Happy Trails is the best. Every sitter that works with Happy Trails is professional and provides the utmost care for our old basset and crazy labradoodle. They send pictures and updates. We never have to worry while we are out of town because our pets are taken care off. Just look at my happy pups while the team took care of them.

Amazing experience! First, Sara is QUICK with communication and linked us to Mariah, our assigned pet sitter, expeditiously. Mariah met with us prior to initiating the visits. She was gentle, thorough, and awesome with our dogs. I had ZERO worries when leaving town. Mariah did a fantastic job and sent frequent updates with pictures of our two babies. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

I had this company watch my dogs while vacationing and they were unable to open the door with key pad and was unable to locate my home key that was outside as they recommended. They were unable to get a hold of me due to a long flight and they were unable to find the key and they broke my lock to enter my home. They were apologetic at first and they did find the key afterwards in the place I described. Then they offered to replace the lock with the same mechanism and I agreed to this. They did replace it but it was not the same one and did not sync to the security system. I reached to them when I arrived home and noticed this discrepancy. Their response was for me to fix it myself and the box it came in was on the counter. I was shocked with the lack of professionalism and will never consult this company again.

they did such a terrible job on my dog. he was so cute and fluffy before and they shaved him all the way down. do not recommend

The front desk staff (especially Christine), the groomers (especially Rachel) and Francine, the owner, truly go above and beyond the call of service. My 11 month old Doodle, Disco, has never looked cleaner, smelled better, walked sassier, and been happier with his buzz cut for the hot summer months. We will 10000% be back and can't encourage others enough to book your appointment here!!

Adorybull has been bathing,grooming and boarding my frequently smelly 100 lb Chessie for 5 years, they are friendly,professional and great to the animals. My dog loves them so much l just open the car door and she runs to the door! l can’t say enough good things about this place, l love it!

I've boarded my elderly dog several times now at Adorybull. He is always well-cared for, and the staff is friendly and seems to really love all of the animals in their care. I don't really like leaving him, but Adorybull makes the whole process easier, and it's very much appreciated.

My dog loves coming here so much that she beats me to the gate and tries to open it herself. The staff always give her plenty of rubs and love, and they spoil her to the point where she even expects morning hugs while boarding. I highly recommend this place for any grooming or boarding needs.

Laura and her grooming team are so friendly! It was my first time bringing my anxious, snippy dog in after moving from out of state. My dog previously only went to one specific groomer specialized in dogs with behavioral issues because others could not handle him. I also had given him sedatives in the past for this. Thankfully Laura was able to fully groom him without any medications and he turned out great! He's not an easy client so I am super grateful that they had the patience to work with him. I am so relieved I've found a new groomer for him.

I've taken my pups to Adorybull for many years now and I have always been very pleased with the services. I would highly recommend them for both grooming and boarding. Mrs. Francine and her crew are the very BEST! If you want a more personable experience for your pup with plenty of outside time in the fresh air, instead of them being placed in an indoor facility full of barking dogs - you need to call Adorybull! Mrs. Francine actually cares about the dogs and it shows...our babies are always happy to see her :)

They always take very good care of my dog while he’s there. Whenever he’s good for a bath, he comes with a little bandana ☺️ Never had any issues of complaints! I love this place

Very clean facility and super friendly staff who made special accommodations for my dog aggressive fur baby. I could tell by his behavior at pick up that he was well taken care of. Our dogs have been going to Lucky Paws for a little more than a year. They are high energy pups who come home completely exhausted. We alternate their daycare time so they can have free time away from each other and socialize with other dogs. We have kenneled the girls on a few different occasions. Each time the staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive. The girls become so excited in the car and obviously love everyone there. We can relax knowing they are in good hands.

Great place to bring your pet if you’re heading out of town. My dog loved being there and playing with all the other dogs. The staff was really nice. They even allowed my diva of a dog to have her laundry basket that she sleeps in. Only recommendation for the owner would be to fix their video feed as it is very choppy, more like seeing pictures rather than a video. I would definitely use them again.

Lucky Paws is a great place to bring your dog or cat. The staff truly cares about your family. Just ask anyone who brings their pets there. The dogs are just excited to get out back and play.

I had to board my very nervous rescue dog (Luna Dotson) unexpectedly due to a last minute change in my trip. I was extremely worried because she has never been boarded before and she is not the most social dog. However, she had a GREAT time at Lucky Paws and I felt like they took really good care of her...I loved being able to watch the webcam and follow her daily activities with the "pet tracking" feature. They treated her so well and when I picked her up she was so happy (and very clean!). I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to board their dogs, it was a wonderful experience and very affordable!!!! Thanks Lucky Paws!!!

Excellent ! Ready for our next visit. Thanks for taking care of our fur babies ! This place is filled with friendly, caring staff who were professional and polite. We enjoyed watching our pups play with the other dogs, via the free online Webcam. They got some much needed social activity with other dogs. Easy to make reservations. Easy to drop off and pickup. No complaints here. I hope they update the Webcam a little someday, the frame rates are very slow, but they served the purpose adequately enough. We appreciated the exit bath and nail trim, both were affordable. Attached is a screen shot of one of our pups (Einstein) playing in the small dog room, as well as a picture of both clean pups when we picked them up.

My Bernedoodles Maudie & Harper get so excited when they go to Lucky Paws Daycare - they love it. Lucky Paws has a great staff, their folks are very helpful!

Staff went above and beyond when I called, as I had an unexpected issue, causing me to be unable to get back in time for the scheduled pickup. Again and again, they prove their value, flexibility, and provide the highest customer service and why they are our first call for when we board our Belle (who ABSOLUTELY loves it there and always needs serious rest afterwards), kudos to the Lucky Paws Team!!

We board our dog at Lucky Paws at least 2-3 times a year. Over the past 5 years, our dog, Denny Crane loves going there! When we take out his bag and put his food in it, he starts barking! Denny can’t wait to go! When we arrive at Lucky Paws, our dog is greeted by name and he never looks back! Love how he gets so much time out to play. I love seeing all the dog greet each other. The staff and owners are professional and helpful. We look forward to each trip knowing our dog is cared for by great people!

Immediate response from the owner when we inquired about pet sitting. Very evident that they love animals. Easy to set up an account for their many services. Ark Angels treat your family as their own. Also provide medication administration if your pet requires it. Highly recommend.

I have been using Ark Angels pet care services for a few months now and it has been wonderful. Nadia and our dog walker Michele are very responsive and listened/met to our needs. I can easily contact them and get a quick response. As for Michele, she is absolutely the best. I have complete piece of mind knowing she will take great care of our pups. She is very considerate, and always keeps us updated.

I have always had a great experience with Ark Angels! They respond to my requests immediately and I feel at ease being away from home when they are watching my pets. I love that they will bring in my mail & water plants as well! They take the time to not only clean up after and feed my two cats and dog, but they spend time with them so they're not so lonely when I'm away! Highly recommend Ark Angels Pet Care for your pet-sitting needs! We have 2 cats and have used the service on multiple occasions, with one of the fantastic pet-sitters, Jennifer, coming to our home to take care of our fur babies. They are trustworthy, our cats LOVED Jennifer, she always provided us with daily updates via text so we knew how the cats were doing, and provided an information sheet for when we arrived home with detail from each day we were away. She spent time with our cats ensuring they not only were fed and litter boxes cleaned, but she played with them, brushed them, gave them treats... some nice TLC they needed while we were away. I never felt concerned when Jennifer was watching our cats. Ark Angels Pet Care is professional, caring, punctual, and I have absolutely zero complaints! Nancy, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and super responsive, as well!

I love Ark Angels Pet Care ! My sitter is so good with our pets ! She even spends extra time with our older dog who needs a little help getting up and down the stairs. She sends us pictures and text updates to let us know how they're all doing . And when we got delayed on our return she responded immediately to our request to add on visits. These folks are professional and our pets adore our sitter!

Our experience with Ark Angels Pet Care was great and our two kitties were taken care of very well. The process was smooth and their staff was very prompt with scheduling and organizing around our ten-day vacation. While on vacation, they sent daily pictures and videos of our cats which we looked forward to every day. When we came back the litter was cleaned, water was full, and food bowls were clean too. For two cats it came out to ~$20/day which I thought was reasonable. While I can't speak re: dog-sitting, we would definitely recommend this pet sitting service for any cat-owner. In fact, we will be using their service again for an upcoming 5-day camping trip.

A great service! I recently had Holly look over my four rats while I was out of town. Holly provided me with daily updates and was excellent at following the care instructions I provided. It is such a relief to know that my pets will be cared for while I'm out of town! I would recommend Ark Angels Pet Care to all pet owners.

Very professional service. We were referred by a coworker of mine to take care of our cats and they went above and beyond to follow all of our detailed instructions and even send me updates and pictures of our cats every visit! They also kept our apartment clean from litter and did some extra things to make our cats as comfortable as possible.

I used Faithful Friends for a weeklong cruise trip. I’m always nervous to leave my dog and cat behind when going on vacation but after initial conversations I knew that Faithful Friends is prepared and has my pets happiness and health in mind. We set up a little meet and greet before our trip to go over everything and was very happy with Julia. She had a lot of experience and our dog and cat were immediately comfortable with her. I knew they would be in good hands with her. During the cruise we received updates after every visit. Including lots of pictures and descriptions on how they were doing. Faithful friends is very communicative and attentive. I will definitely be using them again! Highly recommend

Wonderful experience using Faithful Friends to watch our pup while we were away for a couple of days. Faithful Friends saved the day for me! I can't recommend them more to watch my sweet doggie. I was stuck in a jam with a last minute cancellation with a dog sitter and they are complete heroes. I have an elderly dog who has never been kenneled and was I searching for a way to keep her in her normal environment during a 3 day absence. After extensive research I selected Faithful Friends and will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and clients. From the meet and greet visit through each visit while I was away, I received journals of exactly how she was doing complete with pictures and comments. Julie and the team were outstanding. Great communication. We felt really good going out of the country just after meeting Julie and our sitter, who, by the way, did an excellent job handling our bully breed (Rott). Daily check-ins with a lot of photos. The photos were not necessary every day but I am sure there are some who would like that. Maybe every other just to save yourselves a lot of labor and effort, but it was appreciated.

I was in desperate need of their services. They were able to find care for my dog within a few hours. Easy to work with, and kind. Making payment is easy and they also leave a journal so you will be at ease and with pictures of your pet! They exceeded all of my expectations!

My husband and I normally travel with our dog bo, This past vacation we weren't able to bring him along so we finally decided to give pet sitting a try. Bo was a little shy when first meeting Cassie, but The more she came over bo got use to her and was even smiling in the photos she would send us! Kathy is a truly wonderful dog sitter. Our dogs have stayed at a kennel before and didn't seem to like the staff very much. We decided to look for a dog sitter as an alternative to the kennel for our most recent vacation. Kathy came highly recommended, and she did not disappoint. She communicated frequently and make sure our dogs got lots of attention! I'm not sure they even knew we were gone! We will definitely use Kathy again when we need to go out of town.

My 7 month old puppy Lucie had her first ever daycare experience at The Fetching Post. I cannot say enough great things about this facility. My girl was very nervous and scared at first with the other big dogs, the staff recognized this and separated her to take a break and then one by one introduced her to other dogs so it would be less overwhelming and stressful for her. Once she got adapted to a few dogs, they incorporated her into the larger group with much more success. Within a few hours she was happy, and playing with the other dogs. They sent a report card home at the end of the day with her progress and her new friends she met at daycare. The patience that the staff had to assure she had a pleasant and safe experience was remarkable and that they took time to make sure she felt comfortable with the other dogs when she was scared. I will be using this facility from now on for my daycare and boarding needs! Highly recommend.

I am so happy with the way everyone treated Moses so kindly! The price for a bath, blow dry, brushing, nail trim, and cologne was extremely affordable, especially for a 100-pound dog! I'm highly impressed with the whole facility! We will definitely make this our grooming home!

Got all three dogs done, one with epilepsy as well as one that’s 9 months and they were amazing! I will only take my dogs here from now one! Everyone there is so polite and inviting and you can tell they love dogs I highly recommend them

I used to bring my dog to this place religiously every week, starting when he was just 9 weeks old. Initially, everything was perfect—from the staff to the quality of care. But after my puppy turned 6 months old, things quickly went downhill. The first incident occurred when I picked him up and discovered his collar was broken. Next, I requested that he be groomed with a specialized shampoo to reduce shedding. However, when I picked him up, it was clear they had not followed my instructions. The final straw came when I boarded him for five days while I traveled out of state. I dropped him off on a Friday, leaving food pre-portioned for each day to make things easier for the staff. But on Sunday, at 5 a.m., I received a text saying my dog had run out of food. Somehow, they had gone through over 20 pounds of food in less than three days. The situation only worsened when I picked him up. My dog smelled like urine, and his dog bed was missing. When I asked about it, they handed me a trash bag with a soaked, torn-up bed inside. For context, my dog is almost a year old and has been potty-trained since he was 4 months. I’ve been training dogs as a hobby for over 10 years, and my dog has never peed or chewed his bed since he was 5 months old. He goes to his crate or bed at 8 p.m. every night and stays dry until 6 a.m. when I let him out. I’ve recommended this place to many people in the past, but after this last incident, I pulled my dog out. It’s heartbreaking because some of the staff genuinely love him, and my dog was always excited to go. Sadly, the quality of care has deteriorated significantly.

OMG!!! This is the place to board your fur babies!! We are in awe of the wonderful staff and the care that was given to our Ellie!! After a horrific experience at a totally different business our confidence has truly been restored in boarding our pup because of our stay here!! We were greeted with smiles when we walked in the door by all staff nearby, the check in process was so smooth and check out was a breeze. The facility is very clean and you can see staff constantly cleaning. Yes, you can see so many areas inside the facility because there are lots of windows throughout the building plus they have webcams you can access at no additional charge. Our Ellie was so happy when we picked her up and she smelled so good and fresh from the bath they gave her. This is a top notch facility!! We have already shared our experience with other fur parents! Please keep up the excellent pet care and customer care!! You guys rock!!

I am so glad we found this place. My dogs love it there and I can tell they all well cared for both when boarding and when grooming. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The price is amazing for the quality care you are receiving.

I take my 3 pit bulls every Saturday for a weekly bath and they absolutely love it! They always smell and look amazing when we pick them up! 10/10 recommended taking your pet here!

I boarded my pup Mikey for 5 days at this facility. We normally use his vet but with staffing issues, we had to find a new location. I was very pleased with the service! I like that you have access to a 24/7 camera from their app. Mikey has some "quirks" and they had no issue accommodating him. I appreciate that they stick with the diet provided, absolutely no stomach issues when he came home. Thanks to everyone who helped take care of my boy!

Awesome experience! Took my Alaskan Husky here last weekend for a full groom and teeth cleaning. I’ve been to other groomers before and this is the best grooming he has ever had. There are so many details in his trimming that I noticed that were not done at previous places. They have great attention to detail. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. The process is easy and the cost is very reasonable. I’m very happy with this place and will come back :)

Amanda's Best Friend took care of my cat in June for a week, and they were fantastic! They took such good care of my kitty Mickey, and it was such a joy to get a write-up of his status, what she did, and several cute pictures of him every day. Taylor was awesome. Prices are great, scheduling is easy (they were able to add another day for me at the last minute!). Really can't say enough good things about this company and will hire them any time I need a pet sitter in the triangle :) they really love animals and the service feels above and beyond.

My favorite part (other than knowing my dog is getting taken care of) is getting the email updates from Katie with how the appointment went with pictures of my dog!

Happy customer! My husband and I love to travel… our kitty Cosmo has a great time at Bone Voyage when we go out of town! He would survive just fine at home with a big bowl of food/water and litter box. But we bring him here because we know he loves it and the staff love him! Everyone is super friendly. We opt for photos and they always send good ones. Kitty room is separate and usually he’s able to roam around to enjoy the cat tree and toys. Although the cat enclosures are spacious as well. Very clean facilities. Thank you Bone Voyage for caring for Cosmo 😻

Riley loves her stays at Bone Voyage Pet Resort for boarding, daycare, and grooming. Jodi and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and treat Riley like their own. Riley demands all the attention as soon we walk in the door :-) We've enjoyed coming here for the last 4 years and it gives us a peace of mind to have this place to leave our fur baby when we need to go out of town. We know that without a doubt she will be taken care of, and always enjoy the pictures sent to us while we are away, seeing her having a ball. Riley especially loves the pool during spring and summertime and all the extra playtime with her new friends. We definitely recommend Bone Voyage Pet Resort.

We love Bone Voyage! We have been using them to board both our dog and cat for a few years now and have always had a great experience with them! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and they treat our pets like family. We have never utilized the doggy daycare service, but we always enroll our pup in daycare to play while he’s boarding. Highly recommend!

I discovered Bone Voyage online looking for a pool for my senior dog to swim in one last time before he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. They were so good to us, & my boy had the time of his life. They made sure we had all we needed for his play time. We were able to book for private swim time which made it all the more special on his “Bucket List Weekend”. They had a clean facility & toys already there. Thank you for all you did that weekend for us. I will be back with my younger dog for swim time ♥️

We are new to the area and were very nervous about sending our sweet lab to just any doggie daycare. After getting a five star review about Bon Voyage from our veterinarian we decided to give them a try! Drop off and pick up is a breeze! Very hands on and exceptionally friendly staff! We could not ask for a better place for our sweet LuLu! Pricing is fair and reasonable! Facility is very clean! All you have to see is this smile when we pick her up! We know that Lu looks forward to taking her first dip in the pool in April!! We highly recommend!

Amazing care for our pups while we were away. We love the indoor/outdoor rooms. And the pool is perfect for our swimming loving boy. When we picked up our pups, I felt really good about there visit. There have been facilities that you get a not so good feeling from but this one, it felt like a breath of fresh air. I felt confident that they were treated well and had a great time.

We booked a one hour private swim for our water-hesitant pup and it was the perfect environment for her to explore the water. We were able to get into the pool with her, which was the determining factor of booking with Bone Voyage. They also provided a life jacket, which she wore for a little while! The staff was also amazing as well, they went above and beyond our our pup. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family!

We’ve only done private swim time here- but it’s great! A nice activity for the hot summer days. The employees are very friendly and it’s very easy to book.

Bone Voyage is the boarding facility we've hoped to find for years, but didn't think would ever exist. Our older Goldendoodle has always been an anxious pup, and while she had fun during playtime at other boarding places, she would vibrate constantly going to or from the facilities. It took her all of one visit at Bone Voyage to feel so comfortable that she ~prances~ into the front door for boarding! No more nervous shaking. Nothing has ever made her not feel anxious (and she's on prescription medications). I cannot thank the passionate, caring team behind this facility enough. They are the best people we've ever entrusted our babies with. Jody is also incredible because she always remembers our dogs' names and needs. My first ever job was at a boarding facility, so I know what it's like to care for 90+ dogs that come and go throughout the week. I might have remembered one or two by name at the time. Jody remembers our dogs names, knows our car when we pull up, and even remembers which medications our Goldendoodle takes before she looks at their boarding profiles. The love this team has for the dogs in their care is evident in everything they do. We will never take our dogs anywhere else! Their care is worth every penny!!

Ashley and her team are incredible! My three pups just did their first hiking outing today and the photos and updates were very detailed and made me so happy! I highly recommend!

Ashley is the absolute best! If I could give her a higher rating, I would. My lab is quite the anxious and stubborn pup and also reactive, but Ashley is super patient and kind to him. I don’t trust many people with my special boy, but Ashley is by far the best dog walker in the area. She’s been understanding of my dogs needs and he absolutely adores her and looks forward to seeing her every week. She’s very attentive and aware when walking my lab, which I truly appreciate. Oh and the updates she sends me via text, absolutely make my day. I love seeing my sweet boy having such a good time with her. Highly recommend!!!!

My dogs absolutely love Ashley and are so excited to see her when she comes each week. She walks our senior dog who has arthritis twice a week and we’ve noticed such an improvement in his mobility. Not only does she give our senior extra care, but she’s helped us train our new puppy as well. We have been using All Paws Pet Care for a few years now and are so grateful to have found such wonderful care for our pup Lucy. We have been using All Paws Pet Care Services every time we need someone to help watch our dogs and I cannot recommend them enough! My boyfriend and I both work very long hours and can’t get home during the day to let them out which is difficult as they are both young pups. Ashley plays with them, takes them out, walks them, and even will help train them on the leash or to do tricks. Ashley responds very promptly and will customize visits depending on what your pet needs. She always sends a lot of great pictures! It is obvious she truly cares about your pets by treating them as if they were her own. Definitely check All Paws Pet Care Services out if you need any pet services!!

Ashley has provided during the day drop in and overnight stays at our house for our 3 dogs on many occasions over the last 3 years. She is wonderful with our pups who can be a real handful. We cannot recommend Ashely strongly enough! It is great feeling to know our pups are getting such wonderful care when we are out of town.

Ashley is fantastic! We have a 120lbs Great Dane puppy named Lincoln and needed someone to help take care of him while we were out of town for our destination wedding and honeymoon. Ashley wasn't the least bit intimidated by Linc's size as some people are. She looked after him and loved on him like he was her own. She arrived on time every day and made sure to send lots of pictures and videos of him enjoying himself while we were gone. Her attentiveness and care made it possible for me to truly relax and be present in the moment for our entire trip because I didn't have to worry about my fur baby. We will absolutely be using her services again going forward!!

Ashley has been absolutely GREAT with our kitties!! We have three older girls and a very energetic baby cat, and the girls all get medicated daily. They can be quite the handful sometimes, but she takes great care of them. We get pictures, video, and updates with every visit, so can actually enjoy time away from home without worrying about the "kids"!

Ashley has been an excellent provider for walks, drop-ins, and playtime with my high-energy dog. All Paws PCS is well-organized and her communication is very effective. I found Ashley after having several Rover walkers accept then cancel within a short timeframe - she has been dependable for 1.5 years now and counting.

All-Paws has been outstanding with my dog, providing extra play and walk time and building on her puppy-social skills. Ashley is always on time for walking my dog Arya. Arya has accepted her as part of the family. All-Paws also helped tremendously when I had to go out of town for a week. I couldn't have done it without them. I highly recommend All-Paws if you're looking for adding a walk to your dog's daily schedule or pet-sitting.

In the beginning I was skeptical entrusting my Collie to a pet sitter for 4 days dog boarding, but I was definitely proven wrong. I wanted to send my dog to my sisters for a few days but since she was going to be busy I knew my only option was raleighwood. The scheduling was quite easy, I made a phone call and Lindsay was the one who accepted my request. She would take care of her for 4 days and at the same time send me updates (I'm really attached to her) by e-mail and text. The dog boarding service is not too expensive, especially if high quality care is needed for your dog. I wanted someone trustworthy and loves animals to take care of my dog. Sasha was immediately welcomed by Lindsay and she seemed to become comfortable with the facilities there. It's clean, a lot of fresh water available and healthy dog food (dry). I have to admit, I was really wrong by my impression of dog boarding. Raleighwood is now on my contact list when I need their services again.

I've used Queen City Pet Sitting twice now and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. One of my cats is older and was diagnosed with Diabetes before I went on a trip and I was very hesitant about leaving her in the care of someone considering she needed a shot of insulin, twice a day, every 12 hours. I was scared that I wouldn't be able to find a company I could trust without spending an arm and long at the same time. I did A LOT of research and called around to A LOT of different Pet-Sitters in the Raleigh area and finally found Queen City. They were very nice on the phone, very understanding, and assured me that everything would be well taken care of. During the initial "Meet and Greet" if you will, Darlene, whom had previous experience with diabetic animals and giving shots, came over and met everyone. She was kind, friendly, and made me feel like I could easily trust her to take care of my old lady. When I got back from the trip, Dulci (my cat), was just as happy as I had left her! Luckily, Dulci's diabetes recently went into remission, so scheduling my next trip wasn't nearly as stressful, but I knew without a doubt that I would go with Queen City because of the great experience I had the first time around. It's hard leaving your home and pets in the hands of someone you don't know very well, but I can say from experience that Queen City makes it as easy and hassle-free as possible! They even cleaned out the cat boxes, took the trash out, brought the mail in, and did the dishes while my house was under their care! Something I would not have expected from a pet-sitting company! If you're not sure who to use for your little ones, I would definitely recommend giving them a try! Especially since they have such awesome service, at a MUCH lower price than most Pet-Sitters in Raleigh!

My husband and I have been using Raleighwood Petsitting for the past 5 years and can't say enough about our wonderful petsitter, Sara! Sara has been sitting for our 5 year old lab since he was a puppy and has been loving, dependable, responsible, trustworthy and overall so easy to work with since day one. She has even gone out of her way to check on our house and turn lights on when we thought we were being broken into. We don't think twice about our fur baby's safety or whether he's being taken care of when we're out of town. Sara doesn't just feed him and rush to let him out quickly so she can check it off, get a paycheck and get on with her day. She goes above and beyond when it comes to spending quality time with Jackson, whether it's throwing the ball with him a million times in the backyard or just giving him lots of extra back and belly rubs. We have security cameras so we can check up on Jackson and the house when we're gone so we can see just how amazing Sara is with him. We always know when she's walking up to the house because Jackson gets SO excited and runs up to the door his with tail wagging super fast waiting to greet her. It's obvious in her visits that she genuinely cares and that's what is most important to us. We leave town confidently and securely knowing our pup is well taken care of and is so happy spending time with his best buddy Sara! Thank you Sara and thank you Raleighwood Petsitting!

I've trusted my two feline friends to Stacey and her team at Raleighwood Pet Sitting since I first moved to Raleigh three years ago - and have never been disappointed! The care is absolutely reliable, leaving notes every day to make sure I know they've been by and visited/took care of the litter. They've bent over backwards to accommodate me and last minute travel, as well as unforseen changes during the holidays. Booking the service can be done easily online (huge benefit!) and Stacey is very responsive and calls/emails a confirmation right away. I definitely recommend this service to all pet-owners!

Raleighwood is fantastic. I moved here recently from Charlotte and my pet care transition has been seamless. I used to have Queen City Petsitting, the same owner as Raleighwood care for my pets in Charlotte. I assumed I would get the same pet care as I did in Charlotte and I was right! Prior to finding them, arranging care for my dogs was a grueling process. Not only was it tough to reserve a spot for my pets at a boarding facility on short notice but trekking across town to drop them off before my departure and then do it all over again when I returned home from a trip took hours out of my day. This all made for astronomical costs for the care of my dogs. Thanks to Raleighwoood Petsitting - my travel days are 10 times more efficient and 100% stress free and my dogs have absolutely loved every minute they've spent with their sitter.

This is the first time we've hired a pet sitter and we will absolutely use Raleighwood Pet Sitting from now on. We requested that our sitter come over every day while we were out of town and take care of some easy household things (bring up trash cans, bring in mail) in addition to taking care of our two dogs Maisy and Roscoe, and our cat Buffy. The sitter was SO responsive and sweet....she sent us pictures of our babies nearly every day and gave us a status update. It was so wonderful to hear that our favorite family members were doing so well, and it was awesome to see pictures of their furry little faces. It gave us much reassurance that our pups and kitty were in great care. I really cannot say enough about Raleighwood Pet Sitting. I highly recommend them. In addition, the office staff was also very friendly and professional. Our first experience could not have been better. We are so happy to have found Raleighwood Pet Sitting!

After moving to Raleigh from Rhode Island, and taking a job in Durham, my main concern was finding someone to walk my German Shorthaired Pointer while I was at work. Queen City literally came to my rescue. I was contacted immediately and given the name of someone who could come over and meet my dog to be sure it would be a good fit. My sitter is perfect. You know right away that she is a dog lover. She sends me pictures everyday while I am at work, and goes out of her way to ensure my pup is happy. I am so thankful for this company, words really can not explain. I highly recommend!

Queen City Petsitting has been a lifesaver for me. It is easy to fill out a request for service online and you will get a response quickly. When my favorite petsitter is unavailable there is always someone else to fill in--my animals never have to go without! This service works great for when kennels are full or for if you have animals who don't do well with kennels. I have used this service for when I'm out of town, when I'm sick and can't exercise my dog like I want (like he wants!) and when I'm working long days at the office. I was nervous to try in-home petsitting but Queen City Petsitting makes it easy and I feel completely safe with their sitters in my home.

I’ve been using Raleighwood Petsitting almost everyday for the past two weeks, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Due to having foot surgery, I’ve needed to request walks for my dog at least 2-3 times per day, which hasn’t been a problem. I was initially scheduled to meet with Laura who was punctual, professional, and clearly loved dogs. It only took a few minutes, and a couple of treats, for her and my Min Pin/Jack Russell mix to become fast friends! After agreeing upon the exact times of arrival each day, discussing temperament and any special needs of the dog, I felt very confident in my decision to choose Raleighwood Petsitting. And, Laura continues to do an excellent job of bonding with our fur baby and showing him much love. So, if you’re looking for a reputable company with professional staff who sincerely care about your pets, I’d highly recommend giving them a try!
