Long Time Pet Owners Seeking Short Term Adventures
Susan and Jim took excellent care of our senior cat and home while we were away for a week. They took time before we left to come over and learn the details of the housesit; they asked conscientious and detailed questions and it was a pleasure getting to meet them. We were out of cell range for the entire duration of our trip, and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves with total peace of mind knowing that everything was being well taken care of in our absence. We returned home to a clean and tidy house; Susan and Jim even laundered the guest room sheets and remade the bed before they left! Most importantly, our cat was clearly well-loved and cared for while we were away. We would welcome Susan and Jim back to sit for us any time!

Hands down the absolute best sitters! Troy and Jen are such a joy to work with from start to finish. I've gone back to them time and time again because they keep my mind at ease that everything will be taken care of while I'm away. They've taken great care of my kitties, my plants and yard, and my home. I'm always greeted with a perfectly tidy home when I return which is always such a nice treat especially after a long work trip. Troy and Jen are amazing!

Sabrina did an excellent job, taking care of our 2 dogs. She visited our home and immediately connected with our girls. The dogs also responded to her and loved her attention. She asked a lot of questions about the dogs, their personalities and routines. Sabrina kept in touch via texts and photos with regular updates. She and Mark also took great care of our house and plants. Thank you Sabrina and Mark! I’ll highly recommend them to take care of your pets especially senior pets.

We were lucky to be able to meet her before the sit and was great to see her interact with our pup Miso, she didn’t blink an eye at Miso’s high energy. Sue’s communication was great both before and throughout the sit, she sent photo updates and a quick question, and we felt reassured while away. The house was the same as we left it. We’d easily recommend Sue, she’s very sweet and took great care of our pup!

Rhyss & Jean ware were amazing! Minnie was so well taken care of. Rhyss & Jean both took Minnie for 3 walks a day, she usually only gets 2 so this was a real treat for her. I was sent either a video or photo every time they walked Minnie. This I really appreciated. My home was cleaner when I got back than when I left. I so appreciated that after a long day of traveling and not getting in til after midnight. I also really appreciated that they walked Minnie late evening knowing that I would be home late. They are both amazing people that go well above to ensure that you and your pet are well taken care of.

I really wish there were more than just 5 stars for rating her performance and care. Sharon was absolutely a dream and Barklee just loved her. In fact, he is still kind of pouting and watching the door for her to come back! The house was very well taken care of and she went left it in even better shape than it was when we left! Would definitely love to have her stay again! So would Barklee!

Mattho was super communicative, thoughtful and took really good care of George and Fendi. We were going out on a staycation in the city for a couple of days so we weren’t too far from home, however we’re really comforted by how thoughtful Mattho was in his communication and updates. George really warmed to him quickly - Fendi was a little shy but would have warmed up with more time. We received photos regularly and Mattho left the apartment super clean with a lovely card and some delicious leftovers from local restaurants. Highly recommend him!

Andrew was terrific! Both an effective communicator and totally reliable, Otis loved him and he was especially attentive to our habits and the things that Otis is accustomed to. He also did a great job watering our plants and keeping the house neat and he left the house as clean as he found it (perhaps cleaner!). Highly recommend.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. She thought of everything related to us and our pets, so we could have a seamless late evening return. We highly recommend Andrea for any zeewoi, as she is a jewel. Anyone looking for a “perfect” sitter would be lucky to have Andrea as a trustworthy, considerate and kind person to care for their pets and home.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Anna was the perfect sitter for Tali, Mac and Sox. From the first moment we met Anna we all got on extremely well and we had no worries about leaving our pets in her safe hands. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return.
