Pet Sitting in Baconsthorpe

After getting let down at the 11th hour by a confirmed sitter, I reached out to Ian and Tracey who had saved my sit previously to see if they could help. Tracey responded very quickly and following a call the next day, we were able to confirm that she would do the sit alone. Tracey was extremely organised and communicative throughout and arrived first thing in the morning to ensure that the cats were not on their own for too long. She sent regular updates about the cats and the fact that they were more focused on getting in the garden when we returned home rather than having a fuss was a sign that they were very relaxed. We arrived back to a spotless house and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea after our journey. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Tracey on this occasion however I hope in the future that she and Ian can be tempted to sit for us again. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey to look after your home and pets.

10/10! A very pleasant, friendly and trustworthy couple. Lynne and David spent the evening with us before we went away and we thought they were such lovely people, and felt very confident leaving our pets and house in their care. They were able to put the guinea pigs out daily, the hutch got a good clean out too. My cat was very comfortably sitting with Lynne within minutes of their arrival. I can’t even begin to say how happy we were with their house sitting and we’ll definitely be asking them again in the future.

John and Helen are a lovely couple. We’re so glad they had a nice time exploring the area. The cats 🐈 were well looked after and the house was immaculate. Just the right amount of updates - would absolutely recommend!

Isabell took wonderful care of Venus. She was quite attentive, and won Venus over quite quickly which is always a good sign. We got updates almost daily show a very happy and content kitty. Isabelle was easy to connect with, happily joining an initial video chat, and very responsive with texts. We felt confident in her ability to care for Venus and apartment- regardless of what happened. We would gladly welcome her back again.

We recently had Charles to take care of Rudy, charles Communication was excellent throughout, with prompt updates and even a few pictures while we are away. We had the pleasure of having Steve as our dog sitter for two weeks while we were on our belated honeymoon, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Steve was absolutely fantastic. He cared for our three dogs—a Cockerpoo and two Great Danes—with incredible patience and dedication. One of our dogs took a little while to settle in, but Steve handled the situation with endless patience, ensuring that all our pets were comfortable and happy. He walked the dogs twice daily, which was no small feat given their size and energy levels, but he managed it all with ease and professionalism. Not only did Steve take exceptional care of our dogs, but he also left our house in immaculate condition. We were consistently updated throughout our time away, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip knowing our dogs were in safe hands. Steve is a genuinely nice guy, and we would not hesitate to use his services again. Thanks to him, our honeymoon was even more memorable, as we didn't have to worry about anything back home. Mandy Peter and summer took fantastic care of our pets. Arrangements and communication were straightforward, and all went to plan. They arrived as promised in the morning despite an early start with absolutely no fuss. We knew straight away that Betty would get plenty of attention, especially from summer. The animals were obviously well cared for, and Betty enjoyed her trips out. Our home was also left clean and tidy. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mandy Peter and summer.

We were so pleased we chose James & India for our first housesit. They are lovely people who are genuine animal lovers and we felt totally comfortable leaving our 2 nervous dogs with them. We received plenty of updates during our holiday and we could see the dogs were happy and being well looked after. We found James & India really easy going and super enthusiastic, it felt like we'd known them for years! We wouldn't hesitate to have them back.

Recently had the delightful Audrey complete a 2.5 week housesit in our home to keep our two cats company. Audrey kept us updated throughout her visit with regular e-mails. Our furry friends where happy and relaxed on our return and our home was immaculate. Our neighbours thought her wonderful. The added surprise of supper left in the fridge was a real bonus after our long journey home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Audrey and we would definitely love to have her sit for us again if our travel plans aligned. Thank you Audrey.
