Koreena was a nice person and good house sitter. I appreciated the time she spent with the cqts they were happy upon my return and i got almost daily photos and check in which was great. The house was clean upon return and she even washed my towels and sheets which I didn’t expect and appreciated. She was able to give my cats medicine and monitor their health, which was great. She monitored the cats well and would update me. The only small thing is she saw improvement and made the decision to stop a medication my cat was getting without discussing it with me (because she saw improvement in his eating and stool). I expressed disappointment, and she apologized however my cat regressed in improvement as a result. I would have handled it differently and kept him on the med or alternated days and just wish she would have run it by me before making that decision for my cat. Besides that I would definitely use her again and feel overall very happy with her care.

Elizabeth is such an amenable and reliable housesotter - it’s a breeze to work with her. She is very organized, clear about arrivals and departures, attentive to our cats and very good about sending photos and updates every few days. She works from home so she spent more time with them than we sometimes do, and both parties seemed to relish each other’s company! Elizabeth is also smart, thoughtful and resourceful.

Cindy and Dan are real pros - absolutely wonderful! We feel really lucky that they saw our sitting request and pursued staying with Kona for our long 25 day trip. We had a zoom call while they were sitting in Asia, and felt confident that we could trust them with our dog and our house. Their communication before and during the sit was perfect and thorough. They sent us many photos and videos every single day of our trip, and indulged me in long exchanges about how much I love Kona. It was obvious that they gave her all the love during their stay too. Kona got to go on her twice a day ball walks in the national forest near us, and she got to go on lots of excursions with them as well. She's a lab, so we needed sitters who would exercise her multiple times a day. Cindy and Dan are athletes too so fulfilled Kona's need for movement. It was obvious that Kona was comfortable and she even seemed to be confused when Cindy and Dan left the house at the end. We are so grateful for the love and time they put into making it a great experience, and I hope they feel the same about their time in the Colorado foothills with Kona the chocolate lab. Jonathan was prompt and clear with communications. He reached out with questions before the sit and sought clarification on my instructions during the sit. He sent photos of Sophie and Pepito, along with updates. He reached out with a concern about an open gate in the backyard to make sure I knew about it (I did). Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

They were outstanding house and pet sitters whom we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.
