I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. They always send home a report card to let you know how they did and also have left a scarf on them to add a little bit of spice to their look!

We just boarded our fur babies for 8 days. Both were bathed & toenails clipped before we picked them up. Which isn't an easy task with a 175# dog. Staff were so kind. I will be using them every time I have to leave my pets somewhere.

We love Dismal Creek Kennel! It's one of the few places I've taken my Stella to that she doesn't resist going into. Ashley is super kind and accommodating. Also, it doesn't smell at all like a kennel! You'd never know by smell that pets are boarded there. She keeps it incredibly clean!
I have left my toy poodle with Ashley several times. My baby does not readily welcome contact with people outside my family. However, she went to Ashley the first time she saw her and has had no trouble since. My Veterinary recommended Dismal Creek and I am so thankful he did. The cleanliness of the building is impressive with no odor.
I took my dog to Dismal Creek Kennel for a 6 day stay. He came home happy. They were very responsive, knowledgeable about the breed. I was very satisfied with them and will use them again the next time I go out of town.

My dogs go to doggie daycare once a week, they get groomed there, and they often board when I have to be away. The only thing we haven't done is go to the dog obedience class and I think we need to do that.
This is the best place to board or get your dog bathed! Ashley and her team are so friendly and have such a heart for dogs. They call when they have concerns during your dog's stay and keep you informed. They are also very responsible in prices. We will be back again!
This place is great! They are super accommodating and super nice. The prices are beyond reasonable and they assuage any concerns that you may have at anytime! Liberty is always greeted by smiles when we arrive. Ashli picks up Lib and gives her a big hug. She gets outside to play in the fresh air and look for squirrels! Liberty is 14 and slowing down. Just had our first obedience class with Ashlie. I have nothing but good comments to make. Ashlie is extremely personable and within 20 minutes had give me great, workable tips on breaking Gypsy's habit of jumping up on people, mouthing peoples hands, and coming when called. In fact, I was able to stop the jumping up within just a few minutes. I highly recommend this facility. May go back again just to visit!
