We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. 
Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention.
He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. 
He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. 
The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! 
We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. 
We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. 
Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). 
In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. 
We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Kate was amazing all around and I would be thrilled to have her sit for me again at any time. Thanks for everything!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I had the pleasure of having Tracey and her two children as house sitters, and I can't praise them enough for the incredible job they did. From the moment they stepped into our home, it was evident that they were dedicated, caring, and attentive to every detail.

First and foremost, Tracey's approach to caring for our house and our beloved pets was nothing short of excellent. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own.

Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see.

Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back.

I wholeheartedly recommend Tracey to any future hosts. Her reliability, compassion, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with grace are commendable. I would welcome Tracey and her children back to house sit in a heartbeat – they are exactly the kind of house sitters that one hopes for on this site!

Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. As far as caring for my house - top notch.

Megan and her partner were INCREDIBLE pet & house sitters during my 5 days away last month.  I received consistent communication in the form of updates & photos and I had the true sense that Megan was invested in the wellbeing of my animals and truly enjoyed being with them! Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way.  They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough.  They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica.  They also took excellent care of my home.    My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people.
I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.
