Great stay! We did a meet and greet prior to the sitting and I felt that Fallan came well prepared and asked all necessary questions. We received multiple pictures throughout the stay and always had great communication with both Fallan and La’ki. We had an instance in which it was reported that our dog kept barking at the window and we offered some instruction on how to get her to stop since this was not the norm and received quick feedback that the solution had worked and the stay continued without any other issues. Upon our return we found our home the same as when we left it, our plants looked great and our pets seemed calm and happy :) This was our first time trying this service and didn’t really know what to expect but we had a great first experience with Fallan and La’ki and would trust them again to watch our fur family.

Dianna was a great sitter for Poe and our home, once again. She keeps Poe busy by taking him to the park and walking on the trails in addition to his normal walks around the neighborhood. She sends updates and keeps us informed about how he is doing and what he is up to. Poe really loves Dianna and Roger and it is so nice to be confident that he is well taken care of when we are away. Dianna and Roger are our top choice whenever we need to leave Poe. We highly recommend them!

Paula and Kenneth were 5* from their application, video call, communication before and during the sit and most importantly, I arrived home to calm and happy dogs. They are thoughtful, conscientious and very caring. They are hosts and sitters and obviously understand both sides of the equation. I do not hesitate to recommend them! My flight ✈️ was delayed and was possibly going to be diverted. They offered to bring a vehicle if it had been diverted. Thankfully it was not, but they were kind and thoughtful, further demonstrating their commitment. Really good people!!

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience.
