We really could not have been more happy to have Sona come take care of Margot and our flat this summer. Sona was so easy to communicate with and so responsible. Not only was she just a kind and organized person, but she has clearly done this before and knows how to put pet owners at ease. She sent lots of photos of a variety of adventures she took with Margot and we knew she would be responsive if we ever needed to be in touch. Our flat was so clean and welcoming when we returned! It was very easy to plan with her and Margot absolutely adored her. We would be thrilled to have her back at any time! We fully recommend her.

If this family offers to sit for you, take them. They were and are fantastic!! All 4 of them. They arrived the day before to come and learn how everything works as we were leaving super early on the start date of the sit. They were super attentive and just all round great. All the animals were well looked after and the dogs were super happy with their daily walks and their company. We were sent photos everyday as well as a daily update. All round just great! This was my first ever pet sit and I obviously was nervous. I couldn’t have asked for more in sitters. Alice and Raul were firstly incredible, interesting and thoughtful people who took their house sitting very seriously. The house was tended and loved as if it was their own. But more importantly, my girls experienced a love and cuddle filled time. They were so happy and calm when I returned. They even slept with Alice and Raul on the night of my return, so much for missing me!!! Alice and Raul came very prepared and were resourceful. They kept in touch with me and I got regular cat updates. The house was spotless and dare I say a little better than before. An important note is that they were very kind and helped me with pointers as it was my first sit. I appreciated that greatly as a first timer! I cannot recommend Alice and Raul enough. If you are lucky enough to have them then you really have hit the jackpot. I am so very happy that I met them and that my cats were so loved and cherished.

Miriam and Antonio were the best pet and house sittets i could have wished for. They agreed to come at very short notice, as they were between sits in the south west. They brought all their own food, to the extent of providing bin bags and olive oil, as they are, wisely and concientiously, 100% organic. Ochre and Tess fell in love at first sight, they absolutely adored both Miriam and Antonio and have been pining for them since they left. Antonio sent regular photos, messages and videos - with comments and music, showing two happy dogs in their element- thanks to google translate!. I came back to an immaculate house and a delicious dinner , two contented golden retrievers and the foundations for a lifelong friendship with this extraordinary, kind, principled, meticulously thoughtful couple.

Irene and Mark were excellent house sitters for our cat Wazzy and our 3 guinea pigs when we were away for 2 weeks. They love cats and so gave Wazzy all the attention and love he wanted and took great care of him. They mentioned they had never looked after guinea pigs before, but listened to everything we told them about their care and did an amazing job, even cleaning their cage multiple times. They were very reliable and kept us up to date every day with how the pets were doing with pictures and updates which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax whilst we were away knowing our pets were in good hands. Irene and Mark were very lovely and kind and went above and beyond in looking after our home, our pets and in helping us.

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. They sent pics of how our fur babies were doing and truly seemed to enjoy their time with them. Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of. As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. Kuldip is a gem of a pet sitter and we would love to have her back for our fur baby without any hesitation. I highly recommend her!
