Third sit for us from Craig and Lesley. Like the previous two, the sit was straightforward from organising the sit, to arrival and right through the sit until we came home. We were kept updated throughout and when one of our cats unusually stayed out all night, they kept looking for her until she showed up again which really put our minds at rest. Craig and Lesley are very reliable, calm and a safe pair of hands. We’re so lucky to have them sit for us and highly recommend them! Thanks Craig and Lesley hope you can come back for a fourth sit 😊

Lucy and Jaz were the best sitters! We were away for nearly 3 weeks and returned home to a pair of happy and relaxed pets. The apartment was immaculate, clean and tidy and the laundry was on! They are a lovely couple and true animal lovers - our neighbours remarked on how well they were taking care of Hoshi. I recommend them very highly.

From the initial contact, through our video chats, our WhatsApp contacts prior to the sit, our 24 hr handover and then during the sit itself when for me the contact and updates from home were just right, Rose & Michael fully met and exceeded my expectations. This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. This place is a wonderful example of how to run a dog day care centre. Well organised and run with the safety of the dogs paramount. Shirley is supported by a wonderful team who all made my training a very worthwhile experience. The course is well structured which provides plenty of safe, supervised practice with the dogs. A great experience and comes highly recommended to anyone who wishes to become a day care provider.
Attended the 3 day training course for opening. Highly professional and wealth of knowledge. Practical training was to a high standard. Lovely to see such well trained staff, happy dogs and a well run daycare centre. I attended the dog day care trainers course here and absolutely loved it! Shirley is so knowledgable and down to earth, no question goes unanswered. The centre is fantastic with well trained staff who make sure no dog is ever left out, any dog is lucky to be a part of Safepaws!
Excellent my dog comes home thoroughly exhausted. I can now take him for walks and he will integrate with other dogs. He says he loves going. How they get him to nap at lunchtime!! Is a 5 star in my eyes. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who has a dog staff so patient and love their job. Long may they keep going.

I was anxious about leaving my pup with strangers as he is very timid around new people. But when I collected him he was so happy and playing with the resident dogs! The owners couldn’t be lovelier and I would highly recommend!
This was the first time we have left our 15 month old ALD with anyone other than family. We only left her a few days but when we went back to collect her, she had already made herself at home and was quite happy amongst the other doggy residents - I was so pleased and can’t recommend Alison & Fraser highly enough. Alison and Fraser even had time to sent me a pic of Roxy chilling on the top of the sofa 💕💕💕🐾🐾🐾. Thank you again Alison & Fraser for taking such good care of our girl. Like me you probably love to holiday with your dog, but there are times when they just can't come along. I would highly recommend Barking Mad for those occasions when you have a special event, need that foreign sun or to visit family & friends abroad. Jakki, Trudi and the team are very professional and genuinely care about dogs. With them I have the confidence that our dog Diesel will be well looked after for the times when he can't tag along. He goes willingly when collected, stays in someone's home, his routine is maintained, comes home in great condition and settles quickly. We like to think that he goes on holiday too, just without us!
Brilliant service. Raven is always so well looked after by the team from start to finish, I have never had a moments worry while she has been with them. She comes home healthy and happy. The hosts always put in a post card in her return bag just to let us know what she has been up too and if she behaved her self!! They all always seem to go above and beyond a basic service.
