Love Your Doggo did excellent grooms for our 3 dogs. They were all messes (I waited too long to schedule appointments). We asked the groomer to avoid shaving the two small dogs down if at all possible. They took their time & both girls came back with adorable puppy cuts just like we asked! Our golden was groomed & de-shedded and we can tell she feels so much better, especially in this heat. She looks great, too! We highly recommend Love Your Doggo!

Alyssa is wonderful to work with. I’ve never had a dog that needs groomed and she has been a gem with explaining everything and answering my silly questions. She does such a great job with my boy and is so loving with him. I recommend the puppy service to introduce your little ones to the grooming life. It truly has made the transition easy. 12/4/24 I’m still having Cooper groomed by Alyssa @ Love Your Doggo. She continues to do a great job and makes Cooper comfortable. I highly recommend this company.

We went away for a trip and were so impressed with everything the Love Your Doggo team did to take excellent care of our pets. We got lots of feedback, updates and photos. I can attest that they treat my fur babies with the utmost love and pay special attention to their detailed needs. I have tried many offerings from other providers and can say undoubtedly that none compare to Love Your Doggo. From the initial meet and greet with Malore and her meticulous intake process to the amazing in home “works” and overnight +2 experiences we have had (3 to date, 2 upcoming) have made our trips that much more enjoyable. Knowing how well cared for our four legged family members are is the best kind of peace of mind! Kudos!

We are very pleased with Love your Doggo and Abby. My dog Beau was way overdue for a cut and cleaning, they communicated what need done while he was there as he hasd some mats and irritation of his skin. She did what was necessary to get him taken care of and did a great job. We will definitely be coming back and recommends thier services in the future.

I work in office three days a week, and I love having peace of mind knowing my puppy Bandit is being well-taken care of. Everyone is friendly and responsive. The app makes it super easy to communicate, check schedules and pay invoices. I would definitely recommend Love Your Doggo to other New Albany residents!

We employ Love Your Doggo for pet sitting and grooming and we love them! I cannot recommend them enough. The sitters are patient and professional. They are always on time and our dogs love them. We just tried grooming for the first time and unsurprisingly, it was also excellent. Our dog was so good for them and she came home fresh and clean!

We boarded our 10 month old puppy for the first time who has some separation anxiety so we were really worried, but the staff was so great and understanding. They are very responsive and were happy to give us updates upon request. Our pup also loved daycare! Thank you for taking such good care of him.

The staff was always friendly, caring, and willing to let us know how our girl was doing. We received pictures and she looked like she was having the time of her life. Willow Wood helped us feel at ease to leave our fur baby while we were away! We definitely recommend and will go back in the future!! ❤️

A mix of kindness and perfect professionalism makes this the best place in New Albany and the surrounding area to leave your pet! They take such good care of my boy and whenever I take him to the groomer there he looks great! Or if you have to spend the night they take such good care of him!

Daphne loves staying at Willow Wood. She always comes home happy, healthy, and well exercised. The staff is fantastic, always flexible with our schedule. Daphne stays at this second home during any vacation/trip we take.

We have used Willow Wood Pet Resort since 2009. All 3 of our Vizslas have stayed at the resort over the years. The staff and facilities are excellent. Whenever we can't take Lilah with us, we know she will be well cared for and having a great time.

Willow Wood Pet Resort & Training is absolutely top notch. I have had the pleasure of working with their trainer Cassie as well as boarding my dog, Gus with them. The training has been amazing and Gus, my sometimes obstinate St Bernard, will now actually sit on command and is no longer pulling on walks. Additionally Gus had to stay with them for several nights while I was out of town and they took such amazing care of him. With all the play times and activities I think he was almost sad to come home at the end. If there is an option to give additional stars to this review I would.

We have used this boarding facility on numerous occasions and feel that the quality of the stay has gone down hill rapidly. We signed our dog up for 3 days for daycare and 2 nights boarding. i spoke to the person when I made the arrangements originally and went through all my concerns from last time. She "put everything in the computer" so it was on record. My son dropped off my dog, and lo and behold she did not get daycare the first day instead it was just "playtime" and the only reason I know this is because I checked in on her the next morning. They said she had a great night, ate and had her playtime. I said she was supposed to be in the "little dogs room" and I have not gotten an updates from anyone. She said she would get that taken care of. Long story short, went to pick her up after the 2nd day of boarding and its time for checkout. You get charged for the boarding (room) valid, then the "nickel and diming starts". Pupupdates that we never received, late checkout after 12 PM when they don't open until 5 PM on Sundays, medication being given, which was not given since I broke it up into her food due to prior stay they did not give it. I made it so easy on them, her food was in individual bags with her treats! My dog came home with a limp for the first day and half and she lost weight again! I spoke to Melissa the manager and basically she stated the pupupdates were sent from an app they use, and it said it was sent, so in other words calling me a liar. I told her how disappointed I was and said that is it, I gave this facility the chance again and they are not worth the money. If you value your pet and want the best for them, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My pups loooove looove this place. Cant recommend it enough. I particularly like the schedule since they are open early and close late. Location is perfect too! Love that I can use services the provide like vet and grooming. All in one place!!

We’ve used Willow Woods a couple times to board our pup while we’re away and have been consistently impressed! The staff is excellent with communication and organization. They appear to sincerely care for all the animals. And their pricing is a reflection of the quality service they provide. We’ll be back! 🐶

Love taking my dog here! I had never previously had to board my dog before taking him here. I was super nervous, but quickly felt at ease. My dog gets excited to go now and I know he’s in great hands! They give a full report card after every visit. They are also good about my check in phone calls (yes, I’m the crazy dog mom that calls). They will even send updates via text, along with pictures. Thanks for always taking such good care of Marlo!

We left our dog here for 2 weeks (we'd never boarded her more than 3 nights before elsewhere) and she came home healthy and happy (and tired!) Previous places she'd had damage to her paws from astroturf but her paws looked great at Baldwin. We felt safe and good about leaving her here. Everyone is friendly and it's a great space and setup for the dogs. We will absolutely be using them again!

Amazing experience. Our boy Yondu loved his stay and we received many pictures and lots of positive feed back! It all made us feel so good about our boy being under their care. Very friendly staff and great environment ! Yondu will be a frequent flyer! :) (Yondu was very tired when he came home which made for a peaceful evening at home, a huge plus!)

I won a free week of day care in a raffle and Baldwin has FAR exceeded my expectations! Mark is just a fantastic human being and everything at the day care is so well thought out and run. My dog now goes here whenever she needs a good run, as their outdoor area is huge.

My husband and I recently started taking our dog to daycare here, and we couldn’t have been more lucky to find this place! Great facility, friendly staff, and easy drop off/pick up. We love that this is a family owned business as well - you can tell there’s a lot of love and care put into this place. We can also tell our dog has a lot of fun while she’s there, and at the end of the day, we have a very happy, sleepy pup :)

This doggy daycare gets 5 paws up!!! Today was our first day here at a new daycare and I could not be happier for me and my pup! First off the Baldwins are out of this world phenomenal humans and secondly I felt so comfortable and welcome when I arrived to drop my dog off and pick her up. I am fur-ever a Baldwin's loyal customer!!

Staff is wonderful, great place for dogs to run and play with dog friends! Our dog loves it here. Daycare and boarding services are fantastic. Dogs are out all day and not confined to a kennel. Highly recommend Baldwin B&B.

I have a one year old Lab/Australian cattle dog and live in an apartment. Baldwin B&B has been absolutely terrific. I've used them 2-3 times a week, for over 6 months. They are flexible, kind, and most of all, they genuinely care for my dog. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dogs are running out into the golf course from the daycare. No one out to check on them. The fence has a big hole in the back. Yes I get it, they are dogs and they bark, but all day barking is not normal, some are distressed barking. They have small dogs mixed with big dogs. They do have outdoor space for the dogs, but no one is actually outside watching. Not exactly dog sitting the way we imagined.

Winnie just got home from her first day of daycare and she is a very happy and tired girl! Mark is so kind, gave us a tour of the family’s beautiful facility and welcomed Winnie right into their pack. I’m so excited we found Baldwin B&B!

My dog absolutely loved Baldwin! Incredibly caring and nice staff, dog always came home tired, and I knew he was in amazing care when I dropped him off.

Best doggie daycare ever. Laura is fabulous with the pups, I feel comfy that he is safe, loved, and getting tired out while he’s there, and would really recommend!! She’s especially great about treating each dog as is best for that particular dog. Each dog gets exactly what they need. My pup is my pseudo child, and I’m so comfy with him there, I’m even planning on an overnight. Update: I did the overnight boarding and it went great! My buddy was having a blast with her daughter and friends, I got lots of updates and photos, and I will absolutely do it again! Edited to add a photo of how my dog comes home….exactly what I hope! 💤

Laura truly does care about every single dog she takes care of. The last thing I would ever want is for my dog to sit inside a cold, kennel all the day while I’m gone. She has a huge backyard where the dogs can play at and I felt right at home! Laura is very knowledgeable, caring and goes above and beyond to make sure the dog and owner feel at ease. This isn’t your typical dog boarding place. Your dog will be outside the good majority of the day playing and socializing with other dogs. Thank you for taking care of my pup!

So lucky to have found Laura! Hated taking our dog to a larger daycare where they were put in a kennel and not paid attention to. My dog felt at home with Laura right away. I love the updates throughout the day on how he’s doing and the cute pictures and videos of him playing with other dogs. I NEVER have to worry about him when he’s there. She is absolutely the best!!!

We have a 1 year old mini Australian labradoodle who absolutely LOVES “Ms Laura”! After finding OH My Dawg, we feel comforted knowing our girl is happy, calm and having a BLAST while we are at work or out of town. Our pup struggles with separation anxiety, so being in a home and getting love 24/7 is exactly what she needed! She gets constant love/attention at OH My Dawg and we can a huge difference in taking her there vs a kennel. From the first time we toured Laura’s gorgeous property, we knew we would never turn back! (The cute puppy pictures/videos during the day are the best surprises)

We are so thankful to have found Laura! Our puppy, Beau, is very social. Having a large space for him to run, socialize with other pups and get personal attention from Laura has been amazing! Laura is so patient and loving and treats all of her guest puppies like they’re her own. It’s such a comfort to know our pup is in great hands!

Laura has been so kind to my two year old Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd, Athena! She is responsible and caring. She took the time to get to know me and Athena before I started bringing my dog to daycare. She treats the dogs as if they are her own dogs. I most definitely recommend her for doggie daycare! Laura is the absolute best! She treats my dog like he's her own! She is the only person I trust to watch my Golden Doodle, Samson. He loves going there and I love having Laura in both of our lives! Would recommend her to anyone!

Laura and OMD are by far the best and I'd recommend her to anyone. OMD provides an amazing experience. I can say without a doubt Laura saved our dog and taught our rescue how to BE a dog again! It's clear how much Laura loves the animals she cares for and the updates throughout the day are great. We love OMD!

Laura is an amazing care taker. Jasper loves going there for day care and boarding. He gets tons of exercise and socialization and Laura keeps us up to date with pictures of him having fun. Highly recommend for your pup! PS her yard is amazing and a dog’s dream come true.

Our dog Albus can be more timid and nervous, so finding a boarding option we felt comfortable with was more difficult. From the first meet and greet Albus felt at home jumping on the couches in the dog area and wagging his tail. Laura does an incredible job keeping in touch with pictures and videos and is super flexible/understanding. We won't take Albus anywhere else and can't recommend OH My Dawg enough!
