I am so happy to find this wonderful new pet sitting/walking company. I am new to the area and had to go out of town last minute. I called and they were very responsive and came over and spent a lot of time with my dog learning all about him prior to walks. They are so accommodating, so very friendly, and you can feel how they genuinely love your animals and want to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them going forward! Thank you Liz and team❤️❤️

Amazing, professional, caring and loving. It's hard moving to a new state with pets especially when you travel a lot. Finding a pet sitting service is nerve-racking! I'm so thankful I found Home Sweet Home Pets! Liz and her team are incredible. My two little fur-babies love them all. It's nice to be able to go on a quick trip or long vacation (10 days) and know your babies will be well taken care of.

I can’t recommend Home Sweet Home Pets enough! My dogs have been picked up on the amazing air conditioned bus for a field trip twice now and have come back so happy and exhausted! Liz send pics throughout the day and they treat my dogs like their own! Highly, highly recommend them for any of their services and we all look forward to the next field trip day!

My Australian Shepherd went on his first field trip with Home Sweet Home. It was a great experience to have him picked up and dropped off....worn out too!! The owner communicates via text(which is best for me bc of work) to let me know pick up and drop off times. Looking forward to the next field trip!!!!

Home Sweet Home was exactly the right choice recently when we went out of town for 5 days and left our senior cat Henry in their care. Every request we had was carried out with such care. Henry needs daily medication which was no problem for them, he was fed and got the attention he needs. Our mail was collected, plants watered and they showed up twice a day, as requested. Henry was happy and content when we got home. We will definitely use them again!

It’s hard to trust people with your fur babies but Home Sweet Home Pets went above and beyond! Elizabeth had great communication skills and even made a special trip to meet Birdie prior to the field trip to make sure she’d be comfortable on the bus. Needless to say she had a great time! We can’t wait to use them in the future for more field trips and in home care.

Liz is the absolute best with a heart of gold!! She went out of her way to make the field trip experience the greatest. Prior to my pups first trip she drove the bus to my house for a meet and greet and went over everything in precise detail. The day of the field trip Liz was able to pick up and drop off my dog Kane with no one at home(this is amazing due to my work schedule)! She communicated through text throughout the whole trip letting me know she picked him up, dropped him off, and sent pictures during/after the trip. She also spoiled Kane with some treats and a cute bandanna! Book y’all’s pets field trip now! Y’all won’t be disappointed!! 🙂 🐾

I feel very comfortable having Home Sweet Home Pets come and care for my pup. They truly care about your pets, and take the time to understand each pet's specific needs. I have not yet used the field trip service, but I am looking forward to sending my girl along on the next one!

We have been nervous about letting someone other than family look after Xena but we feel confident with Home Sweet Home! Xena loved her field trip to John Chestnut park - she came back with the biggest smile ever! We were updated with photos during their trip which we felt was very thoughtful. We are looking forward to more field trips 🙂

Tina and her Cozy 😺 Cat Inn have been the greatest!! My wife and I had a trip to see our relatives in Ohio scheduled and are glad we chose Tina! She has a professional, clean, organized Cat Inn. Our little Beau had a great visit. He will love coming back here the next time my wife and I are traveling. It was nice when Tina sent us short videos of Beau. My wife loved seeing Beau while we were traveling. Made us homesick but we knew our little cat was safe and well taken care of. Thank you Tina.

We had to go out of town for 7 days and happened to come across this jem of a service! The owner is amazing/ soooo friendly. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood and is kinda like a duplex so the owners live right next door to the main cat hotel space. It is very clean and the cats seemed very happy. Even the medium size space was nice and I felt confident that our cat would have plenty of space to jump and play. A bonus was that the owner went above and beyond and reached out to us on her own with pictures and an update for our fur-baby ♡ All in all, we will use this great little business again in the event that we will be out of town for an extended period of time. I don't think I would trust anyone else to provide the same level of care/ compassion. Note: these pictures were provided from the owner directly from one of her updates ♡

Excellent,Excellent, Excellent! I can't say enough of how well they took care of my cats. Owners, Tina and Tom went out of their way to work around my schedule. My cat stayed in very large and secure accommodations. The place is immaculate clean. You wouldn't even know that there were cats there. They even brushed and trimmed my cat's nails for me, so I know they spent time with them. They texted me and sent me photos while I was away. This really put me at rest that my cats were in a very safe environment. I would recommend this establishment highly.

My cats’ very favorite place to chill while I’m away! The owners give them plenty of attention and care so I don’t worry about them missing me at all. Tina & Tom are very knowledgeable and a great resource! They’re a great team providing an enriched environment for our feline fur babies!❤️

My grumpy old cat stayed here for 16 days while we moved and coordinated housing. He is usually pretty tense, but he took to Cozy Cat immediately and wandered around sniffing stuff as we checked him in. The kennels are really large too, so Ollie had plenty of space to make himself at home. Tina sent us photos and kept in regular contact throughout the relatively lengthy stay, which made us feel so much more comfortable about leaving him. My husband even said that when he picked up the kitty, they took a few minutes to pet our cat goodbye, which is a level of genuine care and kindness that you can't find in most places. I would absolutely bring my baby back here!

This was our first experience boarding our two cats and it'll be hard to beat! Cozy cat inn is amazing and will be the only place we board our cats when we're in Florida! They took such love and care of our girls, we can't recommend this place enough!

Tina is awesome and I’m so happy I found her to take care of my kitties with health issues while I was away for the weekend. She went way above and beyond my expectations with glucose monitoring of my newly diagnosed diabetic cat, educating me, helping me research insulin and communicating with my vet. She even went to the pharmacy to pick up new insulin. She was frequently in contact by phone and text and even sent me some pictures of them chilling in their kennel. She was extremely flexible with early morning drop off and Sunday pickup times. I will rest easy knowing my cats are in good hands when I travel again in the future.

I always worry about my geriatric cat when I go away, especially because he has quite a few medical conditions and I'm very specific in regards to the care he needs. I was able to enjoy my trip knowing Ghost was being well taken care of. The hour drive there and back is worth it!

This was the first time I've had to board my two babies. They were in great hands. I got updates and videos on how they were doing while I was away. I am forever greatful for Cozy Cat Inn and will definitely use and recommend them in the future

We had to put down our 18 year old Cockapoo, who lost control of her hind quarters. They were very caring and kind, and our lovely Murphy with a belly full of treats is now sitting on my Dads lap in doggy heaven.

We love this place. We moved an extra 30 minutes away from Westlake but we still drive out of the way to drop our husky off every time we leave town. By far the best boarding place around. Only ever had one issue (with billing, not with our dog or the stay) and it was corrected immediately by the manager. Highly recommend.

I boarded my 3 large dogs for 9 nights. I am very happy with the service provided.Will be utilizing their services again very soon. All 3 of my dogs came home exhausted from their doggy spa vacation.

I'm new to the area and had to find a place for my older dog to stay for a few days. Westlake was close and they did a good job! My dog looked happy and healthy when I came to pick him up. They are actually located behind the vet hospital office. I will use their service again. I found out afterward that the vet hospital is separate so they need the paperwork for your pet too if you plan to use them.

We had amazing experience boarding dog and Amazon Parrot. They both stayed 2 weeks over the holidays, our bird learned how to meow and bark. They both seemed well adjusted and they called me with any concerns. They both will be returning for three weeks at the end of the month.

Westlake Animal Inn Pet Resort was phenomenal! This was Lord Beric's first stay here and he loved it! The staff was phenomenal and very accommodating. I look forward to booking with them again as they took exceptional care of Lord Beric.

We are very happy having our cat Mocha board at Westlake Animal Inn. This is the only place I would ever leave my cat as they take very good care of her and gets out to play which is very important. Thank you so much for the great service that you provided!

I love the staff at Westlake Animal Inn! They love my pups and take good care of them. I miss my boys fiercely when I am away but I don't worry about how they are being treated. It means so much to have that peace of mind.

Maria did an excellent job caring for my cat and dog while I was away out of the country for 2 1/2 weeks. My dog has never been left home alone for that long and did not show any signs of distress or anxiety and was happy and herself when we arrived back home. My home was clean and it was so nice coming home and not having to spend an hour cleaning up after my messy cat. She is affordable and highly recommend and will use her from now on.

Maria is an absolute GEM! I am an over protective dog mom and I don't trust many people with my fur babies. But Maria is amazing and I trust her with my babies completely. I travel alot and used to worry about who would care for my pups and if they would care for them the way I'd like and Maria goes above and beyond always. Very fortunate to have found her! She makes my life easier and I never have to worry about my babies.

We brought our dog, Max, for boarding for the first time and have to say we couldn't be happier with the services provided. They took the time, not only to reassure us that he was going to be well taken care of, but to also make sure that our dog felt comfortable with them as well before we left. They proved to be very adept at handling our pitbull. We received daily updates and pictures of Max. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Super friendly staff! My girls first time staying at a boarding facility, she came home happy. I would have liked some pictures of her over her 3 day stay but other than that no complaints!

My puppy Rhubarb has been coming here since she was 7 months old and it is her favorite place on Earth! She gets so excited to play with her friends and loves the staff. They take great care of her and always let me know when I pick her up if she had a good day or if they have any concerns.

Super thankful for Tyler and paws all out. Brought our Boston terrier penny there while we visited with my inlaws for a week. Nice clean facility ,the staff is very friendly and quick to answer any emails or text. We will def take penny back here when we are in need of boarding or sitting services!

This was my first time boarding my dog and they made me feel so comfortable! They sent me pictures while we were away and treated our dog like one of the family. So professional and kind.

I take my Bucky a couple times a week just to play. He is always so excited when we drive up. Very clean and the staff is very professional.

Keystone Kennels took great care of my dog Kilo. I was nervous leaving him alone for two weeks, but after looking at their accommodations, I was comfortable leaving my dog there. There inside was cool and clean, and the staff was really nice. They even sent me a few pictures of Kilo when I emailed them during my trip. They were very accommodating, and I’d definitely recommend them!

They're always so kind and accommodating. Love the outdoors feel, we're from the north and our dogs don't get that outdoorsy northern feel very much anymore since moving here. Staff is friendly, facility is clean. My dogs always return happy and wore out! 10/10 would recommend! I always see returning visitors like pumpkin the kitty, so you know others also think this place is great!

Awful experience. We brought 3 cats there last Monday, July 24, 2023. First of all, there was a small, yippy dog in same room. Different cage. I observed that the other cats there seemed nervous. My guess was constant barking.The woman told me this yippy dog was going home that day. NOT true. When my husband picked up our cats shortly before 6, yipster still there. Lady said dog going home following day. Didn't strike me as the cleanest, up to date boarding place I've seen. Price is about $16 per day per pet. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have a nervous GSD, who they take such good care of! I was even told by a prior vet not to board him because of his anxiety. Yet, these conditions are much better for him, as he gets indoor and outdoor access with exercise in the play yard. the staff are caring and he goes with them willingly. I am so grateful we found this place!

These folks were recommended to us by our regular kennel. Our regular kennel was booked up, so they suggested Keystone Kennels. I toured the facilities and liked the indoor/outdoor runs for the large dogs. The staff is very diligent, they put a flea/tick collar on the dog when he checks in. They bathe and groom him when he checks out. My dog has stayed here three times, and is obviously happy during his stays. I certainly recommend this facility.

Great place to keep your furry friend without worry. My dog has seperation anxiety and I board him when I have to travel without him. This facility has friendly staff even for last minute bookings. My dog always comes home happy and clean. I would hands down recommend this place for cats or dogs.

My dog stayed here for a week while we were away. He was nervous, but they took good care of him and kept me posted on how he was doing. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Amazing staff and they take such great care of our pupper! Our great dane Zeus is in the best hands when he goes to "boarding school" there and I trust the staff to take the best care of him when we're away. Highly recommend!

My dogg loved the place. Very large for them to run and play . And they keep everyone separate so the big dogs don’t scare the smaller ones . I absolutely recommend this place for your 4 legged friend!

Rachel and Armando, did a fantastic job! Our Yoshi (bearded dragon) was happy and healthy when we returned home. Rachel kept in touch while we were gone and we didn’t worry because we knew Yoshi was in great hands! We will use Rachel and Armando again and recommend to our friends.

I have two big dogs that have been boarding with Armando since being puppies. He’s always been very accommodating to our needs amd the dogs are always happy to go there. The dogs dragging me in there when we go says it all. They’re always happy to get there and never nervous. Armando handles the dogs well and isn’t intimidated at all by their size. He’s pretty great with all the animals. Highly recommend All Critters!

I recently went on vacation and had to board my two dogs. One of them is 15 years old and on several heart medications, so I was really worried about leaving her—she’s my baby. Armando and Rachel went above and beyond to take care of her. They even gave her a separate room to keep her away from the stress of the other pets. Im so thankful that I found this place to board my dogs. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend them!

We boarded our bunny Twilight this past June she was so happy and cared for, it is so wonderful there. Armando and his team are so flexible, so nurturing and helpful, there’s just not enough words on how wonderful they are and the peace of mind. I feel to leave our precious little bunny, so we definitely will be back my Twilight has asked to return in September. Thank GOD for such wonderful and caring people.

My rabbit has stayed here twice, once was for an entire week. Armando is very flexible with his availability. He is very attentive to each animal’s specific diet as well. He seems extremely knowledgeable about many animals. I’ve had no issues either time my rabbit has stayed there. She looked happy and healthy upon each pick up. He even lets her stay in a larger cage that can fit her litter box which was a game changer for me. I was able to bring anything I wanted to help her feel safe and comfortable during her stay. Very happy I found this hidden gem.

We’ve been boarding our parrots with Armando on and off for a year now. Clean and safe environment. Armando is great with them. He’s always there for us. We are thankful for All critters boarding.

It's been a very long time since we last boarded our dog Zeus. We found this place online, and after talking with Armondo we decided to go with them. They were very flexible with my crazy schedule. Armondo sent me updated text with photos of how Zeus was doing. The facilities was clean. When I picked up Zeus he was very comfortable there and was not stressed out like a previous place we have used in the past. That's the reason we don't like to board him. I believe we found a great place for us to use in the future. Now we can feel more comfortable planning a future getaway.

Armando and his team took the best care of our four pet ducks - including one that we consider "special needs" named Lenny. Not only did he ensure they were happy and healthy, but he went above and beyond when our little Lenny refused to eat, providing him with alternative healthy food options to help him relax and feel at home. He also gave Lenny A DOG BED when we told Armando that Lenny thinks hes a dog and sleeps in a tiny dog bed next to our bed each night. So caring and attentive. We highly recommend All Critters Pet Boarding Service.

Armando recently cared for our two dogs and our macaw while we were on vacation for a week. He sent videos and texts updating us on their stay. He was very flexible with a weekend pick up outside of his normal business hours. His prices were VERY reasonable. The dogs got to hang out in a home like environment which was great (no outside kennels). Our bird is somewhat high maintenance and tends to scream a lot when in unusual situations. When I arrived to pick him up he was happily and quietly swinging in his cage and Armando reported he was good all week after settling in the first day. Since pickup - he has been very chatty and happy. In past boarding situations (Not All Critters), he screams for weeks to punish us. I definitely recommend All Critters pet boarding and will definitely use them again when needed.

If you are looking for a caring, attentive individual with a heart for animals, you’ll find them here. They always provide the perfect care for our pets. We definitely love them, but most importantly, our animals love them too!

We are so happy to have been referred to V.I.C. Pet Care…we have recently moved in the area and was concerned as who would babysit our 2 older cats. Doris is absolutely wonderful and love the daily reports and pictures of our fur babies! Highly recommend!

Outstanding pet care! Vicki is execellent to work with. I cannot say enough about our sitter Nicole; she went way above and beyond regarding watching our pets and handling the unfortunate flooding situation that happened on her watch. She made sure our pets were safe and provided regular updates while we were making our 24 hour drive back home. We knew our pets and home were well cared for during this critical time. I highly recommend this pet care company, you can definitely trust them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the VIC pet sitters! I have a 20 year old cat who gets meds twice a day, subcutaneous fluids 3 times a week, and supplemental syringe feeding. These folks do an amazing job! I was on a 3 week trip and was fearful of the kitty not making it, but she was fine and perky! In addition they send you a daily email with photos, and are quick to contact you if something seems off with your pet. Many of them are current or former vet techs, and they care for your animals as if they were their own. I highly recommend VIC for the quality of care, depth of services, attention to detail, and overall top notch everything!

My 2 mini dachshund’s are my babies. VIC Pet care has the most amazing dog walkers, pet sitters around (you know who you are girls!). They put so much effort and dedication to taking care of my pups on the days my husband and I are both out of the house for work. Rosie can be so wary of new people. But by the second time she meets the girls Rosie knows that she gets to Play ball with them!!! So she is super excited! Brady …well he just wanna have belly rubs and the girls give him lots of those. We have been taking our (wild) black lab to VIC for a couple of years now. They handle her so well, and she always comes out with beautiful pearly whites! Totally worth the $$ for the non anesthesia treatment.

Phenomenal! I was just so impressed. I did not catch the techs name but she had tattoos and short hair. She came out first to explain everything. Then she did my babies cleaning - such an outstanding job. I didn’t hear my girl the whole time which means she was pretty comfortable throughout. It only took maybe 30-40mins. It was affordable. Very pleased with this place and I will return. Also have two other mini dachshunds that will need cleanings I will be back! Thank you so much!

VIC Petcare has been amazing. We are extremely wary of anyone new around our Doxies, but V.I.C. has been super with our babies. They take their time with our pups, play with them and give them all the love they want and need while we’re away at work all day. I think our doggos look forward to their new friends that come visit them during lunch once or twice a week. Money we’ll spent, thx VIC Petcare.

I could not have asked to find a better pet sitter than Sandra. It is such a peace of mind being able to schedule someone who truly cares about your pets while you go out of town, no matter if it's a vacation or an emergency. We always come home to happy dogs and cats. Her communication is great, and she provides updates and pictures from her visits. Sandra has been taking care of our pets for over 4 years. We have two dogs and two cats. They are always happy to see Sandra when she visits our house. Sandra keeps us updated as to how our pets are doing and takes good care of them. She is extremely reliable and very insightful when it comes to noticing changes in their behavior. The last time we were out of town, Sandra notified us that one of our dogs was limping. She contacted our vet and took her to the vet the next day. Fortunately, our dog only needed pain and anti inflammatory meds. We can relax while we are on vacation knowing that or pets are in good hands.

Sandra is wonderful. We have two cats, two cockatiels, and a stray cat that we like to feed. Sandra has watched our pets several times in the past few months. Sandra has a strong affinity for animals, and tries to get to know them and gain their trust. It's so nice to know that while we're out of town, all of our animals are well cared for. She also leaves hand-written logs of each visit that has occurred while you were gone. I always enjoy reading the logs when I get home, and I'm so happy that we found Sandra, the Pet Nanny of Trinity!!
