My 2 dogs came back healthy and happy from a week-long stay at fox creek. Plus my big pyr mix came back the cleanest and freshest he’s ever been after his post-boarding bath! The staff were so sweet whenever we called and made sure we didn’t worry about their well-being while we were away.

Words cannot express how much my pup and I love this place! Krisanne, Henry, and the rest of the staff are absolutely incredible. They offer grooming services and the prices for daycare, boarding, and grooming are fair. The facilities are clean and I've never had to worry about Rasi coming home filthy or injured. I know when I drop Rasi off at daycare that she will truly be cared for and looked after. I almost had to board Rasi because a work thing kept me past daycare pickup time and I was freaking out because I was unprepared to do that. Rasi didn't have food, her bed, her toys, etc., but Krisanne was so reassuring that she was prepared to do it if needed. That meant the world to Rasi and I. I've been telling and will continue telling all of my friends about Fox Creek! 🙂

Very friendly and professional staff. My dog warmed up to them quickly and the facility was clean with no odors. They did a great job grooming and I will start using them exclusively.

Great place for kitties too! I was a customer of the previous establishment, and often travelled for work so I would bring my kitty there. There are not a lot of places that offer kitty boarding in the immediate area. I brought mine here once over Christmas, and can tell you I immediately became a repeat customer! They are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. And they clearly love animals- cats too! My cat is a ~7 year old tuxedo cat, with a large personality. The two times he has stayed with Fox Creek Animal Lodge he has come back home clearly loved and cared for. Would *definitely* recommend!

We just had our cats and our pet rabbit stay to board while we were away for a few days. Both the cats and our rabbit were loved and cared for just like they were at home and taken care of in the best ways! The pictures I included are ones that i snapped real quick at drop off while all the animals were getting settled. The cats get to free roam through the cat room during the day also, and they have their own home base area. Apparently, Noodles (the grey and white cat) loved the hammock! So many prime spots at the window for watching out was definitely their favorite. Rollie, our bunny, got fresh snacks like apples and bell peppers with him, and those are his favorites. He is the first rabbit to stay at Fox Creek, and I would not hesitate to reach out to them about small animal care. They were honest about their experience level taking care of rabbits and open to all the knowledge that could be shared their way to help take care of him. We got updates shared with us by text, and also we got to see videos uploaded on their social medias of everyone getting some love and treats. The videos were perfect to show the kids while we were on our trip to help assure them that the pets were having a good time too. All the staff were so friendly and the facility is VERY clean-- the amount of care and pride they take in taking care of the pets is top notch. We will be using them for our kitties and bunny whenever we go out of town.

If you have a doodle and are tired of paying high prices, this is the place to go. Our lil lady was taken care of completely by the sweetest staff at a fraction of the cost other groomers charge for Doodle grooming. I can’t refer them enough!

Decided to give the this business a try after my normal place was booked. Bad idea!! Although I dropped off more than enough food for his stay and filled out the booking sheet with clear instructions on how and when to feed my dog, it was totally ignored. The staff decided to give him their in house food despite me documenting on the check in sheet, allergies to all food and treats minus what’s brought for his stay. In addition, on the check in sheet, I clearly put an X next to the bathing portion and after picking him up, I was told they don’t have tue facilities for a dog his size! After all of this, called and spoke to the owner, her name excuse, “she was not the there when he checked in and not sure why he wasn’t fed his food. And it was a last minute reservation.” After going over the check in sheet with her, and me explained my other foods will cause seizures, her answer was, “ let’s just go out separate ways and not do anymore business.” So the short of it, do not book your per and expect them to follow directions and if they make mistake and you decide to hold them accountable, they will no longer take your dog!!’

Love this place! The staff are so caring. Krisanne and Henry take excellent care of my doggies. Grooming is great and after boarding them there they come home stress free and smelling good! Thanks you guys! I don’t worry when they’re with you!

HORRIBLE PLACE! Owner is VERY RUDE! We left our dog here and came home smelling of urine. He was not groomed as he was supposed to be and just looks a mess. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! - Update. Now they are trying to claim i was never there. You can't treat people the way you do and then deny they were even there!

Boarded my shih tzu during the first week of April & was very satisfied with my dog's stay! Took a tour of the facility beforehand and was truly amazed with how clean the place was! Henry & Krisanne were very nice owners & the staff was so nice! This is my number 1 choice for North Carolina & I highly recommend Fox Creek Animal Lodge to anyone who is looking for great customer service, a pet-friendly environment, and exceptional care for your animals!

Nothing but GREAT things to say! Scott and his team have done wonders! I sent my dramatic and stubborn 70lbs mix, and my shy 60 lbs doberman to be trained. Prior to their training I was unable to walk my mix breed dog around other animals due to his aggressive reactions. After 3 weeks in training I walked him around barking animals, chickens, etc and he didn't react! My shy doberman turned into a super confident queen who aimed to please and was very reactive to commands. I can't describe how much both dogs have changed for the better! I cannot recommend Next Level Kennels enough. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Just picked up my 3 yr old husky from their kennel service. He got dropped off late Monday and we picked him up early Saturday. We payed over $300 for 4 full days and a nail trim. He was covered with diarrhea. I get it that dogs get that when away from home. But his whole backside was covered. I don't know how long it was there. They didn't even try to spray it off. His white fur is stained and I bet he has a rash. He was calmer and in better condition when we rescued him from the pound then he is right now. They acted like they did us a favor by cutting his nails, when we payed them to. Not to mention we TIPPED them $30 at drop off to ensure this wouldn't happen. I have never written a bad review before today. But my dogs whole backside was covered with dried diarrhea that they didn't even attempt to spray off with a hose. Today was Ryder & I’s first visit to Next Level Kennels in Oxford,NC! i was very impressed with staff members, as well as them taking good care of my boy today during his grooming/bathing appointment! With Ryder being quite a handful & full of energy he loved it! i will definitely be coming back! You can always tell if a dog liked somewhere they went, and he came out so excited! thank you for your time & service for me and my boy today!

Don’t even know where to start. These 2 ppl that were there are the rudest emotionless ppl I’ve ever met. Ik animal ppl are friendly and love to talk bc Im one of them. I didn’t even get a report on how they were at the kennel. They both came out like they were running from the devil. They were pulling so hard to get out of there. I would never recommend them or bring my animal there again. So much more. I’m done. The ordeal is over. You see they are my dogs as well. I just didn’t know about the chains. I was flustered over the treatment I received. I stand by my review. You answered me with rudeness and attitude. People please be aware. You don’t want them caring for your pets

We recently brought our dog Dakota here for training and the trainers did a great job with him. Due to constant confinement by the previous owner, he was afraid of all new people and things. Because of all the hard work and care by the trainers, he has really come out of his shell. He listens very well to us and is much more willing to meet people and try new things. I'm very grateful for everything the trainers did for Dakota and very much recommend Next Level Kennels to anyone that needs help training their dog.

10 STARS!!!! We approached Next Level in February 2022 to help us be better fur parents for our then 11-month-old golden retriever Mia. Mia was so much fun, so cute, so spoiled, so loved, so smart – but she pulled on walks, chewed sticks and furniture legs, dug holes on the yard regardless of how many walks we went on and she would jump up on people and other dogs who came to visit. We thought by loving on her that she would magically become a well behaved, well-mannered golden – but we were creating so much confusion for her about what was acceptable. Next Level accepted Mia in early February for what was to be a 3-week intensive training program on site in Henderson. As soon as I arrived I knew we had made the best investment possible for Mia and for our family. Their staff was professional and informative and stayed in touch with us daily with updates, photos, videos and even general texts with updates. Mia ended up with a UTI and needed to go to the vet while she was with the Next Level team and we were very appreciative of how they navigated it all (and we are even going to go back to their vet for a procedure and Scott from Next Level offered to go with us - that's customer service you wont find anywhere!). Mia was stubborn at first with her training, but the team at Next Level knew what to do and through their patience and depth of knowledge, she made enormous progress. She is now home and is the dog we always knew she would be. She walks calmly on leash, comes when we call, will sit and stay in the down position for as long as we ask, and she seems genuinely much calmer and confident. Without Next Level I know that we would have a frustrated puppy on our hands who wanted to please us but didn’t know how. And we would still be trying to figure it out but not have the time or knowledge to get where we wanted/needed to be as dog owners. The investment in Mia through Next Level is something that we are so glad that we did. It is quite honestly the best money we have spent in a long time and we know we can always call or text and get additional advice anytime if needed. AND - We also have a groomer and place that she can board if we ever need it. We are willing to drive the hour from Raleigh to Henderson any day because the attention and care that Mia received was like no other, we have experienced. I bought Nimitz on June 1rst. he is now 4 1/2 months old. Nimitz just came back from getting his final parvo/distemper shot. After a complete exam and evaluating his temperament and personality the vet told me that Nimitz is EXACTLY what a true German Shepherd is meant to really be and is ready to go to work training as a service dog😁😁😁. His training started last Monday. She said so far he is a perfect breed example of GSD. Thank you Next Level Kennels. Scott and Caitlyn are both great.

I have been using Ark Angels pet care services for a few months now and it has been wonderful. Nadia and our dog walker Michele are very responsive and listened/met to our needs. I can easily contact them and get a quick response. As for Michele, she is absolutely the best. I have complete piece of mind knowing she will take great care of our pups. She is very considerate, and always keeps us updated.

I have always had a great experience with Ark Angels! They respond to my requests immediately and I feel at ease being away from home when they are watching my pets. I love that they will bring in my mail & water plants as well! They take the time to not only clean up after and feed my two cats and dog, but they spend time with them so they're not so lonely when I'm away! Highly recommend Ark Angels Pet Care for your pet-sitting needs! We have 2 cats and have used the service on multiple occasions, with one of the fantastic pet-sitters, Jennifer, coming to our home to take care of our fur babies. They are trustworthy, our cats LOVED Jennifer, she always provided us with daily updates via text so we knew how the cats were doing, and provided an information sheet for when we arrived home with detail from each day we were away. She spent time with our cats ensuring they not only were fed and litter boxes cleaned, but she played with them, brushed them, gave them treats... some nice TLC they needed while we were away. I never felt concerned when Jennifer was watching our cats. Ark Angels Pet Care is professional, caring, punctual, and I have absolutely zero complaints! Nancy, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and super responsive, as well!

I love Ark Angels Pet Care ! My sitter is so good with our pets ! She even spends extra time with our older dog who needs a little help getting up and down the stairs. She sends us pictures and text updates to let us know how they're all doing . And when we got delayed on our return she responded immediately to our request to add on visits. These folks are professional and our pets adore our sitter!

Our experience with Ark Angels Pet Care was great and our two kitties were taken care of very well. The process was smooth and their staff was very prompt with scheduling and organizing around our ten-day vacation. While on vacation, they sent daily pictures and videos of our cats which we looked forward to every day. When we came back the litter was cleaned, water was full, and food bowls were clean too. For two cats it came out to ~$20/day which I thought was reasonable. While I can't speak re: dog-sitting, we would definitely recommend this pet sitting service for any cat-owner. In fact, we will be using their service again for an upcoming 5-day camping trip.

A great service! I recently had Holly look over my four rats while I was out of town. Holly provided me with daily updates and was excellent at following the care instructions I provided. It is such a relief to know that my pets will be cared for while I'm out of town! I would recommend Ark Angels Pet Care to all pet owners.

Very professional service. We were referred by a coworker of mine to take care of our cats and they went above and beyond to follow all of our detailed instructions and even send me updates and pictures of our cats every visit! They also kept our apartment clean from litter and did some extra things to make our cats as comfortable as possible.

Our Max spent a day at the doggy daycare prior to spending a weekend while we took a mini vacation..The staff here is superb, they took excellent care of our Max,honestly I was worried he would be homesick,Log Cabin Kennel treated Max like their family and I even saw a Pic of my Max looking very happy on FB..I would highly recommend LCK they are great!!!!!

My pups Pete and Coco got to stay recently while we were out of town. The staff took great care of them, and Pete & Coco seemed to have a great time with everyone who worked there. Everyone we spoke with was so sweet to our pups and genuinely enjoyed getting to hang out with them for a few days. I got a full update when we picked up about how they did with the other dogs and how well they did eating their food during their stay. They're prone to skipping lots of meals if they're staying somewhere they feel is stressful, so I very much appreciated this info. We definitely intend to use them for more boarding in the future.

We've been taking our german shepherd mix, Bojangles, to Log Cabin Kennel for nearly two years, and have never had an experience short of greatness. Philip and the staff are always courteous and clearly "dog people" who know how to interact with difficult dogs of all breeds. The team goes above and beyond to be accommodating of dog's temperaments and varied play styles. Our dog always returns home exhausted because he has so much fun at Log Cabin. Every time we go, he's excited to run through the door to see his friends. They're great at dealing with us humans, too - always kind and helpful with bookings and any other questions.

Philip at log cabin is the dog whisperer. He help me learn how to train my three-year-old Vizsla Penny. I’ve been boarding my dogs at log cabin for over 20 years. There’s no place I would trust my dog, then under the watch of the staff there at log cabin kennels.

We have used All Breed Pet care several times for our cat. They have always gone above and beyond but this time was exceptional. We left our cat in the teams very capable hands for two weeks while we traveled to Antarctica. Needless to say any of our fears were addressed quickly. They come and interview you and your pet to understand the needs. Then every time they came there was a detailed message and many photos. Two weeks is a long time to leave a cat alone but the ladies that took care of her were amazing. Can’t say enough good things about them and the service

All Breed has been a fantastic find for us after moving to Wake Forest last June. I have never used a pet sitting service before and am so happy that a neighbor recommended them to me. Shannon has taken care of our cat every time that we have gone out of town and she has been wonderful with her. I love the pictures and information she sends to us after after every visit. It is such reassurance to know that my cat will always be taken care of!

For our first experience with All Breed Care Pet Sitting it went very well. The first meet and greet we had prior to us going out of town was great for us learning who the sitters were going to be. When we met them they were very through with learning as much as possible about our digs and their needs. They seemed very professional and caring. While on our trip we felt at ease with all the updates and pictures we had from the sitters that took care of our dogs. We have a cat who is getting advanced in years. He is extremely people oriented and always got depressed for lack of a better word when we went on vacation. Rather than take him to a kennel we have been using All Breed Care's services for the last few years. Our cat gets extremely anxious when he has to leave the house so having someone come out to our residence to spend time with him while we are away is invaluable. Kathryn at ABC sends us daily updates and pictures of our boy while we are away and we always can't wait to get them. All in all I love this service and can't recommend them highly enough. It's also great having the peace of mind of somebody we trust visiting the house daily while we are out.

We recently relied on All Breed Care to visit with our often anxious golden retriever and look out for our independent cats while we were away for a few days. The team did an outstanding job of meeting the animals' needs, as well as our need for reassurance that all was going well. Their ability to anticipate and respond with ease to the animals' needs, and willingness to help in really thoughtful ways allowed us to return to a calm and happy home.

All Breed Care is fantastic to work with and I felt 100% comfortable leaving my dog for the weekend for the first time because I knew she would be in good hands. She was walked regularly, well fed and got plenty of attention! I would highly recommend All Breed Care and will certainly be using them again in the future.

The best boarding facility ever! It’s like a sleep away camp for dogs. Mollie is always so happy to go and I love how they send me pictures daily and even dress her up sometimes in costumes!!

Me and My Doggies LOVE Dog Tales! Bonnie and Charlie are always so excited the second we pull into the driveway. I know that they take wonderful care of our doggies. I love that they send you pictures each day, and sometimes dress our babies in costumes for Halloween or valentines day. My dogs are always so tired when they get back from playing so hard that they sleep all day. It's like a extra free day. Love this place- take your dogs here, they will be so happy.

I could not be happier with my experience. I received daily pictures of my dog out on a "nature" hike or running around having a blast every day I was gone. As other reviews said, my dog didn't want to come home. I wish I could give this gem of a place more than 5 stars. The staff care very much about the dogs.

Our beagle stayed at Dog Tales recently! We can't say enough good things - everything was attended to and our little girl had a great stay! We really like the woodsy and "country" atmosphere for the dogs and how few dogs they take at one time!

We absolutely love Dog Tales! We found them after trying several boarding places that were over-crowded and didn’t give our dog, Wanda, the attention we wanted. I can’t say enough good things about it- it’s truly a place where dogs can be dogs! Every time I get a “pupdate,” I can see my pup is so happy and well taken care of. She jumps out of the car every time we arrive and the staff truly treats her like family. Most recently, Wanda had a medical emergency during her stay that wouldn’t have been caught without the watchful eyes of the staff. Because of their attention, they were able to get her to our vet for life-saving care. They handled the situation perfectly and we truly owe them so much. The peace of mind we have during Wanda’s visits is unmatched- they are like family to us and I would recommend to anyone!

Everyone at Dog Tales is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I've been bringing my little guy Jax here for almost 2 years now and he LOVES it. I can't say the names Mary or Sam in my house without him looking around and getting all hyped up! I take him here once a month just because I know how much he loves it and that he is so well cared for and gets actual activity and interaction time! We're at the point where I book a year out to make sure Jax will get to see all of his friends that he's made there!

Ya’ll! Dog Tales is absolutely IT. They hit 5-stars on every front. Facilities, experience, communication, and staff are all exceptional. From Remy’s first trial night, we knew we had found the place we could feel comfortable leaving him at while away. While looking for a dog boarding facility, I was most concerned about finding a place that wasn’t spread too thin and was able to give Remy the necessary attention. Dog Tale’s has a limit on the number of dogs they board at once and every staff member I interacted with seemed like they knew Remy on a deeper level. It’s clear Dog Tales staffs folks with a passion for dogs and who excel at giving them care. As we move away from Durham, truly one of the worst parts will be not having Dog Tales around to care for Remy. Thanks for all you do, Dog Tales team!!

DogTales is the bomb! My dogs love it when they go. The staff is friendly and professional. They are there for the dogs and want to make sure every dog that visits them is comfortable, relaxed, and has a good time. We just took our second pup there for the first time recently and she fit in well. They are very thorough and make sure all dogs have their vaccines and are healthy before they can stay. They will send you pics of your dog having fun, and be in touch with you right away if there is a need. The wooded area is a perfect buffer from the noises of the city and they have walking trails and large play areas so the dogs can get plenty of exercise. Mine come home ready for a long nap after going and it helps with my big dog's anxiety. Our little one loves to get her energy out and play with the other dogs. If you have to board your dog or just give them a day of fun while you're at work... Dogtales is a great place for it!

I am so very hurt and disappointed with the grooming services that I received from PBF. This was my first time coming in this groomers. I found them online. I dropped my Shichon (Shih Tzu & Bichon Frise mix), Shadow, off for his spring/summer cut. What was returned to me is something that did not even resemble my baby. Although he is brushed daily his hair still gets tangled and matted in some areas, however, not to the point where he deserved to be skinned beyond recognition. The groomer “texted” me to inform me that Shadow had some “extremely matted” areas which needed to be shaved. That is understandable, however, to shave him completely bald all over was nothing more than pure laziness and ridiculousness. The groomer owed it to me to call and discuss which me any extreme deviations outside of what was discussed. Shadow’s face was not matted. They could have at least groomed his face cute enough to go with this hideous scalping. Above all, they charged me $40 for detangling and dematting as if they went in phases when clearly they just went straight in with the clippers and cut off all his hair. This first impression will be my last visit. Update 28 April 2024 The owner did text me and tried to tell me that Shadow was matted and shared some internet content on matting. As I stated in my messages, Shadow had a vet appointment a couple of days before the incident at Banfield. The staff can verify that he was NOT matted. I, additionally, stated that the staff should have called explained more thoroughly the situation, maybe send pics or call me in to view what was being proposed. Especially, since I was a new client. I should not find out all that was done to him when they are calling me to pick him up. Don’t try to “educate” me after the fact. If I had dropped a car off for services and additional things needed to be done I would have gotten a phone call to ensure that I understood what was going to happen. All I can hope is that the situation aids in upgrading your notification policy and procedures. Texts do not suffice when deviating from services that were expected to happen. Calls ensure understanding and minimize words getting lost in translation. Efficient and effect communication is essential. The situation is indeed handled. I aired my grievance and I will not be using your services again.

I have been going to PBF for about a year. Susan and her team have been the most loving and compassionate people i know. My dogs love to wait by the door for daycare to pick them up. Sometimes they will even sit there and cry waiting. PBF treats your pets as if they were theirs. I never have to worry about my dogs when they go to daycare. I love my dogs and i am particular about who watches them. However i never worry when they are at daycare. They also do an excellent job grooming my pets. I can not say enough about this place. Susan has even gone the extra mile for me so many times to make sure my pets were well taken care of. We love you PBF!!! The pictures below are the pups waiting on PBF to arrive!!!!

My Puppy Pete had a great time there. staff treated him great. Nothing but good things to say about the staff and the care that Pete received. I will be taking him back next time I have to leave him.

I can assure you we will not be going back. Yes he may have had knots but laziness of the groomer and place a business occurred. She could have cut down his hair and then felt the knots or invited me to come and see how “bad it was”. We take care of Maui !!! WOW. I had no idea that so many people love their dogs as much as I love Maui. More and more that I am finding out about PBF, I know that I really will never go. Update: Jeff called the place of business Susan (the owner) was walking in the door per the worker and Jeff was placed on hold and held for 7 minutes and then Beth came back to talk to him. I hear that Susan gets her employees to do this quite often. The owner herself did not even want to talk with Jeff. That’s is lazy within itself I have had other issues also but I have left them alone. Such has whipped cream in his fur, appointments being missed and other things. Maui loved Auntie Heather and she loved him. Now she no longer works at Pets Best Friend. I would love to know why. Heather what’s the best thing going for PBF? Maui has been a emotional support dog for me this past year as he is part of my family. You would never treat a child like this. Check oh my Facebook for more people stating how they were treated Oh it’s better. Just got a text fromPBF. Where she shared medical info about one of her old employees and did not even talk to me about what is happening with me and Maui!!!

Thank you PBF for always taking great care of Winston! From what I can tell Winston likes the staff which speaks volumes as he is generally not a fan of the groomer. PBF can get very busy but I believe that is a testament of how many people trust PBF with their pets. Going into todays appointment I knew that Winston was going to need to be shaved down due to a few matts he had developed. I was completely fine with this as ultimately I want Winston to be comfortable & I trust PBF wouldn’t shave him if it wasn’t necessary. Thus far very pleased with our experience and Winston also thanks PBF!!

I took my dog Walrus in for a bath and a nail trim, which both of these are normally a huge ordeal with her. The staff at Pet's Best Friend were great with Walrus and had nothing but nice things to say about her when we picked her up. Plus look at her spiffy bandana! The staff is super nice and I recommend taking your dog over to Pet's Best Friend.

Pet’s Best Friend is an awesome groomer and Doggie Daycare! I cannot say enough nice things about them! My boys Teddy and Vader love going there to get groomed and pampered! They have both been going since they were babies. They adore all the love and attention they get from all the staff! Even when we see anyone from PBF out in public, they always remember my babies and come and love on them! My boys love going to play at daycare as well! They are both usually exhausted when they come home from playing with their fur buddies. I also really like that they send pictures of the boys to me sometimes while they are there. I can tell they are having a great time and are being well taken care of. I never worry about them while they are there. They are in the best hands. 😊😍

I live out of town but when my Maltese (LG) and I drive in he is ready to jump out of the car and into the pool. He loves seeing and playing with his friends. He doesn’t hesitate when taken in for his bath and grooming. After a full day at Pet’s Best Friends on his way home he settles down for a nice snooze. Thank you Susan and crew for handling Little Guy in such a loving way. Love the snap shots you take while he is playing and being groomed. I’m so glad to have been with PBF during their many years of growing to be the best there is. Blessings!!

Our first trip using Kelly's Kritters was wonderful! We got a video each visit which really helped us to feel comfortable being away and that our cats were well cared for. They are really conscientious and go above and beyond! Our sitter brought a laser pointer to play with one of our kitties on one of the visits. Schedule and everything was easy and they are great to work with. Highly recommend!

Kelly's Kritters were amazing. I have an old cat that often will hide from people. She was out every day for them! The videos they sent every day allowed me to relax and not experience the usual stress I have when I leave her. There were no messes left, mail was brought in, Suzy had very little stress herself. Will always use them in the future!!!

If I could give 100 stars to Kelly and her team I would without hesitation. They take such great care of our pups and love them like their own. Our one pup is older and they have no issues making sure she gets her meds. The update videos are always so appreciated and we come home to pets excited to see us, but not frantic and stressed. We also love that we never worry about our home while traveling. Kelly provides top notch customer service and has always worked with us when our plans have changed, totally willing to adapt quickly as needed. Not only does Kelly and her team get our recommendation, they get our pups too, which is high praise indeed!

We are extremely picky pet parents and leave crazy long details on how to take care of our two dogs & two cats. Kelly’s Kritter’s follow every step to a tee. Even with aging dogs and new health care needs on occasions, they are always thorough and make sure our pets have every need attended. The videos for each visit are much appreciate and ease our minds when we are away. We highly recommend them if you would like a stress free vacation.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had when having to leave my animals. The videos gave me peace and my animals were very happy, which is usually not the case when they are left behind. I could not recommend Kelly’s Kritters more. They are highly professional and wonderful with your pets.

Kelly and her staff have been taking care of my three dogs for years now. They are patient and very professional. I have a very young dog, and they have cared for him from day one, he a wild child, but they love and care for him with the patience of saints! Kellys Kritters takes the guilt out of working long hours and taking a vacation once in a while. I love my dogs, and hate leaving them, but that is not life, Kellys Kritters staff follow my directions regarding all my pets needs to the letter. I get daily videos of my pets playing while I'm at work, which takes the worry away and replaces it with pride, pride that I am giving my dogs the best care possible.

Cobble Hill is the place to be! The staff is kind, attentive, and reliable when we bring our pets. My dog loves coming and getting to run around and play. She gets so excited when we pull in and can’t wait to get out of the car. We love Cobble Hill!

My dog Weller absolutely loves Cobble Hill! Every time we pull into the parking lot his tail does not stop! They treat him like he is their own and it makes leaving him thar much easier.

If you are looking for a place to board your fur babies while you’re away and don’t want to worry. Cobble Hill bed and biscuit is the place. Memphis my 15 month golden retriever loves cobble hill. The staff are very nice and professional and patient with my high maintenance dog. I will also add the staff here are very passionate about what they do which makes me feel safe bringing my fur baby to stay with them. Memphis always comes home smelling fresh and clean.

We highly recommend Cobble Hill Bed & Biscuit! Lots of choices and activities. It was very nice to not have to worry about our dogs’ well being while being out of town. We have boarded our two small dogs at Cobble many times over the past couple of years, and they are always so well cared for. Cobble offers many optional services that we especially appreciate when we need to be away for longer trips. The Cobble team are very diligent about giving medicines, and they spoil our pups with lots and lots of love. We know our pups are in great hands at Cobble.

I’ve boarded my dogs at a few different places and will never go anywhere else! The Cobble Hill staff is amazing and always takes the absolute best care of my animals (dogs, cats, snake). They’re always willing to give updates or send pictures when I ask. I love seeing them posted on their social media having fun, I always know they’re well cared for while I’m away.

My dog LOVES this place!! Every time we drive up he gets so excited! The staff is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about the animals. Most of the staff have been there for quite some time, which helps our dog feel comfortable. We love all the different add ons you can add to your reservation to personalize it for your pet and we love that our dog has his own private indoor and outdoor space. My dog has stayed here twice. Last year was first time. It was fine except he came home with kennel cough. Second time was last week. This year the kennel requires a flu shot. My dog is only around the neighbor's dogs so the flu shot is pointless. I only gave him the flu shot because of the kennel's requirements. The cost of the flu shot was $200 so add that to the price of boarding. What's worse I get my dog home and he's got kennel cough AGAIN! What's the point of all these shots if he still gets sick? Be sure to read the review about the dog who died 12 hours after picking him up (My sympathies to the family. You tried to warn me). At first, I questioned the validity of the review because, to me, it didn't make sense. What could happen at a kennel that would cause the death of a dog? After picking up my dog and finding out he's sick again I now don't question the review and now understand why the staff doesn't allow us to come inside anymore. The kennel was even closed for a while for "deep cleaning"?? I guess they didn't clean deep enough. The dogs do not have free play during the day so there isn't supposed to be any interaction with other dogs. So what's making him sick? Now I get to listen to my dog hack from kennel cough for the next two weeks. My dog will not be back.

Cobble Hill is an excellent facility for dogs. We have always found the staff to be friendly and responsible, and our dogs have always been excited to see them. We are currently bringing our fourth dog, Clyde, to Cobble Hill. We have used both daycare and overnight services. I would highly recommend Cobble Hill as a boarding or daycare facility for your pets.

I picked up my 3 frenchies (50k worth of pure love) My dogs were skinny like they hadn’t ate. They are all usually very hyper. They have been sleeping and lethargic since I brought them home. I left my dogs with $200 worth of fresh food from the farmers dog as well as two large bags of treats. When I got them home to eat it was as if they hadn’t ate in days. I could clearly see they lost weight. I do not recommend. I paid $1,150 for 5 days and clearly they were not fed properly and maybe given a sedative of some sort. This is not normal

My dog absolutely loves it here at paws at play. My baby was very nervous his first day and warmed right up by the time I came to pick him up. He is always so happy being greeted by the staff when we come in! Everyone is so nice and very welcoming. They send the cutest pictures in his report card every stay. I definitely would recommend this doggie daycare!

Paws at Play of Wake Forest is an awesome daycare/boarding facility! My girl was very nervous her first few times attending daycare, but the kennel staff were so sweet and patient with her. I also received the cutest photos of her! I would board my baby here and feel at ease knowing she's under the best care and I look forward to my pups next visit!!

Our puppy absolutely LOVES going to Doggy Daycare and playing with all of her friends! Everyone is always so friendly and remembers Zoe every time we go. I love getting picture updates and having the peace of mind that my pup is not at home alone all day. :)

Paws at play wake forest took such good care of my one year old baby. This was his second time and he had a blast getting all the love from the staff and meeting his new doggie friends at day care! I would 100% take him here again the staff made sure that they told me how he did which was greatly appreciated!! ❤️

We made a last minute overnight stay reservation and the staff and receptionist were nothing short of amazing. They were very kind! The facility was clean and there are all sorts of additional add on services you can add to your package. My dog had a fantastic time and was well cared for. I will definitely use them again.

This was our first time using Paws at Play and we were VERY satisfied with them! From answering questions via text and phone, keeping us updated with wonderful pictures of our pup while she was there for a week, and being so accommodating (especially as a first time client), we couldn’t have been happier. If we ever need a boarding stay again for our pup, we know where to go, and highly recommend you check them out as well! 😊

Started bringing my girl to Paws At Play about a month ago and I can’t remember our lives before starting! This is Maddie’s new favorite place. I have close friends who bring their pups here and they came highly recommended, and they have been exceptional since day 1. Maddie was super nervous the first day being in a new environment and all the staff members were SO kind and patient, offering her treats to encourage her until she finally gave in. We come twice a week now and now she bolts to the front door every time we get out of the car. I love all the pictures and updates they post, as well as the option to add extra fun activities or treats to their session. Finding someone you trust to care for your fur babies is so important. I’m so glad we have found such a great place where we know Maddie is safe and happy while we’re at work or away!

The first day we took our puppy for day school, she was scared and didn't want to go. Every day since then she's ecstatic when we pull up. The staff is friendly and helpful but the real test is whether the pupper likes it. She gave them a 10 out of 5. Super happy we found this wonderful place!

Our baby dog had an amazing time here! He came out to be more social and like a kid running all day tired and ready to bed. He attended for two days and the staff was Amazing! Kato and her team did a very thorough job learning about our cat's needs and preferences before our trip. This attention to detail paid off, as our pet sitters Ginny and Becca both went above and beyond in taking care of our little Hazel. They sent us a detailed summary of their visits twice daily, including several photos and amusing anecdotes. In addition, they took care of our home while we were away, took out trash, collected mail, etc. We would not hesitate in recommending Bone-A-Fide to any pet owner!

If I could give them ten stars, I would! Kato and the team helped take care of my cat during many trips over a span of three years, and I can say with confidence they are the best of the best! We have been using Bone-A-Fide Pet Care for overnight pet sitting and daily care for over a year now. Our fur baby, Lucy, is 14 years old and the care given to her has far exceeded our expectations. We have used Bone-A-Fide for bi-weekly dog walks for 7+ years. First for one dog, then with several fosters, and finally with the addition of our 2nd dog. They have always been very responsive and attentive to our dogs’ needs. They have worked with us through training challenges, occasional illness, extreme weather and even the pandemic! After each walk, we always get a full report – with photos, and it’s obvious that the dog walkers really care. Our dogs LOVE their dog walker – and we trust her implicitly. Highly recommend!

I am new to BoneAFide and a new cat person. They took wonderful care of Taco Cat while we were away! The daily update with pictures was perfect and Taco was happy as can be when we returned. BoneAFide pet care is perfect for the week long pet care with easy scheduling online. Hillary easily won over Taco’s heart and they were playing together in no time. She took great care of the plants and house, too, above and beyond what we expected! Professional and personal all at the same time. We have already booked future services for Taco!

Each of our pets (4 bunnies) was just as healthy and happy as we had left the. I really appreciate the care that was taken of our pets, our property, and the pet's areas.
