I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. Kim’s Retreat is a wonderfully calming place. My dog suffers from PTSD from another boarding place and it was difficult for us to leave him. This was Aces first stay with Kim and we couldn’t be happier!! The initial meet and greet quickly settled our minds that this would be a great fit, and it was!!!! We love EVERYTHING about Kim’s Retreat; from Kim’s obvious & genuine love for animals to the pristine facility (retreat😊), and the constant and open communication (pictures/videos) with us throughout the stay! The animals get one-on-one play time so we didn’t have to worry about possible negative interactions. Most boarders charge $55 per day. Kim charges $60 per day for individual (tailored to your pet) care!!! Sooooo glad my daughter found Kim’s Retreat!! 10 stars out of 5😁!!!
Kim took special care of our two dogs over the holiday weekend. We were able to relax while in her care. She is organized, clean, filtered water for pups and special treats! Recommend her for a small focused stay for your dogs.

Kim is absolutely AMAZING. She goes above and beyond. My pups absolutely love to go there when we vacation. We used to take them to a local dog daycare, which was not as intimate as Kim's is. Anytime we are getting ready to go on vacation, I look at my dog's and ask them if they are ready to go to Mrs. Kim's, and they absolutely go stir crazy and jet right to the car. I highly recommend her.
Kim's retreat is exactly what we needed. Not only did we need to board our 5 year old dog we also had a 5 month old puppy and we were nervous about leaving him so early and for so long (8 days). Everything worked out great. Kim is fantastic with dogs. Both my dogs had a great time and our pup came home learning a new command that Kim taught him. We will definitely use this service again!
Kim's Retreat is a unique boarding experience - so much nicer than typical kennel/boarding places. We adopted a young Weimeraner, and wanted a more personal and attentive experience for her first time boarding - and Kim provided the perfect solution. The individual rooms are great, and the outdoor fenced area is good for pups that need to run. Maybe the best part is how much Kim cares for each dog that she hosts at the Retreat. It's obvious that she wants them to feel safe and loved, and she gives an excellent personal touch.
Kim does a great job taking care of my dogs when we are out of town. The ReTreat is clean and is beautiful inside. The outdoor play area is big enough for my two labs to get plenty of exercise. And if I need them to be let out during the day, the drop in option is very convenient, helpful, and a great idea! Her communication when we return is exceptional and she truly loves taking care of our dogs. I highly recommend her if you are in need to boarding your dog!
Kim treated our dogs as if they were her own. Her retreat was amazing. My girls had green space to run and plenty of trails to take walks on. We will definitely be coming back for our needs in the future! Than you Kim!

Nicole is a terrific groomer and is so awesome with our fur baby. Our previous fur baby had leg problems that made his legs very tender, and he did not like them to be touched. Nicole took extra care to groom him and allowed him several breaks while being groomed. She is a wonderful person and you can see her love of animals and grooming the minute you walk in.
So grateful to Carol and her crew! They squeezed in my pups for a grooming on short notice. My dogs have been going to Carol's for 7 years. This January we moved over 4 hours away. We had them groomed in our new location, NEVER again. Carol and her crew are very professional, very caring of their clients, and the atmosphere at the facility is warm and loving. I was always nervous leaving my fur babies anywhere so I rarely took time for myself. That was until I found this resort. It truly is a resort for pets. The wide open country side location, plenty of room to run, tons of human contact and engagement and top notch grooming. I can't recommend this place enough. My dogs loved it and I slept peacefully knowing they were in good hands. I have two dogs and they were able to be in the same condo/cabin. Very spacious and comfortable. If I could leave 10 stars I would! I spent 30 years in Denver Colorado and never did I find such a professional and unique boarding/grooming option. We have a jewel right here in our community!
Needed to find a new groomer for our 8 month old Blue Healer puppy. Have a good friend that has used Heavenly Scent for several years and has been very happy with them, so we tried them out today on her recommendation and online recommendations. Our pup is not very social due to us getting her in the middle of Covid. We were reluctant on how she would behave with other dogs and unknown people dealing with her. Well, for many reasons, after our visit today for grooming and a tour of the facility, we were VERY pleased with the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and VERY impressed with the grooming that she received. If you are looking for an amazing trainer Carol is the the one. We have a very energetic pup that we needed help with. From our first private lesson with Carol we saw a major change in our dog. We have learned so much and can't wait for more training classes in the future!
Heavenly Scent does such a great job grooming my golden retriever. He always looks great! I've also been very happy with boarding both of my dogs there. It can be hard for me to trust others with my dogs, but I always feel comfortable leaving them with Heavenly Scent. I highly recommend them for grooming and boarding!
Carol is super cool and really cares about the service her resort provides and how it can have a positive affect on her clients and their owners. She has a noticeable love for dogs and showed a genuine concern for my dog, Tyke who was in for a tour recently. The facility is top notch and doesn't have that vet office smell with all the bells & whistles that you won't find at a normal groomer. Recently boarded my dog there for 8 days. She did really well and came back with a complimentary bath. She seemed happy and healthy and did very well. Didn't have a hard time getting her in the days I needed and everyone was nice. We had used them before and have never had a problem. I would recommend.
Simply amazing! They have managed to provide a fun experience for my two very different dogs! One who is a temperamental rescue who often fights at dog parks and doesn't like most people, to my lovable goofball of a husky! After 2 visits and not a single issue out of my rescue I am hooked! I will continue to use them! I would highly recommend anyone with a temperamental dog or someone who isn't sure about a day care to give them a try! Also they are wonderful when I call for mid-day check ups! The staff is amazing!
Had a bad experience at a different place so I was skeptical about putting my dog in any type of boarding but he did great! They updated me anytime I asked and were very helpful in making sure I was happy with how things were going. They worked on introducing my dog to others which is something the other place said they would do then failed at it. Great place and im thinking we will pick up the daycare next because my dog had such a great time.
Our new groomer. They did a real good job on our dog Quin. Very nice people.
