Great Dog Care. Friendly Staff. Very clean well maintained. Excellent.

I cant praise this facility, owner and staff enough!! Every time we take our dog here she gets so excited! They treat your dog like its part of their family, and take exceptional care of them. She comes home happy and tired like she has played her heart out each visit. We lovingly refer to the kennel as "party town" because she loves it so much. I will never take her to another facility to be locked up and forgotten for hours on end. Here she can run and play and be loved on! I can't recommend this facility enough!!

The owner is so polite. She was great with my dog. She showed us around the facility and it was great, it doesn’t smell like poop, pee, or dog at all. There are a lot of play areas for the dogs and their crates are large. They returned my call and email really quickly and I had no problems setting up a date for my dog. Great service.

The pup always seems happy when I pick her up. Staff is friendly and quick. The other dogs seem to be having a good time as well

I've been boarding my dogs at Paradise for the last ten years and highly recommend it. My basset hounds, and now my young Saint Bernard, also attend doggie daycare at least once per week year-round. I often feel like my dog doesn't want to come home when I pick him up. Who wants to hang out at home with Mom when you could be frolicking in the dog parks with lot of friends?! I highly recommend Paradise!

This kennel was ok. I boarded my fur babies here because they advised the ability to view your dogs on their cameras, however I was not due to the cameras bring down for the last week. Also I think it was a bit warm on the inside for the dogs. The staff was nice though

Kind of bummed out just called to see about getting a reservation for my old boy to stay there for a few days while the wife and I went on a cruise answering machine answered and says they're not accepting new calls just bums me out because most of the reviews speak very highly

I messed up the drop off times. They allowed us to drop off our dogs so we didn't miss our flight. Took good care of our pups. Very satisfied.

My dogs wait by my garage door hopefully they have daycare today. I think they actually get depressed when they don't get to go due to weather. Kelli is the best and really cares about the dogs and cats that stay there.

O’Neal Premier Boarding is an excellent place. Have used his boarding and grooming services a couple of times and we are very happy with his attention to detail and professionalism. My german shepherd enjoys his stays while making new friends. Grooming is outstanding, specially for an GSD with lots of undercoat hair.

Thom is amazing! I have two dogs that he has watched for me for both daily daycare and boarding. He is extremely comfortable around the dogs and takes the time to learn about each dog to make sure they are happy and doing well. Thom is the first person I have ever left my dogs with where I didn’t worry about them after dropping them off, and I am so happy to have found him. I will continue bringing my dogs here and also plan on using his grooming service as well in the near future! Thanks Thom!

We are very discerning about with whom we entrust our girls and only board them when they can’t accompany us on travels. O’ Neal Premier Boarding is our first choice! We travel assured that our girls are well cared for and loved Tom’s watch.

Our doodle, Turner, gets excited as soon as I turn on Perry Road. He loves to be groomed and playing with the female dogs!! We love it here!

I felt really comfortable with Tom O'Neal groom my pup. 8 yr. old Aussie. We are friends anyway. He did the best grooming ever than any I had done before. Total satisfaction!! Will definitely go back...mike

Let me start by saying I have never boarded a dog. I was very nervous. I have a Standard Poodle pup. She stayed for 6 days . Thom was just amazing with Ellie Mae . You can tell he really enjoys taking care of your dog. I now take her for doggy day care a few days a week. She is quick to play with the other dogs. It is a very clean facility and air conditioned . He has a very nice secure play area.

SFPSS has been a wonderful solution for all of my dog sitting needs. My dog was adopted from a shelter, so he is very wary of overnight kennel boarding. Being able to keep him at home, and trust that he is being well taken care of gives me a ton of peace of mind. Each sitter I've used has been great, and always include pictures of him with updates so I know how he's doing every day that I'm gone. I've booked with them on over half a dozen occasions and every time I have been immensely satisfied with their work. SFPSS is a great service for anyone that wants reliable, affordable, and professional pet care for the animals that they love (picture included taken by my awesome sitter, Eimile).

Every time we have gone on vacation we have used Special Friends Pet Sitting. All of their sitters have been amazing! They are very respectful of your home and your pets. They adapt to your pet’s special needs and care. They always go above and beyond and send update photos during their visits. We will always use them!

I had to take a trip out of town for one week and knew I couldn't travel with four pets. Special Friends Pet Sitting Service came to the rescue in such a big way! I called Alicia the owner, and she was very caring, comforting, and understanding of my anxiousness. Melissa was excellent at coordinating the schedule. My grandpets were so loved and taken care of by AllieA and Christina! I received pictures and photos of each visit. Just look at how happy they are. I will ABSOLUTELY use Special Friends Pet Sitting Service again and again!

Outstanding company; we're so happy we found them !! We have 2 older greyhounds, and one of them is battling cancer and is a little "fragile." Given that, I was hesitant and worried to go on an overseas vacation, but SFPSS put my mind at ease. Three sitters tag-teamed for a total of 4 visits per day.. for 11 days. The sitters did a meet and greet ahead of time and diligently took notes as I explained the needs of our high-maintenance pups. They were on time for visits and gave the dogs lots of attention. They had no problems giving meds 3x per day and even adapted to feeding a bland chicken and rice diet (delivered by my friend) to one dog who developed GI issues. They also cleaned up several "results" of these GI issues, without complaint. Sitters sent texts and photos after each visit and were very responsive to questions. The dogs and house looked great when we returned. We highly recommend Special Friends!

Special Friends Pet Sitting Service and pet sitter Micaiah are amazing! They kept my pets and home safe while I was gone. They were very respectful of my instructions and kindly provided me with detailed updates & photos while I was gone. I am definitely using them again :).

Kristie and Allie were really wonderful at communication — they sent pictures and a note at every visit, which was very reassuring since Special Friends Pet Sitting Service is a new company to us. Melissa, the scheduler, was on top of things and kept us all very organized. The system they use to keep things secure is very professional and I felt secure having strangers in my home. I would absolutely use this pet sitting service again and recommend them highly based on our first experience with them.

This team is wonderful with our bunnies. We have been customers for over 6 years. Many service businesses, over time, become complacent with their level of service but not SFPSS. I have found them to increase their level of service, both in efficiency of meet and greet, access to house and most importantly, communication of the interactions with our pets.

Alicia and her team are first class. They took care of our fur babies and did a wonderful job. We never had to worry while we were away on vacation. We highly recommend using them.

I take my Golden Retriever puppy Louie to Dogtown Huber Heights for daycare 4 days a week. I cannot say enough good things about this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. Every time I drop Louie off he is more interested in being with them and his friends at daycare than saying bye to his mom. Whenever there’s been an issue they were quick to message me, and very helpful. I often look in to see how Louie is doing on the webcams and never see potty messes on the ground that aren’t addressed, or dogs fighting, the staff is always attentive and caring. Bringing Louie to daycare has been great for his socialization, and I love knowing that he’s not sitting in a kennel. Their grooming services are also fantastic, and it is so convenient to pick him up all bathed and trimmed and ready to go home. Pick up and drop off have always been quick and easy as well. Boarding there was also really convenient when we went out of town for a night. There are so many fun activities they do! It’s apparent to this very picky dog mom that the entire staff treat Louie like family. Definitely give them a try and see for yourself.

Awesome facility! The employees really care about the dogs here, and take so much time to make sure they're as happy and comfortable as possible. They even have a salon, now! I love how the dogs get to roam a bit more freely rather than being confined to kennels for hours like other places. They maintain safety while giving more freedom, it's really fun!

We've taken our dogs here before and had no issues. Well this time our one dog was "aggressive". Our dog has never been that way not even at dog parks. So they isolated our dogs because we didn't have another option to come them while on vacation. I have talked to others and they have had similar issues after having gone several times. They also told us to bring her in more often as they could train her so they just want us to spend more money on a problem that wasn't even a problem. I watched the cameras and have seen dogs humping each other and others who showed aggressive behaviors but those dogs were not isolated.

Everyone is always friendly and really helpful. They have a lot to juggle but still have great customer service. Lillian is quick and knowledgeable and her confidence makes me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. Also, the groomer was great! I don’t remember their name though.

They were really nice and patient with our baby girl. They cleaned her up really nice and didn't take too long at all.

Love this place! My dog gets so excited when she goes to daycare and just loves it there. Everyone there is just so nice. They have great communication too, so if your dog is sick, just is acting too nervous, or anything else, they will always let you know which I really appreciate! She was even groomed there because it was convenient while she was in daycare and they did such a great job with her! She's a hyperactive dog and they were able to keep her calm. Great prices, open 24/7, and friendly employees! Dogtown is a great place to bring your dog!

The environment is clean, safe, and organized, with plenty of space for dogs to play, both indoors and out. They really pay attention to the individual needs of each pet, ensuring a good match in play groups and providing ample rest time. Choosing Dogtown for my doggy daycare needs has been one of the best decisions I've made for my four-legged friend. It's more than just a daycare - it's a community of dog lovers who make every day a fun, tail-wagging adventure for my pup!

We took our dog there for boarding while we were out of town. While on our way back, we called and asked if we could have him groomed, and they really went above and beyond and accommodated our request. It was very much appreciated and so grateful for a business like this.

Update: Austin has been going here for 4 years now and I am so thankful for Dogtown! I figured I should update my review from 3 years ago, because they are still so great. They are still amazing! We are so fortunate to have such a great place near us. The staff is so awesome! We have been taken out Bassett Austin here since he was 16 weeks old and is now 7 months old. He love it here so much! The staff is AMAZING and cares about every individual dog! We are so fortunate to have such a great place near us with great staff. I highly recommend checking them out!

I usually don’t trust anyone with my dog Myla but as soon as I walked in I knew she would be well taken care of! The staff is great the manager sierra is great she reassured me that my baby would be taken care of!!! Here’s a pic of my sweet pup!

We were so happy to find Mike's kennel for our two dogs for vacation. We left the country so having our sweet puppies in a good place was very important to us! Mike was very friendly and the kennel set up was wonderful. I love that they don't let dogs run together because it gives me better peace of mind knowing my dogs aren't in any situations with other dogs. My dogs got to sleep and play together however, and the staff made sure to feed them separately still since my 6 month old Bluetick likes to sneak my GSD's food. I will absolutely be back the next time we are out of town and can't take our pups. Thank you Yarwood Kennels for taking care of our dogs so well!

The dogs love going here. Yarwood has a great set up and they clearly care about the dogs and making sure they're comfortable. It's our go-to boarder.

I've been using Yarwood since 2009 and I had used his service about 8-10 times. His business has grown so much I can see why. The price is great and the kennels have lots of room when my dog stayed each time he was always happy there. Mike is also good in communication when I arrived home earlier I just texted him and he will arrange time for me to pick up with no issue. Great person too.

The high rating is because of the quality of care provided. The owner was upset because the billing policy was questioned and canceled a boarding reservation 2 days before we were leaving town. Unprofessional to say the least. Pay the bill, don't ask questions and things will be fine.

Love this place! So happy I found them and they can accommodate my Dane. She absolutely loves them and can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive. Have used them for years and will continue!

Yarwood takes good care of people's dogs, lets them run every 2 hours, and is secured so they can't get loose, and is very clean. Mike is ok, too.

My dog gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot, he can't wait to get inside. He knows to walk to the right for boarding. I don't worry in the slightest when he is being boarded. The girls that work the front desk are always so chipper and friendly. I know he is getting treated well while he is being boarded.

We know without a doubt our boy gets the best care here... every time! Seriously, all of the daycare staff are amazing... no matter who greets us at drop off in the super early hours, or at pick up, we are always met with kindness and a smile... and our boy is always happy to go there... he loves everyone! Same with lodging staff... they keep us posted and send pictures when we check on our boy, and that does wonders to help us not feel bad when we can't bring him with us. You can tell the staff cares for their guests like they were their own family.

Everything about Tipp to Tail is great! Reception team members are all so pleasant. The play rooms are clean and very well managed. The love and care they exhibit for Tucker is appreciated. We have used multiple services including daycare, lodging and grooming.

Grace is wonderful! She does an amazing job on our standard poodle. She is highly skilled and makes our poodle look gorgeous which others failed to do. She also loves her like her own. I even hold off having her groomed till Grace is available.

It was our first time boarding and I was out of the country for a couple weeks. So, initially I was a bit anxious at leaving my dog for that length of time. But when I arrived he seemed happy and content, almost like he hadn't realized I had been gone that long, which means he must have been having a great time making friends. Thanks for taking care of my baby.

Niko was a guest for 4 days and was well cared for and attended to. Staff and caregivers are very friendly, attentive and professional. Overall, a great experience for both us and our little fur baby. Both the receptionist and the young man who brought Niko out to us when we arrived to pick him up were very nice. The "grade card" that showed us Niko did well while we were away from him was very reassuring.

We love using Tipp to Tail resort and spa, they are always friendly and respectful. Our dogs love them too so we know they get treated amazingly while there. I forget her name but she sits at the front I deal with her most of the time I come in. She is amazing! Always has a smile on her face, all of them do which is great to see right when you walk in. They seem like they want to be there and it shows.

We have used them many times but this time we were let down. We have three small dogs that are attached and for some reason they separated one of them during the 5 day boarding and we don’t really know how this happened. Clearly not the end of the world but we put our trust in them to take care of our puppies and this in our opinion was a major let down. Our three puppies are use to being with each other 24/7 and to separate the youngest from the other two was a mistake on their end. We were unaware of this until pick up and the way it was handled was very unsatisfactory and left my wife and myself very irritated with them. We are very detailed people and verify things and pay for extras so please if you chose to use them ask many questions before you leave.

Dr Jim is simply the best! He is patient and kind with my dog and I always trust his opinion of what's best for her. He has this amazing ability to empathize with the animal

I feel confident that my dogs are well taken care of when they stay here. The facility always appears clean and the staff is always very friendly and excited to see my girls. I don't know names, but everyone I spoke with was wonderful! I have pretty high standards in boarding facilities because I used to run premier kennels in Columbus and Cincinnati. Tipp to Tail exceeds my expectations and I feel good about leaving my pets in their care when they can’t come with us! I appreciate their strict vaccine policy as well as their health insurance option. Very well ran operation from what I can tell!!

Ted and his crew are so enthusiastic and reliable! There's no one I trust more to board my dogs with. This is the first year I've needed to board my dogs, and thanks to the great care they provide at Happy Tails I've been able to take multiple extended trips without so much anxiety for my beloved pets. They love coming to stay and play on the property. Happy Tails also has great resources for training opportunities. I can not recommend them enough if you're looking for pet care. The rates they provide are incredibly fair and affordable, and Ted is very friendly and personable!

5+ stars! Happy Tails exceeded my expectations, and gave the most amazing care for my three dogs while we were gone for 5 days. Ted was very personable, and provided updates during their stay. Each dog was handled with care, and was able to enjoy their stay— which meant soo much to us! My pups were nice and exercised, and comfortable! Ted was amazing to work with :) Highly recommend, and will return for any day camp or boarding needs!! This place deserves more stars!

Cheryl and Jim, Our dogs are family, so when we go away, we want to feel confident that they are safe and well taken care of. We have found that place in Happy Tails. Their cages are clean and the runs give our dogs the choice to go outside when they want. As they acclimate, the dogs have time to get to know their neighbors and interact with them. They are observed to assure that they all get along safely and enjoy this togetherness immensely. The dogs also have opportunities for various activities. In this country setting the dogs may be taken for long walks in small groups. This gives the animals more opportunities for exercise and socialization. The dogs are always being observed for their comfort or any issues that might arise. When we return to pick them up, they are happy. I would definitely recommend Happy Tails for your peace of mind and your animals well-being.

Happy Tails has been a lifesaver for us and there is NO OTHER " home away from home" I would want our big boys staying at. Our Golden Pyrs are going on 3 years old and were not social but after a lot of research we decided to try out Happy Tails. Ted was so helpful and welcoming, gave us a tour and answered all our questions. He's a big dog lover, which is important, and very knowledgeable about their behavior. He was confident that they would do well with doggy daycare (playtime) so we tried it out. Never thought we'd see our pups mixing with other dogs so we were AMAZED to pull up and see them running around and having fun in their play group. They love Ted and love having playtime and group walks. He loves our boys like we do. It's hard enough when you have to leave your pups for a week at a boarding place, but you can feel good knowing that they will get that love, fun and attention at Happy Tails. Surely gives you peace of mind. We just got back from an 8 day vacation and the boys were bathed, happy and in good spirits (which totally wasn't the case with our last boarding facility). Ted sent us pictures while we were gone of our boys having fun and was available if we had any questions. We're not afraid anymore of leaving our boys because we know that Happy Tails really is their "home away from home" and they are loved. Would give 10stars if we could. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

My eight year old pup, Neville, has loved his time at Happy Tails! We have boarded him a handful of times and he has been so well taken care of. He loves the interacts he has with the other dogs, and the time Ted and the staff spend with him. The ease of the indoor/outdoor runs means Neville is in a similar environment to home. We will be using Happy Tails often in the future!

My pups have been vacationing here for years! It is truly a home away from home. The facilities are clean, safe & well maintained. The dogs are treated like royalty. Their staff is the best. **Amazing Dog Boarding Experience! Highly Recommend!** I can't say enough great things about Happy Tails. There are plenty of other boarding places around, but we drive an hour round trip to board our dog at Happy Tails. The staff is very friendly, professional, and passionate about animals. They took the time to get to know my dog, ensuring they understood his specific routine and needs. The facility is clean and spacious. My dog loves the indoor outdoor kennel run. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he is being well cared for while we’re away. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. From ensuring my dog had his favorite treats to making sure he was comfortable and getting good exercise, they went above and beyond. When I picked him up, he was happy, healthy, and clearly had a great time!

We boarded our dog here for 6 days and were very happy with the care and attention given to her. She is a nervous dog but was completely at home when I went to pick her up. Daily walks are available, as well as open areas where dogs can mingle if ok with the pet owners. The facility is clean and well run. Will be using Happy Tails again. Thanks

Charlie doesn't hesitate going inside the door for daycare. Also, he actually gets to play with the other dogs and has a good time. The time spent at Cross Creek is not just daycare but they also teach pets to get along. When Charlie's happy, I'm happy.

Decent kennel. The good: The pricing is very reasonable. Add on’s are great and don’t cost much. Easy appointment set-up. The bad: One of our dog’s meals were skipped, and when we called to inquire if it was skipped the day we picked him up because we were later than expected they got defensive and gave a vague answer. He had a few scratches on and near his nose, nothing crazy, but he’s tussled with many other dogs smaller and larger than him and never seemed to have an issue with aggression given or received. This isn’t necessarily a bad, but they didn’t offer to show where he would be when we picked him up or dropped him off. They leave you in the small entrance room.

When we dropped our dog off we met the owner and he was very helpful. He was able to answer all our questions and walked us through how the boarding works at their facility. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to board their fur babies. Thanks for taking care of ours.

The owner Dan has many years of experience with canines and is starting his kennel to share that experience with his customers. The kennels were very clean and inside was air-conditioned and heated. We took advantage of the training that he offered while boarding our dog. He did an excellent job and showed us how to continue training at home. I would highly recommend this kennel.

Never get another Shepherd from anyone else. Great people love there dogs.

Rob will take wonderful care of your furry family! He looked after our 3 cats for a week and charmed our scared girl out from under the bed within a few days. Prompt and clear communication (daily pix and text updates) and going the extra mile (cleaning up hairballs, bringing empty trash bins back from the curb) really set him apart from the pack. We were out of town for 9 days and do not like using a kennel. We hired Rob to take care of our 2 poodle mixes. He did a great job! Kept us up to date via text. Will definitely use Rob again and highly recommend.
