Crème de la crème! Hands-down John and Susan were masterful caring for Karma our 8 year old Airedale who has quite the personality. They came a day early to review procedures and get acquainted with the house. They were exceptionally thorough, asked a lot of questions to gain clarify and to ensure expectations were met. And they were, in fact, they exceeded expectations! They managed Karma as if they were an extension of me. They sat with her in the middle of the night for hours during a thunderstorm. They cleaned and bathed her after she rolled in poop. They played relentless search games with her and took her for long walks daily. She looked like a happy girl in all the pictures. When we arrived back home, the house and gardens were immaculate. The plants were thriving quite well. John and Susan are amazing individuals all around They are fun to converse with, comfortable and easy to get along with, interested and interesting people. I highly recommend them for any kind of a sit with or without pets. I’ve already asked them to come back if they find themselves needing a place to stay, they’re always welcome!

When Frances and Anthony came to our home, I was a little concerned they would find our two boys Barney and Ross à little to big and Ross rather excitable.. Frances and Anthony were amazing they gave them lots of attention and most importantly love and time.. Thank you so much Frances and Anthony for caring for our boys.. We would highly reccomend them. Sasha was warm and reliable, and took great care of Ofi and our apartment while we were away. Communication before and during her stay were great, we loved the updates/photos she sent, and she made sure the cat was comfortable and cared for. The apartment was spotless when we returned, and Sasha even left a little lovely gift for us. Would have her stay again! Merci beaucoup :)

Sarah and Ray are a lovely, relaxed and friendly couple. Easy communication. We felt very confident leaving Stanley and our home in their hands. Can recommend.

Matteo and Manon are a very sweet and reliable young couple who were keen to practice their English before going travelling to Australia. They communicated very well with us on the run up to sitting for us, and they had read and understood very well the welcome pack and our instructions for looking after our fur baby. They are very sensible young adults who don't drink or smoke. Even though this was the first time we have used this service, I felt very confident leaving Clyde with them. They sent us pictures and videos each day to reassure us that Clyde was well and happy. They looked after him so well I don't think he missed us at all! 😀 We can't thank them enough and wish them all the best for the future. We would recommend them to anyone as very reliable sitters.

Jayne was very reliable and kind. Our dog Tora loved her and she dedicated a lot of time looking after her. She kept us well informed and kept the house tidy and clean. Highly recommend.

Chloe was a brilliant house and pet sitter. She sent me regular photos of my cat and I came home to a clean and tidy house. I can’t recommend her enough and I’ll be asking her back in the future!

Emma is a completely wrong person for this platform! I trusted her my house and a part of her duties was to regularly send me updates with pictures of my cat. She was not willing to do it, became irritated by my messages and blocked me on whatsapp. I had to cancel her sit earler and did not regret about it. Emma did not care about my cat: she moved the cat's toilet to the bathroom under the sink where my cat did not fit and as a result he started using the sofa as a toilet. I found at least 3 urina circules on a waterproof sheets. The cat's food was a mess: mousse together with dry food in one plate! A bowl with water was almost empty! I did send a video instructions explaining how to give the food and asked to change water every day! And she did not manage to do so basic things. Emma left some dirty dishes, she did not clean and vaccuum. There was a dropped bottle of balsamic glaze (inside the kitchen closet), the glaze went outside, it became like a glue.. it was a chaos inside because she took something and did not put in order back. From the beginning Emma asked me to start her sit one day earlier because she planned to travel from Bergen and did not want to pay for one night in a hotel. So I made a change to start on the 9th of July to help her. She informed on the 8th of July that her train arrives after midnight on the 10th and she disagreed to change a ticket to arrive earlier. I was away and my friend could not wait for her with keys until 1am. I had the only possibility to open the doors with an app from my phone but not after midnight. My mother was right after resuscitation and I slept in the same room with her. I explained it to Emma and asked her to decide herself to either change a ticket and come earlier or sleep one night in a hotel. Emma replied that a hotel costed less than a new ticket. It seems we agreed on it. I was completely shocked when she ringed me 5 times at 2am to open her the doors! My mother and I were awake. Emma did not apologize for anything. She was not willing to do it. In a contrary, she often wrote me "calm down". I have sent a complaint to the helping center with the evidence in pictures. I have left 27 positive 5 stars reviews to my sitters but this time I send a deserved negative one unfortunately
