Great place to take your pet for boarding! This was the second time using this facility & everyone is super friendly & you can tell they love animals by the way they interact with each one that comes through their door. My pooch was not as excited to go home this time because he was having such a great time in group play with his other furry friends!

Pet Suites took such good care of my baby He had a great time with the staff. They also have amazing groomers that did a great job with his hair cut. Thanks Pet Suites for giving my Bear an awesome vacation away from home.

This facility goes above and beyond for their clients! From the first day Polly visited, they’ve messaged me when they are having special events or if they have any questions about Polly’s care. Courtney, Simon and the rest of their team are the sweetest people you’ll meet. Polly quite literally launches out of the car when we get to daycare each morning and is so happy to see everyone who’s there. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Excellent staff! It's been some time since our visit but I hadn't forgot to post a review! They were so very accommodating and understanding of kaiser's and our needs! First time taking my Fur-son to PetaSuites. He had a ball, made friends and slept all night when he got home. Wonderful experience!

Absolutely wonderful place and staff! My German Shepherd has been groomed there, boarded, and has done day care there and it’s been a great experience with all of it. Would highly recommend.

Big thank you to Pet Suites Liberty Twp for a great boarding experience for our 2 dogs. We did a tour before boarding and knew right away they were a well-run facility. During their 3.5 day stay, we received frequent updates/report cards and the ability to see them on video made us happy to know they were being well cared for. We even were able to get training sessions for our young labradoodle who needs to learn to walk better and manners for not jumping up on people. Now we have the tools to continue the training at home thanks to video and written step by step instructions and tips for success.

Update: The last 2 visits have been very good. The team takes good care of my dog to make sure he has the best experience. What I like best is the all day daycare. By time he gets home he is wiped out. All good signs that he had a good time. Highly recommend I very rarely have a bad experience at PetSuites Liberty. Although due to a miscommunication, my dogs last visit was not that enjoyable, at least not for me. Given there was a 'fumble' the manager quickly recovered the ball and quickly corrected the situation. Initially I wasnt sure if I would allow my dog to go back but I'm open to giving that location another chance.

My dogs had a grooming and bath appointment!! I have a Chihuahua and a Cocker Spaniel!! Their appointment was at 9:00AM, my husband dropped them off, he stayed and met the groomer (Day), she asked for his cell phone number as a backup number in case they had any problems and couldn’t contact me!! (DAY) called me and wasn’t able to get in touch with me!! I didn’t know she had called until a couple hours later, she never reached out to my husband!! She left a voicemail stating my Cocker Spaniel was matted on his legs, so when I called her back, again she said his legs were matted and she needed to cut his legs closer than before!! So I said ok, when they finally released him several hours later, she had shaved his whole body including his skirt!! Never once did she mention any matting on his skirt!! I called to speak to the manager and was lied to about having the manager call me back!! I finally spoke to the manager on Monday!! MISSY the manager telling one lie after another!! NEVER APOLIGIZED!! ALL SHE DID WAS MAKE ECUSES FOR (DAY)!!!! I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY DOGS BACK THERE!!!! BE WARE IT TOOK THEM FROM 9:00Am to 4:00pm to MESS MY DOG UP!!!! Here are the before and after photos!!!!

I love The Fetchington! The staff truly treat your pets as their own. When I’m traveling- in particular for an extended period of time- I know I can leave my pooches there and not worry! The photo updates help with missing them. Highly recommend!!

Whenever I say to my Goldendoogle, do you want to go to Fetchington, he gets so excited and is ready to go immediately. I often tell people it is like doggie Disney World. The Team at the Fetchington is outstanding; I know when I drop Herbie off he will be well taken care of and given an opportunity to interact and play with other dogs. I absolutely love the structure the team maintains as it is a great mix of play, rest, feeding & sleep. Finally, I don’t how the Fetch Team does it, but they get some awesome photos that can be reused in your Christmas cards 😊.

Our dogs had a wonderful stay at Fetchington. They are both small terriers that were rescued out of situations of abuse. The staff at Fetchington was wonderful. I had some strange instructions for them like never pick them up, etc. and they did everything I asked for and more. They updated me through texts and put my mind at ease. I could tell that they really enjoyed having the pups there as well. Usually when I get the dogs back from a boarding facility, they are nervous wrecks for the first couple of days, won’t eat, won’t sleep, etc. They came home so happy and healthy from Fetchington. we will be lifelong customers.

Love everything about The Fetchington for boarding our two spoiled pups! They post adorable daily pictures, accommodate our feeding and medication requirements, and best of all … they give a lot of love!

Our dog attends daycare at the Fetchington and when we are out of town she has extended stays here. We all love the Fetch! Our girl loves to play outside with all her friends and is exhausted at the end of her daycare day… just the way we like it!! All the workers are top-notch and love all the dogs in their care. We love it so much and trust the Fetchington to take care of our girl so much that we schedule our trips around the availability of a suite for our girl. I can’t imagine putting our girl anywhere else when we are out of town! They are the BEST!!

I have two older Havanese that were not socialized properly when they were younger. They are not the best around people they do not know. I was very nervous about taking them for the first time last year. I had never boarded them before. The staff was very helpful and informative, and took such great care of my babies! When I came to pick them up three days later, they did not want to come home with me! I wouldn’t consider taking my dogs anywhere else! They have since been overnight on one other occasion and have a couple reservations coming up. I don’t even hesitate anymore!

The Fetchington Pet Hotel is the perfect home away from home for you dog! Our dog Chevy goes to doggie daycare there twice a month and he is a guest at the hotel when we go out of town. The owners (Tonia and Josh) are incredible. They are welcoming, accommodating and have put their heart and soul into making the Fetchington the premier place for dogs! The staff treats your pets like their own, they always have smiles on the faces and you can tell they love what they do. Follow them on Facebook and you will see that they capture all their guests daily with fun pics so when you are away from your pet, you get to see all the fun! I highly recommend The Fetchington!

Absolutely the best! We haven’t boarded our dogs in several years so we were nervous about having to board them. This place was absolutely wonderful! Our dogs were loved and had so much fun. Seeing pictures daily of them having fun and spending time with the other dogs made our day. Highly recommend The Fetchington!

Fetchington watched my 2 dogs for 11 days. My dogs have never been boarded or went to a dog park as they have always been watched in my home. I’d give them a 10 rating if possible! From working with me and them on a few day stays to get them used to it to making sure they could stay in a suite the entire time, their focus was to make sure the dogs were happy and comfortable! I have nothing but high praise for how they run the business and keep us informed. And if you’re worried about not having live feeds to your pups, don’t worry at all! They post daily pictures of the dogs and available any time I’d you have questions! My dogs came home healthy and happy! Highly recommend!

First time ever boarding my pets and the staff here really helped me feel at ease. Did a couple check ups and they were very accommodating. There was a list from the individual one on ones with notes about their time with my pets as well. Also the person who checked us out clearly knew our pets and their personalities when describing the time with each of them. As a loving pet owner Pet Palace really made me feel better about the situation and this was a very positive experience.

PetSmart West Chester took up to 4 hours to groom Raven and alleged every time they couldn’t finish and blamed her age, I think they just want to get pets in and out and didn’t have the expertise. Thankfully we took our business here, because Niles finished her groom in 2 hours and did well with my senior dog. Pet Palace had patience and doesn’t give up on seniors.

Our 14yo Morkie has stayed at Pet Palace multiple times. We usually get the web suite because we like seeing that she is okay. They never seem to mind when I call and her suite is clean at all times. The added piece of mind is well worth the cost.

We have been using Pet Palace for several years now and absolutely love them. They are so good to my boy Kylo and I swear, every time I drop him off, they always know who he is before I even say anything (and they have a lot of staff and dogs). I always know my baby is in good hands when he is there! Also, on Valentine's Day they took the most adorable pictures of him without me even asking, or paying. It made my day.

I took my cat for emergency bath today. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating!! They took great care of Luna girl! She was all clean and happy when she came home!!! Thank you, Pet Palace for taking good care of Luna🐈‍⬛😻 …

My wife and I LOVE this place. It’s new so it’s really nice and clean. We’ve only used PP for grooming and couldn’t be happier. Charlie is always happy to go here too. He looks and smells GREAT when we pick him up. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They were flexible when we weren’t able to get to our appointment on time.

I have been bringing Mr. Oscar here for day care and for boarding almost as long as they have been open, and the experience has always been fantastic. He pulls me to the door, excited to show up for fun with his pals, and he always hesitates to leave, which tells me he is a happy camper! Everyone knows him on sight and gives him a big greeting when he walks through the door--a bonus that makes it clear that the staff love to see him as much as he enjoys seeing them. And when things don't always go as planned (because dogs sometimes can do strange/unpredictable/goofy things) the staff--especially Taylin--always respond quickly and professionally to my concerns. This is why I keep bringing Mr. Oscar back, as I have full confidence that he is receiving topnotch care and attention.

We cannot say enough about this place and the humans that work here. They have fun events for the animals, like the Puppy Bowl! My pup ruined his toys on the way one morning and I didn’t have any to leave for him. They found him a toy for the day because they didn’t want him to be without. My pup looks forward to his drop offs when it’s that day of the week. I really can’t say enough good stuff about Pet Palace - we’re lifelong clients! Take your animal here, you definitely won’t regret it and you won’t feel guilty about leaving them either.

Such a great place ! They continue to out do themselves . If you need daycare or boarding this is the place to go . Their customer service is awesome .

We love pet palace West Chester! They take such good care of our girl Jenna. She is always exhausted when she comes home after a weekend. We keep bringing her back!

We’ve been taking our 2 dogs to this place ever since Olivia started here a few years ago. She does an outstanding job with them and is the exact person you want with your pets. Hannah is also incredibly sweet and fantastic to work with. All in all, if you’re looking for a place that you can trust to not only do a very good job with grooming, but also take excellent care of your pets: this is the right spot.

My puppy was out of control because he had way too much energy! I started taking him 2-3 times a week for doggy day care and he is a completely different dog! The best part is knowing that he is being cared and receiving the same love he gets from me while he's there! I highly recommend!!

So happy to have found this place. My 2 dogs loved staying for boarding over Thanksgiving week. Felt sad leaving them during the holiday but the staff made sure to give them extra special love. They have a Facebook page and post pictures frequently. It was great seeing my dogs on their page and happy. My senior dog was even playing and enjoying his time there. My foster was hesitant at first but ended up not wanting to leave. They were attententive to her as she was a foster and had gone through some trauma before. Great place to send your loved fur babies! The price is also very, very reasonable.

Our dogs LOVE it! They attend several days a week and are always so excited to get in the car for daycare and weekend sleep-overs. Holly and staff are exceptional! We love being part of the Ruff House family!

My dog loves to go to daycare here. I take her Ruff House a couple times a month when I have to go into the office. It is reasonably priced and I will be using them for boarding and I travel. I would recommend it for any dog that loves to socialize.

Four dogs I have loved have been boarders at Animal Ark when I travel to visit family. The last two, Buckwheat and Millie have also been regular campers during the week. They have been well treated and loved by the staff. They were not fearful when dropped off for boarding because they knew they would be in camp during weeks they were staying at the Ark. I don’t feel guilty about leaving my pet in their care. My current dog Millie is always excited to be there! Thanks to Dakota, Mira, and Brianne and others and all those who preceded them! We love Animal Ark!

Everyone at Animal Ark is so amazing and friendly. Mazie loves going there and playing with all her friends. Especially when they have the pools filled…to say she is a water baby is an understatement. Staff is extremely interactive and creative with the activities they plan. Friends and family have all seen the photos and can’t believe they do a better job than most child day cares. But hey they are our fur babies too! We are counting down the days for her to heal from surgery and be able to come back.

Thank you so much for taking care of Sophie and Toby. After they were groomed and taken to the vet, I’m happy to say that they’re both doing so much better and seem to be happy and comfortable with me and my family. I’ll never forget your kindness. 💕 I want to add to my review. Both cats were in terrible condition after having lived with my elderly aunt for years. They were completely flee infested and their fur was so matted that they couldn’t walk or even lay down properly. The black and white cat (Toby) was 15 years old before he passed away a couple of months ago. He was so much happier and comfortable with my family before he passed. Sophie (the black cat) is now living with my dad who is taking amazing care of her. Animal Ark took very good care of them by making them so much more comfortable by shaving them (which I cant begin to imagine how difficult it must’ve been) and getting rid of the flees. They were so gentle and kind to both kitties while in their care.

It is wonderful. The dogs all have a great time. And my little guy runs to the door to go in. The staff really cares for the dogs

Animal Ark Pet Resort is great they really helped us out when we went out of town for a couple days for a wedding. My dog has NEVER been away from home and is always nervous anyway. He seemed to be at ease when we dropped him off and very happy when we picked him up also. Thanks Animal Ark for a positive experience for our doggy Rosco!!!

We have always had a positive experience with Animal Ark, whether daycare or boarding. Everyone we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to provide kind and compassionate care for our pets, we’ve been taking our pets several years. Appreciate that we are given an overview “summary” of pet’s stay upon check out and usually a daycare report. It’s great having Animal Ark as a resource to care for our pet when needed.

Our first experience there and they did an amazing job on our Goldendoodle puppy. He was a farm dog with 9 months worth of hair and extreme matting! After taking him he looked like a completely different dog. His cut looked so professional and he smelled so good! With all the work they put in with the bath, cut, nail trim, ear clean, I paid $70. I highly recommend them and they will have a lifetime customer!

I really like Animal Ark. I've been taking my pets there for years, for grooming and occasional boarding. I have always had a good experience and their staff has always treated my pets very well. I like how they consult with you each time you arrive, to be sure they know exactly what you'd like done during the grooming. My sheltie dog Kirby, goes there regularly for grooming and he always comes out tail wagging, and looking great!...his fur and nails are trimmed as requested, and he smells really good too! Not only are the groomers great, but the front office staff are always very friendly, and try to accommodate my requests for certain dates when I call, which I appreciate, because sometimes there's so much to juggle! A couple of years ago my husband became ill and unexpectedly had a long hospital stay. On a moments notice Animal ark was able to board my dog and 2 cats immediately...and I was so grateful for them. All things considered, I couldn't be happier to have such nice people at a location nearby.
