We have been thrilled with how great Rebecca is with our dog Max. She takes incredible care of him during the week while he is at her home and he is always very happy when we pick him up. We are finally able to truly relax at work (and play) when he is being watched. We have found Rebecca to be very responsive whenever we have questions and just truly cares about the care of our Max.

Rebecca was amazing with our dog Rosie. I made a last minute decision to switch Rosie from a boarding kennel to Rebecca’s care and I’m so glad I did!! She was able to accommodate us last minute and sent daily pictures. Rosie looked so happy and I will definitely use her services again!

Rebecca was recommended to us by a friend and she is the best of the best. She has welcomed our dog Molly into her home countless times over the last 3 years and treats her like family. Molly loves being with her family and the other dogs (which we refer to as her "Wolf Pack") and will send the cutest pictures each day to let us know how she is doing. Rebecca is a wonderful pet sitter who takes great care of our dog, Maisy. Right off the bat when we first met her, we got an excellent first impression. She was so warm and friendly and great with our dog. Rebecca is trustworthy, reliable and prompt to respond to text messages. She sends pictures and videos when we're traveling which is always comforting. I love her home and beautiful fenced in backyard where the dogs have the freedom to play and enjoy themselves. Where do i even start? Rebecca has been watching Binx since he was 5 months old (3.5 years now!) She is amazing. Shes so sweet, caring, nurturing and will treat your pet like her own! She has 3 adorable daughters who give the puppies lots of play all day long (and yes you will get cute photos / videos of that) Rebeccas house is truly Binx’s second home / family. I first met Rebecca about 31/2 years ago; at the time in had Lou a 13 year old beagle with health issues and Charlie (4yrs then). Rebecca was caring and attentive to my senior dogs needs and always ensured his safety. Fast forward time, I now have Charlie and 2 half-sister beagles Luna and Nova who Rebecca has watched since they were puppies. Then and now, Rebecca has been an extension of my home and has provided a place where they feel loved and comfortable. They each have their own personality and stubbornness, yet Rebecca has taken the time to understand each of their needs, help them work through any anxieties, and simply loved them as her own. Rebecca and her family are absolutely incredible with my pups. She has been my dog sitter for about seven years. She cared for my last two dogs through cancer and heart failure, loving and taking care of them as if they were her own pups. As a vet tech I 100% trust her with my pups who are like my children. if i could give Madison Dog Resort more than 5 stars i would. We had an emergency within our family and had to place our dog somewhere for 11 days. We put him in a different pet hotel and his treatment there was horrible. Within 24 hrs i was calling around to other pet resorts to find him a temporary home until we could get back to him. Madison was more than happy to take him. They went way above and beyond what they actually needed to do. He went to them with an upset tummy and they fed him a special diet until he was feeling better and then reintroduced his normal food in. The amount of communication they provided was amazing (it was out first time leaving our dog with anyone) they sent pictures and videos and updates on how he was doing. The resort was so clean. My boy left there so happy i didn’t think he would want to come home. I would recommend this to anyone.

I was so pleased when I first took my dog to The Madison......Sue and Chris were caring and pleasant and the facility was immaculate. On July 24 when I picked my dog up he was limping and was informed another dog had bitten him. They had cleaned up the bite and said he appeared to be fine. The next day Sue called to see how he was and apologize again. I did not want to over react as with children accidents do happen. After a few weeks we went back and things seemed fine until October 23 when I received a call that a shepherd puppy had bitten my dog . I dropped the dog off at 10:30 and received the call at 11:45.......I immediately went to pick up my dog . who was bitten on his back leg. Sue was upset and stated she did not know what happened and there would be no charge for the time. That really shocked me.....my dog was there 45minutes and was bitten. He still has a scar where the hair has not grown back. No one has ever called to see how he was. I watched on the video cams and do not feel the helpers on the playground pay close attention.There is a point where play gets out of hand and the dogs need to be separated.

Just picked up my two corgis from a 4 night stay at The Madison! This is the second time we have used them for boarding. Both times our dogs have come back happy and tired, I know they had a great time! The staff is so friendly and the facility is clean. I hate leaving my dogs behind when going away, but I know they’re in great hands here! Thank you so much, we’ll be back soon!

Such an amazing experience from the super easy sign up, tour of the amazing clean facility to Coopers first day making new friends. Staff is extremely kind and did an amazing job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! 10 STARS IF POSSIBLE

I was totally disappointed. I brought my 10 month old Golden doodle in for her first 1/2 day experience. I watched her on screen for a period of time in the morning and it was perfect . I started to watch again in the early afternoon and she wasn’t included with the pack. I really wasn’t concerned as I felt that if there was a problem I would get a call. When I came to pick her up Chris informed me that there was a little problem and she hurt her leg. He said he relaxed her and put her in with the puppies and she was fine. When I got her home she was limping and I called to inform him that she was still limping and I asked him what actually happened. He said she slipped. My problem is that I should have been called when she first got hurt instead of waiting until I came to pick her up. I had to take her to the vet the next day and it took one more day for her to act herself. Again, I am totally disappointed!!!!!!!

First time leaving my dog here. They were awesome! Sent me pictures throughout the day. Dogs were outside, playing almost the whole time he was there. Could view on their outdoor cameras that they were interactive with the dogs, the dogs were always supervised too. Staff was very friendly and competent. Would absolutely use them again.

My dog Niya had her first day at a dog day care here at almost 9 years old and had a blast! She slept all the way home and can’t wait for her next visit. I am so excited for this location as I heard amazing things about Madison facilities and they were absolutely correct. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly be making Madison a weekly trip for Niya. Updated: Niya now comes home from her Madison days completely exhausted and happy!! I love to see her so happy, and content.

A clean and friendly facility — feel very comfy dropping off our sweet, playful little guy here for the day. Great hours and love having the camera access to see what he does all day (read: play for HOURS on end). He always comes back happy and very, very tired (e.g., in picture) for a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend for anyone in the area!

We have boarded our dog here twice and have been very happy with his care. The facility is organized, very clean, and I love that the dogs get a lot of outdoor time.

Cassie and her team have been taking care of our pup Riley since the very beginning! She met me in the parking lot of our complex and gave me her card. We desperately needed a new dog walker as our previous one quit as they could not handle a 3 month old golden so Cassie stepped right in! She has taken care of Riley since he was 3 months and he just turned 2 last week. Cassie and her team (Kayla and Hope) are sweet, kind, caring, respectful. They go out of their way to make sure each customer and pup is taken care of.

Cassie is a true gem of a person. She treats our dogs as if they were her own. Belle and Buddy love when she comes to walk them or stay with them! There are few people I trust with our dogs and she is at the top of the list! She is the best walker - truly takes her time and pays the utmost attention to their needs! She’s had to stay at our house before, and did an amazing job with them in our home. She is flexible, caring, very communicative and a pleasure to work with! Cannot recommend her enough!!

The Puppy Love team has been a life saver! I reached out when I hurt my ankle (and later broke it) and they were able to schedule walks for my dog so quickly. My dog has anxiety but they have been so kind, caring and fun that my dog enjoys the walks so much. She gets extremely excited when she sees them and has felt safe with them to not have any reactions when under their care. They endorse a force free training style which is so important to me. Cassie is always willing to help me out when needed, even if it has been last minute. My dog absolutely loves Hope and Kayla as well. I would highly recommend using them for your walking and sitting.

I called Shria to take care of my dog Porter Christmas day while we were visiting family up north. It was a bit last minute but she got back to me right away & scheduled a meet & greet. Then we discussed his care and showed her the routine for dinner. She arrived promptly at the agreed time, fed Porter and even played Frisbee with him. Walking wasn't needed as our yard is fenced. I have shared many a doggie playdate/ backyard with Lisa as she pet sits and walks her various little furry charges (we've met Ellie, Brody, Jolene, to name a few!) and I KNOW what capable, caring, good hands they are in when with her. Having Lisa and Tiffany take care of our dog for our first vacation away from him was the best decision we could have made! From the first phone conversation, to the “meet and greet”, to all of the home visits, Lisa was professional, responsive and reliable. Our pup can be a bit timid with others but warmed up to Lisa and Tiffany right away, they truly are amazing with dogs. We felt extremely at ease receiving photos and updates of how he was doing throughout the day and knew he was in great hands. He can get a bit rambunctious and they made sure he got his play time, and also kept the house clean and tidy, going beyond what we expected. Lisa and Pet Concierge By The Sea was exactly what our pup needed! As we were planning our 6-day drip to CA, we just knew we couldn't leave our pup at the local kennel. We knew he would be happier in a home setting where he'd get more love and attention and not hear endless barking! I called Lisa and we set up a "meet and greet" at her home, which went great! I could sense she has a genuine love for animals. Lisa also provided me with several references, who raved about her care of their pups. During our trip Lisa checked in every day with a photo to let us see how our boy was doing! After we returned and picked up our pup, he was happy and wasn't in "shock," like he has been after being in a big kennel. We're so happy we found Lisa! The Pet Concierge By The Sea LLC has watched my dog, Ellie, for the last 5 years. She has bonded with my dog and Ellie runs to her when I drop her off. I totally trust LISA to take care of my dog and my dog feels very comfortable staying at Lisa’s house while I go away on vacation. She, also, tells me any of her concerns about Ellie and I know that she is truly interested in my dog’s well being. I, also, receive daily pictures of Ellie while I am away. When I had to start returning to work after remotely working due to the pandemic, I knew it was going to be hard for Roxy, my 13 year old Maltese, to transition. I am forever grateful that I found Lisa because from our first meet and greet, I knew I could trust her with Roxy and with my home. The way Lisa interacted with Roxy I knew she would be taken care of the way I would take care of her, and Roxy warmed up to Lisa immediately. From the pictures and the updates Lisa sends throughout my day, to her being flexible around my still not set schedule and last minutes changes (including having reliable back-up if she is not available,) Lisa is the whole package and a godsend. Her compassion and care for Roxy coupled with her steadfast professionalism eliminate my anxiety when it comes to opening my home and leaving Roxy in someone else’s care. And the happiness on Roxy’s face when Lisa sends pictures of her makes me know I made the best choice for her.

They are accommodating, loving, and so sweet to my pups. They always go out of their way to make sure my dogs are comfortable and safe. After every visit they leave me a detailed message through their portal and always send pictures of my dogs. Before Endless Paws, I was always stressed leaving my dogs but now I am completely comfortable because of this fantastic service. I am so grateful to them and will always use them. This was our first time using a service to care for our cat while we were away and we could not be any happier. Karen was great and helped us get everything setup and told us everything we need to do. The sitters came on time and took great care of our cat and provided great updates and pictures. I can't say enough about Karen and Endless Pawsibilities. We travel up to 4 times per year and knowing Karen or someone is coming to take care of our cats is so comforting - I don't have to worry about our house or kitties while we are away. Karen was fantastic when my senior 19 yr old cat had cancer, she came every morning for his meds .

Endless Pawsibilities goes above and beyond any expectations that you may have. This is the third time I have used their service while I was on vacation, each time my pets received attention, play time and the affection they deserve. The owners and staff always pay attention to detail and follow all instructions about what dogs can be together, which dogs eat which food, allergies, medications, etc. Not to mention the time the staff takes to leave detailed notecards for you when you return so you know everything that happened while you were away. I would feel very confident recommending their services to anyone!

My boyfriend and I love Endless Paws! They're always there when we need them, even when it's last minute and they're always so nice about it. We can rely on them 100% and my dogs love them which is great- they also have so many options it's impossible to not find something that suits your needs. Highly recommend.

THERE SERVICE IS TERRIFIC, MOST OF THE VISITS ARE BY KAREN AND SHE IS WONDERFUL WITH MY DOG MIA,I HAVE A 18 YEAR OLD CAT THAT NEEDS TURKEY TO STAY ALIVE AND KAREN HAS HELPED DO THIS, LOVE THE PICTURES OF ALL MY ANIMALS AND THE COMMENTS OF WHAT SHE FINDS, THERE SERVICE IS TERRIFIC, I CAN GO AWAY AND I KNOW MY ANIMALS ARE WELL TAKEN CARE OF.
