Dott's Place last week while I traveled. She was at "doggie camp". She had the best time. Usually she is kenneled. At Dott's Place she gets to be outside every day and plays with other dogs her size and energy level. They offer daycare too. Luna does daycare too sometimes. Dott's Place is wonderful. Luna had her second birthday there. I am grateful for such a caring and safe place. Staff are super!💚

If Sierra doesn’t have room, I probably won’t go! Sierra and her team are beyond amazing. This place is like summer camp for your fur babies. This is not your typical boarding setting. Your pups are treated like family and it is bright and shiny and the happiness shows in the photos. From the time I drop them off I know they are having as much fun as me. Beyond Satisfied. Dott’s Place is the BEST! Winnie loves attending Dog Daycare there and did just fine with her first overnight boarding. Also, I do not worry about her being there when I drop her off. I can relax knowing she is happy and safe.

Sierra has always has an immense love for all animals. You can clearly see this shine through with how she runs her dog boarding business. She cares so deeply for each and every dog that comes into her facility. Giving them the best care and all the love and affection they could ever need. Often times going above and beyond what is needed or expected. Making sure they are all safe and cared for. This also applies to all of Sierra’s employees. She has taken the time to find people with the same love for animals as herself and trained them how to properly care for them. I also love how she puts the owners at ease with pictures and updates of their furry loved ones. Sierra and her staff are knowledgeable in many aspects of health and wellbeing of dogs. So you can take comfort in knowing that they will be cared for appropriately if a belly ache, boo-boo, or any extra care is required. She’s great to turn to with any questions or advice. I own my own dog training and boarding facility as well and she is the first one I turn to with any questions, help, or care of my own animals or my clients animals. She is also my go-to if/when I may be full or unavailable for boarding. And I trust her with that, full heartedly. Another major plus is her play area for the dogs. It’s big. It’s beautiful. It’s well kept. With a nice and secure, high fence. AND! She can even bathe your dog for you so they’re nice and clean for pick up. All the praise to her, her facility, her employees, and services. Boarded my puppy here for a long weekend. Good price, knowledgeable about the breed I have, nice facility, friendly staff. The best parts were that I was sent pictures and given updates about how my pup was doing. I could tell that that she played hard all weekend because she was calm and happy when I picked her up. I feel like they even worked with her on some behavior things too because she was super chilled out and content. Thank you for a great and safe place to leave my puppy for a few days! We’ll be back!

As a previous client of Sierra, I expected better when she branched off and started her own dog training business. Per my training contract I’m owed an in home/follow up lesson and have tried numerous times to schedule but she has since blocked my number. During the most recent board and train I received very little communication and had to text more than once to get a response. I was promised a googledrive with photos. During the entire 17 day stay, there were only photos from 2 different days. At our in home session during drop off while Sierra was handling my dog, she allowed her to jump on top of a seated family member in my home. I was unimpressed by her lack of control in the situation. My dog came home with more anxiety than she left with. I was hopeful Sierra would contact me back to schedule our final in home lesson but since I’ve gotten no reply and my number blocked, I’ll have to share this. How am I supposed to receive the support post training that’s included if I can’t contact the trainer and she hasn’t communicated to me? My dog was supposed to be trained on a treadmill walking pad during her 17 day stay but due to numerous issues this didn’t happen. I was promised a link to a video that would allow me to train her on the one we have at home and never received it. She also cancelled our in home lesson due to not knowing her own personal schedule, came late to our drop off and cancelled a scheduled daycare visit same day. Communication is certainly a struggle with all of these but you can’t count on keeping an appointment either. As a business owner you have a right to “discharge” clients but I’d highly recommend you only do that in warranted situations. Sierra is well aware that this isn’t one of them nor has she communicated that she wishes to terminate our contract and discharge us as clients. Update: after reviewing messages, it appears my contract includes TWO additional in home lessons in addition to the drop off “lesson”.

Our dogs were so happy! They got to stay together and play together. I finally have a place that caters to us and our wishes. Thank you Dott's Place, the boys can't wait to come back!

We've used Scales Tails & Paws for years, having them check on our kitties when we go out of town. Everyone has been great. Morgan especially has had a great bond with the cats and I love the updates with pics!

We have been using this service for almost a year now for their dog walking services. It’s been smooth sailing from the get go. I love how you can book/request online easily. Communication has always been quick, efficient and clear. I feel very safe with anyone from this company coming into our home to walk our dogs, it’s usually the same two people but if it’s ever someone else they give me a heads up. To note our two dogs are large and tend to be a little wild so managing both of them can be a lot but they have never complained about caring for our dogs and have been able to manage them fine. In fact they tell us how much they have enjoyed them! My favorite part is the update with pictures they send to your phone after each visit. We don’t have a consistent need because we have odd work schedules but they have the option on their website to schedule consistent walks daily or weekly. Easy customer website portal to use, very user friendly. Would recommend to neighbors, friends and family to care for their pets! Pictures in post are pictures from updates they have sent me.

We have been using Scales Tails & Paws for the last few years. We usually have them stay overnight with our furbabies when we're out of town. They take great care of them and treat them like their own. We love that they keep us up to date and send us pictures while we're away!

As I was recovering from surgery we used ScalesTails and Paws for our dogs daily morning walk. Morgan is the best. He was very attentive to her needs and by the last day she was giving Morgan kisses. I loved that Morgan even sent pictures and a recap of their walk each day. It was such a huge help to us each day .

These people are the greatest. As much as I hate to leave my fur babies when I travel, I 100% trust these people with my dogs. They always share pictures of my dogs from their visits as well what happened with each dog during the visit. I highly, highly recommend this company 🐾🐾🐾

We are very pleased with the care our dog received while staying the week with Little Critters Pet Sitters! We've used a few boarders over the years, but usually prefer our dog stay with family or friends. Little Critters gave us that home feel that we've been looking for! Jen and her family are very caring and provide a comfortable and fun atmosphere for the animals they look after. Jen was wonderful. I was anxious before this trip as it was a first for Cooper after his buddy Daisy crossed over the rainbow bridge recently. We have sent our little guy Rocky a few times for overnight boarding and absolutely LOVE Little Critters Pet Sitters! Last year when we boarded for the first time, we hadn’t crated our dog overnight and I requested he not be to maintain our normal routine. Jen was amazing and let him sleep with her daughter to help keep his normal routine! Every time we board, we know he’s getting more attention than he probably does at home and an immense amount of playtime! And her sincere love for her customers (both let’s and families) is unmatched! She has sent Rocky a birthday surprise (dog treats) and a little frame and treats as a thank you from our stay. I couldn’t recommend anyone more, especially if you’re wanting that extra TLC for your fur-baby!

Little Critters Pet Sitters was the perfect place to leave our dogs while we went on vacation. We enjoyed the piece of mind that comes from being completely kept at ease with periodic updates. Two things really stood out to us. When we picked up the dogs, one of them who has separation anxiety was excited to see us but ran back to Jen so we know she was treated right. Jen also celebrated one of their birthdays which happened during the stay. That was a really nice thing that she didn’t have to do. The dogs are happy and healthy and we’ll definitely be back!

Jen is amazing! We have used Little Critters for over a year for home visits and dog boarding for our 6-year-old beagle. She genuinely cares for her as she is her own and is a true animal lover. While away, she updates us daily with pictures and notes on how she is doing and is responsive if we have any questions or concerns. I can't recommend Little Critters enough!

Received Little Critters by a family recommendation and will pass it along! We got a new puppy the first of the year and were looking for some help with care since he couldn’t stay long alone. Jen is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile. We feel confident and care free when our dog is with her. He’s always happy to see us! And comes home with a bandana and a care package. :) She is organized and responsive. Our dog is a mini labradoodle puppy, about 30 lbs for reference.

I know she enjoys her stays with Jen because when we pull into the driveway, she leaps out of the car, says hi to the chickens, and excitedly heads towards the gate. Traveling is so much more enjoyable with the peace of mind I get from using Little Critters. We’ve also used the transportation services in the past, and it was worth every penny.

Jen, in a word, is AMAZING!! She has sat several times for our senior beagle, Triscuit, who has numerous health issues. Jen is so great at keeping us informed as to how Triscuit is doing (and sending wonderful pictures) and has been so flexible to Triscuit’s changing meds & diet. They will receive plenty of love and care. Her facilities are safe and secure. Most important, she is one of the most caring individuals you will ever have to watch your pet. There will be someone on the premises at all times and she will do everything she can to make sure you are happy with her services.

Cody is amazing and truly cares for our dogs. 1 time I didn't notice my dog had a small sore on his neck under his long fur and somehow she found it, immediately contacted us and then took care of him while we finished our vacation. The dog love going there for the room that they have to run and play.

We've used "Little Paws Pet Sitting" several times for our Max & Koda! They love it there and are treated like part of the family. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful alternative to the usual fancy chain kennels or "free play" boarding places we have used in the past. Our dogs normally seem stressed in other environments but came home super happy from here. We had such a great entrance interview with the owner who asked a lot of questions that addressed our dogs individual needs. When we came to pick them up, the person helping us (missed her name, sorry) was also very considerate, genuine, and professional. All in all, would highly recommend Slate Run for boarding needs. A big thank you to all the staff there.

This is the best place to take your pet! It was my first time taking my dog to a kennel, and I was worried about my pup. They sent me a video of him playing, while I was on vacation! I was so elated! They will take care of your fur baby. You will have no worries leaving them here!

We boarded our 2 cats for 6 weeks. They each had their own space but could go back and forth between the cages to visit. They were also let out of their cages frequently to run around the cat room and look out the windows at the birds. They seemed fine when we picked them up. I would recommend Slate Run Kennels for anyone who needs to board their cat. Jennifer even sent us pics from time to time!

I've taken my dog there while I'm away on overnight trips to 8 day trips and we love it. I never worry about her and she's well taken care of. You can't beat it for the price!

A true gem. Finding a kennel that has a run versus a home-type kennel was hard enough. But my two dogs and two cats have no issues with this location. My last kennel, All Tails R Waggin', my dogs came home and wouldn't eat for several days and my one became fearful of men. When I called asking if something happened they said nothing. When I would go pick them up, they couldn't wait to leave, almost clawing out of the doors. But at Slate Run Kennels, my dogs weren't not anxious at all when they left, it was amazing. And my cats seemed completely content with everything too. Jennifer was able to fulfill my crazy requests of having my dogs stay in kennels across from each other, so they could see one another, and let them go outside together so they could play for a bit. When I went initially, sort of like an interview (because I'm THAT kind of pet parent) I saw 3 people check in, and all of them were regulars and all of their dogs were happy to see Jennifer. Best Kennel around, very, very happy. I currently drive 30 minutes one way for her. I plan on moving to the north/northwest side of Columbus and I will still make the trip to her

We have left our doberman in Jennifer's care three times now and could not be more pleased. The facility is clean and well run, and most importantly Jennifer, the owner, is fantastic to work with and genuinely cares about the animals. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Kate took great care of my cat Pixels while my husband and I were on our elopement trip. I was nervous he would be anxious but he warmed right up to her, which made me feel better about leaving him with her.

I always know our perfect (very selective) dog is happy and cared for at Kates place!! She has a special plan for every dog, ensuring that my sometimes grumpy guy is always in the best possible play groups and even has a special sleeping arrangement for him. She can cater to hyper, lazy, special needs or just a regular family dog. She answers quickly when booking and sends really nice photo updates! I have recommended her to everyone I know and all the dogs are so happy (and are VERY different). Highly recommend!!!

have been using Kate for a few months now, and I could not ask for a better sitter for my fur baby! Kate is always available and takes such good care of him while I am away. My 3-year-old boxer , Morgan, stayed with Kate for 2 weeks. She has a lot of energy and loves to run around. She had a blast and enjoyed playing with the other dogs. Will definitely return for our future boarding.

We bring our silly neurotic dog to Kate when we travel. Moka absolutely loves her visits to Kate's house and her big yard to play in. Kate knows the quirks of our dog, and works with her well. I highly recommend her!

We've been taking our pup to Kim's for several months and he loves Kim and Stephen and adores their kids! He is always so excited when we drop him off and loves playing in the big water tubs. They're super flexible which has been helpful with our rambunctious dude!

Kimberly and Steven are awesome!! They’re flexible and so helpful when my schedule is crazy. Their number 1 priority is the dogs’ happiness, safety and health. They send photos often while my dog is their guest. And my dog LOVES running around in their fenced in back yard with compatible dog friends and lots of toys. Sweetie loves going to Kim and Steven’s for daycare! It’s been the ideal place for our high energy pup to socialize while we’re at work. They take great care of her and she’s been much more mellow at night since she started going. Much love for Kim’s Relaxing Pup Castle!

We love taking our Maverick over to Kim’s relaxing pup castle. We take Mavy over to great a break from The house, doggie socialize and build on our social skills. This family owned business has been great at communication; supplying us with updates throughout the day and tons of doggy photos. I highly recommend Kim’s; especially if you’re avoiding over crowding, more one on one vs the bigger corporations.

I struggled for weeks looking for a good daycare for my dog and was beyond thrilled to finally find Kim and Steven!! You can tell they actually care about every dog they watch and they are incredibly knowledgeable about proper dog care (food, training, health, socialization, etc.) After spending a few weeks at daycare with them, my dog Kevin, is so much more active and noticeably happier. I also love that Kim sends a lot of photos throughout the day so that I can relax knowing that he is happy!!

Kim and her husband Steven took care of our pups over Christmas vacation. We traveling states away to Colorado, but after meeting Steven for a couple minutes when I dropped the dogs off I knew they were in capable hands. We loved seeing the pictures of our pups playing with the other dogs at daycare. It was so thoughtful of Kim and Steven to send us photos every couple days. We never even asked. It’s a five star touch on dog boarding for sure. Highly recommend this family for your dog care needs. Instead of coming home anxious and full of energy from being stuck in a run listening to other dogs bark, they came home tired and happy from plenty of social interaction with pups and people during their stay.

Kim & Steven are amazing with our pups! Pay close attention to their needs, great communicators and our pups love spending time there! The turf is a HUGE perk too because they never come home muddy. We tried 3 or 4 boarding facilities before we found them and now we have found the perfect match for our fur babies! Highly recommend them for booking your pups boarding stay. 😍☺️

Our pup loves going to Kim’s! We’d had issues in the past when sending our girl to some of the bigger day care facilities, as she would get overwhelmed by the sheer number of dogs and a high dog-to-counselor ratio. Kim’s has been the perfect solution, with a smaller number of pups, intentional breaks, access to toys that give her other outlets, and of course some love and attention. Our pup is a nervous traveler but as soon as we turn onto Kim & Steven’s street, she realizes where she’s going and gets so excited. So grateful we found such an awesome option in our neighborhood!

I was looking for a place to board my dog and found Kim through a friend. The reference could not be more assertive! Yuca had tons of fun and I was relaxed during my time out of town! Kim kept me posted on Yuca's day and sent a lot of pictures everyday. I am looking forward to having Yuca going there more frequently for doggy day care as soon as we can! If you are looking for a reliable place for your dog to spend the day or several days, this is the place! No brain!

We have been taking our dog Finn to Kim's Relaxing Pup's Castle for about 2 years now, and Kim and Steven are amazing!!! Finn is always so excited to go there, and they take amazing care of him. We travel and are at peace knowing our pup is being well taken care of. They are accommodating and flexible if they can, and we feel very lucky we have found them! I would highly recommend them for both boarding and daycare!

Jenny takes such great care of my dog when I'm away, I know I don't have to worry about him. Such a relief! She's just as crazy as I am about dogs and I know he's in good hands when he's with her. If you want your dog to be in a comfy home environment while you're gone and not locked up in a kennel, Granville Pet Sitting is where it's at! She even sends photos and videos to reassure me that he's having fun. Highly recommend.

We left our 5 year old dog at our home in the care of Jenny and Leo for about a week for the first time. Our dog suffers from high separation anxiety and could never get comfortable at the kennel no matter how much extra attention and stimulation I would pay for her to have while we were away. That was not the case with Granville Pet Sitting! Jenny (and Leo) made sure our anxious girl knew she was well loved with all of her familiar toys, treats and cuddles. They wore her out playing outside when they could and made sure she was completely comfortable while we were gone. Our kitten also loved all of the attention he got from their visits as well! We came home to two calm, well cared for pets who were happy to see us instead of giving us the cold shoulder for leaving them. Jenny was great with communicating during each visit and I felt like I knew exactly what was happening with all of the pictures. 5 stars, 10/10, 2 thumbs up service for both our pets and their humans!

We have used Jenny’s pet sitting services on several occasions and have been very pleased. She and her son Leo are so kind and caring and definitely treat our dogs like they are family. The detailed reports, pictures and videos are so informative and you know they spend quality time with your pets. Jenny and Leo are the best!

I'm so glad to have found Jenny to help with our new(ish) pup! This is the first time we've lived far from family and needed to hire outside dog boarding and care. We have hired Jenny for drop-in visits, boarding at her home, and more. She is professional and communicative and a true animal lover. I have such peace of mind when I know our dog is in her hands.

Jenny was really wonderful! We were living in a strange place, so we were afraid to hire a stranger to watch our 3 cats. Still, we had to travel a lot to visit a dying family member, so we took the risk. Jenny came over to meet us and the cats and helped calm us down right away. She did well with all of them while we were there, then sent us lots of pictures when we were gone. She brought toys and played with them. She even tired our our kitten, which I know the older cats appreciated. She always let us know when any of them were behaving strangely (our older cats were getting used to a kitten, so it did happen), so we could check in and make sure everything was ok. During a really hard time in our lives, it was such a relief knowing that she was there to take care of our fur babies.

Jenny treats your pets like they are her own. When dropping in to care for ours during weekends away, she took extra time with them to play, make sure they used the restroom, and to give lots of pets and snuggles. She always gave me updates which aso gave me piece of mind. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and different breeds as well. I highly recommend!!!
