Niyah made it her goal to win the affection of our 15 year old feral kitty, Nixon. Nixon spooks easily and definitely chooses who is allowed to pet her and Niyah won her over within the first two days! Niyah and Quintin kept in touch with us and sent pictures and videos of Nixon throughout our vacation. When we returned from our travels, the house was immaculate and our kitty was happy and healthy! We would be delighted to have Niyah and Quintin sit anytime they are available. Thank you both for taking such good care of our home and our little Nixie cat!!

Zahn and Addison stayed with our precious Bella previously in Mexico. We were thrilled they were available to come to our condo in Chicago to stay with her again for three weeks. They are very independent people who have mastered the art and skill of traveling together, working together and caring for others pets together. Janice left the house clean and communicated daily with me about Tope but I think this sit was a little difficult for her. Quite a few neighbors mentioned Tope was out on the beach and parking lot alone quite often and brought her home. I do make sure sitters understand that she is a high energy 1.5 year old pup that needs attention and we live 212 steps down on a beach, so not an easy job. I appreciate that this is a free service but maybe a older less energetic dog would be a better match.

They sent photos and updates every day. They went out of their way to make sure our cat, who like to hide, got some attention a couple times a day. This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

I’m so thankful I found this place! I travel a lot for work, and had tried a few boarding facilities that I wasn’t really happy with, and I could tell my dog wasn’t happy with them either. This is a home, not a facility, which I do believe makes a difference. The family is very nice, and you can tell they are animal lovers. When I pick my pup up from Mr. Rogers he has a smile on his face, and I can tell he’s had a good time. This makes me feel less guilty about leaving him, and I’m grateful for that.
Scott and crew are awesome. I have a maltipoo that can be a handful and they have helped with crate training and helping her socialize with other dogs. They have picked her up and dropped her off, and even kept her an extra night when my flight was delayed. The pricing is reasonable and she has never gotten sick after being in their care. She gets excited when she sees the van pull up. This is by far the best care and customer service I’ve experienced.

Normally, it takes him at least 2 days to recover from living it up with Mr Rodgers and friends. Koa normally follows me around all day. This place got us out of a jam when we needed a last-minute stay for our two dogs during Christmas. The dogs stayed 5 days. At drop off, the dogs were rushed away, with very little time to acquaint the proprietors of their specific needs, one needing medication for congestive heart failure. They assured us they had had elderly dogs before, but we could not see the accommodations. I do not know what the setup is for the dogs, whether they have kennels, or were all together with other dogs. I don't know if the medications were administered as requested. Every place I've boarded my dogs before has sent pictures and reassuring messages. The staff here did not communicate unless I texted them first, and they did not always read all of the text. One of the dogs has a lot of discharge from his eye, and the eye is red. I'm afraid he is developing an infection. Nothing was said about this, and no response to my text message. A pair of hair-cutting scissors, and a special syringe for medication that we left with the dogs were not returned at pickup. To their credit, the proprietor gave us a replacement syringe, though it is more difficult to use than the one he had. My overall impression is that this place wasn't as professional as I had hoped and didn't exhibit the attention to detail as I would expect for the cost.
Mr. Rogers boarding has been great for us! What stands out for us is the pet taxi service. We love that we could leave the house to catch an early morning flight without having to drop them off the day prior. Theo comes around 7-8 to pick up the dogs, and is extremely respectful and professional about entering our home. They also provide drop off services as well, so it is a great option when you are having a busy day or coming back to town on an afternoon flight. Dogs are happy and tired when they are back, and excited when we drop them off. Scott, the owner is also very flexible and easy to work with. Highly recommend for those who need daycare or boarding services for your pups!
We've sent our past and current fur baby here for both boarding and daycare. They are so good with her and even helped us with some training when she was a puppy. I am 100% confident when traveling out of state having her board here... it's like her second home! Transportation is included with both boarding and daycare ... Best rates in town! And they aren't stuck in a little kennel all day....they are only crated for naps and sleeping at night. It's a home environment, not a commercial facility, and the owner and family have been an absolute pleasure to work with! Always there and helpful when you need it. I highly recommend Mr. Rogers for all your doggy needs!
Scott and his family are amazing. My pup has gone to daycare and been boarded over night here. She comes home happy and healthy. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will be boarding my pup here for a week while I am away, and I have zero concerns about the health and safety of my pup.
Mr. Rogers day care is our go to for the care of our two pups! We have been using Mr. Rogers since moving to Mesa. We love his flexibility and the living care that him and his team show our pups. In addition, he offers drop off and pick up with in a certain radius. This is super helpful, as it is one thing less to worry about right before a trip. Our pups stayed with him for 60 days while we were moving as our Air BnB dis not allow pets. He worked with us so we could stop by and pick up our pups for the day. Recently (June ‘24) he watched them while we went on vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Rogers and his team to watch your pups!
We are so happy to find Mr. Rogers Doggy Daycare for our pup Bernie. He gets so excited on daycare days and loves it when Scott and his crew pick him up in their dog fun bus! We appreciate the attentiveness, flexibility and great care they give. Bernie comes home tired but a very happy pup.
We have boarded and sent multiple pets to daycare with Mr Rogers. One even being a loud noisy hound. Every single time my dogs go there, they are pulling me to the employees and the door as they are so excited. When I have picked them up, they actually have refused to get in the car and go home. I’m beginning to think all my dogs have enjoyed boarding and daycare more than they enjoy home. This is a great place. If my dogs had the ability to type the review, they would. Taryn did an incredible job taking care of our kitty. Her love of animals is apparent even when first meeting her, and she was so on top of things from the very beginning. She was great sending updates with messages, multiple pictures, and videos, and was always very responsive in all communication. Our kitty isn't a fan of new people (has hidden from other cat sitters for days), but she was on Taryn's lap the first visit. 💕 She gave our baby all her love and attention and I think the cat missed her when we got back, haha!! Taryn in amazing! I completely trust her and have been very impressed with her attention to detail. She really cares about animals and it shows. I've had other cat sitters in the past who did not communicate with me and/or were not honest which can be very stressful when you're away. Taryn is always honest and her communication is top notch! We often FaceTime when I'm away and she's at my home with my girls! She also sends videos/pictures and keeps me updated on any behavior or appetite changes. I also love how Taryn will often leave thoughtful little gifts behind and that reflects her true passion for what she does. Last Christmas she left a card (a really cute one!) for my cats with toy as a gift and the most recent time she left report cards. My Standard Poodle Freyja was well taken care of. When I picked her up she was in great spirits. No signs of stress at all. The facility is the perfect set up. You will know your pets are safe and loved when your out of town and thats a great feeling to have!!

Heather is an Amazing person! I’ve been bringing my dog to her for a few years now. I have a 15 year old Pomeranian with heath issues do too his age. He is on two different medications distribute three times a day blind in one eye and can’t hear that well and she did such an amazing job thank you so much for Heather for being awesome pet lover . Jean took care of our two pups while we were out of town. I worry a lot about my dogs and Jean made our trip worry free. She went above and beyond. They took great care of my dog Winnie while I was out of town. They came at the same time everyday and fed her and gave her her medicine. They then spent some time with Winnie outside and played with her. They also sent pictures twice a day to show me that she was doing well. Winnie seem to truly enjoy having them come and I felt secure knowing she was well taken care of. Will definitely recommend and use this in-home pet sitting business again!!

My husband and I are very wary when leaving our fur babies in another persons care while we're away. Thankfully Jean was just the lady for the job! First off, I very rarely write reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. I have never used a pet boarding/pet sitting service before. We have 2 very special rescue dogs that need a little extra love and patience. When we were planning our trip for our bachelorette/bachelor party out of the state I looking up pet boarding services, this was one of the companies that popped up, I called and left a voicemail and she got back to me withing 10mins or so. We talked about what we might need and set a date to meet up. And from that point on I felt so confident in Jean and her ablities to take care of our fur babies. One of my dogs is a barker to new people and he fell in to a puddle of mush around her immediately. She sent a flood of pictures every visit and a detailed update of the time she spent with our animals. I highly recommend this business to anyone, very reasonable rates and a sweet, professional owner of the company
Jean of W&W is absolutely top notch the best! We have used W&W for a few years now, and she is just phenominal. Anytime Jean is taking care of our babies, I literally have no stress- it makes going out of town easy! She communicates very well, several times a day, is very professional, reliable & all my babies love her- animals KNOW a persons heart. We have a small ranch & variety of domestic and farm animals and Jean does a wonderful job with them all.

We definitely highly recommend and trust them anytime with our Puppy. It was very clean and lots of fun for our Pepper Mint Rose to play. She enjoyed playing and slept well. We have used Paw Ranch a few times for our two boy Border Collies and they love being there. The last time was for 5 weeks and they had the run of the house. They get excited every time we turn down Val Vista thinking they get to go to the fun spa!
They took such great care of our Doberman! It is such a beautiful property that has AC during the hot summers. They send videos of the dogs at least once a day. They truly care about the dogs they are looking after. We will be leaving our Doberman here again!
Kuma loved being at doggy daycare here and we're super grateful for the attention, care, and love shown to our huge puppy. It's a huge relief knowing that our fur baby was taken cared of and we even received picture and video updates. We highly recommend Paw Ranch AZ!
Paw ranch runs a tight ship! Extremely well organized and loves dogs. My pup Saidee has issues with new people and other dogs and was a tough decision. Definitely mad the right choice and will use paw ranch again.

Paw Ranch is wonderful. We left our two dogs for three days here. We have never left our dogs alone before so I was nervous. However, paw ranch took the best care of them and our dogs had a good time as well! It was like a vacation for our dogs. The facility is amazing like a dog resort and it's fully secure and safe for the dogs when outside and inside. We have two small dogs and they were perfectly safe and protected. I'd highly recommend paw ranch.
I have used Paw Ranch twice, so far, to watch my Bella when I travel 4-5 days at a time. Very happy with services provided. I definitely recommend Paw Ranch and will continue to use them in the future. You guys are great!

I am very happy with the way my fur babies were taken care of. They have stayed here twice, the first time was for 7 days, this was the longest time I have ever been away from them and getting the video updates and photos was great! The babies seemed so happy and excited to be there. Terry did an amazing job taking care of my fur babies, we definitely will be bringing them back to board and for daycare.
My standard poodle puppy did great @ Pawsitively Loved. It was all professional. The videos sent throughout the day were fantastic. When we got home, my energetic boy laid down and was out asleep the rest of the night! I am definitely using them again and already have booked more dates.
Pawsitively loved luxury services saved my life literally. We decided to get a puppy a few months back and I quickly realized that my work schedule just wasn't working with Dixon's at all. He would sleep all night with daddy and when I got home from work in the morning, he was ready to go. You can only imagine how sleep deprived I was. I reached out to Terri cause I was so desperate and I needed to find away for Dixon to run all his puppy energy off. Terri and Scott answered all my questions and reassured me that he would be fine. But he is better than fine. He LOVES going to school ( that's what we call it). He comes home completely exhausted from playing all day! This was truly the solution to our new puppy! Terri's daycare is not only amazing. But it is also verh affordable which is a huge plus! We also have another dog and I'm so excited to see what Terri can do for Daisy. Terri & Scott thank you so much for all you do! I have left my fur baby at daycare & extended stays. Every time has been an amazing stay/ visit. They do a great job at ensuring your pet is comfortable. They have helped my dog learn to socialize with other dogs. Terri and Scott have great communication they send video/ picture updates throughout the day. Lastly I have also done one on one training sessions with Terri. Omg she is amazing! Her training sessions are educational and I saw positive change in my dog after the 1st session. Thank you sm again your truly amazing!
Kasper loves his time with PLLS, I was hesitant at first as he is with me all day long, as I work from home. Now Paws is his second, maybe third favorite word. Behind treat and tied with walk! Thank you so much for taking Kasper in and allowing him to be a puppy!! Pic of my little goof all!
Terry and her staff are simply wonderful. Ernie has the best time when he goes over and learns so much. Terry also came and spent time with us so we could learn how to properly train Ernie. I would always recommend Terry and her staff. They love your animals as if they are their own!
I had been looking for dog sitters who are used to handling large breeds and I am so happy to have found PLLS. My puppy Aurora loves going there I had tried other places in the area but it hadn't been a great fit unfortunately. Teri offered a meet and greet to check out where Aurora would be looked after. Teri offers such a welcoming space and I could immediately tell how much she loves our babies. Aurora took to her immediately. I am always happy to leave Aurora as I get videos and pictures of her enjoying herself socializing with the other dogs. I totally trust Teri & Scott with my baby and can tell Aurora loves them too! If you are looking for a safe place for your large breed to learn socialization or need daycare then this is the place to go. There are lots of other fur babies there and they all look so happy, well cared for and loved. They treat your baby like one of their own. I can't say enough good things about PLLS. They are very special people who will love your baby as their own. I totally recommend and so does Aurora 🐶
We took our puppy Rio to spend the day with Terry and some of her other clients. It was Rio's first time interacting with other dogs and she was a little timid at first. Terry stayed with her and by mid afternoon Rio was blending in nicely. We will definitely use the day care service again as well as the overnight care. Great place for your furry friends! (Our little angel is the one on the chair)
Terry is the female version of the Dog Whisperer! We have 5 mo old labradoodle and until she spent some time with Terry, she was pretty much out of control. I love the quiet, soft spoken approach she uses. So happy to have found Pawsitively Loved.
Terry and Scott have been amazing with my dog. he required a lot more work than most of the other pups, but didn’t deny him of having a good time. I really do appreciate them!

Jean is absolutely amazing. We moved to Arizona and no longer had family to come and take care of our 4 cats while we travel. We have hired her 4 times now for week plus trips. She doesn’t hire out other people to come and take care of them. She is VERY responsive to calls or messages. She sends us tons of pictures everyday she visits. I couldn’t be more happier or comfortable with a pet sitter.
What an amazing service! We have three dogs that are a handful and Jean was so patient and caring with our doggies! We had some overnight services mixed with periodic visits for 3 days while out of town and with every visit we received texts and pictures. For the service that's provided the cost is very reasonable, it would actually cost us about the same to board them, and this way our dogs don't have to leave the comfort of their home. If you need a trustworthy person to provide pet visits and watching you have found her. Thank you Jean!
Unexpectedly had to book her from 3000 miles away- she responded immediately and got us figured out, we were required to fill out the online service request (which was easy). Then our trip was delayed and on way home in car we had a rollover accident... once again she shifted her schedule to be able to help with more visits- the whole time not worrying about payment etc etc. When visiting dogs she stays n plays and sends proof of visit with updates and lots of pictures! Will use them again!

Bill’s is the best!!! 2 years ago we moved to Arizona from Minnesota with our 2 beloved rescue pups, Murphy and Oliver. I was so nervous to find a daycare and boarding facility for them, as Oliver can be pretty timid and defensive in scary situations. We met with Bill on day one and he was AMAZING with Oliver..and Murphy too, who takes a bit to warm up to new people. Bill and every single staff member, past and current have done more than I could’ve imagined to make Oliver feel safe and deter him from his fears. Over the 2+ years, my pups have grown to absolutely love going to daycare and boarding and love their Littles Yard friends. The peace of mind we have in knowing they are loved and well taken care of and enjoy their visits is astounding! Drop off and pick ups are always full of the staff excited to see them and we are given such kind and sweet reviews of their day. Everyone at Bill’s is so loving to all of the pups and they are very pleasant to converse with and you can tell they love what they do! I love the numerous videos they post daily showing our pups and all of their pup friends just hanging out, having fun and “just chillin” as they often say! Everything you all do everyday for all of Bill’s pups is truly amazing and appreciated beyond words! Bill’s Mutthouse is THE BEST!!!!
This dog boarding facility is the best I’ve ever been to in the East Valley. I have been going there for the last almost 2 years now and it is the first kennel I have found to have reasonable pricing for boarding in the area and also a trustworthy facility and staff for your fur babies which is a must for us “Pet Parents”. The staff is very friendly and they each try and get to know every doggy guest on a personal level. They are all super friendly and take great care of your K9 companion while in their care. There, the pups are not left caged all day alone but allowed socialize in one of two separate play areas with the other dogs there’s one area for small and one for large dogs. One of the things I really appreciate at Bill’s is that dogs must go through a short orientation with you and one of the staff before they can begin boarding which I like because you are able to tour the facility and also meet some of the other employees and introduce your dog to the facility with you before they are left there alone. My dog suffers from pretty bad separation anxiety and they are great with accommodating him to try and make his stay as stress free as possible and keep him comfortable for his entire stay. 10 out of 10, would recommend..!!!
So happy with my experience at Bill's Mutt House. You can really tell the staff cares about all the dogs and they are passionate about what they do. They are knowledgeable, well informed, great at communicating and trustworthy. Thank you to Jessica who did the meet and greet and helped me with everything. Also, thank you to Alyssa and Hailey, as well as the rest of the staff I did not meet. I'm sure more staff helped out! Very happy with the service and the full transparency and openness. They do a wonderful job taking pictures and communicating. If I have to go out of town again, I'm definitely leaving my dog(s) with Bill's. Thank you again!! Keep up the great work!!
This place is great! Everyone is super nice and the prices are affordable. My dog is a little skiddish and shy around new people and other dogs, but they did a great job making sure she was comfortable with everyone. The meet and greet before boarding was super helpful to see how well my dog would get along with the other dogs. I felt comfortable leaving her here and will be taking her back next time I need someone to watch my dog.
Bill's is the BEST. Flexible, reasonably priced. Kennel facility is air conditioned; there is a separate outdoor area for our big rambunctious puppy who needs more space to run, and our older dog who goes to gentle play. Beyond that, Bill and his team are truly good people - Angie in particular is awesome but they're all great. Our pups always comes home happy.
Everything was great starting from the meet and greet. Staff was very welcoming and I was explained exactly what the process was for my pup. Bill was looking at how my pup was acting, slowly introduced him to other dogs and continued to see how he adapted. It was great seeing the videos on instagram. Definitely taking my pup back.
Best place to take my dog!! Bill personally met us for the meet and greet and ensured my pup would be a good fit for daycare. My dog is exhausted when he gets home and I love knowing he spent so much time with other people and pups. He’s our only dog so socialization is important to us. We had such a great experience with Bills Mutt house. We boarded 3 golden doodles over night. Bill was extremely thorough and answered all of our questions. Prices are amazing and the facility was clean and secure. You can tell he really loves what he does and takes safety and care very seriously. He kept all 3 dogs in a large " suite " which I thought was really awesome. I also loved that they posted videos on Instagram every hour. In all of the videos the dogs seemed so happy. We will definitely be returning in the future and recommend this place to friends and family.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Management is absolutely horrendous. Every time I pick my dog up, it’s covered in feces and pee. Since new owner came in, everything has been different employees are rude and disrespectful to customers. The owner isn’t the nicest she’s rude likes to judge and it’s just disrespectful. I had a granddaughter that worked in the facility and she had to quit because of how UNWELL they treated the dogs. Please do not bring your pups here, you will come home to a sick or even a dead dog.
Stay far, far away! Unless you want to come back from your vacation to a sick dog. Our 4 year old dog ultimately passed 48 hours after in their care. They did NOTHING to make it right. $5k in vet bills and they wouldn’t even refund us for our dogs stay with them. Please go elsewhere!
It was a great place under the previous owner but I dont think its a right fit for me and my dog. No contract is great but prices are higher than previous owner and I don't think they are taking care of the dogs, I feel as the dogs are neglected and un cared for. My dog has come sick a few times after coming here and seeing the new reviews im thinking that its not just a coincidence anymore.

Luna has been to many doggy daycare facilities over the years. HeartStrings daycare is the best by far! The facility is clean and well-kept. The staff is great and genuinely cares about all the dogs. I love that HeartStrings has a Facebook page that I can log on to daily and view all the photos and videos of the dogs playing and having fun! They also have fun activities for the dogs and their owners throughout the year! Luna is always excited to go to daycare! I feel like she is well taken care of when she's there. Thank you for all that you guys do for our dogs!

I am so sad to be leaving this review for Heartstrings. We have been with Heartstrings since it opened with Rene. We just boarded our three dogs for 7day stay for the first time since new ownership took over in Nov 2022. Two of our dogs are seniors and one is a 7month puppy. One of our senior dogs had two medications that he needed to be given, one a liver supplement and the other a antibiotic because he had dental surgery two weeks prior and needed for inflammation. When I picked up the fur babies and went through their things at home, his antibiotics were never given to him. I called immediately left a message and called back again because I was so worried and spoke to Jacklyn the new owner. I brought to her attention the medication was never given and she immediately placed blamed on her staff. She even asked me what was the blue pill for and I said that's his liver supplement which led me to believe she was the one distributing meds. These are two very important medications for his health and you failed to give him one of them. Second big thing I told her was, i had portioned out their food for the entire stay and was given back at least 2.5days worth of food. Her response, well they weren't eating so we kept the food for the next day. My poor babies were so hungry when I got them home, This would have never happened under Rene's watch, she would have made sure they ate. I also had treats for each of them in little bags to be given at night and they also were never given to them and returned untouched. The conversation with the new owner was frustrating as she had a very condescending tone. The very last thing, I asked her why there was an additional $29 charge on top of the nights we were charged and she said they starting charging a credit card surcharge. I told her I was never told that and she said In that tone she has well there is a sign next to the card station, I can show you next time if you want to see where it is. She is not a very pleasant person to deal with and I will not be taking my dogs back there ever again. My youngest pup is now sick and has nasal discharge and he was completely fine when i took him there. In all of our times boarding our dogs with Rene the previous owner none of these things ever happened she truly care about our pups and that's why you see such great reviews. Be careful with your fur babies it's not the same anymore under this new owner.
I wish I could attach pictures on here, it would speak for itself. My dog was DRENCHED in piss when I picked her up. She has white legs that were soaked half way up yellowish brown and she REAKED. We called and found out she'd probably been running around threw all the dogs' excrement for the better part of a week. This is something I'd expect from a hoarder's house, it blows my mind that's even legal for a boarding facility.

We made a reservation for daycare for our dog on March 7th. The credit card posted March 8th. We lost out dog March 14th and left a txt, phone and e- mail message letting them know we would no longer need daycare on March 12th. We have yet to hear from them and feel we've been scammed. We have contacted our credit card company but want others to beware.

Contacted them last minute about boarding my dog and they accommodated and answered all my questions and when I went to pick up dog it’s almost like he didn’t want to leave them! We love this place. They accept unaltered dogs which seems to be impossible to find. I LOVE that they have an area in the back where the dogs can enjoy a fenced yard and have play time. Very affordable and Lee is amazing. Only reason for 4 stars because they do not have pick up on Sundays (or holidays), which can sometimes cause us to have to use other options.
We always use Appleby Kennels, our dogs love it. They get very excited when we pull in and run into the facility. all the staff is wonderful with our dogs, Jyn who is a bit shy loves Lee and just follows him around everywhere.
I dropped off my friends 2 weiner dogs today while she went on vacation, but while I was there I got a full tour of the place. The owner is super friendly and let's you see the entire property so there is no shadyness. I told him after checking it out I would be interested in bringing my own dog here in a couple months. I have only kenneled/boarded my dog once in 12 yrs I have had her. So obviously her stress and comfort are going to be high on the list for my baby and after seeing this place today I would have no worries dropping her off here. Any dog would be in good hands here. An added perk is the space and daily cost, that's just a bonus. It's affordable and roomier than most in the area.
I've used Appleby Kennels numerous times. They are GREAT! My dogs are family and I wouldn't trust anywhere else! My dogs leave there happy and healthy. Jeff, the man that runs the place, is amazing. He cares about my dogs and they adore him. You can trust Appleby Kennels. Great staff, great prices, amazing care!
This is the only place I board my dog when going out of town. The dogs have tons of space and Jeff and Lee are amazing. This is by far the best dog boarding and kennel in the East Valley. Prices are also very good compared to other facilities and they have more room than other places. Our dog is a foster and a little bit scared. Jeff took extra time with him to make him feel at home and confident. Highly recommend!
ONLY place I will board my dogs! I love all the space they have in their kennel as well as the included outdoor play time they receive multiple times a day. My dogs are so well taken care of and comfortable in the environment, I couldn’t ask for more especially for how reasonable their pricing is.
Very affordable kennel! Only $30 per day. My German shepherd is well treated here with plenty of space and play time. They are very accommodating as my travel schedule is random last minute.
It was a GREAT experience! A very safe and extremely clean facility. They took care of my Lab as if it was their own. Best service and the lowest price in the area. They also don't charge extra for providing medicine, food, walks, etc. Over an acre of land and large runs too. Highly recommend.
We left our english bulldog for 7 days. When we got him back, he seemed happy and the same as when we dropped him off. He was obviously taken care of and didn't seem stressed at all like he did with a previous kennel. It seems he was under good care and the price is reasonable.
