Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. Wonderful place to board your dogs!! Affordable, safe, clean and accommodating!!! I went on vacation and sent my 2 six month old puppies here. The owners were very accommodating, allowing me to extend my trip for as long as I desired. It felt great knowing my dogs were being cared for in a safe and loving environment. The kennel is in the peaceful countryside, with a doggy pool, double fenced in and the dogs can go outside in the run at will. They have play time in the yard and are let out many times each day. The kennel is extremely clean and didn't smell at all!! The owners care deeply and work very hard to make sure everything is top notch. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my Juneau and Delilah!
i left specific instructions. brought her own food and treats bed and toys. when picking dog up there were at least 6 toys from other dogs in her cage. and a bone/rawhide????? she had been chewing on. and a vet bill as she had intestinal issues the end of first week. . i wont use this kennel again. owner and helpers. very friendly. but i brought them a healthly dog. and told them she should only have what i brought and nothing else they didnt listen

The kennels are clean and the dogs are treated well. They get let out in a fenced in area to run around and be played with multiple times a day. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely wonderful! If you love your dog as much as I love mine they will be in excellent hands at beyond The basics dog care! You can tell the difference when someone sincerely does it for the love of animals and this place is all that and then some! I'm a guy that's very attached to his dog as though he's my little boy and I felt hesitant to leave him overnight anywhere and because of unfortunate circumstances I had to have a place for him to stay the night and all of my worries were taken away by the genuine care he received! As always nothing but the best treatment . We've been using them for a few years maybe once or twice a year and our great Danes seem to enjoy and have a wonderful time. Very clean , plenty of space for the doggies to play and I cant say enough great things about Jenny. Patience of a Saint, nicest personality, clearly actually does it for the love of the animals.

I will not take my dogs anywhere else for boarding. Jenny is a dog person through and through and it really shows. She's always excited to see our dogs like they are her own.
