Pet Sitting in Autignac

Carole and Sylvain were brilliant Housesitters! They clearly loved all of our animals and they were so well cared for. This is what we wish to have with all of our Housesitters and Carole and Sylvain certainly delivered it in style. We very much enjoyed catching up with them when we returned home. Lunch and a delicious dinner were laid on for us which was really lovely. The morning before they left we went out together for a snorkel at the beach and had a good catch up with everything. We would welcome Carole and Sylvain back to our house at any time and hope that they will want to come and visit us again.

Gyl was a great cat and house sitter in every respect. With many years living in France, she knew how to organize well her logistics to fit my odd travel schedule and I felt comfortable that she’d be able to handle anything unusual that came up. Chernish warmed to her immediately and she sent daily photos while I was gone showing how well cared for Chernish was. She had no problem giving pills and mastered well the tricky feeder. In addition, Gyl was very good with my plants (better than I?) and the house was perfectly clean, linens/towels/dishes washed, etc when I arrived home. And there was even a wonderful quiche in the fridge for me! Gyl’s a very responsible and interesting person you would be lucky to have as a pet/house sitter!

Severine was lovely. We’ve been so lucky with all our sitters and hope the trend continues. Sev was friendly and warm, responsible and kept in touch. Most importantly our dogs fell in love with her. When she left they definitely moped about for a while. The day she arrived we had an unexpected Vet emergency with one of the pups which needed care and treatment. Sev wasn’t phased and we felt very confident leaving it to her. Thank you for everything Sev. Hope our paths cross again soon!

Denise and Mark were wonderful house and dog sitters. My dog Midge was in such kind, capable hands. She had a great time. My mind was completely at rest whist away. The house was really clean and tidy when I got back. I’m already trying to convince Denise and Mark to come back again. I highly recommend them!

We enjoyed having the guys staying over. They arrived slightly earlier as agreed to get to know the pets a bit before our leave and everything went well during the stay. The house was left nice and clean. Would love having the guys over again some time.

Myself and my husband are overjoyed with the outstanding care Helen and Peter, that are extremely loving and friendly, provided for our home and pets, Eko and Neo, during our holidays. Returning to a clean house and happy pets was such a relief. Their exceptional communication, including daily video and image updates, kept us connected and assured. We highly recommend them and would welcome them back anytime with open arms. Eko and Neo will miss them dearly, and we are so grateful for the peace of mind they brought to our time away on holidays 🐾 Thank you so much for everything 🙏

Camille sat for our senior dog for a week. She is friendly and was flexible and accommodating of our travel schedule. She was responsive and kept in touch over the sit and reassured us with updates and photos of our dog. Our home was in perfectly clean condition when we arrived home, which was so lovely. Can easily recommend Camille, we would have her back at ours without hesitation :). Thanks again Camille!

Luc was lovely! We had a few miscommunications, but he was very kind and the cats loved him. He was very conscientious of my food restrictions and not cooking with gluten, and he left the kitchen spotless.

Nicolas sat for us during a 3 week trip we made in Nov/Dec 2022. Communication with Nicolas wasn't easy. We were so concerned that he wasn't going to arrive that we made other last minute plans just in case. He did though contact late in the evening before we were due to leave to confirm his arrival. Our advert specifies that we are rural and a car is essential, Nicolas arrive by train and needed to be collected from the station. Having no car isn't ideal but our initial difficulties and concerns were eased as he is a pleasant , likeable chap and seemed in control of the situation. There was very little communication when we were away. Our flight home was delayed. We had previously agreed that we would return home at around 15hr and that we could drive him to the station to catch his train. We messaged that morning and kept messaging with updates. Once we knew our flight was leaving we told him when we would arrive home; but about 6 hours late. We knew his train would leave 2 hours before we arrived home so we said that if he needed to get the last train he should. When we arrived home the house was spotless, albeit very very cold as Nicolas doesn't like heat. Winnie seemed fine but a little anxious and she had pooped in the house which suggests that she had been locked in for a long time as this is totally not like her. Nicolas has still to read our message about our delayed flight so we have no idea when he left our house. To be fair, our cat was totally fine and happy. And our home was immaculate when we returned. We have no complaints about this BUT communication with your sitter is essential and we feel that Nicolas needs to work on these skills, if for no other reason than to ease the concerns of the pet owners. However, thank you Nicolas for taking good care of our cat and our home and we wish you happy travels in the future

They arrived in perfect time and listened well as I walked them through the needs of each animal. The herd are elderly and two needed some special care, including one who needed a little bathing of her eye with a cataract every day. They were confident and gentle with her, and all the horses and cats were relaxed and happy when we arrived home. The house and horses yard and barn were wonderfully cared for and clean, and the veg garden well tended and also well harvested, with much of the harvest put to the freezer, all of which was really appreciated. I am very grateful to these two wonderful people for keeping every one of the animal family happy and relaxed and loved. Highly recommended.
