Great price and never had any issues with both of our girls. And to the post below about the bowls....I believe we have them, we are boarding our dogs this week and we're planning on returning them. They just made a simply mistake,no big deal. Merry Christmas.

I picked my dogs up this morning and they’ve got two really nice Yeti bowls - one white and one black. This place stole them and then insisted that I’d never dropped them off. I’m furious - they didn’t even look, they just blamed me. I’ll change my review when you give me my belongings back. I’ve been a customer since I joined the army in 2010 and came to Bragg. I don’t know who is running this place now, but the lackadaisical attitude is a real downturn.

This is me after another day at the spa Urban Dog. Where the staff gives me the royalty treatment. My daddy takes me every 2 weeks. My new designer scarf just adds to my collection, my stylist Kim is amazing.. a definite must go. -Chewy

Update: We used to take our dog here for boarding and grooming and they were great. However, we boarded our dogs for a trip this summer and had a poor experience. They were given specific instruction to feed our dogs separately because one is food aggressive, and they called us first day saying they got into a fight because they were fed together and they recommended they be fed separately, even though we told them initially. Thankfully our dogs were ok but it could have ended badly. They also called us once they ran out of food even though we asked them to let us know prior to it running completely out so we could have a family member take them more. Of course, by the time they called we had no choice but to pay extra for their food and our dogs had to eat a food they weren’t used to. We also paid them to give our dogs a bath and when we went to pick them up they both had their nails trimmed and they were brushed but only one had a bath. They said they were afraid to give the one dog a bath, not sure how they weren’t afraid to trim his nails but couldn’t give him a bath. Not to mention if you’re afraid of dogs why are you working in a facility with all different kinds of dogs? On top of everything they tried to charge us for more nights than they stayed. Thankfully we double checked before swiping the card. They just seem to have gone downhill or need to get a bit more organized. Either way, I would not trust my dogs here again.

Love the friendliness and convenience of Urban Dog! I was in a pinch with boarding my dogs for a weekend out of town. The staff was very professional and patient with same day boarding and host of services that I know my Border Jacks enjoyed. I will definitely recommend and will definitely visit again in the future!

Many pet sitters and boarding facilities CLAIM to love and care for your dogs like you would. Very seldom do you actually see it for yourself. My dog barely wants to go home at the end of the day. The employees know how to pair dogs together according to their personalities vs their sizes. They take pics and always make suggestions for boarding based on your budget. Convenient to Fort Bragg and is my go-to place when i need to leave my little guy somewhere for vacation or during the day when i have a unit-level exercise that drains my energy. I bring my dog home so tired that he snores loudly like an old man. I love Urban Dog and recommend them to everyone i know bc they really are top-notch. Dont believe me?? Well look at the pic of my smiling--yes smiling--dog that they sent me. I know he is in great hands.

Urban dog posts plenty of pics of our dog playing outside with other pups and he comes back smelling great when we request the grooming service. We've taken him places where he comes back home a little sad, but every time we've dropped him off here, he's super happy.

We love Urban Dog! This is the only dog boarding service we use in Fayetteville. My 12lb Shih Tzu loves playing here, and the staff takes great care of him. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. At check-in, you have the option of buying treats for your pet during their stay, and I always get a little something for him to make his stay even more exciting! I wish they were able to send picture updates during his stay, but I'm hoping that they build that service in soon!

Pets are family and Blessed Oasis gets that. In those times when I'm not able to take my three dogs with me on a trip, they are my first choice for boarding. They take such good care of them AND I absolutely love that I can check in on them through the cameras 24/7. It's a bit pricey, but I never worry that they are in good hands so the peace of mind is worth it.

I take my two schnauzers to Kelly for grooming. They absolutely LOVE her and look forward to their grooms. Kelly is thoughtful and attentive we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our boys!!

My dog had his first visit and the atmosphere so warm and the staff is so inviting. My dog found ease and calm with the staff and the groomer did an awesome job. He smells fabulous and he walked out with a different kind of strut in his step. Lol, thank you guys, y'all are an awesome team! ❤️

Quincy does the best job with my two little pups, and they just love him! The staff members are always friendly and know our names when we walk through the door. Such a friendly and welcoming place.

From scheduling, to meeting the groomer, to picking up my pup, they were kind, professional, thorough and did a wonderful job grooming my baby. I will definitely return to Blessed Oasis.

Amazing!! Fantastic!! I cannot say enough. We have 4 senior doggies that I am always worried to take anywhere, but we were able to rely on them to care for my babies so we could actually get away for a bit. They were well cared for, clean, and did not seem overly stressed when we picked them up. Senior doggies take a little extra love and patience, and they made sure to give them just that. I am so overly impressed! Thank you for caring so deeply for them and assuring my nerves while away!

Service is great here and staff is happy and energetic. Makes me feel safe about leaving my animal with them. I don’t like establishments that force additional fees. (Not referring to tips) It’s a lie to advertise prices when that’s not the real cost. Saying the fees are to keep from raising prices makes no sense when you are literally raising the price still. It’s just being done in a dishonest way. I would still recommend going here as the staff is great. I just think it could be managed better.

This was my first time boarding a pet and my first time away from my Doberman! I was super nervous! The staff was super friendly and I loved that I could watch him on camera. He had his own private patio that allowed him to go out as he pleased! I witnessed staff come to give him love multiple times, along with time outdoors to play with other dogs! When I picked him up he was well taken care of and all of his things were returned. They even washed them for me! I definitely recommend blessed oasis and will FUREVER use them to board my Apollo!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for years and I have no complaints that I can remember. I prefer to get him groomed here with Kelly because she’s given him the best haircut he’s ever had. I also appreciate that they have cameras for when he has to board here, and I can check on him. It is very sad to see him waiting for me to come back though 😭. That’s the thing about leaving him here vs w other people, here’s he’s lonely but at least he’s safe. The last time I used a rover sitter he ended up with a broken leg two days into his week long stay. That’s never happened at Blessed Oasis. The staff is great as well. They always remember who your dog is. I love when I bring him in, even after much time has passed, and everyone is excited to see him. Even sometimes I come with my mom’s dog and they ask about mine lol. They do need to put the pricing back up on the website though.

Rey was so awesome with Zeus and Khloe. He gave them lots of love and attention throughout their entire stay. They looked so happy in photos of them enjoying play time. When I came to pick them up they were happy. You can tell they were very comfortable staying in the cottages. Luv this place and Rey loves his pup guests. There is no one better to take care of your pup! We drive more than 2 hours to drop off our girl for boarding and we are always so impressed with how well Ray takes care of Sami. We love the private Facebook group where he gives daily photo updates of each dog. His prices are fair and the facilities are very well maintained.

I’ve known Ray for a decade and he has always been kind with a love for dogs. I recently needed a boarding solution for my 2 poms for a few weeks. Ray graciously agreed to care for them. The facilities are so impressive and I’m amazed at how Ray has grown his business over the last few years. The dogs get their own kennel (about the size of a garden shed) that is heated and cooled with blankets, a crate, and toys. They have access to the outside 24/7 and even a choice of a wading pool or large swimming pool. Ray personally cares for the animals along with his team and you can tell they LOVE him! I went to pick up my dogs and they didn’t want to leave! It was clear they had an amazing time. The prices are fair and quite honestly the service is better than you would experience at other boarding facilities. 5 stars!

Best experience I had with a boarding facility. My doggy came back energetic and happy. Ray and his team really dedicates time to each dog in his care, definitely will be using his services again.

Ray’s Dog Sitting is an exceptional long term and short term dog boarding facility. Ray conscientiously takes care of each of our dogs as if they were his own. He has a true love for animals and knows the personality of each dog. Reserve early as he fills up!

My mom has brought her two dogs, Waylon and Lucy, here for a few years now. One has some behavioral issues towards strangers but they worked through that with my mom on her facility tour. They have wonderful cabins with their own play yards and so many toys!! Her dogs always have the best time and she never worries about if they are safe or stressed. I would happily drive several hours from where I live to board my future dogs here. Thanks so much to the staff for loving and taking excellent care of my family!!

A rare five-star review ... This place is awesome. The dogs have their own air conditioned cottages and get play time with Ray or staff several times per day. My pittie actually barked at ME when I came to get him and his sister. He thought Ray adopted him, I guess. 😆 A really excellent place with amazing prices.

Ray's is a great location for your fur babies! With a total of 13 cottages all with their own fenced in patio. The dogs all get attention and during the summer if your dog is a swimmer there is a large above ground pool for them to enjoy. Also each cottage has an air conditioner for those hot summer days and heaters for when the temps drop. We are in the process of remodeling all patios so by summer the dog village will be fully remodeled. I bring my dog here and will fully recommend anyone bring their dogs here! One thing to remember is we fill up around holidays so get your reservations in as early as possible. Reservations are taken 1 year in advance and there is no cancelation fee!

Such a cute facility where each dog gets their own little hotel room with patio. The dogs all get played with and fed the owners requests. My dog is like one of my children and I trust that she’s cared for how I would care for her there.

Found LifeTime Pets to board my 3 dogs and 2 cats while I was in the process of moving to Europe. The price was great for me for the extended time of 3 months. They were always available by phone, sent pictures, and even made the time to Skype me so that I could see them. Everyone was super friendly, and the owner went above and beyond to help get my animals ready for transport, from vet visits to putting together crates. My dogs always looked happy and were given the attention they needed. I'm extremely happy that I chose LifeTime Pets!

I stay in Fayetteville often with family and anytime I need to board my 3 big dogs and my 1 handicapped dog (2 legs) I bring them here. They are the most invested boarding house I've had in a really long time. I get pictures anytime, I call often (I'm that dog mom), they're so transparent, organized, and genuinely love the animals. Drop off and pick up is a breeze, even on the weekends they make it work. I just couldn't say enough nice things!

We have used this place seriously like 20 times to board our dogs and we love them. The guy who works here is super great with dogs and you can tell he takes good care of them when they’re there.

Our dog LOVES going here. The staff spends most of their time engaging with the animals and getting them in a routine which is super helpful. We have only boarded and used their grooming services, but I’m now considering taking our girl here once or twice a week for daycare. Great find!

When I was living in Fayettevile, I had to do a long term boarding because of the situation I had going on at the time. Krystal and her staff treated my cat Jessica like she was one of their own. Great price and all the staff are great.

This place is AMAZING! I was a little nervous leaving my leo in someone else’s care while I visited family for Thanksgiving. It’s hard even finding someone to board a more “exotic” animal, let alone one that knows what they’re doing. But Krystal and the staff at Lifetime helped ease my anxieties and took excellent care of him. Krystal even sent me a couple of photos during my trip so I knew he was safe and cared for while I was away. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need someone to watch him!

We started bringing our boys here when we returned to Fayetteville this past year and we have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Our boys used to be stressed and worked up when they got home from being away, but they come home happy and relaxed when they leave LifeTime pets! They’ve been wonderful for our family the past year and a half and we can’t recommend them more.

Keightlyn the groomer is absolutely amazing . I got my little Leo from the animal shelter, and he really needed a makeover . When I seen him , I almost cried . She’s loving , kind , patient and thorough . Her communication and responses are always on time and professional . I would recommend her every single time . Thanks

Keightlyn is the absolute best groomer I’ve ever encountered. My dog bounced around to several groomers that tried to crate him despite my requests not to, but that is absolutely not a problem with Keightlyn! She is so kind and considerate! All my dogs go here now and I will continue to bring them here. The prices are very reasonable too! I cannot praise her enough and you will not regret your choice in coming here for your pet grooming needs. 🐾

Don't even bother, booked them two weeks in advance.. got 2 out of 3 dogs fixed as well as all up to date shots (influenza too! 🤣) just to get told our dogs weren't up to date because they needed the boosters as well. Actually got a call the day before CONFIRMING our reservation! Mind you we were leaving the next day at 5am out of state for 7 days.. either way we called a handful of other kennels and we actually got told they had made up some lie to people because they overbooked. Smelled so bad too! Just don't even try with them. We found a way better area, cheaper, and nicer owner. DOGS BEST FRIEND in Southern Pines!

I love this place! Lucy has been going to daycare for a little bit now and she loves it. But they went above and beyond last weekend when we boarded her. A cold front came in and I when I looked at the pictures they post daily to FB, low and behold there is my baby in a sweater that they had put on her! I guess they have sweaters there for the dogs! Just amazing. They really cared about her comfort. And when I went to pick her up, they had washed the blanket I left with her! I HIGHLY recommend Dog Days Inn if you love your fur babies!!

Parsell is the best boarding and grooming in the area! We have taken our 2 Yorkies there for boarding and grooming for over 6 years and Mrs. Song has never disappointed. She is personable and truly cares about the well being of your pet. Her prices are also the most reasonable in the area. I highly recommend!!!

Today (10/29/22) was the first time we brought our 3 cats to Song Parsell and we now know, will NEVER take out cats anyplace else again. Song's compassion for our three babies brought my wife to tears. DO NOT let appearances FOOL you. Song Parsell is, in our opinion, the CAT WHISPERER!

Booking appointments and services were quick and easy through an app given by the staff. Anything from grooming, play dates, baths, and nature walks are easy to schedule. Even when to feed our friendly pup was manageable through the app online. The accommodating staff called to verify all that was scheduled and helped along the convenience of the clean and amazing facility. We have been going to five pets since our great dane loved her stay. Took our new bud and he was a happy pup upon pickup and arrival. He smelled so good and felt so soft. Very satisfied customer. We will send him back again.

I use to board my dogs many years ago, and loved rhis place. Recently I adopted 2 cats that have never been boarded before. We took a vacation and 5 points watched our Bella and Chloe for 8 days. They came home and adjusted back to their normal routine. I highly recommend 5 Points Pet Resort. They treat your pets like their own. We will most definitely use them again. My little Nico was a typical "street thug" when my daughter rescued him. He had such long hair we couldn't keep up with it. Finally, we were able to get all his shots and an appointment for a haircut. WOW!!!! He looks like a different dog!!! Sooooo adorable!!! Probably lost a couple pounds and he was only a 12 pound dog! Great job ladies! I know Nico feels much better. Thank you all so much!

Our sweet girl has only been boarded one other time in the seven years we have had her. Five Points Pet Resort took very good care of her. They kept us posted daily on how she was doing. When we arrived to pick her up, she was happy and looked like she enjoyed her stay.

I am so happy we found Five Points Pet Resort for our boys!!!! The staff is great with them and when we have to go out of town for a day or two, I know the boys are well taken care of!! We couldn't ask for a better place to care for them!!

Recommend to anyone looking for a place for their pets when away. The staff is so friendly, caring and you can tell really loves all the animals that stay with them. Our shepherds come back happy, healthy and most importantly exhausted from their stay!

My puppy had so much fun! We reserved a luxury suite for him, and we were able to watch him through the security camera. Each luxury suite has its own TV (that way our furry babies can watch it) but also a CCTV camera (for us to watch over our baby). We added nature walks during his stay, and he was able to go on walks on the property to see the cows and nature. He also had so much fun playing with other dogs! 10/10 hands down the best boarding facility for dogs.

The staff was very friendly and the groomer was so sweet I love her personality. I will def be going back and my cat service was a bath which didn’t take long at all. The business was neat and clean and they even offered free water for customers.

Five Point Pet Resort is a gem! They treat my two basenji dogs like family and I feel the love everytime I drop them off. They have a full staff who are truly attentive and mindful with your pets. I love their transparency with their policies, prices, and allowing me to see my pups sleeping space in order to get comfortable before their first visit. Truly amazing group of people.

Hi, this is our second time using 5 points off of highway 211 to have our dog groomed. He usually gets a bath nails trimmed and a haircut. This time they also added a de-shedder to his coat. However he was dropped off at 8:30 and I asked for him to be done by 1:00. Because I had no one else to pick him up. I do not feel like I should have been charged the daycare fee because I asked him to be done before 1:00 so he could be picked up at 1:00. He was not there all day till 5:00 like I had talked to the lady about before.
