This was the 2nd time Alan and Marilynne watched my cats for me, and I knew Sylvie and Monet would be in great hands because Alan and Marilynne had been so great the first time! They sent updates and pictures of the cats cuddling with them, and are so friendly they even had dinner with my neighbors one night! Another thing that stood out was how great they were when my cat got sick the night before/morning I left for my trip. I was so worried about the timing, but they assured me they were comfortable with anything they needed to do to help her- they went and got meds for her, kept me updated, and even called the vet when she got sick again. I've been home for several days, but I got a text from them today asking how Sylvie's doing now. These are very kind and caring people, totally trustworthy and do a great job!

Emmi kindly agreed to come the day before I left which was much appreciated and I was happy to pick her up from the train station. She was a lovely bubbly, friendly person, easy to have in my home. Emmi contacted me once when I was away with a picture of Alfie on a walk and on one other occasion to seek help with feeding Alfie as she had a personal appt that overlapped his evening meal time. I was happy to do this as had offered support like that from sister who lived nearby if she wanted to leave him for longer than the preferred 4-5 hours, something I offer to all my sitters so they can enjoy the local area. Unfortunately she did leave him for longer than I anticipated or my sister would have taken him to her house. I think Emmi struggled with planning ahead travel arrangements to and from Edinburgh perhaps not anticipating how long buses took, though trains half the time but don’t run after midnight. Alfie seemed relaxed around Emmi though I think his walking and feeding routine was not as he was accustomed to. I always tell sitters just to leave the bedding etc as I am happy to do all that when I get home preferring the attention to be on Alfie. Emmi left my home tidy though I would have preferred half eaten food to have been removed from the fridge and maybe the bathroom bin emptied Emmi seemed to have left her packing until the very last minute so was a bit rushed when I got home but we did make it to the train station in time for her onward journey

Aimee and Marshall were exceptional dog sitters for my puppy Lucy! They communicated consistently before and during the dog sit (including sharing video and photo updates of their activities w/ my pup), left the house tidy and clean, and took the extra effort by asking all the right questions up front to ensuring a smooth sit. Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.

Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
