I have been using Ark Angels pet care services for a few months now and it has been wonderful. Nadia and our dog walker Michele are very responsive and listened/met to our needs. I can easily contact them and get a quick response. As for Michele, she is absolutely the best. I have complete piece of mind knowing she will take great care of our pups. She is very considerate, and always keeps us updated.

I have always had a great experience with Ark Angels! They respond to my requests immediately and I feel at ease being away from home when they are watching my pets. I love that they will bring in my mail & water plants as well! They take the time to not only clean up after and feed my two cats and dog, but they spend time with them so they're not so lonely when I'm away! I appreciate the daily updates and pictures that my pet sitter sends as well! Highly recommended pet service- very responsible and dependable!

Highly recommend Ark Angels Pet Care for your pet-sitting needs! We have 2 cats and have used the service on multiple occasions, with one of the fantastic pet-sitters, Jennifer, coming to our home to take care of our fur babies. They are trustworthy, our cats LOVED Jennifer, she always provided us with daily updates via text so we knew how the cats were doing, and provided an information sheet for when we arrived home with detail from each day we were away. She spent time with our cats ensuring they not only were fed and litter boxes cleaned, but she played with them, brushed them, gave them treats... some nice TLC they needed while we were away. I never felt concerned when Jennifer was watching our cats. Ark Angels Pet Care is professional, caring, punctual, and I have absolutely zero complaints! Nancy, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and super responsive, as well!

I love Ark Angels Pet Care ! My sitter is so good with our pets ! She even spends extra time with our older dog who needs a little help getting up and down the stairs. She sends us pictures and text updates to let us know how they're all doing . And when we got delayed on our return she responded immediately to our request to add on visits. These folks are professional and our pets adore our sitter!

Our experience with Ark Angels Pet Care was great and our two kitties were taken care of very well. The process was smooth and their staff was very prompt with scheduling and organizing around our ten-day vacation. While on vacation, they sent daily pictures and videos of our cats which we looked forward to every day. When we came back the litter was cleaned, water was full, and food bowls were clean too. For two cats it came out to ~$20/day which I thought was reasonable. While I can't speak re: dog-sitting, we would definitely recommend this pet sitting service for any cat-owner. In fact, we will be using their service again for an upcoming 5-day camping trip.

A great service! I recently had Holly look over my four rats while I was out of town. Holly provided me with daily updates and was excellent at following the care instructions I provided. It is such a relief to know that my pets will be cared for while I'm out of town! I would recommend Ark Angels Pet Care to all pet owners.

Very professional service. We were referred by a coworker of mine to take care of our cats and they went above and beyond to follow all of our detailed instructions and even send me updates and pictures of our cats every visit! They also kept our apartment clean from litter and did some extra things to make our cats as comfortable as possible.

This was first visit at Waggin Tailz, but not my last. These ladies are amazing. They are professional and kind to my fur baby. They offer many services and are very reasonable.

For the last year I’ve been driving to Greenville to our go to spot. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt to a groomer in Wilson after a couple of other bad experiences with other groomer's in the area. So, I came here after a friendly random bump in with the owner at a jeep meet. She seemed nice enough so I figured SURE! I had an 8Am appointment with them today. I was right on time and they were ready to board him. I specifically said, please don’t go too short and just do a light trim, Nails, and bath. I had plans to keep him there for the day while I was at work and they got to him in no time at all. They were quick. As one would expect when you basically shave my dang dog to a military buzz cut. If I wanted him shaved, I would have used my own ceramic grooming clippers on him myself. His head and ears are perfect. The body, as close as you could get. The tail wasn’t even touched. I get there can be mating and knots, but I paid extra for those to be taken care of properly. Not for it to be just a buzz cut on my dog and make a little extra.

My first time taking my fur baby to these ladies. I must admit I am now a regular. Ms. Tammy did a wonderful job making my Willow girl beautiful! You guys are AMAZING!!

These people are the sweetest I have ever met. Milo loves to go and wags his tail when we pull up in the mornings. This gives me a great feeling knowing that he is happy and well taken care of. Thank you Waggin tailz

I've been a customer here for a couple of years and I highly recommend their work. They do a professional job. My dog is a little quirky - she won't let them blow dry her and hates having her nails and ears done, but they don't complain and the price is decent. They'll usually take anyone in, even if they're full. They're quick, as well. You can trust them to take care of your doggie, I promise.

It doesn’t matter what time of day we go, these ladies are always so friendly. They provide reasonable prices and great service!

The groomer did a wonderful job on our border collie mix, but the total was a bit pricey at $50.00. The area where you are greeted is very small and not conducive if dogs like mine who are not fond of other dogs. There was no where I could bring him while staff was attending to another customer who's dog was hyper and bigger than my dog. The salon is on an extremely busy street and there is not many places to park. My fear is if my dog got away from me He would dart right into that busy street. Personally, I won't go back, but it seemed like they had a lot of repeat customers. So try them out and make your own decision. Update 11/10/23: The salon has moved to a different location since I last wrote this review. I feel safer because the store front is not so close to the busy road like it used to be. Sadly my Border Collie crossed the rainbow bridge but we started bringing our terrier beagle mix and Tracey does a beautiful job taking care to details. Their prices are very fair! I adopted a dog that was from the shelter and brought her as a walk-in to get her nails trimmed and cost only $7 where other places charge $10 & up. The staff is very sweet and accommodating.

I’m new to Wilson. I needed somewhere my lil boy Loki could go while I ran important errands. This place was not only reasonable but Loki had a ball! The cherry on top was that they trimmed his nails for a price FAR BELOW PetSmart!

They are very friendly and amazing people! They took care of Kaz for about 10 days for me and he was a happy camper! Affordable prices too! Definitely recommend!

The staff take great care of my senior dog and 2 younger dogs. They are the only kennel I use when going out of town!

We use Shrado a lot, we have 2 rescues and have no worries about leaving our puppies with them. They always take great care of them. We will use them again and we do recommend.

We have used Shrado Kennel for the past twenty years for all of our dogs, the staff is always so friendly and attentive to us and our dogs. The dogs love it and it shows how well they are cared for. This past visit I asked to have the dogs bathed and nails trimmed, as with everything they outdid themselves. The dogs looked and smelled great! Best kennel in the area. Thank you!

I've tried almost all of the local groomers and Sandy's Poodle Parlor is by far my favorite! They got us scheduled fairly quickly, my dogs are always so happy to go there, and most importantly the staff/groomers seem to like and care about my dogs as well! My dogs always come out looking cute, the pricing is very fair, and they're considerate of my time (no waiting around for hours waiting for a call to go get them), Sandy's is just the best.

This is the best place ever! Super clean! Bright, airy, kennels covered if you have a climber, raised beds or hammocks, indoor/out runs, organized, and courteous staff that are there during posted times. Did I say clean? Amazing! I don't worry about my babies care! Unlike that palace in LaGrange! Thank you!

Update: we've now used Shrado for several weeklong trips with no problems. All our dogs get excited when we turn on the road, and we can barely wrestle the leashes off of them before they're out the kennel door! We've been very satisfied. We've used the kennels here twice for 2 to 3 day stays and so far so good. Owners are very nice and even said I could call and talk to my dogs to check on them lol. The dogs dont seem to mind going at all. I like the indoor/outdoor kennels and they're quite large. Rates are very reasonable. Their pickup and drop off hours are a little weird.

I've been taking my dogs here for 17 yrs to board, grooming. Best kennel in Wayne County. Friendliest, accommodating staff, love Robin & Randy, married couple who run it. Love outdoor runs, has raised level each kennel for dogs to sleep. I would never be able to say enough great things about Shrado Kennels!! They accept cash or check.

I really like this place. You can make online reservations. They have an area to sleep in and then a door that let's them out to do their business. The only thing I wish they had was an ability for some of the dogs to play in a larger area. Other than that it's clean and very affordable. The owners are nice and care about the animals. I'm only giving it 4 stars because they only take cash.

My dogs love, love love Shrado. When we turn the corner to drive down the road to the kennel Such Joy! The owner and staff are great.

Andrea always does a great work with my little guys. She is booked pretty far out, so make an appointment before you leave, if you can. She is well worth the wait.

I highly recommend Canine Connection for boarding. Our four pups stayed here for a couple of days and were very well cared for. I’ve had a couple not-so-great experiences at other boarding facilities in the past, so I’ve been looking for a boarding facility that I can trust and loves my pups as their own while I’m out of town. Canine Connection did just that, and provided each of them with individualized attention when needed. One of my dogs has special needs and they had no problem looking after him as well. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much for taking care of our sweet pups, and I’ll be sure to take them here for boarding when we go out of town in the future!

Anita is just wonderful. We have 3 large Golden Retrievers and we just moved to the area, our vet recommended her but wasn't sure if she was taking on any new clients, luckily for us she said she would and they never looked better. When they came home they were not stressed out and looked just beautiful ! Very reasonably priced. Won't be going anywhere else. Thanks Anita!

Having boarded our dog at a different place once before I was apprehensive about trying again since he didn't enjoy it and he looked miserable at pick up. I'm so glad we gave Canine Connection a chance. The ladies there were very sweet and our buddy looked happy and healthy when we picked him up. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely trust them with my dog again.

Andrea did our little girls hair cut about three weeks ago and Pebbles looked so cute afterwards! (She's always cute but she looked like a completely different dog!) I was worried when we got there because Pebbles was acting a little out of character barking and growling. I was worried Andrea wouldn't take her but she did and they were besties when we picked her up! I really appreciate the professionalism as well as the quality of the cut. I am glad to know exactly where I am going when we need a dogs haircut for sure!

We have brought our dog here several times in the past three years and have found the facility to be extremely well run and affordable. She is definitely cared for and given personal attention and comes back well rested, as opposed to leaving her at a larger boarding place like in the past where she would come back and sleep for days because there were constantly dogs barking and she never got to relax. 100% worth the drive from Clayton. We would definitely recommend to anybody looking to board their animals!

We adopted an older dog who's been going to Canine Connection. We've had her groomed twice since we've gotten her and are very pleased. They do a wonderful job, our dog comes home happy, fluffy and smelling squeaky clean!

DO NOT TAKE YOURE PET HERE IF YOU DONT WANT THEIR EARS TO BE SEVERED OFF!! I couldn't type all I wanted to say, so ill make it short. ANDREA almost cut my friends dogs ear off. She even accepted payment and didn't bother to pay vet bills or even check up on him like she said. She just glued the dogs ear and said it will "probably" be ok. Very unprofessional and I DO NOT recommend this lady to cut your dogs hair. The dogs name is Bentley poodle and he has his own fb page. I will be posting pictures of this bc I am sickened by this lady and its not even my dog. And for her to have the audacity to take payment is beyond me. There are alot of good reviews but I hope mine will make you think twice about letting Andrea cut you're dogs hair. This is unacceptable.

Our dogs have been going to Lucky Paws for a little more than a year. They are high energy pups who come home completely exhausted. We alternate their daycare time so they can have free time away from each other and socialize with other dogs. We have kenneled the girls on a few different occasions. Each time the staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive. The girls become so excited in the car and obviously love everyone there. We can relax knowing they are in good hands.

Great place to bring your pet if you’re heading out of town. My dog loved being there and playing with all the other dogs. The staff was really nice. They even allowed my diva of a dog to have her laundry basket that she sleeps in. Only recommendation for the owner would be to fix their video feed as it is very choppy, more like seeing pictures rather than a video. I would definitely use them again.

Lucky Paws is a great place to bring your dog or cat. The staff truly cares about your family. Just ask anyone who brings their pets there. The dogs are just excited to get out back and play.

I had to board my very nervous rescue dog (Luna Dotson) unexpectedly due to a last minute change in my trip. I was extremely worried because she has never been boarded before and she is not the most social dog. However, she had a GREAT time at Lucky Paws and I felt like they took really good care of her...I loved being able to watch the webcam and follow her daily activities with the "pet tracking" feature. They treated her so well and when I picked her up she was so happy (and very clean!). I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to board their dogs, it was a wonderful experience and very affordable!!!! Thanks Lucky Paws!!!

Excellent ! Ready for our next visit. Thanks for taking care of our fur babies ! This place is filled with friendly, caring staff who were professional and polite. We enjoyed watching our pups play with the other dogs, via the free online Webcam. They got some much needed social activity with other dogs. Easy to make reservations. Easy to drop off and pickup. No complaints here. I hope they update the Webcam a little someday, the frame rates are very slow, but they served the purpose adequately enough. We appreciated the exit bath and nail trim, both were affordable. Attached is a screen shot of one of our pups (Einstein) playing in the small dog room, as well as a picture of both clean pups when we picked them up.

My Bernedoodles Maudie & Harper get so excited when they go to Lucky Paws Daycare - they love it. Lucky Paws has a great staff, their folks are very helpful!

Staff went above and beyond when I called, as I had an unexpected issue, causing me to be unable to get back in time for the scheduled pickup. Again and again, they prove their value, flexibility, and provide the highest customer service and why they are our first call for when we board our Belle (who ABSOLUTELY loves it there and always needs serious rest afterwards), kudos to the Lucky Paws Team!!

We board our dog at Lucky Paws at least 2-3 times a year. Over the past 5 years, our dog, Denny Crane loves going there! When we take out his bag and put his food in it, he starts barking! Denny can’t wait to go! When we arrive at Lucky Paws, our dog is greeted by name and he never looks back! Love how he gets so much time out to play. I love seeing all the dog greet each other. The staff and owners are professional and helpful. We look forward to each trip knowing our dog is cared for by great people!

I am so very hurt and disappointed with the grooming services that I received from PBF. This was my first time coming in this groomers. I found them online. I dropped my Shichon (Shih Tzu & Bichon Frise mix), Shadow, off for his spring/summer cut. What was returned to me is something that did not even resemble my baby. Although he is brushed daily his hair still gets tangled and matted in some areas, however, not to the point where he deserved to be skinned beyond recognition. The groomer “texted” me to inform me that Shadow had some “extremely matted” areas which needed to be shaved. That is understandable, however, to shave him completely bald all over was nothing more than pure laziness and ridiculousness. The groomer owed it to me to call and discuss which me any extreme deviations outside of what was discussed. Shadow’s face was not matted. They could have at least groomed his face cute enough to go with this hideous scalping. Above all, they charged me $40 for detangling and dematting as if they went in phases when clearly they just went straight in with the clippers and cut off all his hair. This first impression will be my last visit. Update 28 April 2024 The owner did text me and tried to tell me that Shadow was matted and shared some internet content on matting. As I stated in my messages, Shadow had a vet appointment a couple of days before the incident at Banfield. The staff can verify that he was NOT matted. I, additionally, stated that the staff should have called explained more thoroughly the situation, maybe send pics or call me in to view what was being proposed. Especially, since I was a new client. I should not find out all that was done to him when they are calling me to pick him up. Don’t try to “educate” me after the fact. If I had dropped a car off for services and additional things needed to be done I would have gotten a phone call to ensure that I understood what was going to happen. All I can hope is that the situation aids in upgrading your notification policy and procedures. Texts do not suffice when deviating from services that were expected to happen. Calls ensure understanding and minimize words getting lost in translation. Efficient and effect communication is essential. The situation is indeed handled. I aired my grievance and I will not be using your services again.

I have been going to PBF for about a year. Susan and her team have been the most loving and compassionate people i know. My dogs love to wait by the door for daycare to pick them up. Sometimes they will even sit there and cry waiting. PBF treats your pets as if they were theirs. I never have to worry about my dogs when they go to daycare. I love my dogs and i am particular about who watches them. However i never worry when they are at daycare. They also do an excellent job grooming my pets. I can not say enough about this place. Susan has even gone the extra mile for me so many times to make sure my pets were well taken care of. We love you PBF!!! The pictures below are the pups waiting on PBF to arrive!!!!

My Puppy Pete had a great time there. staff treated him great. Nothing but good things to say about the staff and the care that Pete received. I will be taking him back next time I have to leave him.

I can assure you we will not be going back. Yes he may have had knots but laziness of the groomer and place a business occurred. She could have cut down his hair and then felt the knots or invited me to come and see how “bad it was”. We take care of Maui !!! WOW. I had no idea that so many people love their dogs as much as I love Maui. More and more that I am finding out about PBF, I know that I really will never go. Update: Jeff called the place of business Susan (the owner) was walking in the door per the worker and Jeff was placed on hold and held for 7 minutes and then Beth came back to talk to him. I hear that Susan gets her employees to do this quite often. The owner herself did not even want to talk with Jeff. That’s is lazy within itself I have had other issues also but I have left them alone. Such has whipped cream in his fur, appointments being missed and other things. Maui loved Auntie Heather and she loved him. Now she no longer works at Pets Best Friend. I would love to know why. Heather what’s the best thing going for PBF? Maui has been a emotional support dog for me this past year as he is part of my family. You would never treat a child like this. Check oh my Facebook for more people stating how they were treated Oh it’s better. Just got a text fromPBF. Where she shared medical info about one of her old employees and did not even talk to me about what is happening with me and Maui!!!

Thank you PBF for always taking great care of Winston! From what I can tell Winston likes the staff which speaks volumes as he is generally not a fan of the groomer. PBF can get very busy but I believe that is a testament of how many people trust PBF with their pets. Going into todays appointment I knew that Winston was going to need to be shaved down due to a few matts he had developed. I was completely fine with this as ultimately I want Winston to be comfortable & I trust PBF wouldn’t shave him if it wasn’t necessary. Thus far very pleased with our experience and Winston also thanks PBF!!

I took my dog Walrus in for a bath and a nail trim, which both of these are normally a huge ordeal with her. The staff at Pet's Best Friend were great with Walrus and had nothing but nice things to say about her when we picked her up. Plus look at her spiffy bandana! The staff is super nice and I recommend taking your dog over to Pet's Best Friend.

Pet’s Best Friend is an awesome groomer and Doggie Daycare! I cannot say enough nice things about them! My boys Teddy and Vader love going there to get groomed and pampered! They have both been going since they were babies. They adore all the love and attention they get from all the staff! Even when we see anyone from PBF out in public, they always remember my babies and come and love on them! My boys love going to play at daycare as well! They are both usually exhausted when they come home from playing with their fur buddies. I also really like that they send pictures of the boys to me sometimes while they are there. I can tell they are having a great time and are being well taken care of. I never worry about them while they are there. They are in the best hands. 😊😍

I live out of town but when my Maltese (LG) and I drive in he is ready to jump out of the car and into the pool. He loves seeing and playing with his friends. He doesn’t hesitate when taken in for his bath and grooming. After a full day at Pet’s Best Friends on his way home he settles down for a nice snooze. Thank you Susan and crew for handling Little Guy in such a loving way. Love the snap shots you take while he is playing and being groomed. I’m so glad to have been with PBF during their many years of growing to be the best there is. Blessings!!

What truly sets them apart is their selective approach to ensuring a safe and enjoyable group of dogs for playtime. Chloe absolutely loved her time here, and as a pet parent, I had total peace of mind thanks to the included camera access and detailed report cards during her first few visits—such a thoughtful touch! Since moving to Georgia, I’ve struggled to find another daycare that even comes close to the high standards of Fetching Post. If you’re considering daycare for your pup, stop searching—this is the one! Your dog will love it, and so will you!

My 7 month old puppy Lucie had her first ever daycare experience at The Fetching Post. I cannot say enough great things about this facility. My girl was very nervous and scared at first with the other big dogs, the staff recognized this and separated her to take a break and then one by one introduced her to other dogs so it would be less overwhelming and stressful for her. Once she got adapted to a few dogs, they incorporated her into the larger group with much more success. Within a few hours she was happy, and playing with the other dogs. They sent a report card home at the end of the day with her progress and her new friends she met at daycare. The patience that the staff had to assure she had a pleasant and safe experience was remarkable and that they took time to make sure she felt comfortable with the other dogs when she was scared. I will be using this facility from now on for my daycare and boarding needs! Highly recommend.

I am so happy with the way everyone treated Moses so kindly! The price for a bath, blow dry, brushing, nail trim, and cologne was extremely affordable, especially for a 100-pound dog! I'm highly impressed with the whole facility! We will definitely make this our grooming home!

Got all three dogs done, one with epilepsy as well as one that’s 9 months and they were amazing! I will only take my dogs here from now one! Everyone there is so polite and inviting and you can tell they love dogs I highly recommend them

I used to bring my dog to this place religiously every week, starting when he was just 9 weeks old. Initially, everything was perfect—from the staff to the quality of care. But after my puppy turned 6 months old, things quickly went downhill. The first incident occurred when I picked him up and discovered his collar was broken. Next, I requested that he be groomed with a specialized shampoo to reduce shedding. However, when I picked him up, it was clear they had not followed my instructions. The final straw came when I boarded him for five days while I traveled out of state. I dropped him off on a Friday, leaving food pre-portioned for each day to make things easier for the staff. But on Sunday, at 5 a.m., I received a text saying my dog had run out of food. Somehow, they had gone through over 20 pounds of food in less than three days. The situation only worsened when I picked him up. My dog smelled like urine, and his dog bed was missing. When I asked about it, they handed me a trash bag with a soaked, torn-up bed inside. For context, my dog is almost a year old and has been potty-trained since he was 4 months. I’ve been training dogs as a hobby for over 10 years, and my dog has never peed or chewed his bed since he was 5 months old. He goes to his crate or bed at 8 p.m. every night and stays dry until 6 a.m. when I let him out. I’ve recommended this place to many people in the past, but after this last incident, I pulled my dog out. It’s heartbreaking because some of the staff genuinely love him, and my dog was always excited to go. Sadly, the quality of care has deteriorated significantly.

OMG!!! This is the place to board your fur babies!! We are in awe of the wonderful staff and the care that was given to our Ellie!! After a horrific experience at a totally different business our confidence has truly been restored in boarding our pup because of our stay here!! We were greeted with smiles when we walked in the door by all staff nearby, the check in process was so smooth and check out was a breeze. The facility is very clean and you can see staff constantly cleaning. Yes, you can see so many areas inside the facility because there are lots of windows throughout the building plus they have webcams you can access at no additional charge. Our Ellie was so happy when we picked her up and she smelled so good and fresh from the bath they gave her. This is a top notch facility!! We have already shared our experience with other fur parents! Please keep up the excellent pet care and customer care!! You guys rock!!

I am so glad we found this place. My dogs love it there and I can tell they all well cared for both when boarding and when grooming. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The price is amazing for the quality care you are receiving.

I take my 3 pit bulls every Saturday for a weekly bath and they absolutely love it! They always smell and look amazing when we pick them up! 10/10 recommended taking your pet here!

I boarded my pup Mikey for 5 days at this facility. We normally use his vet but with staffing issues, we had to find a new location. I was very pleased with the service! I like that you have access to a 24/7 camera from their app. Mikey has some "quirks" and they had no issue accommodating him. I appreciate that they stick with the diet provided, absolutely no stomach issues when he came home. Thanks to everyone who helped take care of my boy!

Awesome experience! Took my Alaskan Husky here last weekend for a full groom and teeth cleaning. I’ve been to other groomers before and this is the best grooming he has ever had. There are so many details in his trimming that I noticed that were not done at previous places. They have great attention to detail. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. The process is easy and the cost is very reasonable. I’m very happy with this place and will come back :)

I went there as a pet sitter for two dogs I was taking care of in October! The ladies understood that I was going to pick them up seeing as the owner was not able to. They were super sweet and the pups looked too happy after I came back for them! They smelled so good too! I highly recommend this place to bring your pups!

We tried them for the first time today. The service was for a bath, brush, de-shedding, and nails. Dropped our lab off at 10. We were told he’d be ready at 2. I called at roughly 2:10. They said he was ready. Picked him up and he was still wet and did not look like he was brushed at all. I had to dry him off with a towel at home. I was speechless. Not worth the 60 bucks we paid. Will not be returning.

My Dogs love going to play at Eli’s any chance they get. I love how much they sleep when they get home. With a 2 year old chocolate lab and 10 month old Aussie exercise is a must. Eli’s is also a life saver when we travel. Knowing they get love and care make this Mama’s heart feel at ease when having to leave them. I like to add on half play days when they board so I know they are having fun. But don’t just take my word for it, just ask my dogs. Do you want to go to Eli’s’s? Their excitement says it all.

Love how it is small groups of dogs to make sure each animal is getting the proper attention they need. They also have an amazing groomer on-site; and a very reasonable price that rivals other locations that do not so well a job and charge close to $100. These caregivers know each fur baby by their name and know their personality. They know their temperaments and make sure it's a safe environment for them.

We love Eli’s! Barrett and the staff have cared for and loved on our pups for years. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

What a wonderful place for our furry companions. Eli's is top notch in grooming, boarding and day play. My girl has been going for a couple of years and she absolutely loves it! They are "hands down" the BEST!! I highly recommend them if you're in need of any of the services they offer.

What a wonderful staff! We brought our two cats to stay for a week. We called every day for updates, and they were happy to do it. Clean place. Easy-going.

Eli’s treats Frankie (and ourselves) like family, and for that, I will be forever thankful! Our labradoodle needs constant attention so we decided to bring him to Eli’s a few days a week to play while we work. Barrett and her staff are extremely sweet and loving with him and he always comes home smiling and content! I also recommend the groomers there as they keep Frankie looking like a handsome doodle! (Other places just cut his hair like a poodle😒) A+

Eli's has been a blessing! We have been taking our Husky here for several years! He loves the day play. It helped him become more socialized with other dogs and people. We have him and our older dog groomed here as well. The staff are friendly and you can tell they LOVE THEIR JOB! We take our Husky, Bandit twice a week for play. We also board himwhen needed.

Happy customer! My husband and I love to travel… our kitty Cosmo has a great time at Bone Voyage when we go out of town! He would survive just fine at home with a big bowl of food/water and litter box. But we bring him here because we know he loves it and the staff love him! Everyone is super friendly. We opt for photos and they always send good ones. Kitty room is separate and usually he’s able to roam around to enjoy the cat tree and toys. Although the cat enclosures are spacious as well. Very clean facilities. Thank you Bone Voyage for caring for Cosmo 😻

Riley loves her stays at Bone Voyage Pet Resort for boarding, daycare, and grooming. Jodi and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and treat Riley like their own. Riley demands all the attention as soon we walk in the door :-) We've enjoyed coming here for the last 4 years and it gives us a peace of mind to have this place to leave our fur baby when we need to go out of town. We know that without a doubt she will be taken care of, and always enjoy the pictures sent to us while we are away, seeing her having a ball. Riley especially loves the pool during spring and summertime and all the extra playtime with her new friends. We definitely recommend Bone Voyage Pet Resort.

We love Bone Voyage! We have been using them to board both our dog and cat for a few years now and have always had a great experience with them! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and they treat our pets like family. We have never utilized the doggy daycare service, but we always enroll our pup in daycare to play while he’s boarding. Highly recommend!

I discovered Bone Voyage online looking for a pool for my senior dog to swim in one last time before he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. They were so good to us, & my boy had the time of his life. They made sure we had all we needed for his play time. We were able to book for private swim time which made it all the more special on his “Bucket List Weekend”. They had a clean facility & toys already there. Thank you for all you did that weekend for us. I will be back with my younger dog for swim time ♥️

We are new to the area and were very nervous about sending our sweet lab to just any doggie daycare. After getting a five star review about Bon Voyage from our veterinarian we decided to give them a try! Drop off and pick up is a breeze! Very hands on and exceptionally friendly staff! We could not ask for a better place for our sweet LuLu! Pricing is fair and reasonable! Facility is very clean! All you have to see is this smile when we pick her up! We know that Lu looks forward to taking her first dip in the pool in April!! We highly recommend!

Amazing care for our pups while we were away. We love the indoor/outdoor rooms. And the pool is perfect for our swimming loving boy. When we picked up our pups, I felt really good about there visit. There have been facilities that you get a not so good feeling from but this one, it felt like a breath of fresh air. I felt confident that they were treated well and had a great time.

We booked a one hour private swim for our water-hesitant pup and it was the perfect environment for her to explore the water. We were able to get into the pool with her, which was the determining factor of booking with Bone Voyage. They also provided a life jacket, which she wore for a little while! The staff was also amazing as well, they went above and beyond our our pup. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family!

We’ve only done private swim time here- but it’s great! A nice activity for the hot summer days. The employees are very friendly and it’s very easy to book.

Bone Voyage is the boarding facility we've hoped to find for years, but didn't think would ever exist. Our older Goldendoodle has always been an anxious pup, and while she had fun during playtime at other boarding places, she would vibrate constantly going to or from the facilities. It took her all of one visit at Bone Voyage to feel so comfortable that she ~prances~ into the front door for boarding! No more nervous shaking. Nothing has ever made her not feel anxious (and she's on prescription medications). I cannot thank the passionate, caring team behind this facility enough. They are the best people we've ever entrusted our babies with. Jody is also incredible because she always remembers our dogs' names and needs. My first ever job was at a boarding facility, so I know what it's like to care for 90+ dogs that come and go throughout the week. I might have remembered one or two by name at the time. Jody remembers our dogs names, knows our car when we pull up, and even remembers which medications our Goldendoodle takes before she looks at their boarding profiles. The love this team has for the dogs in their care is evident in everything they do. We will never take our dogs anywhere else! Their care is worth every penny!!

I cant say enough great things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff to start with is exceptional! Savanna, Michelle, Kendall, Jordan to name a few are all so welcoming and they truly love your pet as it is their own! My dog Adeya has her friends now that she cant wait to see and what could typically be stressful for our pooches is something she leaps out of the car with joy for! Dog Gone Happy cares about keeping their facility clean, keeping your pet cared for, healthy and safe! They take their time to assess your dogs needs and if there are any behaviors that need tending to. They are on your side ready and willing to make your experience BEST IN CLASS! This is the second time they commit a “human error” for scheduling and even had the audacity to still want to charge me for THEIR error both times! I scheduled my dog for grooming 4 days prior to her scheduled day. They weren’t able to pull up my account profile but that employee stated that they remembered who my dog was and they claimed they would ensure my dog was in the books for grooming. When I arrive for drop off, I spoke with an associate named Ashley and specified that I am here to drop off my dog for GROOMING. She said “ok, we will be right out.” There wasn’t any communication on their part that my dog was in the system as daycare. So to my surprise when I go pick her up and call the curbside number they tell me “will will just be charging you for a half day.” And I’m confused at that point, knowing that I specifically said grooming services both when I called to make the appointment AND at drop off. A manager—the owners daughter, then comes out and seems apologetic about the situation but still wanted to charge me for the service my dog received. She goes back and forth about the charges and I state, “how does this fall on me when you claim it’s a mistake on y’all’s system? That doesn’t make any sense and I shouldn’t be charged for a service I didn’t consent to.” She then stated that she never said it fell on me but still implied that I would be charged for the service. I stood my ground and reiterated as the client that I shouldn’t be made responsible for THEIR error. The manager, stated “I won’t charge you this time but if this happens again I will have to charge you. We have a lot of new people who aren’t the best communicators. I’m sorry but this is a human error. I’m sorry if you’re upset but I will make it right for you this time.” That whole interaction felt borderline apologetic and hostile. Will not be taking my dog back here for any further services. I really liked this place for my pet but the last few interactions have not been focused on customer satisfaction— poor communication between staff/clients, poor conflict resolution with word choices (making customers feel like they should still pay for a service they didn’t agree to), etc. Serving customers is one of the most important aspects of running a business because customers help keep a business operating. A dedication to serving customers can help establish trust and loyalty, which may increase profitability and brand awareness.

I can’t say enough good things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff is amazing!! Every single person that works there is a phenomenal human being that truly loves the doggos in their care. Our German Shepherd, Levi, has been going to doggy daycare at DGH a few times a week for almost a year. He’s anxious and a bit reactive with other dogs so he doesn’t do group play but the staff does individual play with him. Levi gets so much attention and love from everyone there. Levi gets boarded at DGH too; he was just there for 9 days while we were out of town. I didn’t worry about him while we were gone because I knew he was well taken care of. We also utilize DGH’s spa services. It saves us so much time booking him for a bath and nail trim while he’s already there for daycare or boarding and their prices are competitive. We love getting the occasional photo of him; you can see how much he is enjoying himself.

This is the kindest and most wonderful place to bring your pup for unconditional love! Every team member is so knowledgeable, attentive, and treats my boy Hank with such care and affection. Hank would leap out of the car with his tail wagging as soon as I parked in their parking lot! They are experts in my dog's anxious temperament and give him individual attention since he was too nervous to play with other dogs. This type of dedicated care for nervous dogs is, understandably, pretty difficult to find. I've been a customer here for years but had to pause after being laid off from my job in Raleigh. The owners brought me to tears with their kindness and understanding, and I can't wait to bring him back. (Hank can't wait either!) Do yourself and your pups a favor and bring them to the most nurturing environment with the best staff you could ever ask for. We miss you, Dog Gone Happy Team, and we'll see you soon!

I absolutely love dog gone happy. My dog is a very anxious dog and sadly can’t be around other big puppies but he gets lots of love from everybody there. I found this place at the last minute when my old boarding place couldn’t take my Pluto boy in. Pluto is definitely my heart/soul dog I got him when I was 19 and they put up with me when I call to check up on him, I am definitely becoming a helicopter dog mom🤦‍♀️.

Best daycare ever!!! Kodi has been going here since he was 3 months old. He is the happiest dog when he knows he's going to "school". He knows exactly where he's going right when we get off the exit. The employees all love him like their own. He doesn't even want to leave when I get there to pick him up. The reviews (1 star) are all written on the same day and they try to say the facility is dirty and smells. Those reviews are all LIES. They clean non-stop. If it smells like anything, it smells like cleaner. The boarding suites are wonderful. If the pictures below don't show how much my boy loves this place I don't know what will convince you. He is 2 and 1/2 years old and he cannot imagine not going to see all his dog friends every week (at least 2 times a week). Thank you for always taking such great care of my Bear!

10 STARS!!! Incredible staff always go above and beyond for your furry friend. My dog absolutely loves it and can’t get enough- starts barking when I pull into the parking lot! We’ve used DGH for both doggie daycare and boarding and I can promise you that you can leave your doggos in the care of these wonderful people and not have to worry about a thing.

Best dog daycare and boarding available in Raleigh!! Staff is wonderful!!! They are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I love getting updates while I am away! We have used All Breed two times to watch our cat while we were gone, and were more than satisfied each time. I love that they send updates with pictures at each visit. Great company and great people.

We have used All Breed Pet care several times for our cat. They have always gone above and beyond but this time was exceptional. We left our cat in the teams very capable hands for two weeks while we traveled to Antarctica. Needless to say any of our fears were addressed quickly. They come and interview you and your pet to understand the needs. Then every time they came there was a detailed message and many photos. Two weeks is a long time to leave a cat alone but the ladies that took care of her were amazing. Can’t say enough good things about them and the service

All Breed has been a fantastic find for us after moving to Wake Forest last June. I have never used a pet sitting service before and am so happy that a neighbor recommended them to me. Shannon has taken care of our cat every time that we have gone out of town and she has been wonderful with her. I love the pictures and information she sends to us after after every visit. It is such reassurance to know that my cat will always be taken care of!

For our first experience with All Breed Care Pet Sitting it went very well. The first meet and greet we had prior to us going out of town was great for us learning who the sitters were going to be. When we met them they were very through with learning as much as possible about our digs and their needs. They seemed very professional and caring. While on our trip we felt at ease with all the updates and pictures we had from the sitters that took care of our dogs. We were very satisfied with our experience with All Breed Care Pet Sitting and we will definitely look to them next time we have to leave our dogs at home in the future.

We have a cat who is getting advanced in years. He is extremely people oriented and always got depressed for lack of a better word when we went on vacation. Rather than take him to a kennel we have been using All Breed Care's services for the last few years. Our cat gets extremely anxious when he has to leave the house so having someone come out to our residence to spend time with him while we are away is invaluable. Kathryn at ABC sends us daily updates and pictures of our boy while we are away and we always can't wait to get them. All in all I love this service and can't recommend them highly enough. It's also great having the peace of mind of somebody we trust visiting the house daily while we are out.

We recently relied on All Breed Care to visit with our often anxious golden retriever and look out for our independent cats while we were away for a few days. The team did an outstanding job of meeting the animals' needs, as well as our need for reassurance that all was going well. Their ability to anticipate and respond with ease to the animals' needs, and willingness to help in really thoughtful ways allowed us to return to a calm and happy home.
