Always love when Lisa and Rock come to watch the girls. They are reliable and I don't have to worry about a thing.

Having Den and Annie stay with Thor, Tulsi, Garnet and Moonshadow was the best peace of mind I could have asked for. Not only was I able to focus on my work I had the ability to sleep while I was away without the worry that the fur-kids were having a challenge with me being gone. Den is an excellent communicator, provided photos and great commentary of the events on a daily basis. He is clean, organized and I came back to my home in perfect order! The fur-kids were happy and Tulsi did not display any signs of separation anxiety!! What an amazing sit! Annie is sweet and well mannered. She gets along with all fur friends without any challenges. I can’t express my appreciation to Den and Annie for providing the companionship that the gang needed while I was away on work. Den and Annie are welcome back to our place anytime. Our door is open and the fur kids welcome you both with open paws!

Helpful, kind, considerate! Erin listened to the details, kept my critters safe and healthy for my return. I had a full body exhale seeing how clean my space was when I returned home late last night. She even put clean sheets on my bed. An absolute delight - I hope our paths cross again!

Besides being great people, Austin and Beth are GREAT sitters. They took amazing care of our home and our pup; we were honestly afraid he would leave with them. These folks are pros on every level and they go the extra mile. They gave Dr. Pepper a bath and made us dessert from our fruit as welcome home gifts. You'll be lucky to have them.

David and B took great care of our precious pups and our house. This was our first experience with zeewoi and David's wealth of experience and reassurance were very helpful. He was happy to communicate with us and sent cute pictures which is always a bonus. Thanks David!

Trish was absolutely wonderful, and so was Penelope, her four legged travel companion! At first I was wary of having another dog stay with Maple for a whole 2 weeks but it turned out to be the best decision!!! Trish would send us tons of adorable pictures of the dogs cuddling, going on walks, watching bunnies and playing with each other! When we got home the house was absolutely spotless with the sweetest goodbye note written by Trish. We would definitely recommend Trish and Penelope to anyone and would love to welcome them both back to our home! :)

Candice is truly one of the best! She’s communicative, sends sweet photos of our kitties, is clean, and I was so comfortable trusting her with our home and cats. This was Candice’s second time sitting for us and I hope she can sit for us again in the future! I’m so happy to provide a high recommendation for her :)

If you are fortunate enough to have Nan and Sandy as your sitters, you will be able to fully exhale and relax on your trip. They are extremely organized, wholehearted, reliable, and thoroughly experienced. The moment they entered our home for a walk-through, our senior cat Poseidon instantly felt comfortable. They were wonderful about sending daily pictures, often with a dash of humor, and they even created a new cat toy for him, which continues to be a wild success. Our home was also just as clean as when we had left, which is of course a huge bonus. I hope we’ll be able to book them again in the future.

This was the only difficult sit we have had in several years and 17 different sitters with TH. It was originally planned for 6 weeks and we always meet our sitters for an orientation and to get a "vibe". She could not meet us ahead of time. However, since she had a five star rating, we took a risk and left without waiting for her arrival which was much later than expected. By the end of the first week we were frustrated with her irregular and snarky communications. (She was often too "ill" or "tired" to give us updates on our aged kitty.) At one point we were afraid she might need medical attention since we were unable to reach her for almost 24 hours so we asked a neighbor to check on her which she found very upsetting. Later, when the neighbors complained that a man who appeared to be living out of his car was parking at different places in our neighborhood and going to our home to stay the night we'd had enough. Since we were 2000 miles away, we contacted TH and our neighbors for help and ultimately told her to leave. After our neighbors escorted her off the property we discovered the kitty box was overflowing and his fresh water dish was empty. Our closed off master bedroom was being used as a storage facility for her/their personal items. To her credit however, she did take the time to vacuum and straighten while the neighbors waited to ensure a smooth exit. A neighbor immediately changed the locks and the garage door code. A troubling experience.
