Denise was one of the best dog/house Sitter’s we have had. She stayed at our home for 4 weeks. She adored the dogs which was mutual and I really noticed how much they missed her when we got home. She also took great care of our two bunnies. Denise would always be up early taking the dogs for a morning walk before she started her at home on line job and then always made sure they had another lovely walk in the evening. We received daily gorgeous photos and videos and lots of voice mail messages especially if she had any concerns so we could resolve them for her. She also got on really well with all our neighbours who loved her. She went out of her way to borrow our neighbours lawn mower and took great care of our Gardens making sure all our outdoor and indoor plants were watered and the garden looked amazing when we came home as well as the house which was completely clean. She even went to the trouble of washing and changing her own bed so her bedroom was spotless when we came home. We would love for her to come again when we go away next summer. Wendy and Fred were absolutely amazing! We started with a video call to learn more about each other and the needs of our dogs. From that very first video call I knew they would be great. We remained in contact right up until they arrived, which put me right at ease. We agreed that it would best if they came the day before we were set to depart as a way to acclimatize the pups to having them in our home. The following day we gave them a tour and they asked all the right questions. The dogs were immediately comfortable with them which again put us at ease. While we were away, Wendy and Fred kept us up to date on how the pups were doing with lots of pictures. Its no surprise they were doing just fine!! More than fine actually, Darcy and Fred Bonded, which was easy to tell from all the pictures. The kittens were well taken care of as well, with Wendy giving them some personal TLC. Heading back home is always a pain, as we live 2.5 hours from the airport but Wendy and Fred assured me that they wouldn't leave the dogs until they knew we were safely on the road. When we arrived home, the place was spotless and the dogs were relaxing on the couch. I cannot give them enough praise. They were absolutely amazing. Loving our dogs as if they were their own. I highly recommend them both. Your pups will be lucky to have them

If I could give Lila 10 stars I would! She was proactive, responsive, kind, lovely to communicate with, responsible, flexible and adaptable, and incredibly tidy. She left the house spotless and took wonderful care of our cats. She was extremely flexible in helping us out with unexpected travel hitches, being able to stay an extra day at short notice. We are incredibly grateful to Lila for taking the worries about our fur babies off our shoulders, and I feel very fortunate to have met her - and knowing that she lives close by I hope she will perhaps come and stay again! Tom and Keith were amazing, I cannot recommend them more. They were very organised, and made sure they had asked any questions they needed to before the sit. We left instructions for our dog, cats and tortoises and they had no problems following them. The house was left super tidy, and all the animals were incredibly relaxed and happy when we returned. The perfect sitters. The real test of how amazing they were was demonstrated in how incredibly understanding and relaxed they were about the water issue we had during their sit. The day before we left for our holiday, we discovered a problem with the water supply to our house. There was just a trickle of water. We had to get plumbers in whilst they were there, and they had to cope with very little water during the sit. We were so worried during this time about it all, and they were so wonderful in coping with it. Thank you Tom and Keith, we welcome you back any time should you wish to return, and I promise this time no water issues!

Michelle, was my first experience of a sitter and has set a high bar. She looked after my buddies like they were her own. My feral cat who runs from all humans made an exception with Michelle, the cat whisperer. Lightbulbs went, a tap broke, i was mortified while Michelle took everything in her stride. Storm my precious indoor buddy, escaped. Michelle, retrieved her safely, understood her separation anxiety and mine, and was very patient with her. Michelle sent regular updates, providing peace of mind, this was everything. I highly recommend Michelle as someone you can trust with your nearest and dearest, and your home. She also happens to be a fascinating person. It was pleasure to meet and chat with Michelle. Me and the four legged family, can't thank her enough.

We are both united in our adoration for animals and travelling.
Tom sat for us (without Mar) for a long weekend, arriving on the morning of our departure, at the planned time. He kept in touch prior to the sit and on the day to confirm his arrival time. It was a beautiful day and as we explored the garden, our cat Gabi joined us. She jumped up on the table and immediately rolled over in front of Tom to introduce herself. As we moved into the house, our other cat Zoe came by to see what was going on. She's usually pretty aloof, but to our delight, she walked directly to Tom to ask for cheek rubs. We were quite astonished as it's not like her at all. So, from the get go, we knew the kitties would be very happy. He must give out very happy Pheromones. =^..^= We established that we were likely to miss each other on our return, but Tom sent a great update on the girls and the house. It has to be said that, our house was immaculate. I could not even tell which of the guest bedrooms he'd chosen to sleep in. Sheets and towels were washed and dried, beds were remade, and towels were folded and replaced. Bathrooms were both as clean as they had been when we left. Given summer had finally arrived (in August!) he happily agreed to water the garden and updated when he had done so. He's lovely, calm, easy going and exudes positive energy. I wouldn't hesitate to have him sit for us in the future. Thanks for everything Tom.

Michael and Chantelle are a delightful young couple and settled in well to a 6 week sit for us. We had more contact with Michael who sent us regular updates and photos. They seemed to love being in the country and to have a big garden at their disposal. I should have perhaps given more direction about watering plants in pots but otherwise everything was in good order for our return. I would recommend them as sitters.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

Leslie took a lot of time and answered all of our questions at a friendly phone call and again at the first meeting. You can immediately tell how much she loves dogs and that it is truly her passion. We immediately felt that we were leaving Lotte in good hands and were very excited about the result. Since Lotte never had been groomed before, we were extra nervous on how she would do/behave. But Leslie takes her time with the dog, listens to her needs and slowly gets her used to the grooming process. When we picked up Lotte we were overjoyed. She looked sooo cute - Expectations for sure exceeded! Lotte said goodbye to Leslie with a happy wiggle tail. Big shout out to Leslie Craig and her Bed and Biscuits dog hotel. Sophie spent almost 3 weeks there on doggie 🐶 vacation while I was delayed in the USA. She got to run in the woods and play at the beach and hang out with Leslie’s dogs at the Quinta in the big dog run. With her private “heated” bedroom she now puts herself to bed. The bonus was a bath and grooming so now she looks prettier than ever and feels incredibly soft. Highly recommend taking your dog for stays or overnights. She’s conveniently located outside of Lagos. We took Baxter our cocker spaniel for a groom and we were so pleased when we picked him up. He had been cut to cocker spaniel breed standard from the book. Much better than some of the grooming he had in the UK. Excellent.

A huge thank you to Vanessa for looking after our fur baby Sofia for a whole week! It was Sofia's first time staying over at 'aunty Nessa' and Sofia loved every minute! Vanessa took excellent care of Zalto for two consecutive periods, one long weekend and thereafter during a two week period. We were constantly informed about how she behaved and what activities they undertook. Needless to say, Zalto had a more active time with Vanessa than at home. My little dog stayed with Vanessa for two weeks whilst I was away. Nessa was fabulous and gave our Cavapoo Stewie excellent care during his day and overnight stays. Stewie formed a great bond with Nessa and the other pets he hung out with during his visits. Stewie will miss Nessa and hopefully we’ll see her later in the year.
