Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.
Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.
We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. Again we feel lucky to have found her, and feel she would be a great sitter for any pets!
Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.
Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.
Bard and Kim are amazing house sitters and pet care givers. I would recommend them over and over. I wish I could add numbers to the scale. They would get a 10+. Bard and Kim were super easy to work with, efficient, self-sufficient, and considerate. They took immaculate care of my home; it was definitely cleaner after they left! I would recommend them without hesitation over and over.
Angelica was a wonderful pet sitter for our dog Rosie! She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit (very responsive), and made time to do a walk through of our house/intro to Rosie prior to the sit. She was extremely reliable throughout the process, and left our house really neat. Rosie was happy when we got home! We'd be happy to have Angelica sit for us again and would recommend her to anyone!
Megan and her partner were INCREDIBLE pet & house sitters during my 5 days away last month. I received consistent communication in the form of updates & photos and I had the true sense that Megan was invested in the wellbeing of my animals and truly enjoyed being with them! My house was CLEANER than I left it (immaculate!) and she left a sweet card thanking us upon our return. Truly the best sitting experience I've had thus far, thank YOU so much!
I have had 4 pet sitters this year so far. And Liz was the best! She was wonderful with cats. She has an easy going manner and is very comfortable to be around. Very smart and she is a great communicator. She followed all directions and left the house spotless. I highly, highly, highly recommend her! I would have her again anytime!
David was a super interesting guy, we had good conversation. My place was clean, my cat was happy...he communicated with me.. David is a great house and pet sitter . He is very gentle, which my cat enjoys.

This is the only place I trust with my babies. They are great with handling my dogs, 1 is special needs. I drive over an hour from Antioch to board my dogs here. They are also extremely reasonably priced. I love that the dogs have access to yards and play several times a day. They are not just stuck in a kennel.
Duchess and Romeo love Furry Paws!! We actually live in Owensboro, KY, but with BNA and family in Gallatin, TN... we tried Furry Paws a few years ago and always return. Staff is friendly and you see same staff, so they recognize our dogs and cater to their needs. All in all extremely happy with this place, so much so we drive almost 2 hours to board them here.
Wes, Dolly & the staff at Furry Paws Lodge take amazing care of our dogs when we are out of town. They always have smiles on their faces & treat our dogs like family. Oakley & Harley love to go visit them!
My dog goes crazy with excitement when he knows we are headed to Furry Paws Lodge. He absolutely loves it there. The staff are wonderful.
I drive an hour-plus to take my dogs here. There are many closer options, but none I trust to care for my boys the way Furry Paws does. Highly recommended.
My pups LOVE Furry Paws! They get so excited when we pull into the parking lot. They can't wait to go to daycare and play with their friends and see the staff. The staff is very friendly and does a great job. I feel completely comfortable leaving my furry family members with them. ☆☆☆☆☆
Our dog was very happy when we picked him up. He was well cared for. We will use them again.
Friendly staff and a very well maintained and clean place business
Our FIRST CHOICE for our Old Man DUECE!! Always friendly staff. Wes has a great thing going at The Furry Paws!!!!
Furry paws in Bethpage. They do a great job and thanks to their noticing something was off with my springer Thatcher I can say their attentiveness saved his life. They rushed him to the emergency vet. I bet many boarding facilities would have just thought thatcher was just tired and laying around. But they know thatcher is crazy and him being lethargic had to be caused by something. Thank you furry paws and dolly and their staff for saving thatcher or what we hope to be saving his life. Still not out of the woods yet in recovery.
Cannot say enough GREAT things about Megan and Nose to Tails! Oz is a retired facility therapy dog and rescue with special needs. New to TN and was so thankful for my wonderful vet Dr. Sansom of Blue Oasis Vet Hospital for referral. They are NO Fear trained and it is genuine love for your pets that shine through! I absolutely would recommend them and trust them were my fur kids! - LaVonne B
We’ve been using Nose to Tail for a little over a year now for many occasions, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful to have found Megan!! She is so intentional in how she structures her day care and boarding; I have been so impressed with her depth of knowledge in the care of dogs. Most boarding places offer physical activity, but she takes it a step further and knows the importance of also offering mental stimulation activities as well rest periods. She truly goes above and beyond. She is flexible, reliable, and friendly, and best of all, we know our pup is safe with her. Our pup August is always thrilled to spend time at Megan’s and immediately lights up when he sees her! We drive almost an hour to get him to boarding and for good reason- I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better place to take your pup! Thank you Megan for doing what you do!
Megan went above and beyond to help with my reactive pup, Tilley. She took great care of Tilley, and we couldn't be happier with how Megan cared for us.
Highly recommend Megan & Nose To Tail (: my pup stayed with Megan a 3 week stay & she was constantly sending us updates about how she was doing, as well as videos & photos of her playing with Megan's dogs. She made us feel so comfortable & confident and even went out of her way to refill a probiotic that we forgot...she will go above & beyond to meet the needs of your furry one! 10/10
Megan is great! My puppy loves going here!
