All pets and plants were alive - no short order in Phoenix in August! Cats were fit and happy. House was neat as a pin when we got home, and our bedding and towels had been laundered and the bed re-made. Communication was great. We would be happy to have Jinevra return for us again if it worked with her schedule next year :)

We had the absolute best experience with Becky. The house was super clean, the laundry started, packages inside, and the dogs were well taken care of when we returned. Our sheepdog is usually super dirty by the end of the week but she was even still clean. I loved getting all the update photos and hearing about things. It really made me feel at ease.

Apple and Andrew were fabulous! Our dogs settled in quickly with them and were very happy and content when we arrived home after a 10 day trip. They sent updates with photos so we could see how well everything was going, which we hugely appreciated. Our house was nice and clean, and everything was very well taken care of. 10/10 would ask them to return anytime!

I literally can not recommend Victoria and Jeremy enough. They were utterly wonderful sitters and looked after Gertie and Bruno either such love and kindness. No problem was too much and they dealt with our Airbnb changeovers beautifully. They were happy to look after the garden and kept the house spotless. The door would always be welcome for them to return. Just a gorgeous couple and I’m so grateful to them for everything xx

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care.
