Two professional people hoping to spread some magic dust wherever we stay
I had a wonderful pet sit with Sue and Nick for the 2 weeks they stayed. By the time they left, we all felt like good friends! They took care of Buddy - walks, food, meds, playtime etc. like he was their own. They are both so kind-hearted, down to earth, and friendly and Buddy took to them very quickly! Communication was very good, with texts of photos and videos of their time with him. I truly had peace of mind for the full two weeks I was away, which was a tremendous gift! Upon returning, my house was also immaculate, including floors, windows, even my AC filter was cleaned with care by Nick. What a wonderful surprise and way to return home! I highly recommend them for your next sit!

Lauri and Pam are terrific sitters, and come highly recommended by our spoodle Mintie. They communicated very well leading up to the sit, and arrived promptly as promised. The house was left in a very clean and tidy order, and did a great job looking after Mintie. We would welcome them back any time.

Absolutely an angel sent from heaven... Jon was truly remarkable during his stay at our home looking after our 10 month old pup Poppy and all things house related. Thorough, super efficient, extremely tidy and clearly created a strong bond with our Pops. She was as happy as the day we left and clearly well loved and cared for. Could not have hoped for a better carer. Jon was meticulous with keeping up with the autumn garden chores and went above and beyond..making lemon curd and tarts with lemons from our unusually prolific lemon tree and leaving all sorts of cooked and prepared treats in the freezer. The house was definitely cleaner than when we left and such a treat to come home to after being away for so long. I would highly recommend Jon to anyone needing a sitter. Only hope he is free for next time we need a sitter. Thanks Jon. You were a superstar !!

Mature responsible couple who enjoy caring for animals
It was lovely to welcome Anika and Ross back to sit for a second time. After their Spring visit, Summer is much more difficult to manage, especially on days hovering around 40° with the plants and animals. They handled it brilliantly and we could totally relax while we were away. Their communication was excellent, we received updates, they were honest, organised and were great with all our animals and with the plant watering! We would of course recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Heart Centred House & Pet Sitters
Couldn’t recommend Jayde and Simon highly enough! They were so easy to communicate with and very respectful people. They popped around prior to accepting the stay, to meet and greet my dog, getting down low to her level and giving lots of pats. We were kept up to date via texts whilst we were away and there was never any fuss. My dog has a few quirky characteristics which they assured wouldn’t be a problem. We came backto an immaculate home which we were so grateful for. Would have them back again for sure.

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! She was so attentive to him & I am very grateful for that! Linda’s communication was also something I liked… we texted & chatted on the phone before her arrival & I felt very comfortable with her being in my home & with my dog. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Thank you for taking great care for the dogs and the house.

Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. I highly recommend Janis and you will be fortunate to have her as your sitter.
