I absolutely love the staff at Happy Hounds and my 4 dogs love them too! They actually sing ( howl) when I pull up in the parking lot, then they drag me inside, never even looking back to say goodbye. ❤️❤️❤️

VERY happy with the staffs here. They are knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. I boarded my dog for 10 nights here and was very worried since this is the first time she was boarded and because she is a rescue, she gets little timid with strangers. The staff did amazing job caring for her. She seems healthy and happy (with as little trauma as she could have possibly) and they gave me a good update on how she was during her stay here. Facility isn't huge but clean and does have a lot of dogs coming in and out. They have a large room/outdoor area for dogs to roam whole day. Highly recommend them.

I love this place. I usually have trouble finding a place to board my rescued American bulldog mix. We have had him for 13 years. He has never bitten anyone but can make the scariest sounding growls and barks, to keep people and animals at bay. It usually takes a long time for him to warm up to a new person. I left him there for a trial, just to see how he would do. They called me within 30 minutes. He was running around, wagging his tail and eating out of their hands. I still can't believe it. They just have a way with animals! The place is super clean. The people are friendly. The prices are fair. I highly recommend this place!

My dogs just love this place! When I drop them off, they don't even look back at me anymore. They know where they are and can't wait to get in there! And when I pick them up oh my God they are happy to see me but are also very satisfied and tired. They come home and go to sleep 😊💖🐕💗🐕😊 just can't say enough about Hemingway's happy Hounds! They are the best for a play date or boarding even Grooming!!!

Hemingway Hounds is by farrr the best doggie daycare around. Too bad it's located in twin falls, I just moved back to boise! They are so wonderful to all the animals they watch. We take my grandfather's dog there occasionally and he's always wagging his tail when we walk in and he wags his tail when we pick him up! They also have a treat bowl on the counter and my grandpa's dog knows right where it is and how to get to it, he's so funny, it's basically a free for all on the treats if the wonderful workers don't hide them from him. We've also met the owner and she is just so incredibly kind and caring. I wish I could take my new pup there, but I'm stuck with camp bow wow!!! Great job guys keep up the great work! 😀

They treat our dog Max like a rock star. He can hardly wait to get out of the car when we pull in their parking lot.

First time here, and it went so great! I have big dogs and they admittedly they can be a handful, the service is friendly, fast, and very skilled at what they do! Definitely recommend box of barks for grooming and daycare!

Zeus and I both LOVE box of barks. He goes every Tuesday and Thursday for daycare, goes every 4-6 weeks for a grooming date with McKenna. And this was his first time being boarded over night for 4 days, and I was nothing but impressed. Every single person who works there is extremely personable, and amazing with my Fur baby. We love McKenna, Bailey, and Amy to just name a few, but seriously have not had a single bad experience with anyone there. 10 out of 10 love them and trust them. 🤍🤍🐾🐕‍🦺

Trisha did a wonderful job grooming and bathing Riley. He is very nervous about grooming and she said she went slowly with him and that he did well. We will definitely return to Box Of Barks

They always do a great job on my dogs grooming. We are regulars and they are great at helping me schedule appointments and they know my dog by sight and welcome her by name which helps her feel comfortable when we come.

I’ve been taking my dogs to be groomed here for 14 years. We moved to Hailey 12 years ago. I tried to find groomers up here but was never satisfied. Box of Barks treats me and my dogs with respect and they do excellent work.

This is my go-to for boarding, day care, and grooming. My Great Dane is a nervous nelly and can be very skeptical of new people, but she LOVES going here. I can tell they take great care of her because she gets so excited as soon as we pull up, and she drags me through the door each time. I’m so happy to have found a boarder we can trust with my sweet fur baby!

Very nice in dealing with my dog who has some reactive problems with other dogs. They were careful and attentive to my dog's needs and she got a very nice grooming. More than five stars in my book!!

Scooter loves this amazing place. The staff are attentive and always a smile when he arrives. He gets so excited to go there, and I hate to admit it but, it is nice to have a tired dog at the end of a work day knowing he had a great day with his friends!

We love boarding at Box of Barks! Everyone is always helpful and kind and they remember small details about our dog and his behavior. They work with him to correct unwanted behavior, which I love!

Had our fur baby boarded here unfortunately! I specifically asked if they were having the mystery kennel cough issue and was assured that they didn't have it and hadn't had cases in over a month. Well our boy stayed there for 2 nights and came home with a bad cough!! Don't trust a word they say!! This kennel does take in any and all stray dogs!!

They were awesome with my pup who likes to bite, well, bare his teeth I should have said. He hasn't bitten yet. He went right to them because they didnt act scared of him. This place is awesome!

They did a good job bathing my dog but every time I take my dog there she comes home scared which is understandable but this last time she came home like she has been hit and abused. She won't eat. She just shakes. Not cool.

They had the U-Haul I needed and they helped me load my car in the car dolly. I guess their main business is grooming animals and such. I was just happy that they had what I needed to tow my car home. I had taken the hwy 50 trip through Nevada with my uncle and the car did fine until we almost got back to salt lake I was able to limp the car from salt lake to wells Nevada. Then was able to limp it into Jerome Idaho. So thank Windswept Kennels for having what I needed to finish might trip hom

My dogs love the people there.

I ended up with a dog in my yard about 2 years ago who needed a bath and H/C badly and they took him on the spot with FABULOUS results!!! And the fee was reasonable!! I no longer live in the area however I am taking my "baby" into the Jerome Vet next month for an "international" Vet Check and will book her here before I come down. Lovely staff and great service!!

They are awesome with our dogs ages 1, 6 & 11. My dog Clancy totally loves going here (6 years old) and they put up with his tipplickle mini schnauzer barking and are extremely gentle with the 11 years old part Maltese mix my mom's got. And do the hair cuts just how you want them. And prices are cheaper than anyone else in the area.

It was my first time taking my 3 year old standard poodle to daycare and I couldn’t have chosen a better place!! They were very kind in giving me a tour of the place and explaining everything of how pumpkin day would look like and they kept me updated on how he was doing and my favorite part of the whole thing was they give you reports cards of how they did that day. Highly recommend 👍🏼

All the staff was so nice and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving my pup with them for his first visit. He has not been able to successfully have his nails trimmed in the past but they were able to do it! I'm very pleased, the price was great and I'll definitely bring him back! Thanks Dogs Den!

My dog absolutely loves everyone here. They take such good care of my girl and she always comes home in a great mood. She is so excited to go and goes crazy when we pull up to the gate. 100% recommend to everyone with a fur baby!

Last month, I had just moved to Twin Falls and was looking for a doggy care center for my Golden Retriever and American Pit Bull. Following my veterinarian’s recommendation, I brought my dogs to Dogs Den, and I’m delighted with their experience. The environment is very clean, the staff is professional and caring. Dogs Den is now my top choice. Thanks to all the staff at Dogs Den for their excellent service ❤️❤️❤️

Myles seemed happy but I was never sent a photo or message on how he was doing, I paid extra for them to spend more time with him by doing a painting project which was cute, however I would like more info on how he reacted to everyone there.

I boarded my dog for a few days; turns out she was anxious without me, so the staff at Dog’s Den placed her in the quiet playroom, where she would eventually sit on a lap. She was bathed and beautifully brushed out, as requested, when I picked her up. They notified me that she exhibited anxiety colitis and instructed me on follow up steps. I’m very pleased!

Absolutely fantastic. So grateful for all the care and attention Dog Den gave to my teacup poodle overnight. Extremely clean, organized and well run. Will definitely come back. My dog felt like a VIP.

Friendly staff and our Golden Retriever, Joy, had a blast in her play groups. She came back smelling great, freshly washed and pampered. We had a great vacation and so did she, thanks to Dogs Den boarding, daycare and grooming.

We love taking our Chica to the Dog Den! We never worry about her safety or well-being. The staff are always happy to see us and remember Chica. She is a happy dog when we pick her up after her stay.

We were nervous about leaving our new puppy for a long weekend but our nerves were gone when we walked in and our doggo happily walked off with his tail wagging. The facility is clean and secure , and communication was wonderful! When we picked him up he was clean, happy and fed and we would trust Dog’s Den again with our dogs , any time. Highly recommend!

We adopted a 2.5 year old Bully 6 months ago. We almost considered having to rehome again due to some of his behaviors. We found Saragold training and did private lessons and a group class and even friends and family were shocked about the changes with in 2 weeks. They gave us advice and training tips that really helped us and him transition into his new home! Then we needed a place to board him while we went away for 5 days. We did do boarding and a tune up to keep him active. Which we were also apprehensive about because he used to get picked on by another dog in his old home and he has never been boarded. He gets anxious around other dogs especially bigger ones and not being around us. At the kennels they were able to get him around other males and bigger dogs with no issues he even played! They even sent photos and videos. Everything through Saragold has exceeded our expecations. We will continue to do trainings and boardings through Saragold and highly recommend them.

What a great experience I had with both of my dogs. One in S.T.A.R puppy, and one in house manners. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and very supportive! We will be back for more classes. The only thing I would have liked is a little print-out of the next weeks classes!

It is really hard to leave our fur babies (because they are just part of the family) but know Saragold takes excellent and loving care of each of them. Saragold loves each dog are uniquely as we do. They even took pictures of my Chiweenie as she is getting old and they wanted to remember her as she was. They know each dog’s personality. Love this place and what they bring to animals. We have used this place for years and would trust no one else with our fur-family.

Our daughter and her dog have done puppy class, obedience, agility and soon trick dog. They love all their group classes and private lessons. We highly recommend Saragold.

I had a private training session with Brittany and my dog Nix today and it went so well! She does such an amazing job at explaining everything in a way that completely makes sense. I am so excited to be working Saragold Kennels for my dogs training needs!!

First experience at it was great! We needed our large (95#) lab boarded for a week. All went great, he made friends. Will use again! The owner and staff have extensive experience with animal care and training. Will look to take classes in the future as well.

Brittany and her team are great! We’ve gone through a few different classes, different dogs that have different needs and she handles them and us well. She is patient and thorough with us.

Brittany and Kindi were outstanding in accommodating our dog's needs on short notice. This was her first visit there and she returned home comfortable and relaxed. I will not hesitate to leave her there again.

I cannot say enough great things about Malerie and how she cares for my pup, Maddie. I had tried several different sitters around Twin Falls, and Malerie’s house is maddie’s absolute favorite by far and is the only sitter we use now. She is so sad to leave her house every time she’s there. Malerie is flexible and provides consistent communication about Maddie and what she’s up to. It seriously takes so much of my stress and anxiety away about leaving Maddie with some one else. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

My dog Coco loves here.Couple things I like here: 1. receive cute pictures of Coco. 2. Flexible drop off and pick up time. 3. Willing to give meds if needed. 4. She really care about dogs. Coco has good time every time board there. Highly recommended.

I took my wiener dog in for laser therapy to help heal from IVDD and, after 2 sessions, she is walking by herself and is so much more comfortable! These guys are always so happy and helpful! I'm just so grateful! We have hope for her now! They are so helpful and I appreciate everything that they have done for me and I look forward to seeing and hearing the success stories! I’ve been having my dog groomed by one of the groomers here for the last year. My dog always looks great afterwards. My kids always say she smells nice too. Alyssa is always nice and does a great job with great work. We have been happy with the service and care our dog gets.

My dogs are regularly groomed here and the groomer always makes them look the best. There are times that they need to be a bit shorter than I would want because of mats in their fur, but that's really my fault for not brushing them as often as they need. I love the little bandanas they get and they always smell like sugar cookies.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have been loyal customers since they opened and they have gone through 4-5 groomers since then but we’ve tried to continue being customers to support locally. We take our dogs to be groomed so they can look clean cut and not shaved like rats. Today our dog was completely shaved with absolutely no warning (down to the skin looking like a rat) and guess what, they wanted to charge us extra for it too! The owner was extremely unfriendly, and just somebody I don’t want to trust my dogs with. I can easily shave my own dog at home and not pay $85 to have somebody else shave them. They also raised their prices without any warning at all, there should have been communication about raised prices before the service was completed.Very poor communication and definitely will be taking my service elsewhere.

Alyssa has groomed our goldendoodle and Aussie doodle for the last year and they are by far the best groomer we have ever had for our doodles. Alyssa has also listened to our wants as customers, grooms them so cute, our dogs always smell wonderful and Alyssa always gets all the mats out of their doodle fur. Our dogs Lucy and Ernie love going to see Alyssa!!!

This place is awesome. Due to unforseen circumstances I was much later than planned on. The ladies there patiently waited My dogs all got nails trimmed. The service was quick, the place was immaculately clean. Everyone was friendly. My dogs are happy. I highly recommend.

We love this place almost as much as our fur babies did💗. Dawn was so sweet to send us pics & videos of our 1 year old, very energetic border collie, Lily and 5 month old kitty, Lazlo. Lily loved playing with the other dogs & really enjoyed the swimming pool! Lazzy pretty much had run of the office. Would highly recommend them & Lily & Lazzy will definitely be back.

First, the Spaw was super clean!! No bad smells. Staff are super friendly. Our first time ever boarding. Believe me, this was a hard decision because we just don't board our animals, ever. We watched how Sadie Mae's reaction to the facility and other dogs evolved. She was calm, not scared, and loved the big backyard. Our tour was thorough and put our minds at ease. When we returned after 4 days she was excited to see us to say the least. Sadie was clean, and not skidish. Happy to see us but not crazy to get out. No issues when we got home, which was a huge relief. Dawn you have a great business and caring staff we wish you well and would never hesitate to bring our Sadie Mae back!!!

Maria was my girl Ripley's groomer today and she did a great job! She called me for more information on how I wanted the cut and discussed it with me further when I picked Ripley up! We love the Spaw! Ripley says "Thank-you" ❤❤❤

Dawn (owner) and Jared (groomer) are two of the best in what they do! We have taken our Miniature Schnauzer (Olive) twice now for grooming and she loves it there. Jared comes and visits with you about your pet's needs and what you want to see. I haven't had this happen with a groomer in a long time. If you want a fantastic grooming experience for your pet, I highly recommend you give The Spaw an opportunity to show you what they can do!
