This was our first time using a Trusted Sitter, and I'm so grateful Elena chose to stay with our precious pup. He's a senior dog that requires a little extra attention, and Elena was so kind and caring with him. From our very first zoom call to get to know one another, I knew Elena would be a great fit. She was very organized, told us what she needed to know, and was very flexible when our dates changed a bit. Elena sent several pictures of Beamer every day. My kids eagerly awaited to see what their brother was up to while we were away. He looked so happy in all of his pictures. She took him for walks and gave him plenty of cuddle time. Elena also took such great care of our home. We arrived back to a spotless house! Our experience with Elena was more than I could have hoped for using Trusted Sitter. Jordan and Alexander were absolutely wonderful pet and house sitters during our 3.5 weeks away. We loved having Duha sit for us. Communication was excellent and she needed little guidance after the initial walk-through. Both cats took to her immediately and really missed her when we returned. Duha even navigated some contract work outside the house when workers that we had been waiting on showed up unexpectedly. All in all, we had a great experience and would love to have Duha back any time.

What a great experience we had with Lisa. She was so good with Cella. She was very tolerant of Cella's early rising. She's a tiny little thing, but has a big personality and knows what she wants. Lisa was so good at reading her needs. We were able to have a zoom interview with Lisa before we confirmed the sit. She stayed in touch with us daily and kept us updated on how things were going. When we arrived home, Lisa had washed all of the bedding and towels. She vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased with Lisa as our sitter for Cella. We hope we'll be able to have her again. She was awesome.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! She was so attentive to him & I am very grateful for that! I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. We come in semi-regularly for grooming and unscheduled nail trims. They do a wonderful job with my long-haired chihuahua. He always comes home excited and and smelling amazing. We have had great grooms every time we came. They also require vaccination records, so we feel safe that our dog won't be around other dogs with kennel cough, and other harmful diseases. And the staff is friendly and efficient.
I come to this place and wash 4 of my dogs here. The easy in and out is what I like about this place. Safety & Cleanliness is important to me. The staff is always super nice and friendly.
Brought my dog here for their self pet wash station. The folks here are friendly and helpful, and my typically standoffish around new people pup was social and greeted the girl there. Which to me says a lot. The place is very clean, and they sell some chew treats and toys here too. The pet wash station includes a pro blow dryer to get thick fluffy coats fully dry and looking their best. We would definitely recommend this place, and I'm sure we'll be back again.
We took our 18 year old cat to get her nails done and we have also taken our Golden retriever to be groomed and they to a great job and are very personable too!

This bath was the best! No cold hose water from the backyard, and I could step right into the tub! Mom scrubbed me down in toasty warm water and blew out my coat with the high powered drying snake! My cat recently had a very smelly encounter with a skunk. I called All Breed for suggestions and was SO floored by their kindness and incredible customer service. I purchased some products from them and was able to use the self-service wash room to bath my cat. The owner brought fresh towels and checked on me and my cat a few times and trimmed his nails. Doug and his staff turned a pretty stressful situation for both me and my cat into something manageable, still unpleasant but much easier than it would have been. I cannot recommend them enough. Customer service is important and Doug puts on a Master Class on how to do it right!

I love Spicewood Kennels! They generally breed and train mastiffs, a large and strong type of dog. So they really know their stuff when it comes to gently but firmly handling dogs! I saw a small part of a training session one time from the side and was really impressed. They have extra space to board other people's dogs and do so for a very reasonable price. My dog is always calm and happy when I come back to get her. She's not all stressed out or hoarse from over-barking like she gets at other places. I'd swear they even brush her although I've never paid for a bath; her coat is usually very healthy looking after a stayover. They provide all of the food and bedding in their low cost, as well as any administering of medications. For only $2 a day they'll take her outside and play with her, so for exercise you could pick once every other day or something. They are low stress on the dog and low stress on the human. Our sweet Allie "vacationed” at Spicewood for 12 years. She considered Gina her grandma, and Gina's little dog Betty was her best friend. Brenda and the other staff are superb! The dignity, care and humaneness with which Gina treats her boarders serves as magnificent tutorial for how any nursing home should treat theirs. I wish I could give ten stars... and the moon!
