This is the second time that the lovely Katie and David have looked after our two cocker Spaniels (‘The Boys’) for us. We felt so fortunate that they were able to be here for our three week holiday - we knew that the boys would be looked after well. Katie and David communicate brilliantly, are reliable and empathetic. They checked in with us where appropriate about the boys’ care while we were away and also sent fabulous photos which were reassuring and often humorous! They looked after our home well and enabled us to really relax, confident that all was well. Our neighbours even commented on their friendliness and how well behaved the boys were with them. For this visit Katie and David used our car. This worked especially well as they took the boys for some great adventures and it enabled them to enjoy where we live more widely too. Kevin had excellent communication starting when we met on a video call. He always texted me right back and kept me posted on his travel plans in the weeks before his sit as we coordinated a meet and greet in-person the day before the sit. Kevin was super responsive during the sit and never left us wondering how the pets were. His frequent pictures were much appreciated! Our shy older cat took very little time to warm up to him and we also returned to a happy and content dog! All is well at the house, and we are grateful for a great sit!

Chere and Rory were just AWESOME! Not only were they very friendly and interesting, they took great care of our cats and of our house...they even went over and beyond because they fed our "outside animals" (birds, deer, squirrels etc.)! They gave regular updates (and sent pictures) of our 2 kitty cats which was greatly appreciated. Chere was able to play and snuggle with Perry (aka Potato)...and even got Terry (aka Babygirl) to sit on her laps for a little while!! Chere was really organized and had a chart of every daily/weekly chore so that she didn't forget one!! And even though they had to leave early, they made sure the cats were fed and taken care of...and made sure everything was clean... I think the house was cleaner than when we left!!! :-) We are really pleased we chose Chere and Rory to take care of our fur babies, they are the BEST!!!!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. She thought of everything related to us and our pets, so we could have a seamless late evening return. We highly recommend Andrea for any zeewoi, as she is a jewel. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. As a bonus, he is very likable and communicative. We would definitely have him come again.

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. I did a pre-visit to this place and talked to the owner Susan. She was rude,sarcastic and very short tempered. I would not recommend anybody to leave their PET with this woman in fear that it might be abused. The best place I found is the pet village spa excellent place to leave your pet.
Susan is great! My dog loves her and that makes me so happy knowing she's comfortable. Our pup is very energetic and LakeLand has space and time for her to run some of it out, and does grooming as well!
It was nice to meet them it was pouring rain when I brought my great Pyrenees there to get groomed and she looked beautiful after groomed. We will be bringing my dogs there every month to get spoiled. I would highly recommend lake- land kennel and groom for anyone to bring their fur babies to get spoiled. The only kennel I use! The owner here has always taken amazing care of my 60lb dog who is quirky. Very reasonable pricing, even grooming is fabulous! I love to sign up for the bath and nails for my dog after using the kennel.
I bring my dog Sparky there every time he needs grooming, they do a great job and I get a lot of compliments on how well taken care of he is. The place is not fancy or spotless but the owner does a great job and price is half of what my neighbors say they pay for their dogs

Our dogs had a great stay while we were out of town to see family. Kennels are clean and dogs come home bathed with a 7+ day stay. Definitely will use Lake land kennels again!
Suzie is great. She knows dogs (all breeds as far as I can tell), and Zeke always comes home looking like a million bucks (of course we only pay 0.0045% of that). We highly recommend!

Caiti went above and beyond taking care of my golden girl on the day of my wedding. She was excellent with communication, coordination and loving my pup. I would recommend her services 100%. I’m very guarded with who I allow to watch over my girl and I would trust Caiti any day!
Would not recommend as this provider is quite willing to cancel on you last minute and then blame you rather than discuss professionally. Misunderstandings occur but how you handle it says a lot about who you are professionally. Have a backup if engaging Caiti’s services. 🤞🏼 You may have good luck with Caiti, as I am sure she is a great caretaker, but she has not taken responsibility for booking what was a prerequisite meet and greet with me and before holding the meet and greet booking over top of my requested dates. There was no checking with me prior to booking another customer (yet she remembered to reach out to me to tell me that she was booked - hmm). Good business would be to come to an agreement and accept fault and make your business better thereafter instead of offering constant excuses (over and over). Since Caiti still doesn't understand what she did wrong, I would presume this same misfortunate event will happen to others in the future so I am posting this review.
