Great stay! We did a meet and greet prior to the sitting and I felt that Fallan came well prepared and asked all necessary questions. We received multiple pictures throughout the stay and always had great communication with both Fallan and La’ki. We had an instance in which it was reported that our dog kept barking at the window and we offered some instruction on how to get her to stop since this was not the norm and received quick feedback that the solution had worked and the stay continued without any other issues. Upon our return we found our home the same as when we left it, our plants looked great and our pets seemed calm and happy :) This was our first time trying this service and didn’t really know what to expect but we had a great first experience with Fallan and La’ki and would trust them again to watch our fur family.

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Angelica was a wonderful pet sitter for our dog Rosie! She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit (very responsive), and made time to do a walk through of our house/intro to Rosie prior to the sit. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Leo and Susi were wonderful pet sitters for our two cats. They were responsive, communicative, and gracious guests, and the I swear the house was cleaner when we got home than we left it.
