Gwyn did go missing to our old house whilst we were away, but she had done this on lead up to Bob's stay, hence us getting someone to sit just for few days (usually she'd be fine without sitter) but Bob helped go look for her. Favourite thing about Bob is he's an eco friendly traveller, so we're all supportive of that!

From our initial zoom call I realised that I had hit the jackpot with Olaug. She had applied to my post because of her love of labradors and dogs in general. Olaug and I had a great WhatsApp conversation going for a couple of months in the run up to the sit. She asked all the right questions which filled me with confidence. Olaug was so easy to deal with and booked her flights to fit in with our travel plans. When she arrived at the house she came prepared with dog treats so for Diesel it was love at first sight. It was immediately apparent that she had a lot of experience with dogs and Diesel adored her. He has been missing her since she left! Throughout the sit Olaug sent lovely messages, photos and videos with updates about what they had been up to. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful during the sit, but she still took Diesel on long walks every day. When we returned the house was immaculate. She had really looked after Diesel and my house. I really hope that Olaug wants to visit London again as both Diesel and I would love for her to come and sit again - we both wish she lived closer.

She took excellent care of Sugar (who isn’t always the most straightforward dog!), sent us plenty of photos/videos, and communicated very well with us before & during the sit. Additionally, she took excellent care of our apartment. We came home to a very clean flat with cookies left out, cleaning supplies stocked, and a very happy dog. We can’t thank or recommend Kay enough. We feel lucky to have had a sitter like her!

Marie came to look after Bruno and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from her. She was very communicative, kind and trustworthy and I could tell that Bruno was very happy, loved and calm with her. Although I really missed Bruno I could rest assured knowing her was being well looked after. Marie left the apartment clean and fresh and I hope she felt at home here. I would highly recommend Marie to anyone looking for an experienced, friendly and organised sitter and I would love to welcome Marie back in the future!

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! She was so attentive to him & I am very grateful for that! Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. She thought of everything related to us and our pets, so we could have a seamless late evening return. We highly recommend Andrea for any zeewoi, as she is a jewel. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. We called on Elodie to look after our border collie for a day and it was a more than successful experience! Simcoe had a great time with his roommate Saïda and is very comfortable with Elodie, the proof is that she very quickly left him alone on walks. I entrusted my little 3 month old spitz to Elo&Co and I would do it again without a doubt!! My puppy was able to thrive alongside his two dogs even though he is rather suspicious by nature. Élodie is very considerate and took good care of my little one who was treated to lots of cuddles and walks adapted to his pace.
We called on Elodie to look after our cat at the last (unforeseen) moment just before leaving on vacation. She was able to make herself available quickly despite everything! Elodie takes care of Marlou for walks and looks after him when we go on trips. She was able to create complicity and a bond with our dog. His two dogs get along wonderfully with ours!
