Glynis and Alan are fabulous house sitters and I would rebook them in a heartbeat for my next trip if they were not otherwise engaged. My cat was unwell during the sit and they took great care of her , visiting the vet and managing the medication she needed etc. they engaged with Charley and Louie who were very happy campers when we arrived home. They kept in communication with us via WhatsApp sending updates with photos and videos which made us very comfortable during our trip. The house and garden were also very clean and tidy. Highly recommend them even though this probably means it will be a challenge to book them again ! Thanks again Glynis and Alan.

I don't even know where to start. Alana and Jason were simply amazing during a house sit that, well, could have gone better (on my part!). This was my first time choosing sitters that had to travel from overseas, and I was a bit reluctant at first, but the fact that they had previous experience with greyhounds, plus a very reassuring video call made me decide that they were worth it. And boy was I right! They were great at communicating beforehand and letting me know when they had arrived in NZ and what they were up to on their trip while they made their way towards Wellington. Met them in person the morning I was leaving and I left feeling pretty confident that the girls were in good hands. But then a week into my trip I had a sudden change of plans and had to return home a week early. They were super understanding and flexible and I was happy for them to stay. But then the day after returning I tested positive for covid so that threw another spanner in the works. I offered to isolate in my room so they could stay, and in exchange they took care of the girls and even cooked for me! They honestly were incredibly helpful and super nice to be around. Very quiet, respectful and took great care of the girls, plus they cleaned after themselves and even weeded the garden! Absolute legends in a not so straightforward sit. I would ask them to sit again in a heartbeat!

Valeria and Kevin were amazing. They looked after our two dogs and two cats exceptionally well - lots of photos and I never had any doubts about the care of the animals for 5 weeks. Russ sat for us for 10 days while we were on holiday, looking after our cat, Ella. He came to see us before the sit so we could show him around and he was easy to get along with. He arrived on time and kept the house and garden in good order while he was here. His communication was ok and he sent us some pictures of Ella once asked. The only thing which marred the experience was when we arrived home, we found old food and mould in the cat food bowl which suggested that it hadn't been cleaned regularly enough.

Chloe and Stu were fantastic!! They looked after our dog and two cats over the New Year break. I had constant updates, they were always making sure everyone was happy and well cared for. We were worried about the fireworks over New Years but they created extra games etc to keep Ellie busy - really appreciated the extra steps they went to. They left the house super clean and we would not hesitate to have them back again! Thank you both for making our holiday so easy to have knowing our fur babies were looked after so well :)

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care. Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
